She took a deep breath and stared at her phone. Waiting at their rendezvous point. A small smile was on her lips as she waited for a call. She had just sent a message to Niso and Meltdown to go and hunt down the minister of Defense. Chinen Yoshiaki would not have much more hours to live and he will probably consider today as the worst day of his life. The dark-haired woman smiled to herself, even more, this was her first step out there and she had worked hard on this plan, everything seemed to be going well. She had Silent Shadow follow the man that she only had seen from time to time in the office. Now Narcissa knew everything about him that she would need at first instance, she knew he had plans for the holidays to go abroad, where he seemed to have family or something, Miyami had not heard everything that he said to his wife but well, that was not bad. She had been lucky by picking this man, they had no kids, something easy to clean up. But that's something where Dantalion came in, it was no need now.
Narcissa knew that at hours like this on a Sunday, he would go for a walk around the block, he would pass the dark alleys towards Tokyo Park, where he would read the newspaper from yesterday and check his phone for the important news of the week and would take half an hour before he would go and buy a snack, depending on the weather this could be ice cream or a drink, or sometimes a hot snack like Dango or cup noodles. It was an interesting strange man and he would talk to the citizens. She had to make sure that Silent Shadow would follow the same route today, to make sure that no one important would miss the minister today, they had a very small time window, but she was sure they would manage. She heaved up her head, waiting for a call from either Meltdown or Niso, it was boring to have to wait in an empty warehouse but she had asked and it worked out, it shouldn't take too long, the warehouse shouldn't show strange business hours all of a sudden. And no one would come looking for her or for the stuff in this warehouse, the owner had promised her. She stared at her perfectly manicured nails, today was going to be fun though. Narcissa ticked with the others in a rhythm on the table. They would just drag the minister in one of the allies and bring him here without too many issues. It wasn't that far, but just far enough for the police to look in at first, but the whole idea was to avoid it of course. Her rumours had gone well. The minister was avoided by many citizens after the spread of the nasty rumour had shown people that he was the one who started the debate about the quirk tax and that he wanted to increase it. It was unknown actually to Narcissa if it was true, but she had good people working with her and it only made her laugh about the idea.
She was really serious about what this would bring and when she thought the boys might be there she put the mask on her face. Now this wasn't actually for them, they had proved their worth, but the ambassador shouldn't show her face to the minister, even if he wouldn't survive today. What a mess that would bring. She smiled again to herself, this was going much better than she had dreamed about. Let today begin for real.

It was showtime. While Cody had stuck his foot in many doors since he had arrived in Japan, this was his first major plot being put into action. Sure, there were a few things he had done here and there but nothing seemed quite as important as this. But kidnapping a minister? It was like a plot straight out of the comics, but there wasn't going to be a happy ending here. This was the real deal.
Cody leaned back against the wall of the darkened alleyway, looking down at his device a few times knowing that he was going to be the one making the call here. It was going to a quick plan, and if executed well, there would be hardly a break in the action. It didn't hurt that he was working alongside Niso as well, who he already had the pleasure of meeting before. It meant he felt some level of comfort on this mission, a smile spreading across his face. "Ya know, I didn't exactly expect to be teaming up with you so soon. I'd even call it fate if I held such beliefs." he chuckled a bit softly while looking towards Niso, not wanting to be too loud as they stowed away in this alleyway.
This was the route the guy was supposed to be on, right? And someone else would take over the cover to make sure nothing was being missed. Their job was simply to bag him and bring him in. So that meant it was any moment that their target would be in the open for them to take. Cody's curiosity got the better of him, as he'd slide to the edge of the alleyway and slowly glance out down the streets. Sure enough, their target was in sight, though not right in front of them just yet, they had a moment to prepare.
A smirk spread across Cody's face once more as he moved back down the alleyway towards Niso. "He's coming, bag him and I'll make the call. We'll sweep through this with ease." there was an air of confidence about Cody in regards to this. He knew that this was his debut mission in a way, he didn't want to screw this up. But something about all of it just seemed so perfect, they had all the information they needed, which was probably the perks of this job being from an information broker herself. She had all the cards already, they were just playing them for her.
