" Heh." Tenya corrected his posture as he shrugged at the girl. For all he could have known, she might have been luring him into a trap, but the moment was welcome, it gave his brain the chance to chill off before he did something stupid! " I'll take what I can there, thanks!" Not to be caught in stupidity, Tenya was quick to clench his fists again as the girl's voice dropped just a bit. He clenched his teeth at the implied patronization. Was that what he sounded like when he talked down? Note to self: he sounded like an eighth-grader. Time to stop that. First-hand experience was never pleasant, and he certainly didn't want hit by the truck that girl had for a leg again. His sister was going to put a dent in his face if he got another dent in her armor! She was stronger than he was... okay scratch that he never tried caving in an enemy's chest cavity right off the start either. "Quick tip!" Despite a clear gap in training, the ground between them was still more even than the girl liked to give him credit for! Tenya would wait until right before her attack came out to make his move! He darted under and to the side of her hellish strike, attempting to dodge and go in for the counter. While lacking the trained grace of a martial artist, he would use his sloppy finesse to attempt to get right behind her in a spinning move, and tried to grab her by the torso! "Don't patronize me!"
Should his counter succeed, he would use one of the thrusters on his arms to quickly accelerate his spin to build up momentum to release her in a powerful throw towards the villains and her teacher!
"Gah!" Takeo's leg was ripped right out from under him. Despite the numbness it caused him, he instinctively spun his leg to free it from the binding. He stuck his arms out in front of him to turn a graceless crash into one of the roughest rolls that he had ever managed to pull off. The large fighter grit his teeth as he pushed himself off the ground. Surprisingly mobile despite his looks, the attempt at weaponizing his bat against him fell short as it clattered to and bounced off the ground!
Takeo looked Junko straight in the eyes, but his gaze quickly shifted Koichi, who had just gotten grabbed by the hero. Takeo squinted at the sight as he pushed himself to standing.
"Let him go. He ain't done anything wrong." He stomped forward and grabbed the bat and pointed it straight at her. "Don't look away from me, girlie." Takeo would start to spin in place like a tornado, giving a bit of credence to the self-appointed "Titan Twister"! He charged the woman, hoping to force her to let the boy go!

She grabbed the kid and held him. If she had an extra pair of hands to help her out, she would have handcuffed the kid. The villain spoke and Junko's gaze went to him. The guy told her to let him go, the kid supposedly did no wrong. And then he called her girlie again which caused her eye to twitch again
"This child is to be in my custody. Now why dont you be a good ol' chap and surrender yourself so I may detain you as well" she spoke. The child was in her custody as it was an accomplice who wanted to help the villain
The villain started to spin in place like a tornado. He then went to her, charged her. Junko held the boy in a tight grasp. She was not going to let go. Once again she attemped to detain the tornado villain with her whip. Cracking it and lashing it so it could wrap around him to restrain him. Due to her own busy battle with 2 targets, she couldnt check how Feng was doing. She hoped her student was alright and not injured. For if she was, Junko would not be able to assist her. |

Feng was of course surprised when the kid actually dodged her kick. Its not every day she sees someone who was up to her speed these days but that could be just her finally running into the big leagues in terms of targets. Well this was mostly the surface as his quirk was pretty strong but those movements are clumsy at most. Most of the reason why she was shocked is that someone dodged her hit that wasn't someone actively known to be stronger than her. She can count on one hand of people who can dodge her kicks with ease and its enough to warrant a rather impressed look on her face at the moment.
It also caught her that he was a tad bit miffed about her choice of words towards him which he did not appreciate at all and promptly caught her off guard. Maybe her usual attitude gives that sort of tone but it was a bit late to correct him on that as she saw him boost to get behind her and grab a hold of her shirt. It was perhaps the most clumsy attempt at a throw but it worked nonetheless. She can feel his thrusters igniting as she can feel herself being thrown . She would fly in their direction but she skillfully landed on the ground via use of her quirk and breaking the momentum with short bursts. Her demeanor or tone didnt not change as she was used to this sort of thing happening to her.Landing next to her mentor and dusting herself off, “Well he is certainly skilled with his quirk...albeit that throw could use some work”, she remarked with as she looked at her mentor and villain.
“So you have a new plan or do you want me to get back into the air, Sensei?”, she asked as she took a fighting stance. She was poised to react if either of the targets made a move as she would respond by kicking them backwards. The kid caught her eye but the situation at hand didn't leave much for explanation as kept her eyes on the two combatants since they seemed pretty dangerous.

