Description:
His quirk makes Shinme capable of creating and controlling wind by various kinds of sounds he makes. Being it humming, singing, talking, or even clapping or playing specific instruments, he is able to order the air-currents to do his bidding. He most commonly uses the wind to lift himself or other objects into the air, but he can also make it sharp enough to break skin and do damage. He can do it so long as he has air in his lungs and is conscious enough to think of an order. During control, the wind will gain a certain shine, so his attacks are never invisible.
He quickly learned that to properly use his powers, he has to control his own breathing as well. In case he has trouble doing that, for example being strangled, his control over his quirk will deteriorate.
Benefits
Exhaustion and Weakness:
Minor exhaustion: When he starts to overuse his quirk, he will experience trouble breathing as his respiratory muscles slow down, not providing his body with enough air. Due to that, his chest and head might start hurting from minor air deprivation.
Major exhaustion: His headaches and chest pains worsen the more he continues to use his quirk, and he will have trouble with his sight and hearing as well. His heart will try to make up for the lack of oxygen by pumping his blood faster. In the worst case scenario, his respiratory muscles stop working altogether, and he suffocates within minutes.
Weakness: He exhausts himself quicker if he is submerged in water (for obvious reasons), but the most obvious weakness of his quirk is dense earth/ground itself as it nullifies the orders he gives to his wind.

Being purely air-powered, he is quite hard to shut down. Even outside of a fight one has to wonder how much energy the boy has in him. He can keep up slightly longer with an extended fight, and with a long-winded concert too, if the opportunity arises.

- Li (Damage/Strength/Bleed) – Giving the proper commands with somewhat aggressive and powerful sounds, his wind can become dense enough to damage thin concrete with blasts and cuts. It can also pick up, or alternatively, help him pick up things that are as heavy as a cow (600 kg). What's also worth noting is that when his wind cuts skin, it can easily cause bleeding.
- Feixing (Flight) When controlling his wind in a soft but precise manner, he is able to easily lift himself in the air and help out with his jumps and landigs as well, effectively gaining a kind of flight to navigate all types of environment. He is able to hover for a short period of time without actively making any sound, as this seems to be the easiest trick for him to do.
- Yuan (Range) – Wind, obviously, isn’t limited to close combat. He prefers to use his abilities at a certain range, keeping his distance during a fight. His quirk can accurately reach as far as a smaller pool goes (12 meters).