Cody continued down the alleyway a bit so as put distance between where the minister would be grabbed and himself, hopefully masking himself as he made the call from anyone walking by. His device flipped open, and he would immediately place the call to let Narcissa know they were getting him. He looked back down towards the front of the alleyway, just to make sure that Niso was actually getting their mark, before leaning into the phone.
Some form of... uncertainty and professionalism had to be used here, even if it was all just crime and villainy all the same. It'd keep the minister on his toes anyway if he had no clue what was going on from the vague phone call Cody was about to make. "Hey boss, we got the package. We'll be there soon enough." Cody smirked to himself as he spoke. It really did sound so cheesy this way, but he supposed he didn't mind. Anything to keep the minister from knowing who or where he was being taken to was worth it in the end. Though that depended on if Niso had even kept him conscious through all of this, he hadn't exactly checked yet.

Niso was grinning wildly as he lingered in the shadows of the dingy little alleyway he and his companion for the day were calling their home as they waited for their target to arrive. Niso wasn’t usually one for plans but the results of this one were too delicious to really ignore, and he definitely owed the queen of whispers one for her help in tracking down the girl he’d now learned was his one and only Luzia. Not that he wouldn’t have absolutely done this for free. Heck, this was something he’d wanted to do himself months ago but his plan had fell through a little in the process of it all coming together… eh. Sometimes his brain worked in his favour, sometimes it didn’t, and back when the quirk tax was fresh the security around such individuals was definitely at it’s peak. Now though? Now things were juuuuust lax enough for them to get away with this…~
His eyes shifted to Cody as the burning ash producer spoke, his wild expression calming for a flash of a moment before widening back into a manic grin as his eyes narrowed and looked out to their target. “Oh I believe in fate. I just prefer it be shattered into a thousand pieces wherever possible… though lately I suppose it’s been working in my favour, I have to admit.~” Despite his rough upbringing Niso’s tone always came out a little more eloquent than one might expect, still a manic hint behind it, but still far better spoken than any orphan from St Martas had any right to be without a few years of correction. “Good to see you though~ Let’s see what you’re made of hm?~”
With Cody acting as lookout Niso limbered himself up. He wasn’t strong but he just needed to be quick. Blindside the old guy and drag him into the alley where the two of them could do some damage, stretching an arm across his torso when Cody confirmed they were coming up. To try and make things a bit more interesting, Niso shifted his face, taking on the appearance of some other political figure the man would recognize so no one immediately saw anything wrong, and strolled out.
“Oh minister! I was hoping I’d run into you today! Why don’t you step on over here with me there’s something i-“ And he cut himself off, hooking an arm around the man’s neck in a ‘shoulder hug’ motion so no civilians got too suspicious, dragging the old man back into the alley, likely with some of Cody’s help, gunking up his mouth with some excess skin cells latching into his face like a muffle so he didn’t make too much noise, Niso’s face turning back to normal with a wilder expression than even before.
With a sack over his head and some temporarily claimed transport courtesy of their employer for the job, Niso arrived at the drop off point, dragging the man behind him by one of his legs as his companion Cody likely had the other. “HOLA boss lady!~” he’d chime out with eager excitement. “So we got the big bad evil law maker defence minister whatever! What’s next?~”

Sitting still was normally not an issue for the informant, but she could not take it. Normally she was just helping in someone else their big plans but now she was just working hard on forming her own plans and she would see what to do about it. She got up from the table and held the phone in her right hand and just stood hidden in the darkness of the empty warehouse, yet looking through a little split in the covered windows to the outside. Is this... what it felt like to really take the villainous path? She was not sure if she liked it and yet it was thrilling. She held her own elbows as she crossed her arms in front of her chest. How much longer would it take, she did not doubt the boys knew how to fix it and that it would not go wrong, she had been investigating in this for ages and she was sure the boys and Miyami's information would be fine. She turned her heel away from the window and checked if everything was ready here, she had again checked this multiple times herself but it was this strange feeling in the pit of her stomach. Should she call Sonya or Giovanni? She was sure they did this more often then her, after all, she had admitted to Antonio that she did not like to get her hands dirty. She made sure that there were gloves here, that she would get her hair out of her face, she shifted the clip to put it even up and would just see.
