Thx U, Next. [Meiko & Hanako]

She had to be amused and okay with everything, she had to be Lady Scandal and forget Hanako. But her Hanako facts were getting scary close to what she did not want to tell. She was sitting opposite the person that had dated her fiancè and by the words of it, she would not hesitate to get him back. She wasn't blackmailed yet but if Rin wanted to make that out of it, it might help her more in this problem, predicament as Rin called it and yes, that was right. However, it did not mean it was a predicament yet. She did understand though, which was the only thing that Hanako could wish for. 

But she wasn't there yet. Now the girl needed a reason? Really? What reason? She did not know Rin well enough to come up with something within this instant. She decided to laugh on the last statement as Rin said she was a bore. "You see why I like my job else it would be such a dull life." It was a lie, obviously but it meant she passed the stage of spilling the beans on herself. 

She finished her own drink soon after, and put a few more olives in her mouth, musing over the problem. "So how much discount can I get?" She was joking but that was more of a female thing to think about and she looked away, "The problem is Rin, I don't know you well enough to know what interests you. I mean I handle in favours but you seem to be the person who doesn't wait for a moment to strike but rather be of the immediate deal." She turned her brown eyes back to Meiko, "Am I right?" But there must be something blocking her. Why would she care about a low smush thing such as Kazuto and not just sell him out if it was him or not. Why did she care? Too many questions that she would not get an answer to, not from Rin and not from Kazuto. What would it matter if Kazuto sold out Haruuhi... what would it matter to her? Her eyes looking but yet not seeing. 

She could write a sweet blog about Rin but she did not know if she wanted to use that or need that for her utube channel. She was probably popular enough. 

What? Why did she offer her hand? She was so confused about this conversation and to be honest, she should admit that she was afraid that she was getting in a dangerous situation where she should not be yet. She wasn't ready, she wasn't prepared, this was the girl that wanted G back and look at them, a dangerous dance of cat and mouse but unknown to both subjects, who was who. She took it though and got off the high bar stool that was with the table where they sat, she left some yen on the table that should cover everything that they ordered. This felt like an even more dangerous topic, talking somewhere private. "No I understand," she said, moving her hand in the pocket of her skirt, maybe she should call G? No that would be very bad with Rin around. She did not want to bring him into trouble because of her own selfishness. 

With a living head? She turned with big eyes to Meiko as if she was a deer in headlights. "What do you mean with that? All I want is to have something so I can warn The Devil's Advocate in case he wants to use the information on me." She listened to how she was going to a dangerous world, she was already there, she just needed something for her own information. "You already call me frail, this information is the only thing I had a hunch about and can protect me. I need something to be able to stop him, I will not use it ever if he doesn't blackmail me. He isn't doing that yet." She had to be clear as Meiko before that did think Kazuto was already blackmailing her. She knew Meiko was trying to pretend she was a very innocent one, "Don't you ever want to be prepared, a what if situation? What if someone would blackmail you? It's a hunch, I am not sure he will and I sure hope he would not but I need to have something on him to return the favour, I don't want to hurt or harm anyone else in the process. It would be nice if that was a possibility, Rin, I want to protect myself and my life. I know how dangerous it can be, but I have no other informant and no other idea of what he is doing as I try to avoid him. The only reason I thought he might know more and might be involved was because of that one comment. He kept talking as if he was great and I know him, believe me." We have dated for almost a year, how had she fallen for that. But then again, she could ask that question too with G. 

Gamble was a dangerous game, in a blink of an eye, you could lose your money. Hanko did not care about her money, she cared about the news, her life but mostly G and her unborn child their lives. The problem was that her own life was intertwined with the two of them and especially the latter. She did not like how Rin got so close to her, but she had to keep her face neutral and her voice steady. This was not a game of gamble, this was not a game of an eye for an eye. This was Russian Roulette, and no one knew who or when the trigger would be pulled. She wanted Rin to let go of her wrist, but she did not pull and she did not bat an eyelash because of it and she simply stared at the screen. 

It was as if ice ran through her veins when she read that. The ominous feeling that she had had before was a lie to what she felt right now. It was her possessiveness, her fear after she learned that he tracked her to see what she did and seeing her come and go to G's house. One step further ahead than the girl that was holding her wrist now, the girl who had no idea and the girl G cheated on. They were in that chat together, with no one less but Thunder. Her eyes rapidly moving from left to right to read the text messages. Haruuhi. 

