Bashira was a hammer for blunt force solutions in a world that really needed more of a multitool approach; she felt it now more than ever as, despite her arm strength and her good intentions, she proved unable to think of a way to solve Akari's problems. "Dammit! Damn!" Bashira cussed, pounding her fist against the pavement in agitation. "What good is that dang place if they arrest good people?!" It didn't make sense in Bashira's mind that an obvious answer of good and evil could be answered so unjustly.
With the flaps closed on Akari's box, Bashira finally had to take the hint that running through all of the invalid options was only hurting Akari more. She knelt down for a moment and put a stern face on, her wide mouth turning into a horizontal line over her square jaw. "I'm not givin' up on ya, kiddo. I'll think about it and... there's gotta be some way to do it!" she resolved, feeling her fingers digging into the pavement. "I'll figure it out, so don't be sad..." It felt like an empty promise, even as Bashira made it; she probably wasn't the first to provide a sympathetic outside insight to Akari's problem and she definitely wasn't the smartest, meaning her chances of coming up with an answer were pretty low.
Still, she knew she wasn't worth her salt as a doer of good deeds if she left this one hanging. That said, she couldn't turn the box over and shake Akari out; if the girl wanted to be alone, Bashira had to leave her alone. "I ain't too good with stuff like this... planning and all that. But where there's a will there's a way, I know that much. So I won't give up," the ogress assured Akari one more time. The girl in the box would hear the scratching sound of Bashira's heavy knuckles dragging across the pavement as the ogre left hesitantly, still racking her brain for potential solutions to a very difficult problem.
