Personality: Chesire takes the role he plays very seriously. He truly believes it is his task to show the world what the fake heroes of the world really think of themselves, or what they believe they could become. It can lead to him coming off as somewhat theatrical in his crimes and behaviours, taking his 'role' over the top and emphasizing it's purpose grandly, doing the typical 'monologuing villain' trope so long as he has the time to do so.
Even with his theatrics he does take his job seriously, he'll run to survive, he'll plan ahead, he'll work with what he has. Even if he plays a villain however he tries not to harm civilians. The pain heroes, vigilantes and the like go through facing their dark reflections however is of little concern to him.
HISTORY Growing up in the age of heroes, Chesire, with a quirk that quite literally made evil clones of the people around him, felt he'd never be able to become a hero himself, vigilante or otherwise as he just didn't fill those perfect ideals he wanted to hold heroes to.
When he saw hoever the vigilantes and heroes that filled the shoes he couldn't... he wasn't pleased. Heroes that did more damage than good, or fueled their own egos, or made tragic mistakes that people just seemed to blindly ignore because something trying to fill those ideals was more important than actually pulling it off to them...
As such, he found a use for his quirk. If people would play ignorant to the flaws of heroes he would expose them. Performing crimes without the goal of succeeding, but instead drawing out heroes to expose their true natures to the world, Chesire took up the role of a villain in this great comic book of life.
"CHESIRE" QUIRK INFORMATION Quirk Self-Reflection
Type: Emitter Rank: Unique Description: Self-Reflection allows the user of the quirk to generate Meta-physical mirrors. These mirrors are incredibly thin and both quick to form and easy to break. Upon breaking, the glass fades into nothing, as though the original mirror never actually existed. The mirrors are formed by Chesire creating a 'snap' sound, from a click of their tongue to snapping their fingers or clapping their hands. They can then form a mirror within 1 meter of their body up to the width of a small alleyway and height of a full floor of an average building. While there are potential minor applications of using the quirk to generate very temporary platforms, the key use of the quirk is it's aspect of 'self reflection'. The first person to look into the reflective side of the mirror and catch the gaze of their reflection will find the glass shatter as their reflection emerges. Their reflection may differ when it emerges, taking a full 3D form but with enough differences to be distinct. This can rage from being in black and white, having different color hair, different colored eyes, or other exagerated aspects to differ them while majorly holding the same physical 'shape' as the original. Any clones formed by the mirror have one goal. To attack the original. They cannot be ordered or commanded otherwise, and will solely aim to defeat the original in combat. Even if this goes against their personality, they will find some way to justify defeating the original, even if it makes their actions accidental (a 'timid' reflection may fire off attacks to keep the original away). A distinctive aspect of the clones is their personality. They will be a combination of the original's self views and fears, focusing on how they see themselves, or what they fear they can become, so long as the combination is in some way 'negative' to the original. If they only have a positive self image, the reflection will percieve themselves as 'better than the original' in how perfect they see themselves. Benefits - Unique - ST / NPC only - Clones formed by the mirror obtain all skills of the original even beyond the main quirk, at one rank less than the original. Skills that would enter 'G' rank are still treated as such, with skills such as 'flight' or 'burn' still being possible but with vastly reduced potential. At PC request, the clone can be equal to them in strength.
If the clone has a durability, Regen, or endurance skill, these are instead reduced by 2 ranks to increase 'destructability'.
Up to 4 clones of seperate individuals can be created at any given time. 4 clones can be created of a single individual in desperate cases, but all will be G rank in capability, and shatter very easily to attacks.
ST note : The main purpose of this NPC is as an avenue for heroes, vigilantes, villains etc to face some physical embodiement of their own self doubts and fears. It will always be physically beatable, and you should work with the original's rper to determine what they're looking to get out of their dark clone.
