The girl spoke how she cant control her summon and G actually believed that. He did have trouble controlling Goliath when he was at her age. So it was a reasonable thing. Goliath meanwhile dashed at Miyami, he wanted to slice her in half. The skeleton summon though pushed Miyam out of the way, causing Goliath to just cut the bag of jewels
G watched as the girl started to cry. He thought they were just crocodle tears. He started to approach her. As he did, he would see a mix of fear and anger on her face. To Miyami, she thought he was a far bigger villain and monster than she could ever be. The irony is that she was right. He was a villain before becoming a Vigilante that he is. His costume as a street gangster is his villain costume when he did want to form a street gang. What Vigilante would go out of their way to look like a villain or a criminal? Thats because he was one, he had experience. He evendropped some info that was only available in the Villain chat. He knew The Painters old username. He was one of them. But not anymore. Although, he wasnt sure what the Painter thought he was, a Vigi or a territorial villain?
He listened to her cry and speak, him taking the jewels back. And then how she stutters saying she will starve and die because she cant find a job no matter what. He watched as she threw a switchblade, but the blade missed something terrible. As he approached, she spoke more between the sobs. She said how he stopped the theif and saved the day and whatever. As she spoke he had conflicted feelings. On one hand he wanted to help her get a job legally. On the other hand he wanted to slap her because he was also forced into villainy.
The girl slowly started to back away, Goliath observed that the skeletal summon faded away in a puff of purple smoke. The girl was still in tears, but tried to wipe them saying she was done and out of here. As she was about the leave, G grabbed her by the wrist. He held a tight grip that probably would've hurt the girl. He pulled her so she would face him. His face was... like angry... like scary parent kind of angry. And with that, he just slapped her cheek
"Dont judge. You arent the only one who was forced into villainy and lived in a cardboard box. Whatever you went through I did as well. And there is always a job. Try being a janitor. I know where you could get a job. But I doubt you'll listen" he lets go of her wrist and pushes her on the floor
"I'll give you a shot at life, one more time. Try and get better. But if you fail. Then trust me, jail would be so much better. You'd have food and a roof and a bunch of roomate prisoner friends." he told her. He was harsh, because he couldnt afford showing genuine emotions when in a battle. The girl hated his guts. Any good will he would show would be spat back at him. Thats why he needed to sound harsh. Even though on the inside he understood her
While G was talking to Miyami and having a little heart to heart. Goliath caught The Painters bag so it wouldnt hit G during his talk.
Once G finished his talk, he watched the Painter hug Miyami. He rolled his eyes as the Painters words. The pink hair girl then unleashed another neon blast that was more like a smoke screen. G just crossed his arms and let them flee. This place was too wrecked for him to pursue Painter. And he was tired, it was amazing he hid it this well.
Little did Miyami know that her story touched everyone present. Her fellow Villain and the two Vigilantes on the scene. The Painter who was homeless, Edgelord who was Homeless currently and G himself who was also homeless after running away from home and only to live a life of villainy to sustain himself. Miyami's story touched them all. It motivated The Painter to work harder on their escape and in a way broke the spirit of the Vigilantes, making them not want to pursue them.
When the two Vigilantes were alone. G rolled his eyes at the edgelord who called him Buggers and wanted a drink. He just shrugged and walked away from the scene of the crime