She did not gave an external show of her surprise that she got a call. Even though Narcissa had waited for Niso or Cody to call her, she had been lost in thought to do something else and checking the freezer and everything to make sure it was fine and that nothing could go wrong when she checked the phone. Meltdown. She picked up and didn't say much because it was obvious that the phone line got accepted. "I will wait for your arrival." She replied with an indifferent tone, but she was actually quite happy, she only should not show that, that was obvious.
She made sure to be on the lookout at the door for them to arrive, so they wouldn't have any issues with the transport through the nasty alleys and to get to here. So when they arrived, she opened the door from the duo with their package and she couldn't help but smile at the excitement from Niso and looked shortly at Cody too. She closed the door and locked it again and turned to the boys. "Well, I need some information so I was hoping if you would help make him talk." She indicated to the big cold freezer. "I hope this is not a problem for the two of you for a short time but it will definitely keep the flesh fresh for when I need it and just you know saves our effort for trying to shut him up. You won't hear his screams on the outside. After that either of you or you together can just kill him, when I got all I need." The last part of her explanation was met with a simple shrug and she walked around them to get to freezer and open it, it obviously wasn't that cold inside yet but she could put the cold higher when they were done, it wasn't necessary now and Dantalion would come not too much after them. "Any other questions, as a starting reward you could both start with a fingernail or whatever you like but please I still have a few questions left."

With his message getting across, he nodded as the voice came in from the other side. He closed his device and pocketed it away, returning to Niso to help get the minister prepped for transfer to Daffodil. Cody took note of what exactly Niso had done before, seeing the minister's mouth taken care of finding it to be a sufficient solution to quiet him down. There wasn't too much to do beyond this for Cody's sake, so he would just grab the minister and drag him alongside Niso until they got to their destination.
As they arrived, Cody would offer a simple chuckle as Niso got so excited, looking towards Daffodil with a smirk on his face as she started to explain what was going to happen. The prospect of where they were going to torture the minister was... unfortunate for Cody. But as long as they didn't turn it down too low he could make do, but the dangers were still there. "I actually do pretty poorly in the cold. Try to keep it low so I don't shut down. And if I do, please promise to pull me out if I freeze up in there." he'd remark with just a bit of concern to his own well being. It wasn't like he was about to trap himself in his weakness while surrounded by heroes or anything. These were... allies for the lack of a better word, they'd keep him alive.
Cody would kneel himself down next to the minister, pulling out a small piece of glass that he kept on his person, pointing it at the ministers chest. "I don't think I have any questions personally, feel free to start the commands and I'll be ready to make him bark." Cody offered his own preparation to actually start torturing, waiting for a second to give Niso time to speak as well.
When they were both ready, he'd help to drag the minister into the freezer, a smirk on his face as he'd sit him down and yank the sack off of his head with one firm motion. There was still a matter of the gunk that was blocking up the minister's mouth, but that was Niso's property, he could get rid of it.
"Rise and shine, sir. You can't be out of it during the interview of a lifetime." Cody would speak in a condescending, blatantly teasing tone as he dragged the flat side of the piece of glass across the minister's cheek. He didn't want to cut or dent the guy too quickly. Cody just wanted to see how firm his convictions were and how easily he would speak without being urged just yet. If Daffodil's questions weren't being answered he would start busting out whatever he could to get the point across. Of course, he wouldn't stop Niso if his companion wanted a souvenir already, but Cody wasn't going to dig into this meal just yet.
With everything set up for this scene in his mind, he just nodded towards the door of the freezer, ready to see what exactly Daffodil wanted to ask this poor bastard before his life was cut short.

Niso glanced to the freezer they were offered and then back to Cody, grinning a little as he gave them an excuse to ease up on the cold until they needed to store the body, Niso nodding along. "If you want us to torture him the cold may help prevent him passing out but only because it'd numb the pain... keep it as warm as you can until we kill him. He'll feel worse and worse until the end if we make it juuuuust cold enough that his skin gets sensitive, and just warm enough that it dosn't start to numb him again." He held a wild smile, his knowledge of the human body pretty close to being unparalleled when it came to pain.
