Ding-Ding, Ding-Ding...
Another school day at Tokyo Elementary had ended, finished off with the daily ritual of cleaning the school. Children older than ten were the only ones expected to stay and clean, and as of this year, Kayda was among those old enough. It might have been a funny thing to be proud of--being able to clean--but to her it meant she was growing up, and earning more trust and responsibilities, just like an adult! Like a hero! Or, well, an adult at least. Heroes probably wouldn't spend their afternoons sweeping litter off of the concrete ball-courts.
Dressed in a simple white top and black skirt, as well as a black hat covering her head, she took the little broom that she'd been given by her teacher and went up and down the courtyard pushing milk cartons, plastic wrappers, and crumpled up napkins into green plastic bags until they were full. She pocketed any coins she found because "why not", and only once did the trash bag break while she was bringing it to the incinerator, forcing her to scoop it all back up. Yuck.
It was while she was shoving the broken bag's contents into the incinerator that she noticed something...odd, by the gate to the school. It was smaller than she was, had its head buried in a greasy paper bag, and it was covered in thick, yellow fur. It was also lacking a tail. Kayda's eyes widened.
A kitty? Out here, on the street? Was it a stray?
Kayda inched closer to the open gate and the feline sitting there still munching away on whatever was inside that bag. Upon closer inspection its fur was quite dirty and the tail was naturally stubby rather than having been removed. It also had no visible collar. What should she do? It was a kitty cat all by itself on the street, eating garbage, and there was no way she could carry it to the train all by herself. It smelled so bad! But she didn't want to leave it alone. It could get hit by a car.
"Tch-tch-tch-tch," Kayda clicked her tongue at the cat, to which her only indication that it had heard her was that it went still and the sounds of it eating stopped. She started getting a little closer with her hands out-stretched. "C'mere kitty...here kitty-kitty...Kayda-chan is gonna bring you somewhere sa--"
Her hand had only just landed on the back of the cat's neck when it suddenly jerked back, the bag around its head falling off revealing its face. It had a squished face and ears just a bit too small for the size of its head, and its whiskers were gnarled and wrinkled. It started at her, affronted, and then turned and started running away from her and the school.
Kayda immediately chased after it.
"Wait! Kitty, wait!" She called, hands cupping her mouth as she followed the scraggly feline past the gates and down the walk between the school and the city proper. "Come baaack!!"
@anybody!

I CAN'T FIND YOUR SILVER LINING ► Today was a surprisingly good day for Noelle. For the first time in what felt like a long time she woke up feeling completely refreshed. As she got ready for the day, she just felt so full of energy that she decided staying in and working would be a waste. So leaving her lieutenants in charge for the day, she would head out into the world. The woman was able to travel through the street pretty easily, despite her quirk. She could hide it, unlike some people with a full on mutation quirk. She had a few girls with mutation quirks and she needed to be more careful with who saw those girls. But thankfully today she didn't see any of the racism that one would usually encounter when waking around the streets. Stopping off at a cafe to pick up an ice coffee, once she walked out with her drink she would notice a slightly strange sight. A young girl, couldn't be older then 10 or 11 chasing after a rather beat up looking cat. Was it her cat or a stray? If Noelle would take a wild guess she would guess a stray. But what if it was her cat but it had just gotten out for a few days. Noelle didn't even realized she ended up chasing the cat as well until her thought finished. She would be a bit in front of the cat as she crossed the street. She would reach down to pick the the cat up, but her fingers would only graze the rough fur of the cat before it would dart to the the side, heading down a side street. Noelle would catch herself and stand back up. So close, but that cat was slippery. She would look down at the young girl and smile. "Come one, lets get your cat back alright?"

G was having a peaceful day. Well so far, that is. He hoped the day would remain peaceful. He decided to have some 'me time' and forget about the women in his life. He was walking the streets of Tokyo as a civillian. He wore his usual black pants, his white shoes and his white t-shirt. But he left at home his gangster necklance and his jacket. He also covered up his tattoo's by wrapping them in bandages. He just wanted to do something different for once and maybe think of something that is non violent
"Hmm...maybe I could try that cafe. I think it's called Black Sand. I wanna see if they serve some good stuff" he thought to himself He felt in a good and peaceful mood, he hummed a song while walking, occassionally switching it up to whistling and then switching back to humming. He then thought how he reeaallly needed to buy earbuds or something to listen to music "Dammit, I always forget to buy it. Sheesh, do I really need to be that one guy who keeps sticky notes? How embarassing" he thought
He was soon interrupted from his thoughts when he saw a dirty cat run straight at him "What the?" he asked himself "Bitch, you better not attack me and give me rabies" he said to himself as the cat approached him
He sighed and managed it to time it just right to grab the cat. He then raised it up his his face "Man, you're one smelly ass cat.. Heheheh" The cat just hissed at him and scratched his face, which made G drop it and grab his face in pain "MOTHER FU-"
He peeked through his fingers to see the cat running away "This is why I'm a dog person!!" he says to himself while being muffled by his hands

