Meiko was outside, enjoying the day as much as she could. But she still felt melanchonic. It's been 2 months since her kidnapping incident. Her hair also grew back since a certain Vigilante pulled it away and made her ugly. Meiko was now sitting on a bench and contemplating about her recent events. Even though she recovered from her wounds, she still felt weak and more importantly ugly. She was dressed as a casual civillian in a lavender dress and white boots. She took out a portable mirror and looked at herself, seeing her reflection she figured she could still be better, she could look better. She will be better, she will be beautiful. "♪ Beautiful, I'll be beautiful! Beautiful, I'll be beautiful! ♩" she quietly sung to herself as she put her mirror away She hummed the melody she started as she relaxed and then soon got an idea. Maybe she could write her new song. Meiko reached for her bag to try and find pen and paper. She needed muse and perhaps this could be it. She found some scrap of paper and a pen, and thought how to start. She looked around her, just saw some strangers walking around and then she thought what she did. Well she looked in a mirror. Perhaps that could be a start She wrote and hummed There's a stranger in the mirror today. My reflection only shows me a mask that I hate.
And then she stopped. Thinking what could be next...

It was one of those free days. Sean had nothing to do at the moment. No school, no homework, no training to do right now, and no friends to hang out with as they were all busy doing various other things. Sean decided to head to the park to read under the sun for a while. Despite looking more like the type of person who preferred doing things like exercising, Sean actually did enjoy reading the occasional book.
One of his favorite books was the action novel Lady in Lavender by Harry R. Krowe. It was about a cool heroine who loved to kick ass and dress in lavender. Having read and loved the book months ago, Sean was excited when the sequel was released just a few days ago. Sean remembered being worried when he heard that Harry R. Krowe were among the hostages in the Tokyo5 incident. The author was apparently kidnapped. But then he resurfaced several days later and was thankfully unharmed. His story was that he was taken hostage so that one of the criminals could escape from the police and pro heroes. Unfortunately, Krowe also revealed that he was blindfolded, so he had no idea where the criminal who kidnapped him took him to, or where they went after dropping him off. Sean was just glad that his favorite author was safe now.
With Lady in Lavender: Dawn of the Maiden in hand, Sean sat down on a nearby bench and began to read. One of the things that the boy wondered was just who the protagonist of the books was based off of. Krowe did mention in an interview that the Lady was based off of someone special in his life. Considering that both the first and the second book were dedicated to Krowe's 'beloved' (though no name was specifically mentioned), Sean guessed that the author must have a wife or girlfriend. Or maybe it was his mom or sister?
As Sean continued reading, he heard some humming from somebody next to him. It was a pleasant sounding humming, and Sean did not mind if the humming did not cease. Looking up from his book, Sean saw a young woman. The first thing he noticed was the fact that she was wearing a lavender dress. Her hair was also a shade of purple. Just like the heroine in the book...
How bizarre, Sean thought to himself. What are the odds of seeing a woman wearing lavender just like the Lady? He then shrugged and went back to reading his book. It was probably just a coincidence.

As that was going on, Meiko was on a roll. She made good progress with her song. She quickly wrote and hummed, she nearly started singing, but refrained from it. That would be weird if she did. She wasnt a Princess who sang in cartoon movies. There's a stranger in the mirror today.
My reflection only shows me a mask that I hate.
I can't see. I can't see my own face through the black rushing over my eyes. In too deep. As I drown in grotesque I won't rest till I shed this disguise.
In the murky ink abyss
I'm searching and I'm searching For a way to make my skin look heavenly and perfect.
Beautiful, I'll be beautiful! Beautiful, I'll be beautiful!
And as she wrote, she hummed, unaware that someone was listening to her. Meiko was just determined to improve her skills and her uTube videos. Anything for that ad revenue and of course one upping those idol Diva's like Scarlett. Meiko figured this brainstorm of an idea would be a hit. Women love beauty. Surely this song would be popular. And as always, Meiko would add a scary element to her song "But perfection comes at a heavy price that you all will pay for me, buy it with your own lives!" she mentally sung to herself as she wrote the lyrics. Meiko always added a dark element to her songs. Sometimes obvious and sometimes snuck in "Now back to the bridge and chorus aaannnd" Meiko thought as she wrote

