Aiden half growled, half laughed. "Please. If I give out my real name it's because I do not care at all if you know it or not. Hardly has any conequences. But hey, feel free to try anything with me, everyone. See what happens."
He wasn't really trying to threat them, but again. His quirk made it real hard to concentrate on being polite and fuzzy cute. He hummed once as the white haired vigilante called for his presence a little while longer. Without saying anything else on the matter, he walked closer to G..."patiently" waiting to hear what he had to say.
He had to wonder why did he single him out of the group, together with another two people no less. He was full of surprises, that was for sure. Perhaps he liked to take some gambles. Or perhaps he was not as dumb as he was trying to sell himself as. In his line of work, he had dealt with quite a few fakers from either side of the law. He knew very well that undercover agents and criminal rats can be...very convicing with their act and parade. Still though, he could not deny the matter piqued his curiosity.
He would humor it. For now.

Kenshin felt bad for not really being able to help Zephyr. At least Blue Blitz and Mirror Maiden were taking care of it. Still, it was not too big a deal, and as it was being taken care of, it was nothing to worry too much about. Hopefully the girl would learn not to do that again, and hopefully the adult(s) responsible for her would scold her once she got home. Or perhaps they needed to be scolded for being careless enough to let Zephyr do something like this to begin with. Regardless, it was a done deal. Kenshin noticed that a few of the people here did not mind giving their names, while others refused to do so and gave only their alias. Kenshin could understand both sides. On one hand, it was important to build trust in a team (or potential team, same thing), and trust was a two-way street. By giving a real name rather than an alias, it showed that there was nothing to hide and that they were willing to open up just enough. But on the other hand, this was a room full of strangers, or at least acquaintances at best. Who knew who could be trusted and who could not? In that sense, it was foolish to give out one's real name. While some of the others brought up the fact of giving or not giving real names, Kenshin chose to remain silent on the matter. Actions spoke louder than words, so whether one was trustworthy or not, that person giving a real name or a fake one was ultimately irrelevant. And with most of the people in the room receiving a certain message, the meeting was pretty much over now. Kenshin did not really have much reason to stay here. He had other things he wanted to do, so it was time to depart. With a nod to acknowledge G's words of dismissal, Kenshin turned to leave, saw the door Zephyr had wrecked, shrugged, and then headed out. I look forward to seeing how the new Storm Knights will work.[exit] @tagged | Word count: 348

- a Party without a cake is just a meeting -
While everyone went around with their introductions--well, mostly everyone, Snowy there didn't seem too thrilled with being largely ignored and wasn't helping by not giving more details on himself--Elena had her hand firmly placed on Yui's far shoulder, keeping the little bugger from making any more sudden movements. Luckily the cake appeared to have her rapt attention. Kids were so predictable sometimes. Though was it fair to think that when at least two of the other vigilantes here couldn't have been that much older (if older at all) than Yui was? She acted more immature than her age but, mature or not, they were still kids. Why weren't they also trying for U.A?
Well, everyone had to have their reasons.
Elena made some mental notes of names to faces or masks. The "Kent or Can't" shop she'd seen mentioned online a couple times, so it was nice to put those two together. Alt and Mirror Maiden seemed nice enough; Elena smiled at Dima's offer to take Yui home, even if the sentiment was met with a fair amount of uncertainty. "No offense, Mirror, but I don't think you could handle this little mocosa. Thanks for the offer though, seriously. It's not a lack-of-trust thing, more a 'wouldn't wish this on anyone' thing." She chuckled, giving Yui a fond squeeze to make up for calling her a "brat".
When G sent out another message, Elena kept from looking at it immediately for fear that Yui might see whatever it said and decide to follow her again. She was going to have a serious talk with Kokahu about getting some child-locks on, well, everything. As she had a dozen times she scooped her little "niece" up like an over-sized teddy and started packing up the leftover cake, though she waited long enough for anyone who wanted to take a piece home to grab one. "I'll bounce. Got to get her home. It's been interesting meeting all of you," she pocketed her empty can for recycling and bagged the rest of the cake inside its tupperware, "I promise at any 'next time' there won't be any...unexpected interruptions on my side of things. Te deseo lo mejor."
As she made her way to leave, Yui on her back and bag of cake on her elbow, Elena stopped long enough to look the oh-so-cool Snow Demon over once again. Her bright blue lips curled into a wide smirk. "You know, if you want people to trust you, maybe you should stop looking at them like they're the shit beneath your boots. Not a super endearing quality. So get off your high horse, and maybe we'll start giving a damn." With that, she went to deposit Yui into her car and drive her home, hopefully to where she'd receive one hell of a scolding, and maybe to give the rest of the cake as an apology for letting her trail her car in the first place. This kid needed a bell on her.[EXIT] WC: 507, you and your hiiiiiigh hooooooorse can gtfo mate <3 MOD WORDS HERE: Since this thread is so big, 48 hour timer is in effect! if you don't post you'll be skipped! you can then post again asap, or next round!