Oh no, the kitty was getting away! As she ran, Kayda didn't realize she'd gone past the walk-way to school and into the city, even though she was dodging between people as she ran. She was too focused on the cat and catching it. She had to get it off the street! Surely, even if she couldn't bring it home, her big sister wouldn't object to keeping it in her apartment. Nemuri liked cats, right? Of course she had to catch it first.
Just as she rounded a corner, another woman came from across the street and nearly--nearly--managed to catch the cat by the scruff, but it slipped away and ran down the alley. Kayda let out a cry of frustration. "Kitty...! Why are you running away?!" She looked down the alley, then up woman who had tried to help. Whoever she was she was super pretty, with striking blue eyes and long limbs. Wow. She must be a model or something! The woman spoke to her, encouraging her to keep going, and with an incredibly serious nod Kayda continued forward with the beautiful woman at her side.
But the side street was long and weaving. Which way had--
"MOTHER FU--! This is why I'm a dog person!!"
If Kayda didn't know better, and if the voice hadn't been male, she would have thought her sister were down the street.
"I think it went that way!" She pointed in the direction of the voice. Whoever it was must have been shouting at the cat. Why else would he say something about liking dogs? Hopefully it hadn't scratched him. As she rounded the corner and saw a large, muscular man holding his face and, just a little ways further, her big yellow cat stood still, staring up at a fenced off area blocking its way, she realized it must have. Great.
Kayda grit her teeth. "Bad kitty! Did you hurt him?! Bad, bad kitty! Apologize!" She pointed at the cat accusingly. Its only response was to look back and stare at the trio of foolish humans, ears back in fear. Kayda let out an angry huff. At least it was cornered now. But if it had scratched somebody. What if it tried to scratch her? It would hurt! But she couldn't just let it get away again, she had to get it to safety.
Oh, how she wished she knew how to make gloves...

I CAN'T FIND YOUR SILVER LINING ► And Noelle ran along side the girl, making sure not to get too far a head of her, she would hear a man shout and curse. Then saying something about how he was a dog person. The young girl seemed to have the same thought as Noelle and they both darted down another side street, towards the cursing man. Noelle would briefly stop in front of the man, watching the young girl out of the corner of her eye. It seemed that for now the cat was cornered, unless it decided to climb. Noelle would gentle put her hand on the man's hand. "I am going to need to see your face to see if the scratch is bad..."Noelle's voice would be calming as she removed his hand. Thankfully the cut seemed small, just breaking a few layers of skin. "Well you aren't bleeding so I think you should be fine, so how about you watch your language around the child alright?" She would say with a smile before motioning to the young girl, whose name still didn't actually know. But now that she was sure the man was ok, her focused shifted back to the cat. Kneeling down next to the girl she would think. They would need to move quickly before it decided to try to climb up. "Alright... we just need to be careful. We may of spooked it so it might lash out."One thought did cross her mind, but how did these people feel about those with quirks? But wouldn't it be bad if the cat got away again. And on the other hand, she really did like this top. "In the end it's just a piece of cloth..."She would speak to herself and place her hand on the front of her shirt, so that way she wouldn't lose her top completely. There would be a loud rip of fabric as her wings burst through the back of her shirt, which was now being held together by a few loose strands. But in there place where six large, black feathered wings. It's been a while since she had them back so it actually felt kinda good letting them stretch. Sadly there was not much space in this area so her wings would ruffle a bit. "Watch out for a moment sweetie. I don't want to hit you on accident." One of her wings would fold in, watching carefully not to knock the girl over on accident. But she did also notice that the cat also seemed to focus on her now. Her large bird-like wings probably reminding the cat of well, a bird. She would reach into her wing, holding back a slight wince as she plucked one of her black feathers. It was durable, but she made her none of her feathers where sharp at the moment. Noelle would move her wing back and then she would start to run her feather gently around on the ground. "Tch-tch-tch-tch." She would click her tongue to try and lure the cat over. Hoping to appeal his need to play a bit. "You just want to play, isn't that right Mr. Kitty?"