Sean continued to read his book. He was almost completely immersed. How was Harry R. Krowe so good at making these stories? The first Lady in Lavender book was good. Not a masterpiece by any stretch of the imagination, but still pretty good. The sequel, though? Absolutely fantastic. It took everything that was great about the first book and cranked it up to eleven. Sean could see how Krowe got better with his writing over time. The characters were better written, the action more intense, the jokes far more hilarious, and the villains even more sinister.
As he continued to read, the woman kept on humming. It was not distracting or annoying, though. On the contrary, it felt very soothing and melodic. Sean would have gladly begun to hum along if he knew what song that was. For a second, Sean smiled as he closed his eyes and listened to the humming. It felt so relaxing. The boy could not help but sway his head from side to side with the melody.
Sean continued to listen. As soon as the woman was finished humming, Sean began to clap enthusiastically. "Bravo, bravo! That was really good! Absolutely beautiful!" Sean began to wonder something. He did not recognize the song. Was it something new? "If you don't mind me asking, just out of curiosity. Do you sing, by any chance? Professionally, I mean?" He heard that his fellow classmate Rin was doing something like that. Was it the same with this woman? If she did have more songs, then Sean would not mind giving those a listen as well.

Meiko was soon interrupted by a voice. Just as she looked in the direction of the voice, only then did she realize that there was someone sitting next to her. He has apparently listened to her hum "Oh my~ Well, this is embarassing. I didnt realize someone sat next to me" Meiko said as she lightly rubbed a particular part of her head. She then addressed the question the boy had in mind, still rubbing her head a bit "Ah yes, I do sing professionally. I have a uTube channel and now Im just relaxing and brainstorming an idea for a song" she explained
Realizing what she was doing, she stopped rubbing her head. It was a still sensitive spot and topic for her. Probably the worst thing ever that happened to her. That boy who did that to her, he deserves to die. Not G nor that Haruuhi girl. That boy. Shame though, Meiko did not have enough info on him, but soon she will
"So, I sing and make songs. They are pop, but not bubblegum pop or idol diva pop like that Scarlett singer. I do pop songs, but they are more atmospheric and scary. I like making scary horror themed songs or horror sounding songs. You can look up my songs like Lavender Tone, Funtime Dance Floor, Trust Me and I'm Sorry" Meiko said, acting like nothing is wrong, while in actuality she did have plans to stalk her new prey. That boy who harmed her

Sean was intrigued to hear that this woman was indeed a professional singer. She even had a uTube channel that the boy would go take a look at once he was back in his dorm room. "Ooh, that's awesome!" Even more awesome was the fact that she was brainstorming an idea for a song. "That's fascinating! Is there anything you need assistance with? I admit that I'm not much good when it comes to making songs, but I do enjoy helping other people. After all, I hope to become a hero one day, so I want to help out as many people as possible in any way I can!"
Apparently, the woman's song genres tended to be pop. However, it was not like the typical pop songs that flooded the mainstream. Hers was more atmospheric and horror themed. Sean did not really have much of a musical preference. He listened to a wide variety of songs and genres, so he could see himself enjoying this lady's kind of music. Thankfully, she was kind enough to even name some of her songs for Sean to look up when he had the time. "Nice! I can't wait to listen to your songs once I get home. I can already tell that I'll enjoy it!"
Before the boy went any further, it was time for introductions to be made. Smiling, Sean extended his hand towards the woman. "Right, I haven't introduced myself yet, have I? Sorry about that! My name's Sean. A pleasure to meet you!" Of course, there was no way for Sean to know that he was conversing and attempting to shake hands with a criminal, and a very dangerous one at that. From Sean's perspective, all he saw was an innocent purple-haired civilian who could sing and hum very well. "What's your name?"