Wow that Aiden and snow guy are edgy, Brandon notes down in his mind the moment G replies with his criticism about revealing their names, and congratulating him for not revealing his. Yeah, duh. Why you gotta go spilling out about personal identities and shit? You pick your cool sounding name, you stick to it out in the open. That's what they're for. Hell, Kent isn't really his name! He doesn't know it, and every time he asks him Kent just shrugs and makes up a new one, clearly confused as he was. These people at the end of the day aren't well known to him. He would rather have some sort of weird protection. Also that mention of his shop would at least get Kent some more customers...not that Brandon thought of that when he let it slip out.
The dm made him somewhat surprised. This WASN'T the place? Aw but it looks cool and kinda neat. The shady ass warehouse was pretty cool. But it does make sense to make this the overall interest gauging area. In case someone wants to get in on this deal and aren't who they say they are. Also he has a spot? Kinda like Kent and his office area at the corner of his room. He nods his head as he lets them know they can leave and shit.
"Aight. I'll let 10sai know and see if he can help out on some info gathering shit. Hopefully we get at least something to act on." He adjusts the helmet, looking at G's direction. "White hair guy. Don't forget what I said. I want a piece of the action if some snake man is involved, alright?" He glares at G beneath the helmet, as he waves off to everyone but Aiden and Hideki and heads off to his bike.

It seemed like Snow Demon had a bit of a stick up his ass, asking if the pink haired girl really trusted anyone and saying that they'd all just met "Hey Frosty the Snowman, we may have all just met properly at this meeting, but a few people have already spoken with each other online and such, so there's a small amount of familiarity, you on the other hand are a complete mystery who, I'm assuming, none of us have ever interacted with in ANY capacity, which makes your appearance here a little bit more suspicious wouldn't you say?" James said to the rude newcomer That being said if he really DOES have information on the location of Thundershocks base, we can't really let information like that slip away[/i] he thought to himself. It also seemed that Drag-On and G had a bit of an objection with people revealing their real names "Well if we're going to work together I'd at least like to know who I'm working with, plus really, what are you going to do with a first name? Even if it's a more uncommon or foreign name such as mine, you really think there'd only be one person living here named James? With the amount of people living in Tokyo there's bound to be at least 1 or 2 more," he explained, seriously there's not much you can do with a first name That Aiden guy giving his full name away on the other hand, not the best idea, there's a bit more you could do with a first AND last name he thought to himself, snapping out of his thoughts when G said that he wanted to talk with him as well as Deathclaw and Frosty the snowman "Hm, sure no problem," he said as he got up out of his chair, he also got the message for coordinates of their REAL hideout Oh we get our own rooms? Nice, now I've got a 2nd plash to crash if I need it he thought to himself. G then dismissed everyone that didn't need to be there. James on the other hand did, so he walked over to join G and Aiden "What's up Boss?" he asked G, wondering what the reason for him staying behind was

Damn was this mirror maiden girl annoying, She kept on preaching about trust Whenever he had made it quite clear that there should be no trust amongst them. The people here were all vigilantes, wanna be heroes who couldnt man up enough to get their licenses. On one hand he understood them and their desire to stay out from underneath the government's thumb, however, they really were only doing the work the heroes should be. He didnt look up to anyone here with any form of high standard, especially not the foreigners and other kids his age. He had heard of G and of RedEdge... but his disdain for them didnt lessen any with their online popularity.
He let a heavy sigh escape his lips as he just shrugged, the snow that had lifted around him falling and melting on the ground around him. He didnt give Mirror woman an answer, and instead just smugly looked back over to G who had addressed him directly as "snowy". Another annoyance, but not a name he hadn't heard before. He locked eyes with G, nodding his head as he was asked to stay behind and said nothing else. Not even as the female foreigner walked passed him and called him out on his attitude and view of everyone here. He only looked at her dangerously, turning up his nose and scoffing as she left. This damn low class foreigner saw through him that easily hunh? Well, he didnt care if she knew he thought she was even less than the shit under his boot, he wasn't here to make friends.
He remained quiet, waiting until the masses left to leave only himself, this James guy and what's his face behind alone with G. Hideki didn't move from his perch next to the now open door, his fight of flight response kicking in now that there were less of them here. He could only imagine G wanted his Intel, and unless Hideki got what he wanted, he wasnt going to surrender it so easily.