With the show about to begin Niso dragged the minister in with Cody and dropped in roughly on the floor. No matter how warm they made it a freezer was still gonna be chill, Niso literally growing thicker skin to endure it, and a layer of black flesh forming over his face to form his usual mask, the typical chesire smile forming in white amongst the black, crouching down low as Cody lead the show for a moment, letting him aim that glass at the minister's chest, while Niso just planned to use his 'charming personality' to put the fear in this man.
"Yeeeeeah~ Wakey wakey mister big man!" He chimed out in a playful tone and cheery expression. While Cody was holding back on the pain and the pressure without taking a souvenir as Daffodil offered, Niso rolled his eyes, a bit more of an expert in the realm of making people suffer. His gaze darted to the ceiling realizing this was a typical meat locker, and with some effort he dragged the man up to his feet, hooking his tied up arms to a meat hook on the ceiling of the freezer, taking a step back as he now dangled by his arms infront of 3 strangers, Niso folding his arms as he stepped back to Daffodil's side, gesturing to her.
"Now minister, this is your host for the night. Don't worry, you're gonna forget about her real soon~" You had no memory if you die and your brain rots afterall. "Now lets be honest, your a smart man, you know today likely won't end well for you... so how about you be a good boy and answer the nice ladies questions before you learn how much PAIN an immortal has learned to inflict... because trust me old man..." Niso stepped forward, the lower half of his mask parting to reveal his true mouth, so his words weren't muffled and this man could see a genuine smile on his own mouth.
"I have experienced almost every form of pain you can imagine... and while I am far, far, FAR more durable than you... my body is still based in mortality.~ I know every last pain I can inflict on you without killing you... and trust me, I won't run out any time soon.~"

Narcissa was actually quite well with the prospect of this plan and she smiled because of that as well and she looked at both boys, explaining the rest of the plan. She acted a little shocked that Cody even thought she would leave him in the freezer. "I didn't turn it on completely yet, I can even turn it a little lower, let me do that. I will not get you hurt, especially not after you did me a favour." That would be a bad partnership, after all, bad teamwork so she walked to that thing and looked at the meter and turned it back a little more. There was nothing in there at all yet, but one of the chairs from the table, so it wasn't all bad. She had taken Niso's word in account as well, it even made it more perfect but she wasn't very aware of this information as her life time before had never taught her, "I hope this is fine." She added when she walked back to look at Niso with a smile again, he was like a little kid that got a bunch of candy, she adored it.
She remained behind them as they hunched down it was a funny sight in the freezer. Her flowery white mask now covering her face, except her mouth. She actually did not mind if she was spotted, she might at one point take her mask off to show him but for now, the funny sight was the much taller guys hunch down to look at her target and this... this felt good. It felt like she was in charge of her life, that she could do whatever she wanted and wouldn't allow anyone to point at her and hurt her. She had changed, yes. She watched the two of them as well, their way of sing-a-long like to wake up the man. Poor Chinen, it must be a nightmare to wake up like this. She watched Niso take the lead and she did not mind, he had after all, just showed that he had the most experience with this. She took a step forward to stand next to the boys and cocked her head to the side and her brown eyes looking up at the man. A shiver went down her spine and it wasn't because of the freezer, duly noted that she should never make Niso her enemy.
She heaved her head to take another step forward, "Hello Chinen." She said with a smile, on purpose she used his first name. Those pesky Japanese that were focused on their respect and honour and all that. Well, he was going to die, so why not also torture him with words. The man tried to scream and she shook her head, "don't even bother, no one will hear you. You are only here to answer a few questions." She would come to the personal information a lot easier, she did not need the government's money but she needed to know more details. "Tell me Chinen, how is your wife? Are the plans for the Philipines going well?" She would first intimidate, changing the movement of her head, leaning to the left or to the right as she looked intensely at him through the eye holes of the mask. "Now now, not so shy, we know most of that already. But inform me, what is the code of your locker at work." It was nitpicking, but she was a very secure informant, information like this shouldn't be missed. She had him shadowed outside at work, but of course she had worked very closely with him in the name of protecting Barbados. "Someone has to take over, it be a shame if we don't have that information and can't protect Japan." He stared at her, quite pale, probably very scared, "Well? Just four simple numbers?" Seriously, skipping question one, "Why do you need to know?" she held up her hand and shook her head, "No no, Chinen, I will ask the questions else my boys will inflict you pain so you will have to answer, so an answer means no pain, got it? Or shall we demonstrate? Who wants to go first?" She looked at Niso and Cody shortly to make her point.