Meiko was slightly surprised to hear that the boy was hero hopeful. But on the other hand she wasnt surprised, everyone was a hero nowadays "Ah a hero. How brave, I cannot even fathom what must that be like. You must battle and face villains and rescue people. I'm no hero material" Meiko said and pretended to be a dainty, everday girl
The two talked more and Meiko even suggested some songs to him, since he was all too eager to listen to them. He sure was an cheery go lucky type of boy, how fun. And then he finally intoduced himself. His name was Sean, figures he was foreigner. Meiko shook his hand and introduced herself to him "My name is Rin Koizumi." Meiko said
Keeping her real name a secret, because it really wasnt his business. So she changed the subject off of her name "This song tho. It's about a really bad experience I had, when I was harmed by a short and hideous villain. He harmed my good looks, which to me is as if you cut off all of my limbs. Terrible times, but the show must go on. And now I'll use the muse he gave me to give me money" Meiko said

Sean could not help but nervously chuckle at the lady's words. "Ah, it's not like that. Not yet, at least. After all, I'm still just a student. But one day, when my training is complete, then I will get to do all of those things. I hope to become an individual worthy of the title 'hero' someday."
What she said next made the boy smile reassuringly. "Hey, don't say that. I'm sure you'd make a great hero. Anyone can become a fine hero as long as they have the desire to protect, a strong sense of justice, and the resolve to work hard. And not all heroes have to be fighters, either. As long as you have someone you work hard to keep happy and inspire, then that is enough to make you a hero in my eyes. Hell, you make music, and music is one of the most inspiring things I know! As far as I'm concerned, you're already a hero, and a great one at that!"
As he shook the woman's hand, Sean learned her 'name' was Rin. Sean could not help but be amazed at this coincidence. He knew another girl named Rin, and she was also a singer. How awesome was that? "It's a pleasure to meet you, Rin!"
But then the conversation took a gloomier turn when 'Rin' revealed the inspiration for the song she was working on. She had been harmed by a villain, apparently a short and nasty one. He tarnished her beauty. Sean was shocked. "That's just horrible! Who would do such a thing? Why would anyone want to bring harm to you? I swear, villains are just the worst!" Sean then put his hand on the woman's shoulder and gazed at her with a serious expression. "Don't worry. That villain won't get away with this! People like him think that they could just do whatever they want without worrying about the consequences of their actions. I swear, I'll continue my hero training and work hard to make sure that criminals like him are put behind bars."
This was exactly why Sean chose to become a hero in the first place. Innocent victims like his mom and 'Rin' needed to be protected from dangerous people. Sean wanted to become a beacon of hope, a pillar of justice that would help support the people, protect the innocent, and stop vile criminals.
"In the meantime, have you reported that guy to the police and pro heroes? Do you remember what he looked like? If I ever see that guy, I promise I'll help make sure that he can't ever harm you or anyone else ever again!"
After moving his hand away from 'Rin's' shoulder, Sean went back to his usual smiling cheerful expression. "Well I'm happy to hear that you're not letting that experience keep you down. It's great that you're using that pain he inflicted on you to your benefit. You deserve to be successful and not be dragged down by anyone." It was incredibly easy for a victim of crime to lose all hope, to stay down. But Sean was happy to see that 'Rin' did not let that scumbag keep her down. That's right, Rin. Never lose that light of hope!

Sean said that Meiko could make a great hero, which made the girl giggle. And the fact that she makes music makes her a hero right now! "Aww, you're so sweet!" Meiko said
Once Meiko revealed the inspiration for her song, Sean gave a sweet and inspiring hero. But then he asked if she reported him "Hmm, no I have not, but perhaps you can~ I can give you a description" Meiko mused
All on all Sean was happy that Meiko wasnt kept down and all gloomy and alike. This boy was such a sweetheart. So much so that Meiko gave him a kiss on the cheek "You're such a sweet lil cutie. Oh I can see you're such a good hero already. If only there were more people like you~" Meiko said
Indeed, sweet and naive. If only more heroes were like him. Then it'd be a cakewalk to live that sweet life as a Villain. Though it'd be hilarious if a Pro reports a Vigilante. Technically they are on the same side. The only difference between them was a piece of paper. Meiko felt like a Pro Mastermind Manipulator while talking to this sweet and naive little boy.