He heard a women who wanted to see his face. He slowly removed the hands from his face and saw a beautiful woman who wanted to treat him "Hot" was the only thing he could think of. But of course, he didnt actually say it
The woman said how he isnt bleeding so he should be fine. "Ah good. That means no rabies, right?....But fucking hell it stings, fucking cats" he thought for a bit before he was interrupted by the womans voice who said that he should watch his language infront of a child. As she motioned towards a little girl, he looked and finally saw the kid "Oh..sorry...Umm...fudge. Yea..fudge is ok." he said more quieter and calmer. Looking at the child and the woman, it seemed like the ladies were chasing that cat which he caught and almost let it get away.
G listened to the woman who said that they just need to be careful. He figured she was just speaking to the child, but out of respect for the two, he decided to help them and he oblidged by being quiet and careful. Honestly, even though the cat was cornered, he had no idea how to act or react, so he let the woman take charge who then said something about cloth. And before he knew it, the woman sprouted wings!
"Watch out for a moment sweetie. I don't want to hit you on accident." the woman said to the child And if thats the case, if theres a risk that the woman could accidentally hit the child with her Quirk. G then decided to slowly and carefully approach the girl, making sure not to scare the smelly cat in the process. He gently picked her up and carried her a little bit back, away from the cat and the winged woman who was gonna do some smart stuff he couldnt think of "Dont worry kiddo. Your kitten is gonna be fine. But on the record. I was gonna say 'mother fudge this accident' yeah..no swearing" he quietly said, but even with Miku, he was still a bit nervous and awkward with kids. But hey... at least he means well and thats ok?

There was more then just taking care of the transit for UA students that sometimes came into Meowsers schedule. Some public transport as well as summons to other schools when their transport was having problems or mechanical failures. When all twelve legs moved in unison as well he didn't make much more sound then a normal vehicle moving along the road or side ways. He'd from time to time moved the children from the school to home for smaller schools like this as well. They tended to flock rather quickly to his fuzzy paws and seats. Enjoying the experience and the teachers enjoying the effect he seemed to have on the kids helping coral them on the days they had need of his services. He'd move up though catching a scent of one of the small ones. Having seen her briefly chasing a much smaller cat. His curious nature given he still had some time before his next stop and no present passengers he decided to give a slow chase.
Emerging around a corner behind all the others as a rather large fuzzy face came into view. A heavy breath being exhaled upon all of them as his giant smile was present as always. Big teeth shown in the pearly white grin that made him always look friendly in greeting. His eyes looking from adult to adult then back to the smallest one and the rather upset cat not far off. He seemed to be speaking towards the cat and child when he let out a rather loud but to him a whisper. "Mroooooooow" Head tilting lightly and his eyes igniting in spot light like headlights narrowing in on the child and the cat. His body large in mass seeming to tilt and bounce lightly smiling as he did so. Presuming it was one of the children from the nearby school. Friendly as he was he often enjoyed the children somewhat better then the rowdy students of his home and main job at UA. Although he could only actually get so close to these few given his sheer size. His massive bushy tail still somewhat in traffic sliding from side to side. Most other people aware just to drive around him or wait for the chance to given many in town new how to deal with such cat like problems.

"Watch out fo--wuaahh!" Kayda's eyes went wide, alight with surprise and delight, as she turned and saw the beautiful woman had grown a set of equally amazing wings. Their feathers were pitch black and gorgeous as she was, but she didn't have too long to admire them before her tiny body was picked up, earning a small "Eh?" of confusion, and moved back a safe distance by the man who'd been scratched. Kayda looked up at him with a small frown. "But they're pretty..."
The cat, meanwhile, didn't look like it was any happier with this development than it was being stuck. Even with a feather offered to it--and it was a very nice feather, nicer than any sparrows it could been chasing--it was still cornered. It backed up against the fence and began to claw at the wood.
However, with its hind legs now visible, it was clear that one was broken. The bone was bent at a bad angle, making climbing up the fence not impossible, but very painful.
Kayda didn't see this because she was looking up at G still. He promised he hadn't been about to curse. She just grinned up at him conspiratorially. "It's okay if you were. My big sister tries not to swear, too. But she does all the time anyway."
Ah, children.
Just then a loud, low meow caught both Kayda and the stray's attention, both heads turning to look at the enormous furry face that had poked into the alley. The cat's ears pressed even flatter against its head, the fur on its back standing straight up as fear replaced its annoyance, while Kayda let out a delighted gasp and reached her arms out for Meowser.
"Cat bus! It's the cat bus! Hello there, cat bus!"
"Hsssssssssssss." Went the smaller, regular-size cat.