Cody nodded along as Niso explained something about how keeping the cold low enough would actually benefit them, and Daffodil said that she wouldn't get him hurt. It wasn't like he would die in there or anything, nor would he get officially hurt. He just couldn't get out of it himself for sure. He would be stuck there until his body died of thirst if nobody pulled him out, no way to restart his body temperature on his own. They wouldn't leave him to that fate though, he trusted them with at least that much.
Everything went on quite naturally from there, Cody taking a step back to watch Niso place the minister up on a meat hook to dangle. Cody honestly hadn't even seen that there at first, it was definitely a good catch to make the poor minister even more uncomfortable in a scenario that seemed quite hopeless. Niso's eerie threats... no, promises, were all the more fun to listen to as Cody smirked a bit watching him. He certainly was an expert at this sort of thing. Cody was no stranger to torture by any stretch of the imagination but he definitely didn't make such a hobby or skill out of it. He'd need to get pointers sometime to make sure he could be a bit better in more formal situations.
Cody sat by idly, watching the minister closely to make sure everything was going well while Daffodil started her interrogation. She weaved in and out of very sensitive subjects expertly as well, touching on the minister's family life and personal plans in a way that showed just how much she knew. If she knew that much he was practically screwed even if he somehow got out of this situation. Or even if he didn't make it, his wife was always in danger if he wouldn't spill his guts out for every piece of information Daffodil wanted to know.
It seemed right off the bat that this man wasn't going to crack without a little bit of urging though, he even went as far as to try and ask questions despite not being in any position to do so. This was kind of what Cody wanted to see though in the first place, and why he hadn't done anything to harm the man just yet. Seeing how thick his skin was before the torture started would serve as a nice bar for when the torture began.
What happened next was back in their court, causing Cody to smile over at Niso as Daffodil asked who wants to go first. "You already made him a promise to show him what happens, right? I wouldn't want to put your trust in jeopardy with the good man here. I can wait for my turn." Cody would respond succinctly like that. He was perfectly happy going first as well but he wasn't going to try and snipe it out from under Niso like that. And like Cody said, Niso already promised the man to show him just what happens when he doesn't talk. He could take the first show at showing that off and Cody would take the next hit if the man still kept his mouth shut.

Even as Daffodil played the game and kept a calm face as she delivered her questions to their victim, Niso just leaned back against a nearby wall, the black face mask of flesh he wore holding a constantly bland expression, mimicking something cheerful but with the naturally unmoving features of a mask it was difficult to tell what type of response it was every trying to elicit, or what the boy under the mask was thinking, or even where he was looking as he peered through the thin layer of flesh between his eyes and the rest of the world. Daffodil seemed to be starting with the simpler questions first, the small things that could catch someone out as a fraud, or help them blend in all the more if they knew the answers. Something simple. Something harmless to start… but it seemed their victim wasn’t too eager to comply. Niso chuckling a little from the sidelines as he realized where this was going to go.
“Aw this is really cute…”
He just let out a wheezing little chuckle as the cold tried to slow his heartbeat, forcing it consciously to beat faster and warm him up from the inside, a foggy breath seeping through the thin layer of skin cells that was his mask, taking Cody’s offer to go first as he clapped his hands together and started to warm up, looking around the room, shifting his whole head so even the fake eyes of his mask where clearly looking around for something. If anyone tried to speak, offer him ‘tools’, or ask what he was up to, he’d simply raise a finger and silence them with a shush.
“Need to start small…”
Niso looked up to the ceiling as an idea formed, gesturing for Cody to come closer. “Give me a boost.” Once his companion in torture offered his hands out, Niso would step into his palms and jump up off his shoulder to reach the ceiling fixtures the meat hooks hunk from, crawling across the ceiling like a 4-limbed spider, his arms and legs holding a sense of flexibility and grip they really didn’t have any right to have without a more obvious quirk. Their hostage treated to the upside down view of Niso eerily crawling towards them. His feet hooked into some metal linings of the ceiling, his spine twisting 180 degrees so he could lay his hands flat on the man’s shoulders, his masked grin seeming to somehow grow even bigger.