Exhaustion and Weakness:With each clone created Chesire feels an intense exhaustion. At most, he can create 8 clones total in a thread, and the more he creates the more sloppy they tend to be, both physically, and as personality reflections of the original. He must create a snapping / clapping sound of some form to activate the quirk. While he has multiple methods of doing so, this must be achieved for the quirk to work. Eye contact must be made with one's reflection for this quirk to fully activate. If you know this, avoiding your own reflection's eye contact may be easy, thus nullifying the quirk's key effect. COMBAT ABILITIES Armed and loaded Rank: D - Damage Effect: Carrying guns loaded with rubber rounds (typically of the submachine gun variety) Chesire makes sure he always has a means of threatening heroes and civilians alike with the possibility he's carryiing live rounds, and a last line of defense if they don't believe him.
Armed and Loaded - R Rank: E - Range Effect: A poor marksman and with shoddy tools to boot, despite using guns as his main form of offense beyond his quirk, his aim is not all that great, managing to accurately shoot bullet sprays over a moderate distance, but mostly just 'eyeballin it' over longer ranges.
Keep Movin' Rank: E - Speed Effect: Incredibly light on his feet and with means to keep himself moving in the form of Gadgets like roller blades popping out of his shoes or the like, he makes sure to always have a means of achieving speed to get off the scene if need be.
No wall too high Rank: C - Mobility Effect: A practicitioner of acrobatics and parkour, and with gadgets to aid urban traversal, Chesire has trained his body to make sure no obstacle is too great to prevent him from making a possible escape, able to scale walls and leap between walls with ease.
Last Measure Rank: E - Fighting Style Effect: Skilled in basic martial arts, but not an expert by any means, Chesire makes sure that if push comes to shove he has a means of defending himself should his weapons be lost and he's left in a desperate situation.
SPECIALIST ABILITIES Escape artist Rank: D - Escape Effect: Knowing he's physically not the strongest, Chesire has worked on multiple methods of escaping confinement, from hiding lockpicks in his costumes, to being ready to dislocate limbs to escape forms of binding. He also always has an escape plan or 12 from every heist, ranging from sewer passages to streets he knows he can dissapear into a busy crowd in.

Tadakatsu Honda AKA MURAMASA
BASIC INFORMATION Hero/Vigilante/Villain alias: Muramasa Player Name: Storytellers (made by Yumi, ask for permission before plotting death or jail time) Faceclaim/Series: Hercules / Fate Age: 28 Gender: Male Affiliation: Villain (Independant) Height: 2.5m Weight: 130 Kg Hair/Style: Wild, untamed. Deep brown / black. Can reach from mid back to waist length. Tends to be longer in winter. Skin/Scars: Several deep scars across his body, but thanks to the leathery brown color of his skin it's difficult to notice many of them unless you're looking for them. None seem to be covered or treated and were left to form naturally into scars. Eyes: Black Sclera, Orange - Red iris, shifts based on rage. Notables: Prominent Canines.
APPEARANCE AND PERSONALITY Appearance: Stands incredibly tall, tends to hold an imposing statures. He cares very little for his clothing, opting to go shirtless in even extreme weathers thanks to the natural numbness he has to such situations and influences. Clothes he does wear tend to be rather scattered and raggedy. Despite this however he can hold himself well in formal situations, and while his face will typically present as a constant scowel or grin of combat, he'd by no means one to physically present himself as eratic or messy. Much like the most rich of old england, he simply dosn't have reason to care how he looks clothing wise.
His muscles are incredibly dense and seem to almost permanently be in a low state of flex thanks to the effect of his quirk. While this makes it incredibly hard for him to relax, he's very intimidating as a physical presence in turn, able to maintain a larger muscular presence than most other quirkers without thought or conscious effort.

Personality: For the use of NPCs, I will break this down to promote the aid of free-use:
KEY GOAL - The Key Goal of Fury is to see others give into their base instincts and rage. Or rather, 'flow' with those sensations. He believes through a lifetime of suffering with his quirk that the only way to find true joy is to fully give into the inate nature of your body. To fight against it is unnatural and causes conflict. Even when you find yourself content. He encoruages others, by clever words or through more forceful methods, to give into rage and follow his example.
