Using 700 EXP to get a C-ranked quirk for Chise
Also if I could cash in 2 EP points for EXP (1 EP = 250) = 500 EXP gained
Also if her age could be increased to 18, I'd appreciate it(I forgot to celebrate her birthday last year, what a terrible person I am)

{UPDATING FROM}
Quirk: Songbird
Rank: D
Effect: The user's quirk has vary similar qualities to that of the lyrebird, being able to create and mimic sounds not it's own and replicate them almost to a tee. The user that posses this quirk is able to mimic anything from another human's voice to that of an inanimate object such as a car horn or static on the television. She is able to copy sounds for 60 minutes from first hearing and coming in contact with the object the sound came from. If the user has not come into contact with the object making the noise, her quirk lasts the same amount of time although the quality of the sound will not be exact as the sound the user is trying to mimic. Contact with the object has to be no less than 3 seconds for an almost perfect mimicry whereas without touching the mimicry is still capable although it will not be as perfect as inaccuracies will be present in the copied sound. The user is not able to speak in the target's native language aside from one of the languages that they knows already. The voice the user copies is spoken in native Japanese or the user's native tongue. The user is able to easily switch from one sound to the next although the clock does not stop for one sound when switching, each still has 60 minutes until it goes away. Once the timer is up on a voice, besides the user's own, the sound will go away, and the user is reverted back to their own voice until they copy the sound again. Chise is able to hold up to a maximum of 10 voices/sounds with her current quirk power. With each sound or voice copied, the internal timer for each is decreased by 5 minutes, meaning that the more sounds she ahs copied, the less time she has to use each.
Benefits:
Sound memory / Intake - Chise can listen to simple sounds and replicate them from memory, such as specific spoken phrases, or even the beats of a drum, although not as clear as the actual object producing the sound. To get a clearer copy of the sound, Chise needs to make contact with the object as in pressing her hand against a car to better replicate it's horn or touching someone's throat/lips to get a better feel for how their vocal chords are arranged. Her body unconsciously registers how their vocal chords are arranged and is able to produce this sound for a specified period of time. At this time Chise is able to copy 8 different sounds ranging from human speech to inanimate objects for the same length of time for each.
Sound replication - Without coming nito contact with the source of the sound, the, Chise is still able to use her quirk to mimic a sound but it will be flawed and those listening could pick up on inaccuracies better than if Chise came in contact with the object producing the sound and from there used her quirk.
She can continue to produce a copied sound for a maximum of 60 minutes at her current standing. Once she has copied the sound, the clock will start and 60 minutes from the initial copy the sound will go away until copied again. At this level, she is able to fool voice recognition software on cellular devices and learning some accents and dialects if spoken in a language she knows or is familiar enough with.
Sound throwing - Chise is able to throw her voice 17 meters from her with the strength of her quirk now. This is in all directions beginning from where Chise is located to an 17 meter distance around her. Depending on if she has touched the source of the sound of not, the accuracy of the sound is varied.
Exhaustion and Weakness: The more sounds Chise copies, the more straining it is on her throat. She needs to stay hydrated or carry some liquid on her at all times in order not to critically damage her throat and vocal chords. Overexertion of her quirk may cause her voice to get hoarse and will take longer to heal depending on how severe they are damaged. Although she is able to copy many voices and sounds almost to a tee, she is still human and possess vocal chords like any other person would. She can use her quirk for up to 5 posts maximum and is decreased with how many sounds she has copied. Chise will need a cooldown of 1-2 posts before she copies another sound or the same sound again.