Sean just chuckled a bit when 'Rin' called him sweet. "Thanks, but I'm just telling it like it is." Really, anyone had the potential to become a hero. All they needed to do was take that first initial step, get the ball rolling. Once they could overcome that first hurdle, everything else would fall into place. It would not necessarily be smooth sailing, but Sean believed that with a bit of determination, anyone could overcome the obstacles on the road to heroism. Still, he did appreciate the compliment.
Apparently, 'Rin' did not report what the person did to her. He wondered why that was. Then again, without knowing the full story, there was not a lot Sean could do besides make assumptions. But then Sean became confused when 'Rin' said that while she did not report it, the boy could. "Eh? Me?" But after being offered a description of her assailant, Sean's momentary confusion was washed away. "Of course! Try to remember as much as you can. What did he look like? Any distinctive features? Did he have a quirk, and if so, use it on you? Did you get his name?"
Sean really did not like the idea of someone getting away with hurting the innocent. Flashbacks of his own scummy father yelling at and then hitting his poor mom was something that Sean would unfortunately never be able to forget or erase from his mind. That moment right there was what had made Sean realize that he wanted to become a hero. To protect people, like his mom, from scumbags, thugs, and villains. Sean was naive, but even he was not naive enough to think that the world was a trouble-free paradise. It was not. There were bad people running around doing what they pleased without thought of the consequences of their actions, without care of the people that they hurt. Well Sean was having none of that! He was determined to become a worthy hero one day, one who could help make the world safe for the good and innocent, one who would never let his mom, 'Rin', or anyone get hurt ever again.
Seeing as Sean was not used to being kissed by anyone besides his mother before, 'Rin' kissing his cheek made the boy's tanned face go red. Words failed him as he tried to say something that wasn't a random and unintelligible stuttering mess. Really, all he could do to react to that was quietly looking down as he continued to blush.
Snapping him out of his short blue screen of death moment were 'Rin's' next words of how Sean was a good hero already and if only there were more people like him. "Th-thanks. The world would be wonderful if there weren't rotten people who always ruin things for others." Of course, he was referring to scumbags like his dad, the guy who hurt 'Rin', and just about any villain who did not care enough to want to change their ways or seek forgiveness. If only they were all put behind bars. Sean looked up, no longer flustered, with determination burning in his eyes. "Maybe someday, us heroes can rise up and stop all the violence and hatred in the world. Even if we can't do it in our lifetime, it's still a goal worth pursuing! I won't rest until people like you can comfortably live life without fear or worry! I'll become strong, so that you never have to worry about any more violent criminals again!"
It was a shame that Sean had no way of knowing that the woman he was speaking to right now was in fact one of those 'violent criminals'.

"I didnt get his name, but this is how he looked" she said and proceeded to describe the vile Vigilante who had harmed her. She was so happy, the ideas of heroes and vigilantes duking it out while Villains run the place sounds simply sublime. After her description, Meiko would add a final detail "By the sound of his voice, he seems really young. Like as in... your age young. Other then that, I do not know"
When she did that and kissed him because he was such a sweet boi, he seemed to blush like a tomato... He was left utterly speechless by the devilish angels action. He couldnt speak, everything was an unintelligible stuttering mess. She loved to use that power over men. He really looked like a mama's boy. She loved teasing men, this was like her favorite hobby. But soon, he started talking how maybe one day, heroes would rise up and stop violence and blah blah blah. How can one spew such revolting crap. But still, Meiko smiled and played her part. She just continued to tease the poor boy as she lightly tickled him "Oh how brave of you~ Im sure you can do it"