SUB GOALS - Spreading his ideals, through chemical means (see quirk), idealogy (Forming a fight-cult) or tearing down examples to the contrary (forcing heroes to give into rage)
WILL - - Work with others so long as he does not 'feel' subserviant,
- sacrifice a battle to achieve his greater goals,
- use his immense strength to display superiority
- Have equal moments calm and intelligent as he has wild and unruly
- 'Respect' the power of heroes who defeat him
- Hold Grudges against those he deems 'cheaters' in combat
WON'T -- Sacrifice his world view, or bend on it
- Bow completely to another's will unless by force, even if they prove to be stronger
- Attack without reason or thought (while he desires to follow sheer instinct, he refines this through tempered thought)
SUGGESTED USES - - 'The Rage' Can justify lesser crimes of quirkers going out of control, especially if you want to justify the hero not needing to act as an escort taking stronger quirks to jail, as 'the rage' will wear off after victory
- As a bruiser type, could be good for creating a towering wall of force to intimidate glass canon heroes used to picking foes off at distance, or going toe to toe with similar bruisers
- 'The Rage' could be attempted to be spread through other means, such as airborn delivery ala amazing spiderman lizard serum. Could set up high level disasters to prevent
- Could be the muscle of teams
HISTORY Growing up in Japan, this criminal to be developed his quirk in late childhood. What were seen as tantrums turned out to be side effects of a forming quirk. While for the first few years this simply manifested as a constant, unyielding rage that could be tempered by forms of meditation and treatment, the long term effects it had began to form as it seemed his body was in a constant state of exercizing, leading to the demonicly powerful physicality he has today.
Due to the methods he was taught to temper his rage in youth, he is actually a quite intelligent individual, and has had many, many hours of silence and calm thought to form his world view, which is only tempered and strengthened by the rage he flows into when leaving these meditative states.
Up to the point of application, he displayed patient and thought, learning more about the uses of his own quirk by working with black market scientists and doctors to develop 'The Rage' as detailed in his quirk section.
This history is purposely minimal, justifying character traits, to allow ST's to feel they can freeform his behaviours and backstory more readily.
Tadakatsu Honda QUIRK INFORMATION Quirk Blood of Rage
Type: Mutation Rank: B Description: While primarily manifesting outwardly through a thickened hide, increased size, and dense musculature, this quirk is primarily a mutation of the blood, with the effects displayed originating from the blood taking it's toll over a long life in what otherwise would have been a 'mortal' body by all means. Developing in puberty, 'Blood of Rage' keeps it's owner in a constant adrenaline rush, to the point they are almost numb to it's effect. When something does cause a genuine surge however, they are all the more sensitive to the effects.
The hardened skin, immense physical stature, and dense muscles all come from the blood's secondary effect to enhance the physical capabilities of those it inhabits the veins of... but we'll get more into that-
Benefits
- Strength - B Rank - Immense muscles, lifting strength, primarily uses punches but can turn to less 'trained' kicks.
- Endurance - B Rank - Thick skin, dense muscle, incredible pain tolerance. Difficult to pierce his skin with blunt force.
- Stamina - B Rank - Incredible stamina. Constantly in an alert state. Meditates rather than sleeps.
ADDITIONAL
- The Rage - NPC only - By creating a special mixture of his own blood, and the exact blood type of the victim, a concoction can be created to send the matching blood type victims into a hyper rage with similar effects to QED. Infected victims are sent into an immense rage for a short period of time, over-clocking their quirk, making it difficult to bring any actions they take down below their peak. Victims of this can endure immense burdens of stamina and endurance while pushing themselves and their quirk to the limit, with immense exhaustion to follow in turn.
This concoction requires a lab to make, pre-planning, and time. It can not be made on the spot in combat.
