Nick had needed to get away from Yuuei, and for once it was not just because he found the place irksome. The chaos of Thunder’s Quirk Enhancing Drug still raged. Nick had been mindful to avoid falling prey to it himself, but he had also yet to act on ‘helping’ those addicted to it the way Thunder had instructed him to. His only act with it thus far had been – well, targeting everyone’s favourite perfect class president Rin Kurama.
And then kissing her.
He slammed the buttons on the fighting game cabinet in front of him extra hard at that memory. He was barely even concentrating, the sounds of the arcade around him distant. It was not the same arcade Thunder’s men had accosted him at. He had made sure to avoid that one, venturing instead to one that was larger, busier and in a more populated area. He did not want to see Thunder or anyone associated with him in that moment.
He agreed that Yuuei was flawed and its flaws needed exposing, but was the drug truly the way? He supposed it exposed how weak Yuuei was for allowing such a thing to infiltrate it, yet he could not make his mind up about whether Thunder’s ultimate intention of creating a drug to enhance Quirks was too artificial or not, which was why he had thus held back from ‘helping’ anyone. The money Thunder offered for each person ‘helped’ be damned; Nick’s pride surpassed even that.
Most importantly, though, he could not get the taste of Rin out of his mouth. Worse still, he did not know if he wanted to. Thoughts of her and memories of that moment overrode his mind whenever he tried to think of anything else. Why had he done that? Why had he wanted to keep doing that? He had no idea what the answer was, and he was afraid of what it could be.
He was so absorbed in his mind the world around him had faded to a dull near non-existence. He barely even cared that his character in the game ended up being knocked out.

How dare he.
How dare he.
Try to bring me in, try to ruin everything.
Why couldn't he just accept me? All of me? Like I did for him?
HOW COULD HE DO THIS?!
Susumu's mind had been clouded since two days ago. Two days since she had escaped Gilbert's hold on her with lies, deceit, and false promises. It had been her only option. But now...now, now she couldn't go back. The moment she did he would try to arrest her. Try to bring her in and try to have Big Sister gone from this world forever, even if it would get him arrested as well. It was such a noble goal. The odds of her actually being caught were slim--her data was all preciously hidden, her name only heard in whispers. Odds were, she would have been let go. But to risk G being thrown in jail where she couldn't reach him...
He would rather have gone to prison than be with me.
He would rather be alone, forever, than with me.
He lied. He said he loved me. He lied. He said he would always...
The costume she wore today was one befitting her mood. Black wig that reached her mid back, black shirt and short skirt, black fishnet body-suit underneath it that reached from her finger tips to her toes, and black make-up on her pale skin. She was in mourning. Mourning the loss of her love, of her happiness, of her precious G's smile.
And she knew just who to blame.
Sure, she could blame it on Sophie, the whore he had slept with that started this decent of his from loving her to hating her. She could also blame Kasey, whose sharper-than-it-appeared eye had caught her in one too many lies and revealed the truth to him. Perhaps it was that bug-eyed freak Yellow Jacket who preached her morals to him enough that it drove him insane. Maybe she could blame Miku from weakening Gil from the very start, and turning him into a hero. Into somebody who would rather see himself jailed than let her love him.
Or...she could blame the most recent face to his ever growing harem of poor decisions and women whom she wanted to gut and spill on the streets. Kurama Rin-chan. Sweet, naive, innocent Kurama Rin-chan.
He and her had shared the most recent interaction to date. Their conversation had been mostly lost to Susumu's tracking, but she saw the looks he'd given her. Leering, wanting looks. Looks of kindness and longing. She'd seen it. Seen it with her own eyes. So it must have been her fault, somehow. She had lured G away with those doe eyes that drew men to her like moths to flame. Why did Susumu think this?
Well, Gilbert was not the only man she knew who was attracted to her.
Hence, why the black-clad beauty had come to this arcade in particular. She saw Nick quickly--he was hard to miss, with that pretty face and the way he was pounding on the buttons like they'd insulted his intelligence. Ah, Nick Cross. Her new plaything. She hated his arrogance and his right hook, having experienced it first-hand. But she loved how easy he was to toy with when it came to his little obsession.
Without a word she came up behind Nick and wrapped her arms around his torso, a weak, mock sob on her lips. "Oh, Cross-sama, I was hoping you would be here! I...I can't stop thinking about you, about your embrace, your lips on mine...yes it was through the haze, but I just knew it was you. Please, please take me and make me yours, forever!" She then pulled back enough to rest her chin on his spine and grin, cold and empty of true happiness, up at him. "...is that what you thought she would say, Nikkun? You idiot. You're lucky I was watching the cameras or you could have gotten into biiii~iiiiig trouble. Such a bad, bad boy."
Having the only remaining evidence of his assault on Rin had it's perks.