I CAN'T FIND YOUR SILVER LINING ► Noelle's attention had pretty much become locked onto this girl cat. But out of the corner of her eye she did see the girl get pulled away. She would take a quick look back to make sure everything what on the up and up, but it seemed like the man was just trying to make sure the girl didn't get in the way. But as long as she would of paid attention she would of been fine. But as she would turn back she would notice a troubling sight. It honestly made her stomach twist a bit. As the cat scratched at the wood, she would spot the obviously broken leg. It was hard to spot as the cat darted around, but now that it wasn't really moving. It looked painful to say the least. And Noelle was surprised how agile the cat was even with a broken limp. Although part of her wondered how much of that was because of fear. But Noelle was caught off guard as a loud meow echoed through the ally, and it caused Noelle to move her wings enough to see what the hell made that sound. The girl's cries about a cat bus explained what that thing was and as much as Noelle like cats. This was slightly unsettling. But as Noelle would look back to the cat, she noticed the cat starting to climb. "Oh no you don't!" She would shout as she closed the space between her and the cat. Using her upper wings to block off the cat's escape. Her lower wings would stretch to block the ground route. With out thinking, she would dart down to scruff the cat. She would lift up the sputtering and hissing cat by it's scruff. Carefully, she would bring it back to the group. "So I know why your cat is in such a bad mod. He broke his leg at some point." Normally she would hand the cat to the girl or hold it close to her. But right now the cat seemed less then happy. And she didn't want to bring harm to the child. It's not like she had anything she could wrap around the cat to make sure he didn't harm anyone. "Do you have a vet we can bring him too?"She didn't really expect her to know, but it was worth trying. At least something to check out. "Is there even a vet near here..."

He watched as the kid frowned a bit "I know I know. They're pretty angelic. But you wouldnt want her to accidentally hit you with those wings, right?" he tried to reason with her
G looked over to the angelic woman and noticed the cat had a broken leg. He then recalled seeing that when he picked it up "Oh yea. Forgot about that" his thoughts on the cat were interrupted by the kid who said it was ok to swear
G chuckled a bit and went to say something to the kid, but was again interrupted, this time by a loud, low meow that caught everyones attention. When he looked at the source of the voice, he was startled "What the fudge cracker snot is that thing!??!" The kid was not horrified by this monstrocity, she just gasped and reached her arms out for this creature and called it cat bus. G still held the girl safe. Away from the wings of the woman and this monstrous cat but
G just thought to himself "I am not letting my child ride that" He just looked at the monstrocity of a cat or bus or whatever freak of nature that was.... oh the irony of these thoughts. But then looking at the cat bus, he forgot all about the regular cat and the angel lady.
By the time he looked at her, she already caught the cat and asked if they knew a vet "Sorry. I dont know" G said

Given the proximity to the school and on his walk around free time. He was a little unsure what to make of this curious little show. Sniffing heavily at each of the adults. His heavy breath creating almost a mild tiny suction as he pulled in heavy air. Taking in their scents curious and then looking back down a the small one. Small ones often seemed to get along with him easier and had that kindness in them that adults tended to lose as society and life took its toll on their innocence.
He began to push in further into the alley squeezing in a bit more as his large snoot would have poked the girl lightly in the belly. "Mrrrroooooow Meeeeeoooooooowwwww" It'd utter as its large tongue slide from its mouth and would in one large lap slobber her with a friendly like some of the small one seemed to like. Although as he continued curious to the small bright face poking her lightly and gently with a humongous paw. He did hear the idea of the vet or perhaps needing to go there?
He shook lightly as his large face eerily turned to face Noelle. His large grin widening from ear to ear and eyes wide right on her as in a large FLASH his eyes igniting into bright lights. And above his head on the top of his cab a loud DING was made. AN the name of the local vet was then shown on the destination panel of the bus's next determined location. Along his sides if people paid attention one would see the large openings where doors may have been on a normal bus. The window like holes began to stretch as if suggesting the idea they had asked for a destination or his services. "Mrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrow" He'd say with a snort towards the smaller cat as well. seeming to lightly speaking assuringly in its direction.