ST note : Due to the nature of 'The Rage', this cannot be inflicted on PCs without pre-plotting and agreement, even as an NPC.
Exhaustion and Weakness: While he is trained in meditation to temper and refine his rage, a drawn out battle can lead him to sacrifice intelligence for fury. While he will always be 'clear headed' his sense of forethought and quick wit will be dramatically reduced. Comparitively shifting from a hefty martial artist to the more instinctive but fearsome motions of say, a tiger.
Can forget the impact his actions have on his environment, leading to him trapping or harming himself through domino effects on his environment.
His bulky frame refuses to allow him to use armor as he will likely destroy it himself through his wild motions. Leaving his bare skin open to the attacks of his foes. While his skin is tough, he could likely bleed out fast if gashes are made.COMBAT ABILITIES Range Rank: C Effect: Uses incredible strength and a refined eye to toss rubble across long distances with firm accuracy. Can also, over shorter distances, echo the force of his punches through the air.
Mobility Rank: C Effect: With immense muscles comes immense jumps, able to soar through the cityscape in immense bounds and leaps. He can forcefully climb or charge through most surfaces with his immense muscles.
Toxin Resist Rank: C Effect: Incredibly resistant to internally activated toxins, as his own hyper-hormone containing blood tends to burn it out in most cases. Exceptionally potent toxins can still effect him but will have their effects proportionately reduced.
Speed Rank: E Effect: Not incredibly fast, but faster than anyone might expect for a beast his size. His muscle is used wisely to induce immense bursts of speed when needed, typically in direct lines to his opponent or away from those who would halt his plans.
Martial Arts Rank: C Effect: Despite succumbing to his rage, or perhaps, because of it, Muramasa has a clear head in the heat of battle, using tactical motions and cleverly chosen actions to overcome his opponents, recognzing what his body can take, and sometimes accepting blows to ensure his own, stronger strikes make it through.
Burn Resist Rank: E Effect: Due to his leathery, thick skin designed to contain his immense muscles, its incredibly hard for burns to affect him from an external perspective. While he has obvious weakpoints like the eyes and mouth for this, he can power through most burns that afflict his skin.
SPECIALIST ABILITIES Cult of Rage Rank: D Effect: While his simple philosophy can not be the easiest to get behind, Muramasa has a fair following of low level goons, some who naturally give themselves to his ideals, and others who slurp on donations of his blood to enter a constant state of instinctive, rage fueled euphoria. With his mind to guide them his followers can achieve significant goals.
Scientific Resources Rank: D Effect: Having connected himself to several black market scientists, while his own mind is more philosophically refined, he has access to many bright minds to aid in the development of technologies he may need. While he would rather rely on his own strength, he never insults the power of the mind.

APPEARANCE AND PERSONALITY Appearance: Standing semi tall for a girl (though perhaps not by UA standards) Taxi has a slim but firm build, seeming to struggle to build actual definition in their muscles and holding the weight of most things they eat beyond a few key areas. Their sense of attire can be described as… fluid. Some days they could be wearing ill fitting male clothes, others could be focusing on a more feminine look, but a good balance can tend to be struck in a mildly tomboyish look overall. Whatever the case its very uncommon for them to wear something constrictive or hindering without adjusting it in some manner.
While majorly tomboyish they keep their hair long and just barely brushed enough to be borderline presentable… at least by the standards of the average UA kid. Taxi cares little for how people will view them though, as they feel things are already ‘busy enough’ in their head to care about how the outer world is viewing them too.
Iconic features are the pointed red horns protruding from their hair, sharp fangs, unusual pupils and an unusually dense muscle structure, seeming unusually slim in their limbs despite the strength they can potentially produce.

