On some level, Ryouta wasn't really happy with any of this. This world that they lived in was changing. Bit by bit, day by day, everything was changing. It wasn't like people with Quirks was an entirely new idea; people with strange abilities have been popping up left and right, some friendly while others hostile. Heck his own brother had been born with this gift as well, and as a result had suffered more shit than he could've thought of before all of this happened. But that wasn't really what bothered him.
They were just kids.
That's all they were.
And that's all they should've been.
He had seen child soldiers before, ripped from their parents to fight a battle they knew nothing about. Indoctrinated, made to think that this was what life had been all about, it had been very early in his career when the Lieutenant saw a kid brandishing an AK-47, aiming the damn thing right at him, ready to blow his head off without so much as a shred of guilt or remorse. There was no moral compass to be found in these kids; the way they were raised had made sure of that. And now... now he couldn't believe that they were actually endorsing such a thing. Sure, it was under supervision, or so he had heard Kobayashi tell him. The world was changing and they needed people to lead that change. He understood it all. But it still left a sour taste on the top of his tongue.
And yet, ironically, the blond soldier pressed on anyway, a sigh leaving him as he fixed the gun holster on his waist. There had been one particular student he had heard his old war buddy talk about. Of German descent, he remembered. Had heard something about her being a great shot. Kobayashi himself asked Ryouta to take a look at her skills and see if he could give the girl a nudge in the right direction. Some part of him was really excited for it, another wished she never received a reason to pick up a gun in the first place.
Eventually reaching the shooting range, the lieutenant patiently waited for his new charge. He knew Kobayashi; there was no way that old bat would compliment anyone unless they deserved it. He couldn't help the small smirk surfacing on his face; at the very least he could be able to give her proper guidance on gun use.

A military demonstration was not unheard of, in fact, if she recalled right in the past there used to be times when the military held those events in order to improve their public image and draw in potential recruits. However, if she recalled right there had been a different reason for this particular demonstration. She didn't remember the details but it had something to do involving the fact that the military personnel involved in this event all had been used to dealing with people who wielded Quirks, at least as enemies. However, it seemed that now they were trying to figure out if said people could actually be a blessing on the battlefield as an ally, rather than a curse as a hostile force.
To be honest, most of the students wouldn't be thinking too much about that, to them this was just an event to enjoy something new, something refreshing and in all honesty? She couldn't help but agree with them. Having heard that there was an armory and a shooting range Elise was obviously interested in visiting, and considering that it didn't take much effort for her to convince Tetsuko to tag along, and she had no reason for skipping out on this event.
Why would she? To Elise visiting the armory was like going to a festival, and with Tetsuko at her side it became the best festival she could have ever hoped for. After the two of them had passed the queue to get access into the territory that was being used for the demonstration Elise was already starting to feel the excitement stir within her! With the armory in sight and the shooting range a bit further ahead Elise turned toward Tetsuko, one arm wrapped around her lover's own while the other was used to point at the armory. "Let's go check at the firearms Tetsu~" the girl exclaimed happily as she dragged her lover along with the same excitement as a child at a fanfare, and then came the moment that she had been waiting for... ALL THE GUNS!
Although she had been able to try a lot of different weapons under the principal's tutorage, Elise still felt a different sort of excitement when she saw all those different type of weapons on display. From handguns to machine guns and even assault rifles! If she recalled right there was even a grenade launcher she saw earlier, and if her eyes didn't deceive her she could have sworn there might had been some weird looking weaponry she had never seen before! In fact, if she heard right it was some sort of experimental gear that the Tanaka Arms had been testing recently.
Stopping before a particular rifle she turned toward her lover and explained with a grin. "See this one Tetsu? This is what they call a sniper rifle, and they are amazing! Like, they are able to shoot from very long range and could hit a target before they even realize you're there! Like imagine being able to turn invisible and slash at someone with a sword before they even can react!" With a hint of excitement in her tone she gestured toward the nearby shotgun. "And this is a shotgun, it's good for close range, because it unleashes like a spread of bullets, but the recoil is really harsh! Like when I tried one with sensei I was nearly pushed off my feet!"
The girl exclaimed with a hint of excitement as she turned toward one of the patrolling engineers. "Sir, can I try out this weapon?" Noticing how Elise had been gesturing at a particular sniper rifle on the table the young man nodded his head lightly in affirmation. "Of course, let me show you how to properly-" Yet before he could even finish his sentence the girl eagerly picked up the sniper rifle and made her way over to the shooting range. "No need to~ sensei explained it to me perfectly the first time."