Haruuhi had something to do with Thunder, but that did not matter, what mattered was it was indeed Kazuto that suggested it. She could not use this as blackmail, it would immediately throw something off about LavenderSkull whom she assumed to be Rin with her LavenderFlower and Thunder. For god's sake, it was useless. But now she knew that her identity was even in bigger danger. Kazuto knew her if she said one word wrong than Thunder might know as well. How bad had she handled in the article for Tetsuko-chan? 

Her eyes stared at the name, Gabe Hajimari. G. She felt like she made a mistake and especially when Rin took her face in her hand, she definitely wasn't the nicest one. She had to look her in her eyes. Got her? G, maybe the fear wasn't clear with the pupils being dilated would not be seen behind the colour changing contacts that she was wearing, hiding her own blue eyes that were now an amber coloured brown. She wanted to say no when the woman spoke about killing everyone she knew and loved. No G, Miku, Haruuhi. She had to resist the urge to protect her baby, she had no other way but shielding it with her body so she did not need her silly little hand. She tried to nod, "I don't want anything against you or him. I only want to make sure of my own safety." Him, in this case, applying to Thunder, no he would be a target for another time when Fix was done with what she asked. She had to wait, she had to find a way now that she was getting obviously pregnant. "I swear it on my life, I am not after anything else." Swearing on her dull life as Meiko had called might be the best thing. 

She did not even want to know who or what happened to the last girl Rin talked to, it was just an expression but apparently, people could fall over every single word, ugh, the worst. She could better shut up and get out of here but before she actually could do that. She was rather curious about why. Why would you turn villain? What the hell had the world done to you, to make you a fuck up? Where was your god-damn humanity? 

So she could not help but ask the question and look at the girl beside her, what Meiko happened to answer did not make her happy at all. Surely G had told her bits about his past, maybe not a lot but that was not his fault. It was her own, she did not want to know, she was afraid she could not take it. She was afraid she would see him in how he was now and not be able to cope, she did not want that. She wanted to be by his side. The power of love though, get over yourself Celine Dion or whatever the name of that century-old singer was. A fangirl over a villain? This girl was even more insane than Hanako thought. Which only made it so that she should get the hell out even more. She also seemed to be rather enthusiastic about the way she became a villain. She took a step back when the girl yelled about some hoe. That must the other girl, Macabre told her about. She did not know her name, but it was his previous girlfriend, the one before Hanako. 

What if he... 

G cheated on Meiko with Hanako, that she had figured out in the meantime. And apparently, the other one, the other villain, stole him too. Would she... would she be able to keep him? Why did that more sound like a possession than a human being? "Why G? I mean yes, the sexy bad boy but that can't be all?" Why did her mouth speak before she realized, she should not ask, she should get out. "Are you trying to get him back?"

She should have shut up, why would she ask the obvious questions. Why could her jealous viper tongue not stop working on its own. It made sense how Meiko looked at her and how she spoke. Oh yes, she definitely knew, that wasn't the whole issue. The whole issue was Rin. Loveable goofy. Yes, Gil was lovable goofy sometimes, she was more used to him playing the macho but she could see it and that made her smile. Which was something she quickly waved off her face again. She simply nodded but the last thing, the good music, it annoyed her slightly. She had never heard him make music or play music or anything, yes they had a radio but that wasn't the same and she felt the urge to push him for that. Maybe, she could find something why he would play something, research Rin and her youtube channel and maybe find his clips too, didn't he say he made blogs... vlogs? She wasn't sure but she would find something or maybe... she should just straight up ask him. Playing music to the baby maybe?

She was more afraid of the second question that she threw at Rin but the girl atleast answered in a way that Hanako could deal and the now-blonde dropped her shoulders. She had not even noticed how tense her body was to hold up her shoulders. Kid...vigilante? Kenshin? No there must be more, no assumptions again Hanako. She simply nodded, pure evil, hell no that wasn't Kenshin. "Thanks for sticking up with my curiousity. I think I should go now." For as long as she could, she took a few steps back to get out of the alley and walk away, it was that she had to turn her back to the other woman when she felt tense again. But she should be like that, show the confidence and not the tears. She had maybe for the second time in a short period been very afraid. First Anthracite, now Lavande, she was afraid what the latter would do if Hanako took one step wrong and she had already been balancing on a small line when it came to heaven and hell. What would happen if her heaven collapsed? What would G do? It was over, it was done for, she would write and catch a break for a while, no more meetings, just hanging out in the channel.
