Shouko tilted her head at the other's reaction. Eh? He was the one who asked to see, so why was he averting his eyes? Queried the girl who had completely forgotten that this was the normal reaction to someone stripping in front of them. However, as he quickly realized that she was actually wearing something beneath, and his gaze became heated, Shouko would forget about it completely. Much to the misfortune of all who asked about her quirk in the future. In the past she used to at least warn people first! Albeit in a vague, easily misunderstood way.
The carving would be clearly less than amazing- Shouko was gaining a lot of experience in sculpting the dress out, but was not yet at the level of a sculptor. The lines were chipped and jagged, and it was already quite fortunate that she was able to keep the stone in one piece. After all, a single mistake was impossible to rectify. While the material was mostly even, there were some awkward asymmetries which would ruin the ensemble. However, Shouko had taken great care to work these very mistakes into the final design, so as to prevent ruining the precarious balance of her outfit. Of course, not making the same mistakes each carving, meant that her battle dress was ever so slightly different each day... And would remain so until her sculpting skills had improved significantly.
"Yuppers!" Shouko would confirm with a grin. "It's like cement as much as stone- Comes out as a liquid, then hardens into this!" She gestured over her stone outfit. As Yasashi turned to get better angles, she would turn herself to give him a better view. For all the skin it showed, she was quite proud of her outfit! Even though it was not what he chose to ask her about, instead honing in on the nature of her quirk itself.
"Eto, so, it grows overnight, see? And so I'm in this big hunk of rock when I wake up! And we carve the outfit out of that solid piece of stone!" The we referred, of course, to her ever helpful roommate Katayacchi! "Unfortunately, it's not so easy to regenerate. But! I can force it to come out of my arms! Like this!" She would happily demonstrate- Hey, wasn't this technically against the rules for quirk use on campus? But then, Yasashi had done it first, so he had no room to judge!
As the girl raised her arms to show off, a grey liquid would seep from her pores- And swiftly harden into the darker brown stone which made up her outfit. As it was just a demonstration, the girl did not fully form those heavy clubs which were her signature, only releasing a few centimeters of stone over her arm. Naturally, it was an amount which would be easy to remove. "But of course, since it seals off my hands, I can't really carve it, so it's just like a pair of clubs? Well, it's still more effective than hitting with bare fists!" She swung the arm around lightly a bit to show off.
As for how much she could lift... "Eto.... At the moment, the main body is about... 200 kilos? A bit more? And I usually aim for about 100 each on the clubs, so it all balances out." The counterbalancing nature of her own weights was her main focus on the outfit, allowing her martial arts to hold their unique character. "But that's so that I have enough leeway, you know? If I were to push it... Probably a couple hundred more kilos?" Was her best estimate. She had never really tried, after all! Maybe she should fix that.