“Hold on now!~”
With little more than that as warning Niso’s spine uncoiled and he dropped from the ceiling. With the older man still hooked from the ceiling Niso clung to him, hands on his shoulders, legs wrapping swiftly around his waist, and slammed down all his force into the man’s body, dislocating both his arms as he hung from them, putting him in a perpetual state of agony. Dropping to the floor Niso wasn’t quite done either, takking one of his legs and starting to rock him back and forth like a swing off his disjointed limbs, lookin up to him with that same chesire like smile on his mask. “Go on. Answer the nice lady. I may stop swinging you. Don’t worry about the pain ending by the way… I know from experience that dislocation is a biiiiiiitch…~”

It was good Narcissa wore a mask as her face made the flinched look when Niso was done. Surely, he came in handy, that did mean she did never want to be on the receiving end of his watch. She was just looking at Cody shortly before turning back to Chinen who had screamed and now blubbered out some tears and unintelligible words. "See, that's what happens, now we don't want that again now do we?" It was obviously a rhetorical question but talking to Chinen as if he was a child might help, "So in that case, you should answer my questions. Again, give me the numbers of your locker." In the right order, but she had tricks for that as well. Now he finally gave her four numbers and she looked in his face to see if he lied, he looked her straight in the eyes and she smiled, "Are you very sure?" He quickly nodded and she smiled a little more. "Well okay then, that brings me to the next question." And that is how she continued, with the small questions first, to know the finer detail of how to be able to take over, this information would after all go to Dantalion and herself to make a note for the person that would follow Chinen, as he would so-called not wished to be bothered with such futile questions. Or well, that's what John would say as Chinen.
She felt a little more gleeful now that the man seemed to comprehend her questions and answers. He gave her the address of his house, even though she knew but it was checking if he had no others in Japan. When she asked him that, he gave her the address of his house in the Philipines, which she also knew about but a check-up was not bad. His plans, his small daily things that could have an effect on her. But then came the bigger questions. She now got his personal stuff worked out, "What are your next plans for your job, what's the ministry of defence up to and does your secretary know?" It wasn't her full intention to ruin the country, it was her intention to manipulate it. Their talk was dull she could imagine but she hit another end of the road when he did not want to talk about how Japan appointed new ministers and new secretaries. Alas, it was something she had to know and ministers did not share with an ambassador. "Do it." She stood up and turned to look at Cody, it was his turn right?

Cody sat by patiently as Niso seemed to be looking for something to do, cocking his head to the side when Niso asked to give him a boost. A boost to where? He wouldn't openly question it though, so he just walked over and made a platform for Niso to stand on with his hands. He couldn't help himself but wince as Niso jumped off of his shoulders, before returning to his position to watch Niso at work.
It would be an understatement to claim that Niso was creepy as all hell, the way his body moved and looked was just wrong. It was like watching a thriller or horror film that made use of body horror but in person. Then came the real act of violence, as Niso latched onto the minister and dislocated his arms. Hanging up on hooks like that must have been incredibly painful, causing Cody to chuckle a bit. As long as he wasn't the one that had to happen to, he was happy.
The minister was then sent rocking to just make the weight of his dislocated arms more prevalent. It was quite the horrible form of torture, and would probably be something the minister had to think about for the rest of the interrogation. If anything he'd probably beg to be put down at some point due to this accrued pain.
The next short bit would be filled with Daffodil asking questions that were met with open answers. This caused Cody to lean up against a wall and mess with the bandages on his hand a bit, waiting for the next time that this man would act up and refuse to answer. He didn't have to wait all too long, though, as he immediately refused to answer something that was more focused on the ministry of defense. He should have known that something else would happen, but it was hard to outclass hanging from dislocated arms. Still, adding more pain to the pile wasn't going to be tricky either.