Seeing as though a majority of people of leaving, Dima thought it would had been best to follow in suite. Turning back to the person she finally had figured was Blue Blitz she responded to her first statement. "Fair enough, I'll take your word for it. I may need to ask you for a favor though at some point... nothing too extreme, but I'm probably the least experienced with their own ability by comparison to everyone else." She expresses confident on that fact. After those two left she stayed for just a bit longer seeing as others leave one by one. She still intended to leave, but she was curious as to who exactly would stay behind.
This snow demon was quite curious, but she reserve a majority of her judgement of him... at least just assume there's something off with him. Considering his rather bold proposal to attack such a high priority threat right after just meeting up. Thinking back on a few things that had been said, she was a bit surprised they would be getting her own room. Granted it may provide her a reason to move out of her parents house finally... but they may want her to attend college for a degree or something to help with the business. She probably could use the financial know how anyways, but enough with these tangents.
"Well then I'll best be off... I suppose I'll be seeing most of you more often now. Make sure to keep track if 'Frosty' gives any of you the cold shoulder, cause I'm sure that means he doesn't have a good frostbite better than his bark." She chuckled to herself as she left, thinking on what exactly she could do to her new room.

Lucas had to admit, G seemed to have things figured out. Even he realized that giving your secret identity out like it wasn't a secret, was only bound to cause danger to yourself. It didn't matter if you assumed this was a safe space, who knew? Some of the individuals might not be trustworthy, a random kid walked in looking for her aunt, this place certainly wasn't secure. However, the text that he suddenly received only made him smile a little bit wider inside his mask. Coordinates for the real base. Of course! It only made logical sense. Behind that joking attitude of G's, there seemed to definitely be some genuine leadership qualities. Hopefully, there was more to come.
After they were dismissed to leave or stay at their own pace, Lucas hummed in thought as he once again pressed up close against the wall to simply people watch for a few moments more. It seemed like everyone was either involved in a small conversation of their own or already on their way out. He took one final glance at G before giving him a polite wave before just beginning to walk straight up the wall and up to the ceiling. No reason to walk through the crowd and get in anyone's way, at the very least. Plus, he couldn't resist the idea of showing off to his new fellow teammates. Or at least, hopefully teammates. He didn't trust everyone just yet, but he was sure that trust would come eventually after genuinely getting to know them. Just like any job, his new 'coworkers' could still be inept at their job. As far as he knew, the invite was sent to the entire chat.
Dropping down onto the ground with a flip near the doorway, he paused and gave the rest of the room a hearty wave before speaking. "It's been lovely meeting all of you individuals, and I'm sure I'll see you all in the coming days as well. Goodnight, and good luck!" Dipping out the door, he didn't waste time. Activating the thrusters upon the back of his suit, he quickly ran up the side of the building and onto the roof, double-checking the coordinates before immediately beginning to make his way there. There was no point in sitting around, wondering what the place would look like. Hopefully whatever location the coordinates would lead him too would have a bit more security than this abandoned warehouse.

Aiden tried to play it cool, as if the name reveal mistake didnt phase him. But G knew he was full of shit. But fine, have it his way, if he claims to be this super secret ex SWAT boi, then boy howdy would he sure come in hand on this next mission. But first the others had to leave. Like Kenshin, BB and that infernal Yui, Drag-On and H-James... No wait, James is staying here
James walked over to G and asked what was up. G motioned with his hand to wait. And then motioned to James with his head that the others needed to leave to. Until then, no words
G glanced at Snowy, who seems like he was fine with staying. But he hated his holier than thou attitude. G glanced at the last two Vigilantes that left, namely Mirror and Alt, as they were the last two to leave.
Great, now it was just the four of them. And this was gonna be interesting, soon G would give out his first mission to the Storm Knights. A mission that would show him who can be trusted and who can not. In a way, this would now be a test to those that remained. And a test especially to a certain someone, were they truly what they seemed to be