Blinking in confusion the engineer followed in her footsteps, kind of startled by her energetic demeanor while turning toward Tetsuko in bewilderment. "Sensei?" As they arrived at the shooting range and he placed the spare ammo on the table he tried to speak once more. "To reload-" However, to his increasing disbelief the man saw the burgundy-haired lass reload the sniper with the same speed and precision as a trained soldier, all the way to the point where he couldn't help but smile weakly. "Guess I don't need to show that part, I guess you want to start with stationary targets? It might be a bit early for moving-"
Yet as if she had already anticipated the question Elise cheerfully declared her wish. "Moving ones please, like the ones that guy is getting." Gesturing at how a soldier at the next section of the shooting range was firing at large disc-shaped projectiles that were launched into the air the engineer sighed softly. "Very well, do note that it's incredibly hard to hit a moving target."
No kidding, even the recruit that was showing how to fire the weapon in the next section had to fire several times before he hit the disc. Meanwhile, Elise looked at Tetsuko and hummed softly. "Pay close attention to how I fire it~ next it will be your turn~"
And with a smile still on her lips Elise started to raise the sniper rifle into the air. It didn't take long for the machine to be loaded, the flying disc being launched far into the distance as the girl mused softly, one eye peeking into the sights of the rifle. "I guess it's about to hit the ideal distance..." the girl hummed softly as her finger squeezed the trigger lightly, a sudden 'bang' and the shattering of the disc making the engineer's eyes widen in surprise while she could have sworn someone nearby called it 'beginner's luck'.
"Want to do it again?" The engineer asked with a hint of curiosity as she nodded her head with a grin and raised three fingers into the air. "Lock and load them~" As instructed the engineer placed three of the discs into the machine and finally unleashed them into the air.
Once more the girl raised her rifle, aiming carefully as she shot at the projectile, but to the engineer's surprise she rapidly shifted the angle she was holding the rifle and shot twice into succession, leading to the engineer to feel a chill run across his spine. That pose, the way she was holding and aiming the rifle... that was not the way a child interested in guns acted! That was the way a professional soldier learned to shoot after following an intensive specialization course! Looking over at the recruit whose face had turned pale of a mixture of disbelief and frustration led to a question to be raised for the girl. "H-How did you learn to shoot like that?"
But all Elise did was grin sheepishly as she exclaimed happily. "I had a good teacher! Now it's your turn Tetsuko~" Poor girl... if only Elise realized that her skill with handling firearms at such an age was eerily unnatural... How could she possibly expect Tetsuko to accomplish the same?

Post by Tetsuko Shindou on Aug 29, 2018 19:54:14 GMT -4
A mixture of feelings and thoughts had arisen within Tetsuko upon learning about the special military demonstration. Tetsuko, personally, had a somewhat positive view of the armed forces. Not greatly so, but Tetsuko did admire their service and willingness to put themselves at risk for the benefit of others, holding them with the same reverence she did Heroes and other servants of the public. Tetsuko herself, however, didn't have much interest in joining them, not when the far more righteous and independent option of Heroism existed. The Shindou girl couldn't exactly see herself picking up a pack and rifle, no, her own warrior's path was a much different affair.
That being said, this particularly military demonstration had still piqued Tetsuko's interest. The details weren't completely clear to her, but from what Tetsuko understood, the military was attempting to establish a better understanding of Quirked individuals, and how they might better integrate them into the current forces. The importance of this was not lost on Tetsuko, who herself was the first Quirker of her family line, and thus carried the burden of bringing their school to new heights with her blessing. Part of that was pushing them into an increasingly Quirk-centered future, which naturally predicated improved relations. If there was anything Tetsuko could do to help with that, she'd gladly attend.
Of course, that wasn't her only reason for attending, and like many of her peers Tetsuko was interested in seeing what the military's training and equipment might have to offer that would aid them in future Heroics. Many were treating it like some kind of festival, but perhaps most surprising to Tetsuko was her girlfriend's interest in it. Tetsuko had initially postulated that Elise was keen on investigating the medical camps for more knowledge and training, but the Eisenberg girl seemed to have different plans in mind...