As 'Rin' described the person who attacked her, Sean paid close attention to any and every detail she gave, in case the boy ever encountered anyone who matched the description. Unfortunately, there was not really a lot to go on. The assailant had apparently worn a hoodie and cap to hide his hair. It was a shame, as that could have been able to easily help identify him. Then again, when was anything like this easy?
Still, 'Rin' did reveal an important detail, one that would make it somewhat easier to find this guy. He was apparently young, close to Sean's age. That narrowed down the list of possible suspects quite a bit. The fact that the criminal was so young saddened the boy. This unknown criminal was merely a teen who had his whole life ahead of him, and this was what he chose to do with his life? It was sad how UA was an option for young people in Japan to secure their future, yet some still chose to forego that bright future and noble goal for their own selfish reasons. Well Sean was determined to find this brat and make sure to bring him the justice he deserved for his cruel actions! No one deserves to harm the innocent and get away with it!
Still, not everything needed to be so negative. Nobody who did bad things in life got away with their actions scot-free. Not for long, anyway. It was only a matter of time before all villains were brought to justice. Sean smiled upon hearing 'Rin's' words of encouragement. "Thank you! I'll do my best!"
Not being one to linger on to negative thoughts for long, Sean smiled as he spoke to 'Rin'. "I'd say that's enough negativity for now. Let's get back to having a fun time with music! If you don't mind, of course." Sean really hoped that 'Rin' was in the mood to hum again, or maybe even sing. It was fine if she wasn't, however. Sean would not force her to if she didn't feel like it. He just wanted to help make sure that her day wasn't brought down by that unknown teen.

After she made the student go after the annoying Vigilante, he switched the subject to some fun stuff like music "Oh? Music? You want to hear me sing live? Oh! I blush!" she said as she covered her blushing cheeks "I've never sung live to anyone. You're so sweet, I can just" she grabs and hugs him "hug you!"
She had to admit, she had a bit of a stage fright. She disliked singing with no backup music. She didnt like singing just anywhere, she only liked singing in her own enviroment. So she decided to change the subject a bit as she let him go "So speaking of music. What type of music do you like?" she asked
Meiko was curious to hear what music did he like. She had to guess it was probably pop or some harmless type of music. He probably wasnt a metalhead, thats for sure. Probably some happy go lucky person. At this point, Meiko was now just having smalltalk with the boy. Passing the time doing nothin special "I wonder whats my love doing now. Probably having fun killing a loser" Meiko thought to herself, trying not to blush thinking about her love, Alaster

Sean could not help but smile cheerfully. Now some people may find it weird, awkward, or even disturbing to be hugged by a stranger out of nowhere. Not Sean, though. The blue-haired boy was not one to turn down a free hug. Of course, he happily returned the hug with one of his own. Hugs are wonderful. He wished that people were more willing to give each other hugs, and less willing to commit crimes. The world would be a far better place were that the case.
Sean found it surprising that 'Rin' had not sung live to anyone before. Was she shy, or did she perhaps get stage fright? In any case, Sean had no doubt that 'Rin' would be amazing live. He could easily imagine the crowd, its size somewhere in the millions, loudly and enthusiastically cheering her on as she sang beautifully.
It was time to talk music, more specifically the kind Sean liked. If 'Rin' was hoping the boy would begin to describe unique and non-mainstream bands and artists, she would have been disappointed. Off the top of his head, Sean began to name various mainstream pop, hip-hop, and rock bands and artists that just screamed normie as hell. After he was done doing so, Sean just shrugged. "To be honest, I care less about the bands themselves and more about the actual music. I really like positive vibes, cheerful and upbeat sounds. Not that I don't appreciate the more hardcore and headbanging stuff. I'm usually fine with anything, to be honest. I'm just more of an optimistic listener, so music with a positive message and uplifting sounds is more of what I gravitate towards."
Sean was curious on 'Rin's' answer to that question. "So how about you? What's your favorite kind of music? Is it the same type you make?"

As expected Sean was a normie. It was obvious that a happy go lucky boy liked happy go lucky music. But now he asked what kind of music did she like. Meiko thought about it for a moment and spoke "I like the opposite of you. Its kinda like what I make. I like to spice things up and give people other stuff than positivity. Its a lame answer to have you like the kind of music you make, but its true. I like to make scary music. Its a niche thing. For example, my song Funtime Dancefloor. It might be fun because it has the word in it. But in actuality, its spooky." Meiko said
The song she mentioned is a song about her, as a civillian singer making a story with her song. In that story/music video, she and 4 other people are villains chasing a poor innocent police officer, stalking him with the intent to hurt him, with lyrics like 'Funtime watching you at night. Come here, never fear our bite. Don’t scream, you’ll just make it worse. This dance is our undying curse' and of course with the lyrics, the music is more hip but also ominious. Thats what Meiko is. She balances good and bad to make a song thats more villainous, but fun at the same time. She basically makes Villain songs
