Yuri was making his usual rounds, humming the "next big song" as it were to himself. He couldn't say it was bad, at least pitch wise. It just didn't seem to have that "bang" or "oomph" that the others in its spot before it had had, that catcginess that sticks to you head and won't go away. Of course some people didn't like that but the energetic teen had no qualms for ear worms as long as the beat and pitch lived up to his standards. And the last two had done so in spades, but this time it felt more dud than not. A shame for the up and coming band, the blonde haired boy doubted they'd manage to last as long as the bands before them, and due to pop bands like them already having very bright but very short lifespans that didn't bode well. But Yuri enjoyed the song while it lasted, not disliking it enough to stop humming to himself as he skipped to the bank. But the boy wasn't here to make a deposit, no he was here to make a withdrawal. Just, not from his account.
The interesting thing about ATM's, or really anything involving a keypad was that the numbers on said keypad each let out a unique pitch when pressed. Yuri wasn't quite sure of the reasoning for such a thing, but the fact that it was a thing was quite convenient. Especially for someone who had perfect pitch hearing like himself. It was really easy actually, all he had to do was wait by the ATM, wait for someone to make a withdrawl, or deposit, or just access their account. It wasn't important what they were doing, he just needed that precious pin number. And after that, all he needed to do was get the card. Whether it was by simple pickpocketing or...other measures, it didn't matter too much as long as they didn't see him. And that was easy to ensure. So he stood by, acting like he was waiting for someone to come out of the bank. And his eyes immediately came upon an enticing target. An obvious businessman, he has cropped black hair and was carrying a suitcase. He was also crazy muscular for a businessman, but Yuri was dismissive of that, thinking nothing of it as he listened to the pin number the man put in. Yuri didn't notice any money coming out of the ATM so the boy guessed it was a deposit. All the better~[/I]
Then, instead of walking into the bank, the large man walked away, causing Yuri to tilt his head in more curiosity. Was such a minor trip really worth the effort of such a professional looking guy? But once again, Yuri shrugged it off. Who these big businesses chose to be errand boys wasn't any concern to him. He only wanted the prize ahead. So he followed the man from afar, waiting for an opportunity. And it came far sooner than he'd expected, as the man turned into an empty alley that just screamed mugging. However, it seemed he was aware of this as well, as they didn't even get mid-way through before the big man gave a grunt and turned toward the blonde haired boy. However, Yuri was practiced at this, and rushed him before he could react. All it took was one swing of his arms to cause him to fall to his knees, the blast of noise that went straight to the man's inner ear being enough to fell even gorilla's like this. And Yuri's grin grew wider as he raised his arm once more, not for another soundwave, but instead to smash into the man's skull. Yuri was pretty sure that he didn't kill him given the man was still groaning slightly, but that didn't matter either way. The boy grabbed what he came for, grabbing the wallet with the pin number he'd memorized.
But the boy was in for a shock upon actually inserting it. He had no way of knowing it, but he'd just stepped into entirely new and dangerous territory as he stared open jawed at the hundreds of thousands of yen in the account he was looking at. He'd found a treasure hidden in the deep. But now he had to deal with all the things that came with it.