Yes, Tetsuko was well on her way to learning a lot about one of Elise's much more unorthodox hobbies. To think, that the once pacifist girl was now something of a firearms fanatic! It had been incredibly surprising to hear Eli's hobby, but Tetsuko had gotten rather used to learning new things about her childhood friend as of late. They were both changing and growing alongside each other, like they always had, so it was becoming more and more natural to watch one another bloom into something different, not unlike flowers.
Heading into the grounds with Elise, Tetsuko found Eli's arm wrapped around her own before the Germanic girl proclaimed her first choice of attraction. "Firearms? Alright, sounds good to me." Tetsuko replied with a shrug and half-grin. How was it possible that Elise looked so adorable when she got excited about guns of all things? Tetsuko might never know the answer, but the result was clear: Elise was cuter than ever in a festive mood, which after all the pain and strife they'd been through, had Tetsuko's heart swelling with affection and joy. She didn't even particularly care that, well, guns weren't exactly her thing.
There was a wide variety of firearms on display within the armory, most of which Tetsuko had never even seen before. And the few weapons that did look familiar to her were simply the ones she'd seen used in movies and other fiction. It probably came as a surprise to no one, but firearms weren't exactly the swordswoman's are of expertise. Ask her to distinguish between any number of swords or other martial weaponry, and Tetsuko could speak on endlessly, but if it had a trigger she was utterly clueless. Her own grandfather denounced the firearm as the weapon of a warrior, but that was his own opinion, and Tetsuko herself was curious to see what worth they might have for her.
At the very least, Elise seemed to be enjoying herself. She pointed out a long rifle, a sniper to be exact, something Tetsuko had heard of before but never actually seen up close. Seeing any of these firearms in the flesh was a strange experience, given she'd only witnessed them before through a screen or on a page. Elise, on the other hand seemed incredible familiar with it, yammering on about how deadly and powerful it was, a uniquely endearing excitement in her tone. Even in spite of the subject matter, Tetsuko couldn't help but smile along as she listened to Elise go on and on about these weapons she was fascinated with. There was something about the way her eyes lit up with glee and awe that had Tetsuko's heart aflutter with affection. Little did the Shindou girl know, Elise's aptitude for firearms went beyond just her knowledge of them, and although Tetsuko figured Elise probably knew how to fire one, she had yet to realize just how skilled the young German was!
Hands in her pockets and a soft look of amusement in her expression, Tetsuko watched as Elise asked to use one of the sniper rifles. One of the young soldiers agreed to let her use it, and before he could say anything more, Elise had picked up the sniper rifle and darted off toward the shooting range, proclaiming her already learned experienced with the handling of the firearms. Sensei... Must've been Kobayashi. Tetsuko really wasn't sure what kind of circumstances might have lead the principal to teaching a young girl how to shoot a sniper rifle, but she supposed as long as Elise was having fun with it...
Giving a bemused shrug to the solider who looked at her in bewilderment, Tetsuko would follow along to the shooting range, eager to see what kind of skill Elise had with a gun. She was a fast learner, so surely it hadn't taken much for Kobayashi to drill in the basics. Yet, once the man began to instruct on how to reload, Elise made clear she was proficient in far more than just the basics, reloading and priming the rifle with speed and precision that would please any drill sergeant! Tetsuko's brows were raised as she stood silent and curious to see what skills her girlfriend had picked up from the former JSDF Lieutenant. Elise, with complete confidence, requested moving projectiles, and already Tetsuko felt like she was about to be impressed, yet the lengths which her jaw would draw towards the floor had not yet been foreseen.
When Elise told Tetsuko she was next, the swordswoman was taken aback, her cheeks flushing up lightly as she stammered a bit. "R-Right, I'll just see how it is first..." Her, firing a gun? Tetsuko was more likely to shoot herself than the target! With cautious concern, the Shindou girl watched the confident Eli raise her rifle, her skill and comfort more than evident. Tetsuko had rarely ever seen her look so self-assured, so poised and focused. Hell, the only other time Tetsuko had seen Elise this collected was when she played the piano, a far cry from target shooting!
The disc flew into the air at a distance, its speed such that Tetsuko wondered if she could cut it down were it launched at her. Indeed, at this range it would likely take an incredible amount of skill to utilize such a pinpoint weapon to eliminate the target, and no short deal of - Then Elise hit it on her first go. Tetsuko's eyes widened in surprise, utterly speechless at her lover's marksmanship. And it wasn't beginner's luck, or any kind of luck, as Elise skillfully dispatched one disc after the other in quick succession, showing the kind of sniping skills that would make any grown man tremble at the thought of crossing this sweet Germanic lass!
