Effect: It's hard being acrobatic when your temperature starts dropping rapidly. The longer one stays in contact with the heat absorbing cells, the harder it gets too move, to the point that getting your heat drained causes mobility to drop by 2 ranks for 3 turns.

Effect: One of the most dangerous things of having your body heat rapidly drained is the change in temperature. Even a drop of two degrees in body temperature is enough to cause fatigue, and Seiryu's skin cells can do that and more, causing a minus two in stamina for three turns if you end up in it