QUIRK INFORMATION Quirk Posession / Traction "Demon's Pull"
Type: Emitter Rank: E Description: 'Hell's Grasp' is a distinct combination of two otherwise 'low level' quirks working in synchronisity after an accident involving Tabby and Felix in their individual pasts. Possession: - Felix's quirk. Inactive. The ability to fuse with another person and enhance their natural capabilities. Those affected by Possession grow demonic features, such as horns, claws, and shifts to their teeth and eyes. Traction: - Tabby's Quirk. A simple quirk to pull items towards onesself at a slow pace. It was unclear what force actively powered this quirk, if it was telekenetic, pseudo-science magnetism, or elsewise. it has since been confirmed to be a form of gravity manipulation. Demon's Pull: - Taxi's Current quirk. A combination of the enhancing effects of Possession affecting the quirk 'Traction' over an extended period. Effectively a form of gravity manipulation, Taxi can manage their own personal sense of gravitational pull, as well as that of nearby items or, to some extent, other peiple in extremely small bursts. Their control of their own sense of gravity is such that they can practically overpower the sense of earth's actual gravity, relying on their own sense of relativity to the ground and items around them. Other items maintain a sense of weight while held within their forces, and actual people are impossible to hold long term in a gravitational force unless enitrely unconscious, and can typically only be subjected to a 'burst of force' for a second, maybe two at a time. Benefits - Strength / Damage - E - Able to inflict weight, or become the weight of offensive forces equal to the rank. Typically enforced by imbuing specific high level gravitational forces in their limbs or, preferably, some form of weaponry.
- Mobility - E - Able to fully control their own sense of gravity, Taxi can very easily walk on walls or achieve sky-high jumps. They are far from being able to 'fly' however and are fearful to turn their sense of gravity skyward without a ceiling in the way.
- Speed - E - Through gravitational forces places on themselves or objects they manipulate, Taxi can achieve speeds equal to rank. Typically ruinning their shoes through friction in the process.
Exhaustion and Weakness:- A weakness of the 'Possession' half of Taxi's quirk, subjects of the quirk develop an extreme skin allergy to Gold and Sea salt (not table salt). As this quirk is now permanently in effect, these allergies are permanent and remain extreme. - With their quirk not relying on any 'protective bubble', Taxi is not immune to G-forces and can become physically ill from extended use of their quirk and multiple sharp turns. - Handling mutliple gravitational forces can easily become confusing, leading to 'trips' where Taxi can affect themself or an object with a gravitational force intended for the opposite. - An issue of two minds sharing one body is their state of acivity. While for the most times the two personas 'fuse' into Taxi, there are rare times where a single can be active, followed by the other. The mind effectively gets rest between the personalities, while the body continues to get exhausted, and the chemicals of the brain become worn, leading to an exagerated sense of awareness and energy the body cannot physically support. - When used on anything but themselves, a faint red aura briefly displays before the forces of gravity on an object or person shift, meaning the force exuded is not invisible COMBAT ABILITIES In my Orbit Rank: F Effect: Be it pulling an object into an orbit around themselves and throwing it, or briefly exerting a gravitational force on another, the range on their skill is still miniscule, and will take a lot of practice to bring up to snuff.
Double the Mind, Half the Brain Rank: F Effect: Due to their rather unusual situation thanks to the possession quirk, Taxi can, effectively, split their active consciousness and maintain an exagerated sense of their own capabilities. While their body physically becomes exhausted their mind can continue to fight... though this won't prevent them eventually breaking down regardless.

APPEARANCE AND PERSONALITY Appearance: Hailing from France Marceline has rounder features than most girls you'd find in Japan, standing out with that alone but her presence can easily make itself known through other means. Her bright green hair is a strong start, a hint of her having a quirk as it somehow manages to be her natural color. Beyond that her general sense of stature despite her height can hold a presence, or in some cases, can hold a distinctive lack of it, able to blend into a crowd or slip on the smoothing charm when she needs to make herself known.
Generally though, when not holding a disguise, she prefers to be seen, with a slender figure and delicate facial features she can appear quite soft and non-threatening. Very soft spoken and knowing how to work the old silver tongue. Her sense of fashion can drastically vary, but even when going casual she tends to be wearing high end fabrics and designs. If she's going to wear torn jeans, they're going to be the best torn jeans on the market.