"Holy shit..." Tetsuko uttered, entirely stunned. Elise von Eisenberg, pianist, medic... And world-class marksman. Who would've guessed it? "You're amazing, Eli!" The swordswoman proclaimed with genuine surprise and pride. Yes, although Elise's display was fearsome and powerful, Tetsuko could hardly stop herself from feeling incredibly proud of her girlfriend's skill! But, when the burden come on her to follow up the act, Tetsuko immediately became flustered. How was she supposed to even try to accomplish the same?
"U-Um, I-I think I'll pass, I'll stick to swords..." Tetsuko uttered with an awkward chuckle... Though, Elise had been willing to be shown the joys of swordsmanship... "I-I mean, I can give it a try, start of with something smaller though... And I'll need you to show me the steps." Tetsuko said with a soft smile towards Elise. If this was her lover's passion, it was only fair that Tetsuko let Eli have all her fun in showing the swordswoman how to wield a firearm. Though their hobbies were certainly different, the joys that came from sharing them were nonetheless prominent in their relationship.

The Lieutenant hadn't been waiting for too long until he noticed two girls entering the gun range, their arms locked. Strangely enough they hadn't noticed the blond soldier standing in the corner of the room all by his lonesome self, waiting for them to arrive. Then again that might have also been a good thing as he noticed they went straight to business. Curious, he thought, remaining in his place as he watched the scene unfold. Clearly the girl knew a thing or two about firearms - trained by former Lieutenant Kobayashi, no doubt. But what made Ryouta grimace for a brief moment was her excitement at the sight of a firearm. While a hobby could be an exciting thing to drown yourself in, often offering quite the boost to motivation and morale, he wondered if this girl realized that this was an actual firearm that could easily take a life.
One of the engineers - Private First Class Kondo - had started up the routine for her. Ryouta Hideaki was incredibly curious to see how much his former war buddy had trained this girl. Clearly her main focus was on the sniper rifle, and as such the course with disks had been started for her. Not many privates were able to ace this one - those who could were already considered exceptional among their peers. He didn't exactly know what to expect, but he sure as shit didn't think she'd clear the stage so easily. He whistled to himself, a little impressed; looks like the current principal of this new hero school had found himself quite the protege. Ryouta snickered - that asshole must be ecstatic to the point that his angry poker face got even angrier.
Humming to himself, the Lieutenant finally decided it was time to approach. As casually as he could, he walked over, peering over Kondo's shoulder, "Damn. She's pretty good, huh?" He asked, a certain childish glint in his voice.
"H-huh? Oh, yeah, holy balls she-" the PFC cut himself off the second he turned around to notice who he was addressing. Jumping backwards comically, he begun bowing in apology almost like you'd see in some kind of weird ass anime. Then, sweat-ridden and embarrassed, the engineer hoisted up a salute, "L-lieutenant! I apologize for being rude!" He begun hammering out nervously, almost like he had rehearsed the whole damn thing just in case some shit like this were to happen. Kondo always was the nervous type, Ryouta remembered. "I-" He was interrupted before he could begin another spiel with the Lieutenant simply waiving his hand.
"It's alright, Kondo. Breathe. Take it easy. I'm not about to bust your balls for this," he said, a smile of clear amusement on his face as the blond couldn't even begin to stifle a chuckle, "At ease, Private. I'm just as surprised as you are. Move along with your duties. I got this, yeah?" As soon as that was over with, the engineer carried on with his duties while the blond Lieutenant approached the two girls. A small smile was on his face, a hum of curiosity leaving him when the other girl refused to take the gun test. She probably had her reasons. Whatever they were - he wasn't about to pry. He'd leave that to the redhead; it seemed like they were an item anyway.
Approaching the two younger girls with some curiosity, the blond folded his arms as he stared Elise in the eyes, "That was pretty good shooting there, red. Mind if I amp it up a notch?" Without waiting for a reply, he punched in a different regime into the machine. This one would be quicker and a little more intricate. Moving dummy targets, red for the ones to kill, green for civilians. They would move back and forth and from side to side pretty quickly and, above all, shuffle between one another. In his mind, Ryouta was wondering how quickly it would take Elise to get accustomed to target acquisition and on the fly corrections. That, besides preparation, was one of the most important factors for a marksman to possess. In his mind having already accepted to help her if he could, he also needed to know her strengths and weaknesses - a conversation the two of them could have a little later.