The dark cloud hanging over Nick was abruptly blown back as he felt someone throw their arms around him from nowhere. Someone female. The last time he had had a female body this close to him – the first and only time – was when he had held Rin…
Except that was not Rin’s voice. Not Rin’s voice at all. He recognised who it belonged to even before it shifted from lilted pleading into straight up mocking malice.
Mother. Fucking. Susamu. The rotten, degenerate, smug little slattern that had made a fool of him all for kicks and then dragged him forcibly into Amadeus’s services. Few others could have ignited the blazing supernova of rage that exploded within Nick.
“Get your fucking filthy hands off me, you whore!” he roared in a voice that could have terrified away a starving lion. He did his best to throw her off and was about to swing his hand to slap her much as he had during their first meeting when he caught the wide-eyed looks his outburst had drawn from the arcade’s other patrons.
It was enough to make him remember how Susamu had caught him the first time, when she had deliberately goaded him into attacking her so she gained footage to blackmail him with. She knew he had trouble holding his transformation back when he lost control of his temper, and it was not exactly expected of Yuuei students to go around attacking civilians, was it?
Thus, he took the most difficult, deepest breath of his life. It did very little to calm him.
“What the hell do you want?” he demanded in a tone sharper than a sword. He had lowered his voice significantly, however. A few patrons were still glancing their way, but it seemed most of them had decided to give them a wide berth.
She had changed disguises since they last met. Instead of a delinquent she had gone for some kind of Gothic look. Her mocking had given her away, though. Were Nick less full of hate and anger he might have wondered where in the world she bought all these outfits.
The words she had spoken before she began outright taunting him remained stuck in his mind. Of course he had not wanted Rin to say such things, he told himself. He despised everything about her, so why would he?
…Why did he not fully believe himself?

Susumu's laugh bubbled underneath Nick's furious scream and she pulled her arms away just before he brought his hand anywhere close to her face. The strike didn't come, though, as he seemed to remember that attacking a young woman in a public place was not so good for his reputation. Like anything else he had been doing lately was, but those times he hadn't been caught. At least, not by anyone who wasn't her. "Mind that temper of yours, Nikkun. I won't even need to leak my videos if you keep this up. How about we save face and you play nice, hmm?"
His voice lowered to its usual scathing tone that Susumu somehow knew was only reserved for herself. She came up behind him and placed a couple coins in the player one and player two slots of the machine and pat the joystick next to her own. "I want to play a game with you, isn't it obvious? Not this one, but this will make for a good excuse not to meet those watching eyes on us, don't you agree?" Her lips curled into an cold, disconnected grin. Everything about her was off. More than usual. "Come here. I need a capable player two."
The game's title screen came to life, and waited for Nick to press "go".
"Now that you've remembered your manners, I came to give you some good news and bad news. Which would you like to hear first, Nikkun?"

Nick wanted to smash her face against the screen. To ram a joystick through one of her eye sockets. To straight up strangle her. All those and more at once. She had him right where she wanted him, again. And there was nothing he could do about it, again.
God, Nick hoped with all his heart this game of her taunting and manipulating him whenever she felt like it was not going to became a regularity – yet somehow he felt it might.
He stood there and glared at her for several seconds after she started up the game. Then, slowly and reluctantly, he approached and chose his character without so much as a one second glance at her. He did not even care which character he selected or about playing the game at all. All he cared about was why she was so interested in his actions with Rin.
“You already have the means to blackmail me,” he growled at her. “Why does it matter what I do with Rin? What is she to you?” His final words sharpened with extra anger and something almost like defensiveness, for reasons he was again afraid to know. He did not want Susamu to go after Rin, if that was why she was prying at him about her. “Leave her alone, you hear me? She’s my prey.”
She was his to ruin. That was the only reason he said such a thing, he told himself. Susamu could stay the hell away…