Personality: Marceline is a woman of class, or so she likes to believe herself to be. Growing up in france she holds a sense of superiority from how media can treat people of her culture from that alone, holding the old elegance of her accent even when speaking japanese, feeling it lends something to her words they would not otherwise have. Despite her sense of superiority however, she's far from the elegance and grace of those who were born into or more formally earned the wealth they hold. She hates people who are a little too 'typical' with their wealth, wearing fine made suits or dresses to any occasssion. In her mind what is the point of wealth and power if you still have to keep up appearances. Where others would maintain their sense of power in the correct attire, she'd 'utilize it' by wearing something more casual and comfortable, knowing full well she had the power in the situaton for no one to complain.
Of course, now and then she has to play the game, but thats still more for her benefit than anyone elses.
She adores the atypical people all the same, an abnormal personality intrigues her and draws her attention, to the point she could potentially find herself being a little too generous with anyone who grabs her attention through their natural behaviours. In part it's perhaps because she knows she herself is 'atypical''. For a long time she's known, or well, believed the game is rigged at ever level, and while she's managed to work her way close to the top and is using the game to her advantage, she still remembers where she came from, and she'd rather give those a leg up and a bit of a hand, rather than those already at her level. Unless those at her level can serve to benefit her more, of course.~
HISTORY Growing up in france, Marceline came from a vaguely well off, but far from luxurious family background. Her mother a low end fashion designer while her father managed the books at the same company. With the belief at a young age that her quirk was simply the ability to generate a halo, she played a part in her mother's work, playing a 'little angel' in modelling her new works to companies she hoped to sell her designs to. From a young age this instilled Marcie with a sense of... con artistry. Realizing that so long as she put on the 'sweet angel' facade she could tend to get more than her fair share from adults, but as her understanding of her quirk developed, so too did her cons. Being sweet and kind could only get you so far afterall.
Learning how to use her quirk to change her outfits as she matured into her young teens, suddenly the girl who could afford a few middle of the range outfits was dressing in high end attire, and it could surprise you how many places you could get into so long as you looked like you had the money to be there, and a silver tongue to boot. At first this just turned to working her tongue and getting herself into the parties of kids 'above her class' but... she learned quickly enough that looking the part earned her a bit more of people's trust. At first just getting a subtle discount from a manger, a little bit of light theft from a supermarket and... it slowly spiralled from there, getting better and better as time went on.
Moving to Japan was an obvious choice once the idea of quirks becoming legal in any shape or form seemed to be showing itself most there. The chaos of america could be to her benefit in some respects, their love of vigilantes due to their media, but Marcie wanted to keep the cons she was forming to at least a somewhat respectable state. Learning the language she moved out to Japan a few years ago and quickly started to use her cons to get the attention of people who could use her talents, and quickly move beyond them to the people at the higher end of the market. She's hoping to very quickly make a name for herself, and also... make sure her name is never known.~

QUIRK INFORMATION Quirk Halo of Change
Type: Emitter Rank: E Description: Marceline has the ability to generate a halo above their head. While this was once beleived to be a basic 'illusory effect' when they were a child, Marceline has since learned the true use of the halo. By guiding it to descend her body, the Halo acts like an extremely fast 3D printer for organic and synthetic materials. When this was first discovered, the Halo of Change was initially used for quick change of outfits. It can re-arrange pre-existing materials in it's range and converts Marceline's own stored energy (Fat and recently digested carbohydrates) into anything additional that is needed. Marceline becomes better at taking on a form if her Halo has some form of 'record' of it, additionally able to scan previous outfits she's worn, or descend over a manequin, or someone else, to scan their own outfit. Additionally, in terms of the organic material, Marceline's halo can create a synthetic coating of cells on her own body to aid her in mimicing someone else visually. Picture a 'skin mask' from mission impossible, only a full body edition. While it can be damaged like a disguise it is otherwise nearly impossible to detect, allowing Marceline to appear as other people, or generally not herself. Once again this is made easier by scanning others with the halo, but Marcie has a few 'go to' forms she's managed to practice over a long career of identity theft and con-artistry. While mostly focused on herself, Marceline has begun to learn how to use her quirk to edit other items generally within her 'range of influence' (items she's holding). Ink isn't exactly hard to print after-all, so forging documents, or even works of art, isn't impossible... Benefits - Disguise - E - Marcline can form disguises both clothing based and physical. Currently she cannot immitate the opposing gender with much accuracy, but can easily take on any form larger of her own general shape or vaguely larger. Though she cannot make herself taller at the current moment. Disguises she takes on can hold a sense of 'uncanny valley' if observed with too much scrutiny. She can even take on vague visual traits of other quirkers, though these can be more easily noticed as fake.