Tenya took heavy breaths at the brief pause in action and balanced himself precariously in the air. He was starting to run out of energy, he was pretty sure. Maybe it was more accurate to say that he was only starting to notice it. He couldn't keep this up much longer. Charge her again? Who was to say that they both wouldn't turn on him? Not many risks he could take here, no.... wait.
The man chuckled and put a hand to his face, really his helmet, which was the tiniest bit annoying because he was trying to rub his eyes. "Heh, good luck, kid." The man wiped a bit of dust out of his helmet visor as he dragged his hand down the helmet and back to his side. A few more thrusters sprouted across his body, all of them angled down. He wasn't one to hide his intentions.
"Listen, nice try, but..." Tenya rolled his neck and shoulders before snapping a finger gun at Feng, "gotta blast!" With that, the man would blast himself above the building line, and then away from the scene, only pausing for a moment to take a glance at his stalkers before flying off. He knew that he would have to land somewhere fast before the authorities were able to get a good track on him!
Meanwhile Takeo swept in for his blow, but soon cut off from his opening as the woman’s arm reeled back. He might have been big, old, and, perhaps, a bit stupid, but he could see an attack like that coming from a mile away. She never let go of Koichi, but it looked to him like she didn’t plan to use him as a meat shield like he would have!
The man leaned to his side and used the force from his rapidly rotating arms to launch himself a bit into the air. For that instant his attention was drawn to the girl. Actually, a meat shield wouldn’t have been a bad idea. Alas, Takeo wasn’t the wall of muscle he had been in the past, and he had misjudged his own abilities. His leap would hardly carry him half a meter off the ground, and hero’s whip would manage to tangle right around his elbow in the middle of leap!
The man’s eyes went wide as he tried to stop himself, but by then it was already too late, and his considerable angular momentum would ensure that the hero’s whip not-so-graciously hog-tied and delivered him right to the hero’s feet!

"Leave the Vigilante alone. We have more pressing matters for now" Junko told her young student as she looked at Takeo and Koichi. "Come now, lets apprehend these two. And be careful." she said as she handed over Koichi to Feng "Dont let him get away"
And with that she used her quirk and drew out a pair of handcuffs and snapped handcuffs on Takeo. Alas the Vigilante Tenya got away. But Junko will remember him as the Vigilante that got away. She then drew another pair of handcuffs out of her gemstone and handed them to Feng, so she can have the honours of cuffing a villain for the first time.
Once the two were set, Junko would lead the group to the nearest police station, and she would be careful as she lead the group, she read the villains rights to remain silent and that everything they say and do can be used in court. All that standard procedure stuff. Junko was not just a brawler hero. She was incredibly by the book and made sure to follow the rules to the letter and to the T.
Occassionally, she would glance at her student and see how she was holding up

"Gotcha, Blue Agate", was what Feng replied with as she heard her orders. A damn shame she didn't get the order to go and chase her but the situation at hand was a more pressing issue. She was handed another to watch over. She habitually kept her grip strong as she watched her teacher get ready using her cool quirk. She was observant as she made sure the villains were secured and weakened to a degree so they wouldn't attempt to escape. Even if they did, she has the speed advantage at least.
Things came as a shock as she was given handcuffs to cuff her first villain. She would of course happily take her up on it as she gladly did it. Her eyes were positively shining as she did it as she had no words to say as she put them on after a job well done. Feng followed her mentor as she escorted the villains to the nearest police station as they were read their rights and so on. Making a special note to read up on the book to make sure she can avoid any complications with arrests like this. She followed as best as she could as she kept her eyes out for the one that escaped.
“Blue Agate...ya think the other one is gonna swing back around and try and get these two out?”, Feng asked as she kept her grip tight and her eyes sharp as she watched with eyes that glowed yellow.