There were two subjects that always succeeded in drawing Elise's attention, those being Tetsuko and firearms. It didn't matter where she was or who she was talking to, Tetsuko always was a central piece of her thoughts, and as such it was easy to understand that the young Eisenberg was rather distracted with the presence of her lover and teaching her the wonders in firearms, to the point she had been oblivious to the fact she was being observed. The proud and happy exclamation of her lover that she was amazing after the performance with the sniper rifle had led Elise to grin sheepishly at the compliment, clearly enjoying the attention she was receiving from Tetsuko. There was always something about being the focus of Tetsuko that made her feel so alive, that moment she had eyes only for her truly were the moments she felt the most excited. When the iron-blooded lass said she preferred to stick to swords the burgundy-haired lass couldn't help but pout for a moment. She knew Tetsuko was more of a swordfighter than a gunner, but she still really wanted to show Tetsuko that same feeling she had when wielding a firearm, but it was in that moment a voice drew her attention.
A man approached them, judging from the engineer's reaction a higher rank soldier who soon complimented her shooting, causing the girl's lips to curve into a smile once more while he asked if he could increase the difficulty a little. "Sure~ I could show Tetsu a bit more on how to fire the rifle~" Elise answered with a sheepish grin, clearly not minding it at all. In the end, she was the type of person who enjoyed a good challenge, and yet she was in for a pleasant surprise. While the lieutenant was setting up the machine Elise started reloading the magazine as she explained to her girlfriend. "There are three steps you need to learn to be able to properly wield any sort of firearm, sensei might be better at explaining this, but I personally call it the 'SAS'" A curious choice of words, but the girl continued her explanation with a smile.
"The first thing you got to keep in mind is that it all begins with the way you hold your body, from the way you position yourself to the method you use to hold the rifle. One of the problems I had when sensei taught me was that I held the gun too strongly and tried to fight back against the recoil, but you can't beat that. The recoil is a sacrifice you make for the increased strength of your firearm, so instead try to learn to position your body in a way you soak in, or 'absorb' the recoil with your body. That's the 'S' the S of Stance"
As she took her stance the girl positioned her body in such a way the rifle was properly placed and any recoil would be absorbed by her shoulder and the rest of her body. "Next up is the A for Aiming~ It's important to be able to aim properly, in the end, a shot missed is a shot wasted, right sir?" She asked the lieutenant with a grin as she continued. "I heard most snipers tend to first find the right angle to aim at before they use their scope to properly hone in on a targeted spot, but sensei taught me to do that with the scope alone!" Although that was a feat most soldiers weren't capable of, in the end, it took way too long to track someone through a scope unlike using one's own broader vision to look around the landscape.
"Then you got the S for Shooting, there isn't a need to strongly pull the trigger, just a squeeze is enough~ you'll see once I start firing~" And then the exercise would begin. Taking a deep breath Elise watched the first red dummy emerge onto the field, and almost instantaneously her body moved as if on an intense speed auto-pilot she shifted her angle and fired straight at the dummy, hitting it cleanly in the chest. However, as the second 'wave' emerged it seemed the girl would struggle somewhat, the first red dummy in the form of an enemy soldier being shot down properly once more, but when she aimed at the next target her body froze for a moment and she could be able to be heard whispering audibly. "A civilian... no, calm down Elise, remember sensei's lessons." Indeed, a moment hesitation had followed that could have likely led to the third dummy to fire back at her, but after she took it down and cleared the second wave it appeared things would change soon afterward.
To the Lieutenant, it might have looked like an interesting surprise, the way it felt like Elise was automatically ignoring the green dummies and instead went straight for the red ones. However, with each wave and increase in the speed and amount of dummies it started to become more noticeable: If he looked at the expression of the girl behind the sniper rifle he would no doubt see her smiling cheerfully as if she was playing a game rather than doing an actual target practice.
Indeed, despite the fact she had hesitated at first, the moment she grew used to the civilian dummies their presence it seemed her focus had become so intense that she could easily avoid shooting them by accident and instead aimed straight at the red enemies while ensuring the green ones their trajectory wouldn't cross in the path of her bullets. Nonetheless, as she finished and lowered the rifle once more Elise couldn't help but grin at the two of them. "But I think this exercise might be a bit too hard for Tetsu~ Hehe, even I struggled a bit, it's not easy to fire a rifle when civilians are in the area. To properly calculate the path of your bullet, the timing of your shooting, requires a lot of focus~"
Looking at the lieutenant once more she asked with a grin. "Are you here to practice also sir?"