- Wealth - E - Through multiple forms of con artistry, identity theft, and other talents as well as a keen mind, Marceline has accrued quite a bit of wealth and the skills to spend it without directly being caught. Her key investment is a growing string of french themed cafe's.
- Forgery - E - Items Marceline can hold while her quirk is active are also affected by the printing effect of her halo. As such by scanning documents or having an intricate understanding of their general layout, Marcline is capable of forging documents. Much like her transformations however, they are typically only viable under minimal scrutiny, but she's getting better...
Exhaustion and Weakness:- Marceline's halo is an active process and holds a vaguely physical presence when generated. As it descends her body if you were to break the halo (a simple attack agaisnt it of any rank) the process is stopped halfway, which can leave Marceline in the upper half of one disguise and the lower half of the other. - Marceline's disguises require a general sense of internal fuel. Her stamina directly correlates to this. She can change disguises without issue equal to once per rank of stamina. Dismissing a disguise isn't as difficult, but where she to try any transformations beyond her stamina it could lead to complications coupled with physical exhaustion. - Marceline can copy people without directly scanning them but this relies on her memory. Simple mistakes can be made, such as not knowing about scars or tattoos she hasn't seen, remembering a beauty mark, but putting it on the wrong cheek, etc. COMBAT ABILITIES Feline Agility Rank: F - Mobility Effect: One of Marceline's key disguises is that of a 'neko' themed quirker, and as such, and also to aid in her general get aways, Marceline had worked on her agility, maybe paying a few trained circus professionals to train her now and then. While far from a parkour champion she's certainly able to use a few methods of escape other's wouldn't consider.
Long Con Rank: F Stamina Effect: Knowing she has to put the effort in long term Marceline has worked hard on her stamina with her quirk. She can currently change a disguise once per thread (not counting any disguise she 'enters' the thread with) and can hold her own well should she need to outrun anyone who makes her cons.

| Standing quite tall and with a bulky-ish build for a woman, Mia has an imposing figure in her own right but with a soft enough face that she dosn't tend to come off as intimidating unless she's really trying for it. Even when she's looking a little eager for a fight, the grin she holds tends to lend a softer aspect to her entire frame. Her hair falls down her back to a bit past her shoulders, with a wild, mildly unkempt style to it.
Aura
Mia's aura burns brightly with a golden hue, flickers of red. It's a fiery pattern but the 'flames' shift in a slower pattern, perhaps hitting at her cool headed nature even when she's in the heat of the moment.

Isolated Dextrocardia - Mia was born with her heart literally on the opposite side of her chest. This condition has no actual effect on her health, and is more just an interesting tidbit. She inherited this from her father's side of the family, and is the only one of her three siblings to have the condition.
During a sparring match with her mentor she told him about it after he apologized for punching where her heart should have been. He proceeded to joke that it was destiny, that her heart should match her good fist.
Prosphetic Limb - Due to a risky job she did while working under the general pokemon league of her home region, Mia lost her right arm from the shoulder down. She replaces this with a high end prosphetic while traveling, which has some custom work done by an old friend.