Kayda squealed with delight as the cat bus squeezed into the alleyway just enough to press its large, wet nose against her belly. It was surprisingly cold. The cat's tongue, however, was not so cold, and it got a good amount of slobber on her cheek as it dragged across her face. All the while she laughed and held her arms out still to hug the over-sized feline's face. Now that the cat bus was here, they would be able to help the kitty for sure! And would you look at that, the pretty woman had already caught it and was bringing it over! Hooray!
The cat itself was not pleased at all, but with the fur on its neck pulled tight enough, it wasn't going anywhere for now.
Kayda raised an arm to wipe her face off as she looked up at Noelle with awe. "You caught it! Yay! Can I see her?" Kayda pushed herself up on tip-toe to look the cat in the eyes. Up close she could see the dirt around its large yellow eyes, and how dry its nose was--not at all like the cat bus' own. Poor kitty must have been on the street for a while. She pursed her lips together at the mention of a vet...and Noelle assuming that the cat was hers to begin with. Kayda grinned shyly.
"Umm...actually, it's not my cat. It's a stray. I saw it eating garbage and I didn't want to leave it on the street...it could get hit by a car! So I, uh, chased after it. I'm sorry...?"
Would she be scolded for doing something so reckless? Come to think of it, she should probably message her sister now before she got to the elementary school and Kayda wasn't there. That would get her in trouble for sure.
Before she could follow through with that thought, though, Kayda's attention was snapped up by the cat bus as its eyes lit up, the sign above its head changed to a new name, and one of its windows extended into a doorway. Kayda gasped and clapped her hands together. "OH! The cat bus knows where a vet is! That's perfect! Oneesan, may I have the kitty? I'll go with the cat bus to the vet! Thank you for your help!"
Somebody might have been thinking two steps too far.
The stray cat, meanwhile, grumbled back at Meowser.

I CAN'T FIND YOUR SILVER LINING ► Well the man didn't know where a vet was, it made sense to her though. He didn't seem like the type to own a pet, let alone a cat. But before she could really think of anything, her free hand would dart over her eyes to try and block the sudden bright beams that shot towards her. She even turned the cat to the side to protect his eyes. But she would spot a name of a vet clinic appear on the cat-bus-thing. Did it understand her? Noelle would look down at the young girl who wanted to hold the cat herself now. Noelle would sigh slightly. She was in it deep now wasn't she? "I'm sorry sweetie, but his... or at least I think it's a he... but it looks like he broke his leg and he might hurt you on accident if you touch it the right way-"Once the truth got out, Noelle had to stop her jaw from dropping to the floor. But the really explained why the cat looked like he hadn't been properly cared for. He probably never had been properly cared for. Noelle would drop down to the girl's level, making sure to keep the cat from getting to close to the girl and possibly scratching her. "Sweetie what you wanted to do is a great thing. But you need to be careful around stray cats alright?" But the girl would have the whole thing planned out in her mind, because now she wanted Noelle to give up the cat to her so she could hop on the cat bus to take her to the vet. Noelle was actually kinda touched by her planning. Although she would wonder how much the giant cat was actually a part of this plan or just a product of good timing. "You may not have the kitty." She would say, letting the words hang there even though she would know it would be soul crushing to her. "Not yet at least. Once we take him to the vet and get him all patched up you can have him, alright?" Noelle would hide her wings again, that way she could fit on that... thing. The back of Noelle's shirt was in tatters. Only a few strips of cloth holding most of it on. Noelle would stand up again and offer her other hand to the girl. "Lets go together shall we?"

G was shocked to see that the woman didnt know the cat was a stray. After all, it reeked of trash stench. It was trully a trash mammal. The small one wanted to hold the cat, but the woman wisely told you not to "Yea kiddo. You dont want it to scratch you like how it scratched me" he warned the child
What he heard next was... facepalm worthy. Was this kid seriously gonna take that freakish cat bus thing to a vet?? He listened to the people around it and it seemed like the woman also wanted to go as she said that the child cannot have the cat until it was properly treated. G had seemingly the least amount of involvement in this. He just caught the cat for a few seconds before it scratched him and forced him to drop the hellspawn of a creature.
Unless he was magically dragged along, he wasnt coming along. No way in Hell was ge gonna step into that freaking cat bus thing. He finally spoke up "Right... so. I think my work here is done. So if you dont need me. I'll be on my way" he let the people know

He sniffed at them all letting a loud "Mrooooooooow" Leaning lightly down after backing up a bit and turning his side to them. The whole at his side one of the window shaped holes stretched wider as he leaned to one side lightly to lower that end as if gesturing for them to get in. The plush fur that made up the floor of the cab and seats could be seen moving lightly from a breeze. The fur seats exceptionally plush with vibrant fur. Perhaps the softest fur on his entire body was coated along the seats and floor for the passengers.
His hind legs dug lightly into the ground scratching at the road as he kicked his back legs a bit seemingly eager to get going always enjoying a good run. His large tail swishing from side to side and actually kicking up dust around the rear end of the bus as it seemingly without realizing it was sweeping the street with the big bushy tail.