"I think of blackmail like a fine bottle of vintage wine. Why stop at just one, when you can have a whole cellar full? And you also didn't answer my question. So I'll just tell you both!" Susumu's voice rang with sing-song smugness as Nick came next to her and started picking out a character. She picked her own--the typical fighting female character with an outfit that barely covered her cleavage or thighs--and the game announced "BEGIN BATTLE". And off they went.
She was not very good at this game, but it was just an excuse for them to talk with the noises of little digital people decking each other to cover their conversation. So she didn't care. "Ah, see, that's the bad news. Your little Rin-chan has started annoying me, so I decided to mess with her. Nothing physical because that's clearly your department, but I had a great time harassing her over text. Want to know why?" Her fingers hit the buttons a little harder than was necessary, her lips twitching, manic energy filling in where there had been emptiness a moment ago.
"It's because your little 'kitten' came between me and my lover."
"Can you believe it?" Susumu laughed bitterly, "That doe-eyed little princess got her mitts all over my man, and the very next day, he's left me. Or...I left him. To be honest, it's a little fuzzy. Hahah! Isn't that lovely, though? It looks like we both have a mutual problem. I want her to stay away from him, and you...well, if that video says anything past 'look at what a fucking creep I am', you want her to some degree."
Her eyes glanced up at him through the thick black fake lashes.
"That's the good news, by the way."

Nick grinded his teeth as he listened to Susamu speak with great reluctance, wishing now he had never left Yuuei’s grounds. He supposed this was his own stupid fault. He had messaged the whore and asked her to deal with the footage of himself and Rin, knowing all too well that he would be doomed if the school saw it. He just had not expected her to make such an infuriating fuss.
Nor did he expect her next words about Rin and her ‘lover’.
His character was immediately knocked out, but he did not care. He was no longer holding the controls. Every inch of his body was as tense as it could possibly have been. The thought of someone else being with Rin, holding her as close as he had, kissing her as he had made something inside twist and writhe in the most fiery anger, even more so than the thought of Susamu attacking her.
“Tell me who he is,” he demanded in a voice darker than the void itself. “His name. His location. What he looks like. Everything. And you better not be fucking with me! You tell me what happened right now!”
Why did he feel this way? He asked himself this on the inside, and to his surprise this time an answer came: Rin was his. He had just said so. No one else could touch her but him, not in any way.

Round two of the game started up with another loud "BEGIN BATTLE", but Susumu didn't take to the control right away. She was too enraptured with the expression on Nick's pretty face. Oh, she had seen him angry before. In fact it was the only emotion she had ever seen on him since the first day they met. Funny that. But this was more than the annoyance he had when speaking with her, or the fury she elicited by touching him by surprise. It was a sort of deep-seeded, unadulterated loathing she only saw from one other man before. It made her heart skip for a moment.
Until she remember it was Nick Cross making that face. Ergh. Any connection between those happy feelings and him was quickly wiped.
Nope.
"Ah-ah-ah, why do you think I would give that part of the information to you? I told you, he is--was--IS mine, the same way that Rin-chan is yours. I may have taunted her a little but rest assure, I would never do anything further. That would be like stealing another child's toy!" Susumu placed a black painted nail to her equally dark painted lips, her white teeth creating a stark contrast as she grinned up at Nick. "I can, however, tell you what I saw. You know where Rin-chan works, right? At the little maid cafe Honey Honey? Oh, of course you do, you've been there before. You even took a picture with her! And yes, I saved it."
As she spoke, Susumu got a little bit closer to Nick, daring not to touch him but almost letting her chest brush against his arm as it was held taunt against the game console. "He visited it a little while ago. The look he gave her was absolutely awful, like a dog drooling over a piece of meat. Given that adorable little costume of hers, I can almost forgive him. But she was just as horrible. Being all sweet and friendly," now her hand did brush against his arm, "All touchy and teasing," she lowered her voice to a whisper, "Far too close for just friendly play."
She was lying. Of course she was lying. Rin and G had only been talking to one another as customer and maid, and nothing more than that. At least, that was what the pictures had shown her. Now Nick might have been the type to fly into a jealous fury over something so innocent--like she was really one to talk--but she didn't just want fury.
"I guess it shouldn't have surprised me...sadly, my lover was not the most faithful man..." she slipped a step back from Nick, and her eyes clouded with the first true emotion to reappear on her face. Heartbreak. The wounds were fresh in her mind, still, but she continued on. If she lost her focus here and now and broke down, she wouldn't get what she wanted. "He's the sort that lures women to him with his charm. To draw them in, have his way, and break their hearts. Just like he did mine. Isn't that so cruel? I tried to change him, I really, truly did. But now, your sweet little Rin-chan is in his sights. And she loves it."
"At least, she looked like she did. I'm not a mind-reader."