Post by Tetsuko Shindou on Sept 10, 2018 3:17:59 GMT -4
It really was only fair that Tetsuko allowed Elise to show her this strange hobby of gunnery. After all, Eli had engaged in a lighthearted sword duel with Tetsuko to learn more about the art that the Shindou girl adored, so it made sense for Tetsuko to do the same for her lover. Yet, a deeply set reservation did exist within Tetsuko Shindou at the thought of practicing with a firearm. Compared to the hotblooded clashing of blades and wills, marksmanship seemed so much more... Impersonal. It was rather hypocritical of her, but as Tetsuko looked upon the guns on display she couldn't help but think of them as nothing more than tools to destroy, to kill. Not so different a blade, perhaps, but the beauty Tetsuko found in swordsmanship was something else entirely... Even if she herself did use it to hone herself into a deadly edge. Ultimately, Tetsuko had little choice but to cast aside her aversions, and understand that a tool to destroy was just as easily a tool to protect, and she had faith that Elise was using firearms with the intention of the latter.
Although Tetsuko had voiced a preference in starting out small, Elise would seen be showing Tetsuko how to use a rifle, evidently the Germanic girls' specialty. Luckily, she wasn't having the Shindou girl try it out herself just yet, as that would have just been plain embarrassing following up the demonstration Eli was putting on. And there was something uniquely shameful about being shown as the less skilled in a public setting. Mounting reservations aside, Tetsuko would watch as Elise took up a certain lieutenant's challenge, demonstrating the individual steps of the process as she prepared herself.
Elise broke it down into three steps, all of which certainly had their parallels in Kenjutsu that made it a bit easier for Tetsuko to follow along. First up was, naturally, stance. No matter the fighting art, a solid stance was absolutely vital for the execution of the various techniques. In the case of firearms, however, there was an additional challenge aside from balance and positioning; that being recoil. With a blade, no such thing existed, obviously, as more emphasis was put on a clean cut that would be as unimpeded by recoil as possible. Tetsuko watched as Eli showed off the first step, finding herself continually impressed by the level of technique on display.
Already, the Shindou girl was wondering what other stances might be present, how deep this art of 'gunnery' went. Obviously, different stances were much more common in something like kenjutsu, where guard position and availability of techniques played a factor, but Tetsuko couldn't help but wonder if something similar existed within gunnery. As unsettling as the prospect of cold and deadly firearms was to Tetsuko, she continued to find herself lulled in by a natural intrigue for these weapons...
Next was aiming, that one Tetsuko could've guessed for herself. Aim and accuracy were important in any martial art, given the number of different points on an opponent to strike. Some particular 'subsections' of swordsmanship, such as the simple but effective Hirazuki, were all about decisive and deadly blows that cut through a targeted spot, eliminating the target swiftly and with minimal endangerment of the offensive swordsman. In many ways, it could be said sniping was no different from this particular sword art...
The third step Tetsuko also could've have foreseen. Though she was far from ignorant on the effects and deadly potential of firearms, it still continued to surprise and shock Tetsuko, just how easy they were to use. A simple squeeze of the trigger could kill at such a distance, with such great speed. Of course, to do this reliably, a skilled wielder was needed, and Elise continued to demonstrate that skill in spades, shooting down dummies with ease... Until a sudden twist was thrown in. A civilian dummy suddenly entered the field, and Tetsuko felt herself tense up as Elise aimed towards it... Only for the Eisenberg girl to swiftly adapt to the change in circumstances.
Tetsuko smiled proudly at her girlfriend's display, the Shindou girl realizing that even if she wasn't the biggest fan of guns, and didn't think too highly of them and their uses, their was no doubting that they were a force for good in the hands of Elise von Eisenberg. A force that would strike down evil, yet leave the innocent unharmed. Elise cleared the reminder of the trial, her bullets' trajectory skillfully weaving between friend and foe to achieve the desired effect, before she finally let down her rifle.
"Y'know... It's getting more surprising you didn't tell me about this sooner. 'Cause you're definitely impressing me right now." Tetsuko would declare with a huff of amusement as Elise described just how difficult it was. Elise then address the lieutenant near them, Tetsuko wordlessly bowing her head to the man as a gesture of respectful greeting. To think, even military men where impressed by the shooting of this highschool girl... Well, really, it just gave more evidence to something Tetsuko already knew.
Elise really was something special.