She was happy to see that Feng was delighted to cuff her first villain. Yes indeed, one day she will do it without Junko's overwatch. But now she was still a student. Once the crimnals got their rights read via the Miranda warning, they were being escorted to the nearest police station
Feng spoke up meanwhile, asking if the Vigilante will swing back and try get these two out
"Doubtful. That is a Vigilante. These are criminal villains. The one who got away probably wanted to enact vigilante justice. But you never know what that entails. Some Vigilantes kill, some knock out villains and place their unconcious bodies infront of the police station. Heavens what others do. Honestly? We did these guys a favour. They may be criminals. But they are safer in the system and as are we." Junko explained
A Vigilante may just beat up a villain and leave them be to continue crime when they wake up. Or a Vigilante may become a murderer. All in all, no good.
The two soon neared a police station and they would drop off the criminals. Junko would make sure to do the paperwork later as she doubted that Feng wanted to see that part of hero life. But eventually when all was said and done. They were done "Well, I consider today a job well done. Today was a good day" Junko spoke up |

Feng relaxed her guard as Junko affirmed that the vigilante would not be coming back around. A part of her hoped for the fact that he outspeeded her for a moment and got away before she can really show off her skills...but she has a feeling she will run into them later.
As they neared the police station, they dropped off the criminals as she was told to wait a bit as she did the paperwork. A part of her wanted to go in and watch by example but her head was spinning as she was trying to figure out the essence of her fighting style. If an amateur can throw her with no problem then there was something fundamentally wrong with her style. Feng passed the time as she thought about how to improve her movements and how to apply her quirk. Her furrowed brow did get a few passing glances from the other officers but then Junko came out to meet her. She spoke up first as she finished the paper work as Feng was eager to ask a few things.
“Yep! Also Blue Agate, how did I do? “, she asked as she was prepared to get critiqued on letting the vigilante get away from the encounter.

Feng asked how did she do today. Junko answered "Well honestly, I believe you did well. Sure the Vigilante got away. But stuff like that happens. At least the criminals didnt escape as they do cause more harm. But still, you came out of that battle unscathed and I do consider that a win. In regards to your figting style, I cannot say much as I did not get to see you battle as I was occupied with fighting the criminals. But as I said, you were unscathed and that means you did well holding up against an older and possibly more experienced opponent. You did good" Junko gave her feedback to Feng
While Junko had the reputation of a merciless, strict, souless, no fun teacher. She wasnt the devil. She was fair to hard working people. And thats what Feng precisely was. It would be unfair to expect too much of a student she just got in her class.
People who expect Junko to be the devil were the slack off delinquents like Alex who is long gone by now. Junko while strict and required discipline knew when to acknowledge student achievements and knew that encouragement is the key to those willing to participate and learn.
But now Junko was the one who had a question as they soon started to make their way back to UA
"So my dear student, what did you think about today?"

Feng scratched the back of her head as she heard the praise but she kept herself calm as she did mention the escaped vigilante. Not that she hates them, but she does want some payback for dodging her strike because her pride in her skill was that much. But she did not show the slightly miffed attitude for him getting away as she will possibly run into him in the future at some point. For the meantime, she takes the praise with pride as she came out of the fight with not a scratch on her and she wants to keep it that way with the rising crime rates and what not. Then came the question of what she thought of today...which was difficult to say since she had a lot to say.
She kept her silence as she thought about her response as her mentor was the rumored strict type. Not that fact bothered her very much as she sees some of her mother in her attitude and demeanor. As she walked she furled her brow and pursed her lips as she wracked her head for a proper response. She relaxed her expression as she found the words as she turned toi Junko.
“To be honest? Today was productive but I feel like I should have done better in terms of handling the situation and dealing with the vigilante. I didn't get hurt too badly but that was thanks to being training a bunch everyday...I feel like I should have caught him and his name at least so we have something in the registry.``, she recalled the encounter. “ But I'm satisfied overall but I can always do better is my general thoughts...though this was a smaller encounter and I have a feeling the future is going to be more crazy with times like now..which I can assume you’re used to these days, Agate-sensei?.”