Nick did not even touch the controls when the game restarted. Videogames were the furthest thing from his mind. No, his mind was full of Rin, Rin, Rin. The pieces were slowly but surely starting to fall together, even if it was all still a befuddled mess. He wanted to ruin her and drown in the strange-but-enticing feelings she gave him and make sure no one else ever got to feel anything like them from her. Because she was beautiful and amazing and strong and he admired all of that. Hated her for making him feel such a way, but the admiration was growing ever stronger…
He came back to reality somewhat as Susamu drew closer to him. He shot her another glare as venomous as a nest of cobras for daring to encroach on his sacred personal space. Her words wormed their way into his mind and made him tremble, however. No, no, how dare this man look at Rin that way; no one could do that.
He visibly recoiled at Susamu’s attempt touch him and bared his teeth.
“You didn’t answer me, you irritating slag,” he snapped. “Name. Appearance. Address. Now.”
Somewhere in amongst all his confused feelings and rage, a voice reminded him that Susamu was an open trickster and manipulator who clearly got her jollies from using people. She could have been lying, trying to make a fool of him again. It could have all been a game between her and her so-called beloved.
Nick let out a long, frustrated growl. “That’s what you want me to say, isn’t it? You’re really getting off on this. What the hell did I do to piss you off so much? Just leave me be and take your lies somewhere else!”
What if she was not lying for once, though? The doubt and paranoia ate away at his mind like maggots on a corpse. He could not stand the thought of anyone looking at Rin like that, and even worse, Rin looking back at them the same way. No, no, no. Godammit, he wanted to scream.

"I already told you, no, no, and no." Susumu stuck her tongue out at Nick from between her black lips, then pulled it back so she could flash him her pearly whites again. It was less of a smile this time and more like an animal showing their teeth, daring another to try to strike against it. "He's mine, and nobody else's, to have and to hurt. I'm not giving that pleasure to anyone else. Nobody gets to touch him except for me. Got it?"
Ah, but now he was speaking the right language. His anger set aside for just a moment to question her motivations. He wasn't off. She was enjoying this, as much as she could at the moment. But it wasn't enough. "Well, Nikkun, isn't it nice to know that one of us is?" She laughed again, the sound devoid of real pleasure, then she continued. "It's nothing you did, dear. In fact, it's nothing even that Rin-chan did. If it had been any other woman--and trust me, there are other women--I would have made a trip to somebody else to have this discussion. But as it so happens, you're here, and your relationship with Rin-chan is..."
...exactly what I wanted.
"...just a contrived coincidence. See, dear, I'm not just here to give you this information and enjoy your suffering. I'm here with a proposition. Something that will get both of us what we want more than anything in the world. You want Rin-chan all to yourself, and I...well..."
Susumu raised her fingers to her throat, and pulled at the necklace that had been hidden behind the black shirt she was wearing. It was the only splash of color she wore: green agate, beautiful and elegant.
"...I want to ruin him for daring to do this to me, and to let him know that everything he loves or claims he loves will burn, just as I did. Just as I do. So my proposal is this: help me to hurt him, by doing what you want most to your sweet little Rin-chan." Her eyes met Nick's own, the manic energy returned to them...only this time, there was something far more dangerous to it than he had ever seen before. With the "smile" still on her face and the look in her eyes, it was clear she wasn't just a little off.
She was so, so much worse than that.
"I'll help you achieve this in whatever way I can. Luring her into a secluded location, providing you with the drugs to suppress her Quirk and knock her unconscious, a space to keep her should you wish...anything and everything. Then when you have her, I can use that to get my love into my own clutches. I just know he'll try to save her..." she clicked her nails against the necklace, "My silly, silly Guccichi..."