Quirk: Songbird
Rank: C
Effect: The user's quirk has very similar qualities to that of the lyrebird, being able to create and mimic sounds not its own and replicate them almost to a tee. The user that possess this quirk is able to mimic anything from another human's voice to that of an inanimate object such as a car horn or static on the television. She can copy sounds for 6 hours from first hearing and coming in contact with the object the sound came from. If the user has not come into contact with the object making the noise, her quirk lasts the same amount of time although the quality of the sound will not be exact as the sound the user is trying to mimic. Contact with the object must be no less than 3 seconds for an almost perfect mimicry whereas without touching the mimicry is still capable although it will not be as perfect as inaccuracies will be present in the copied sound. This works by her quirk shifting her vocal cords according to the pitch and tone of the sound she is trying to replicate. If Chise is unable to touch the sound source, she can’t get a feel for how to change her vocal cords accordingly. The user is not able to speak in the target's native language aside from one of the languages that they know already. The voice the user copies is spoken in native Japanese or the user's native tongue. The user is able to easily switch from one sound to the next although the clock does not stop for one sound when switching, each still has 6 hours until it goes away. Once the timer is up on a voice, besides the user's own, the sound will go away, and the user is reverted to using their own voice until they copy the sound again. With each sound or voice copied, the internal timer for each is decreased by 5 minutes, meaning that the more sounds she has copied, the less time she has to use each.
Benefits:
Sound Memory and Replication – If Chise comes in contact with a certain sound source more than five times, she is able to replicate the sound clearly from muscle memory, not needing to go back to the source to copy said sound multiple times. For example, if she copy’s a person’s voice directly five times, she will be able to replicate that voice and say almost anything in that voice. Every time after she goes to replicate the sound from the sound source, the sound will get clearer and stronger as if it were her own voice she was using. Her body unconsciously registers how their vocal cords are arranged and is able to produce this sound for a specified period of time. Chise can remember anything from simple sounds to complex human speech as long as she comes in contact with it a certain number of times, she will be able to perfectly replicate it whenever she wants. The timer will still be in effect for these sounds but will be readily easily to replicate once the timer is up on that sound. Chise is still able to use her quirk to mimic a sound but it will be flawed and those listening could pick up on inaccuracies better than if Chise came in contact with the object producing the sound and from there used her quirk. This flawed voice will be active until the timer expires or Chise is able to encounter the sound source. If she has a flawed voice copied and then comes in contact with the sound source, the timer will not reset and continue on as if Chise had copied the sound from the source directly. At this level, Chise is able to pick on accents and dialects easier once she hears them at least once. She is also able to fool more advanced voice recognition software such as a security system in a building.
[TL;DR: Chise can now replicate sounds from memory after hearing them and going to the source a set number of times. This is also the accuracy of how well she can replicate these sounds. Not touching sound source = inaccurate sound replication.]
Sound throwing - Chise is able to throw her voice 25-30 meters from her with the strength of her quirk now (25 being the minimum range and 30 being the maximum range). This is in all directions beginning from where Chise is located to a 25-30-meter distance around her. Depending on if she has touched the source of the sound of not, the accuracy of the sound is varied.
[TL;DR: Chise's sounds can be heard from 25-30 meters away]
Vocal Cry – Having been able to copy various kinds of sounds, Chise can use these sounds at certain frequencies to damage the hearing of those around her. This new skill allows her to create ultrasonic vibrations whenever she screams, allowing her to severely damage both organic and inorganic objects. This goes to the extent of being able to shatter metal such as iron and some steel. This skill allows her to damage and stun objects and foes. Her cry can reach a decibel level of 130db which is about as loud as a siren or a gun shot. She cannot use this ability for too long as it can severely damage her vocal cords more than if she were to copy a wide range of voices.
[TL;DR: Chise can produce high pitched sounds that can cause damage to her enemies via her mimicry]
Exhaustion and Weakness: The more sounds Chise copies, the more straining it is on her throat. She needs to stay hydrated/carry water on her at all times in order not to critically damage her throat and vocal cords. Because of the range of sounds Chise can copy, her vocal cords strain and stretch accordingly. Overexertion of her quirk may cause her voice to get hoarse and her rods to rip/tear if used extensively. They will take longer to heal depending on how severe they are damaged. If she strains herself too much, she could end up losing her voice from a few days to losing her voice completely. Although she can copy many voices and sounds almost to a tee, she is still human and possess vocal cords like any other person would. She can use her quirk for up to 10 posts maximum and is decreased with how many sounds she has copied. She can use her vocal cry for 2 posts maximum before it starts straining her vocal cords. Chise will need a cooldown of 1-2 posts before she copies another sound or the same sound again.