Cody smirked and nodded to Daffodil. "Just a moment." he would respond and then head outside of the freezer room. He couldn't really work his magic in there to start with, as it was far too cold. He'd toss the bit of glass he was holding before, before tearing the buckle of his belt off. This would work nicely, it was just sturdy enough to not get destroyed by his breath.
With a building heat in his chest, he would breathe his smoke over the belt buckle and combust it, creating a small chain reaction that would burn at the buckle. His breath didn't create a normal fire of course, but it burned all the same. And that was what mattered. Of course, the burning heat wouldn't last incredibly long in the freezer, but it probably wouldn't need to.
He entered the freezer again, buckle in hand as a smirk crossed his face, walking up to the minister. He didn't really have anything he wanted to say to the man, though, this would be a simple procedure. Branding.
Cody went around behind the minister, and after lifting up the back of his shirt simply pushed the burning buckle onto the minister's back. The cold of the freezer immediately being met with the heat of the metal would probably feel nice for a split second, but after that, he was simply being branded by burning metal as it was pushed harder and harder against him. It certainly wasn't having your arms dislocated, but Cody was all too happy to burn a mark into the minister and force him to feel the radioactive burn until he would speak up.

Niso leaned back against one of the cold walls of the freezer for now. He'd had his turn and as he sent the minister rocking he'd taken his steps away from the mess of a scene and turned about on his heel to lean back against one of the walls and enjoy the show. Every question the minister answered honestly made a light chuckle flow through his throat, effectively just encouraging his malicious behaviour as the minister showed it would get results, but as he started to clam up again, Niso was about ready to stand up from the wall when Cody decided to take the initiative... turning to leave? hehehe... this should be interesting.
When he returned Niso spotted the faintly glowing buckle, chuckling behind his teeth as he realized what was going on and relaxing even more as the minister likely began to cry out in pain at the brand being pushed into his back. He didn't get time to see if the buckle had any unique logo on it but even just a permanent rectangle burned into this fucker's skin would be a reminder of what he'd been through today, what he'd endured... but then again, if Niso was understanding things right, he wasn't exactly about to survive beyond today, was he?~

Narcissa stood up again and looked over her shoulder as Meltdown left and she just waited, she was sure it had to do with the cold of the freezer as he explained. She crossed her arms again in front of her chest and looked at Chinen. He seemed to already be tired but looking at her, made her blood boil, so he did not plan on giving up. God, he was really stupid, wasn't he? She turned her attention shortly to Niso but the door of the freezer opened soon enough and she quickly took a step aside as she noticed Cody's body language and the belt in his hands, okay... That was going to be interesting, it did not seem that their victim understood what was going to happen, he did not see it, he did not get why his shirt was lifted up and shortly after a strange scream was hurt. It shortly gave her goosebumps but she went to sit down again and wait for Cody to tell her it was done, that it was enough and she looked shortly at his arms and at Niso, how could people hold on to something so long, it wasn't even important. "Let me tell you a secret." She said as if she was talking to Niso instead of to Chinen, "If my family's life was at risk, I would tell everything about my job. I always thought that family meant everything to people." Obviously it was a lie, her family did not care about her and she will no longer care about them anymore either. She could not help it but brush her bangs away, touching her scar underneath her right eye for a second. A present from her mother.
He kept crying and crying and he swore he would say it and she looked to both boys and shrugged, well he would. That's when Chinen told her the story about the defence being made better, updating potentially in the hero program but he couldn't give many details as he wasn't about that, he only had made issues about the budget and that they should focus on remaking the military system and the police system and so on and that the outsiders must still consider Japan not a threat no matter the big bad villains inside. She simply raised an eyebrow, wondering if he knew how the big bad played and he looked at the three of them with fear, "hi, we are big bad." She mumbled most likely inaudible for Chinen and she continued her questions, she had to make sure she got everything she needed, in the smallest details, she even managed to record a piece of him on his own phone, so she would show John how he talked and how the speech and voicemail would work. Funny thing, with all his codes, passwords and so on ready, she stood up. "You know boys, I am done. I am waiting outside, and you know what result I want." She still needed pieces of his body, so completely burning him wouldn't work but they could do as much as they wanted and she looked at Niso and Cody, "After that, we chitchat and I give the rewards, yes?" If they had any more questions or something, she would have to see, in this case, the only ones that could betray her where the members of her garden so she needed to keep them happy.