Each ‘no’ made Nick scowl even harder. It was so tough to hold back from trying to rip her tongue right out of her skull when she stuck it out at him.
“As if that’ll stop me,” he hissed at her, even though truthfully he knew he lacked her resources and had no real hope of tracking down her ex-boyfriend alone. And she knew it, too. He had not thought it possible for him to hate her more than he already had until then.
When she brought up a proposition, his scowl darkened all the more. He was about to retort that he would never listen to any such proposition of hers when she carried on speaking anyway, and he immediately shut his mouth.
Was she implying she would help him capture Rin? The temptation was the strongest he had had ever felt – but then he saw his mother’s face in his mind, glaring down at him, judging him.
“If I do anything to Rin, then I’m out of Yuuei for sure,” he said, looking away from Susamu. “Mother still needs me in there.”
Did he really care that much, though, compared to the notion of having Rin all to himself…
His fists clenched, the old part of him trying to resist this unfamiliar new part. “Your precious Otou-sama,” he mimicked her voice when she said it, “still needs me in there. You don’t want to let him down, do you?”

Well, he'd shut up for long enough to listen to her, even if it was short-lived. Susumu's eyes half-closed and she pursed her lips together in an empty display of annoyance. Really. Really, he was going to use the "Mommy said no" card in this situation? And he even went so far as to tell her that Amadeus wouldn't approve of her plan, either. Which...might have been true, but it also might not be. Amadeus encouraged her new outlook. He had told her he was proud that she'd begun seeing things in this new cold, cruel way. He'd said so himself.
So he would approve of this.
Presumably.
"Asimov-sama," she said evenly, as they were out in public and he had warned her not to call him by that name unless there were less people, "Would probably cheer us on for causing such a scene. And who's to say that they would even found out that you were involved? There are plenty of students in that school, and even more outside it who could go so far as to kidnap a student. Thundercock or whatever his name is still hasn't been caught for drugging their water and food, and he's far less subtle than I am. Trust me," Susumu raised her arm, showing the healed but scarred flesh from the healed burns, "I would know."
"Unless you're saying that you can't keep up an act of innocence? If that's the case, I don't think your mother would have sent you here in the first place. While you're gone, I'll keep Rin safe and sound. I won't even go in the room we keep for her. Hell, I'll even have it locked and give you the only key, if that will convince you. Just think about it."
Susumu raised her fingers to entwine, her eyes closing and her voice taking on a dream-like, airy tone like she were recounting a romantic fantasy, rather than...what she was actually saying. What she said was: "Her kept in a safe place, far away from any eyes who would look at her. Any hands that would touch her. Did you know her father used to hit her? I found that in her phone. You'd be saving her from anyone ever hurting her again...except for you, of course." Her eyes opened to thin slits, like those of the conniving, scheming snake. "You could have her for whatever you want. Drug her and leave her sleeping like Snow White in a little glass box. Pin her up like a butterfly by her hands. Hell, chop her into fine bits and eat her, I know people who are into that. I don't judge. But whatever you want to do to her, you could. You can!"
"That's the fun of doing whatever it is you wish, Nikkun. That's part of being...well..." she click her tongue against her teeth 'playfully', "Bad."

Nick was not sure he quite believed Susamu when she claimed Amadeus would not care, but then again he barely knew the man, so who could say? He still had his doubts, however, all too aware of how full of shit she was. His only thought when she showed him her burn marks was that it was a shame Thunder had not done a more thorough job.
He looked away from her and down at the ground as she carried on talking, but it was impossible to block her out. Her words were so difficult to resist, and he was starting to wonder why he even wanted to; keeping Rin with him and away from anyone else sounded like a dream. His head abruptly jerked up again when she mentioned Rin’s father, however. “Her father used to…”
His mind suddenly brought back flashes of broken ribs, of lying face down on the ground bruised and bloodied, of voices yelling at him to get up and stop being so utterly pathetic. All things that had made him stronger, as he had forever told himself, that had taught him what weakness was, and yet hearing Rin had been hurt in a similar manner somehow broke the hold Susamu had been slowly gaining over him.
Being as sheltered as he had been, he had never heard of anyone from outside his group with a similar such experience before, and perfect little Rin of all people? Then Rin would know what it felt like. She would have grown stronger from it, too.
Susamu kept talking, dripping sweet poison down his ears, and it still sounded so very tempting. He could keep Rin forever…
He screwed his eyes shut as he visibly cringed. “Shut up. Shut up.”
He turned around and began walking away without another word. Really, he should have just walked away the moment she showed her stupid face. He did not even know where he was going; just anywhere away from Susamu and her lies would do.

Dammit dammit dammit dammit. What did she do wrong?
Susumu swore under her breath as Nick turned and started walking away. He had looked like he was so goddamn close to accepting her proposal and taking Rin out of the picture, but no, at the last second it looked like whatever vestige of a conscious the stupid boy had reared its ugly head and now he was backing off. Or, more accurately, walking off. Her eyes still narrowed her sweet, luring smile turned bitterly mad, and reaching into the pretty black purse she had slung around her shoulders, she pulled out her phone and followed after him.
"Oh no, oh no no no, you don't just walk away from this Nikkun. Did you forget who you were talking to? The dirt I have on you? I think you've made a teensy-weensy-itty-bitty miscalculation here...I own you."
With a slightly faster pace than a normal walk she managed to get in front of him for just long enough to make him stop, just for a second, In that second she flashed the screen of her phone up at him, and as she did, her left eye beneath the wig turned into static. She wasn't wearing a contact today, so the creepy effect they had had with her Quirk on the first day they'd met was absent, but he should remember what she claimed her Quirk to be that day: sharing videos mentally to any source.
On the phone screen was a paused video. Perfectly timed, like she had expected this little trick not to work. She'd planned ahead this time.
The screen showed Nick holding Rin, their lips pressed together, his tongue in her mouth, as she lay there limply in his embrace, too drugged to process what was happening. The same video she had sent a teasing clip of the beginning to to sweet little Rin a few nights ago.
"See this? It's not the only copy. I sent it to Asimov-sama, too, and I can send it to Kurama Rin-chan in the blink--hah!--of an eye. And then guess what happens? U.A will expel you faster than you can get back to campus. Rin-chan will never go near you again, nor will she ever see you as anything other than the scum of the earth. You'll never get to see her or touch her or kiss her ever again. And she will never trust another person to get that close! Hell, maybe with the right wording, she'll leave U.A! You GET it? Whether or not you go along with me, I'm getting what I want. Little miss sunshine here is going to suffer, even if you don't work with me. I'm giving you a chance to get something out of this, rather than losing everything right away. UN. DER. STAND?!"
Her wide eyes, half-static and half hazel, bore into Nick like drills, daring him to make a move or say something that would betray her. Anything. This was the well-planned, well rehearsed plan of a woman on the verge of an absolute psychotic break-down.
He wasn't going anywhere.
Susumu slowly slid her phone back into her purse, unblinking and unflinching. "So let's try this again. You want Rin. I want her gone. I say I will have your head on a silver platter if you say no, you say...?"

Nick was not even lucky enough to make it out of the arcade when she caught up to him. He should have expected she would be persistent considering how their first meeting had gone. Even so he gave the largest inward groan of his life. His patience was gossamer thin at this point – and then when she began to speak, it gave out. The woman had lost all pretence of being coy, and all it took was three words: I own you.
All his life, he had never had a choice.
Get up, you weak little bitch!
He had always told himself that he did not care, but suddenly he found himself becoming less and less sure.
Stop crying. You listen to us, you hear?
It had made him stronger, but he really did despise how helpless they had made him feel…
We own you!
He let out a scream that sounded alien. He rushed at her in a blazing tornado of unstoppable hatred and rage, his armour consuming him. He thrust his fingers out towards the eye she used for her Quirk, aiming to jam them into it full force and take that eye from her.
Whether he succeeded in this or not, he then exploded into a catastrophic barrage of punches like the embodiment of a wrathful god, howling every curse word under the sun. He did not care if he was caught. All that mattered was making this bitch pay and teaching her a lesson she would never forget: never, ever say such things to him.
He did his best to hit her and hit her and hit her. He was not even sure what he was screaming at her any longer. He kept trying to hit her until his arms ached too much. He slowly backed away, though he did not let his armour go. The world was lucky the look on his face was hidden.
“I told you to leave me alone!” he bellowed.
He staggered away, but did not get far before he felt the need to grip his head with a strained sound. The memories were still coming and they hurt so much. Why could the entire world just not leave him be?
That was the moment the rest of the arcade saw fit to dogpile on him. Someone stuck the growth on his back with enough force to make his armour recede. He thrashed and snarled but there were too many of them and in his weaker state it was easy for them to restrain him.
Shit.