She stood up and turned her back to the three of them, giving a short wave as she took her notes and left the freezer. She needed to make a short call for the cleanup crew. But for now, Niso and Cody had free game on how to kill the shivering and crying useless piece of human being.

Niso chuckled quietly as Narcissa told that clear lie about their own family and her relation to them... well, perhaps not a CLEAR lie but Niso doubted she'd be stupid enough to tell anyone who could walk out of this room alive such information that could be used against her like that, so he could only assume it was a lie. Rolling his shoulders back he'd get comfortable, the burning smog guy having to leave after a point so he could stay warm and keep his quirk active, while Niso just indulged in the show of watching this guy beg and plead for his life and for the pain to stop by continuously giving up all of his knowledge. Eventually however, he'd given them everything they could want, and Niso's grin began to grow again as Narcissa left the two of them alone in the room.
"Don't worry. I know exactly what you want..." Niso would rub his hands together to warm them up, taking the man and hoisting him off the meat hook Niso put him on earlier, just letting his weak, bruised, beaten body drop to the floor as Niso started to circle him on the floor, Yawning idly as if this was childsplay to him.
"Ya know the funny thing about being borderline unkillable... you learn a lot about what should kill you... the shock of pain. Blunt forces. Sharp forces. Losing a limb. Blood loss. Infection. Disease. Cancer. Suffocation. Drowning. Bullet wounds stab wounds. The whole kit and kaboodle. You also learn a lot about what wouldn't kill you... the pains you can endure time in and time out without even being able to pass out from the shock..."
He stopped, standing over their head. "See, I could use that knowledge to make this slow... painful... but that's not the job.~" Without another word he raised his foot and slammed his heel down, the old, frail bones of the man making his skull easy to crack. The frozen white floor of the freezer suddenly stained with a deep, oozing red that began to freeze the moment it dropped into the icy floor. Niso wasn't even all that messy from the strike, wiping the base of his shoe off against the old man's pants leg and striding out of the freezer, a vaguely satisfied smile on his face.
"Well! The Job is done ma'am... I hope wherever that lot of info takes you the results will be interesting for us all?~"

She did not care how the boys would clear up the job as long as it wouldn't be too messy and so on. John still needed to get the meat and it shouldn't be that disgusting or anything. She parked her ass on one of the chairs in the corner with the table and took her notepad and a piece of paper and started to work on the speech she wanted Chinen to give. Of course, he would never utter a word but that was the point, it was exactly the way she would weave the story, and she was now the storyteller. She had such handsome talented men around her, what would an informant like her want more. She would just wait and wait if she heard a sound but apparently Niso or Cody or the both of them were very well in their job and she liked it. She had to actually call some idiots to go clean the freezer or Giovanni would kill her... or well in a matter of speech. She would scratch out a word and wonder what would be the better word and just knew that she had to put a lot of trust in the guys that surrounded her, boy this world was a world for guys, wasn't it? Hmm, she checked her list and the info she got from the minister right now and realized she was forgetting some loose ends and wrote that down on her to-do list. She made a full dive back into the speech paper and started furiously writing as something popped up in her brain and she would just work hard to fix it and made sure the thought would stay on paper in this case, her tongue poking out a little, until she heard the freezer door open. Oh, job already done?
"Oh, let's just hope that the government will learn what we do with people that create the quirk tax." She said with a smile on her face and she put the paper and pen down and stood up and looked from one to another, "Alright, I have money to pay you guys but also consider this a job well done and that if you ever need something, it will be free of charge depending of course on what you need but I wouldn't have been able to do it without you guys." And save her face, because they would have expected her somewhere else, so she was indeed grateful and their next favour could be considered paid thanks to this. "The government will slowly be in our hands, I hope." She shouldn't make promises yet, they did not have to know she worked at the government but she was trying to grab that job that would come free now. She hoped it worked and she would wait to see if Niso or Cody needed something else from her before letting them out of the warehouse and make sure she could wait for Dantalion to arrive and finish the last part of their job.
