 at most I'm sleeping all these demons away It was confusing, how she felt a shiver going down her spine and yet felt so warm and comfortable apart from her spine or well back. She did not feel like actually waking up but her mind was already wondering what happened, where was she again? She had not drunk that much yesterday, right? Why couldn't she remember what really happened, resort. fight. cry. drinks and... her eyes flew open and she understood very perfectly why she felt hot and cold at the same time. The blankets were not covering her back, which made it cold in autumn and especially if she was not wearing the nightgown she had brought along! Oh shit! And snuggling close to another human being surely did not make it any colder in here. Oh, right, she had, no what, ehm.. right. Clothing, now! Her mind went from every point to another so fast that she could barely keep up and she quickly made sure to get to the other edge of the bed, the one on her side, not sure if she disturbed G, woke him up, if he was awake but pretend to sleep, he didn't sleep at all right? RIGHT?! Like in every damn stupid romantic movie that she had watched, she went to stay under the covers until she found her blouse and quickly held that in front of her, trying to get out of the bed. What should she dooooo? Ask for another room? Lock herself up in the bathroom until she calmed down? What did it matter if she told herself to not do one thing and she did! She had ruined this whole weekend away and they had two more days to spend and, and... oh shit! MADE BY VEL OF GS |

G had a wonderful night. Sure he was insomniac who would be plagued by nightmares when he slept. But all in all, he slept well. Sure he kept waking up at 1:25am, 2:30am, 3:15am and 4:21am. But all things considered, he slept like a baby. At least from 4:21 til now he slept well. He had no idea what time it was, but he heard something, he knew that meant Hana was awake. He wondered what she was doing, but he didnt wanna open his eyes. This sleep and this moment was precious.
Although, when he felt that Hana was getting out of the bed, he grabbed her by the wrist and gently tugged her, attempting to pull her back in bed
"Hey there. Where're you going. I bet its...super early. Come back to bed" he said semi awake.
He had no idea what was up, if she was hungry or had to go to the ladies room. Personally G would get really hungry in the morning, but if it meant leaving Hana for food. He didnt mind waiting a while for breakfast. Hopefully she didnt forget that they were on a vacation and thus that she should relax from work.

at most I'm sleeping all these demons away Hanako managed to get up, she did not want to kick off the blanket but she could imagine only one thing and her cheeks burned bright red and she couldn't find anything from her clothing, the heck, where did she strip of it? She tried to think about it, sitting upright, with her back towards Gil. How did it matter if he saw her, naked, because well he had seen that now for a second time already. Ugh, how could she be so stupid! She moved her hands in half panic through her long blonde hair albeit shaking it out in a way and brushing it over her shoulders and she looked shortly at the alarm, leaning towards it and noticing it was about 4 minutes to 7 am. Darn it, not even sleeping in. When she placed her hand back on the bed, she felt someone grab her wrist and even though it could be only one person, she let out a short: ah! of surprise and looked at G with that blush of embarrassment on her cheek. Hiding or more like holding on to her breast with her free right arm, still half with her back towards him. She had not even the idea he was away. "I can't." She whispered and she felt again as if she would cry soon, but she told herself that, it would only make things worse. "I better go." Is this what happened at one night stands if she had not sneaked out before already? Yet she did not want a one night stand with G, she really, absolutely and utterly adored him. But well, let's be fair to herself. It was better to go. She tried to pull her hand away and turned away again until she finally got the blouse and held it in front of her, it was surely not the best way to cover herself, but where was the rest of her clothing. She cant? She cant what? She has to go?? Go where?? ? Why is she covering herself like that?? Hanako's actions were confusing, until she finally said it. It was a mistake.
Mistake? No... It couldnt. It couldnt be. He didnt believe it.
Hana scurried off and escaped his grasp, she got her blouse to cover herself. G now wide awake, sat up. The blanket covers were still covering his vital region, so he was safe to look at. But he didnt care about that, he was annoyed and irritated rather then heartbroken. Purely because he couldnt believe what Hanako said
"It was a mistake? What was a mistake?? This? Why was it a mistake?!" he exclaimed.
Sure she was tipsy, but he was sure she liked him. She wasnt drunk yesterday at the pool. She wasnt drunk the day before yesterday. And those two days she just gave him the vibes that she liked him. And he returned every single flirt and gesture. So what was wrong?! Did she play him?! No, he couldnt believe that. So why was Hanako acting this way?! He couldnt understand. at most I'm sleeping all these demons away As she walked to the doorway, the one leading to the living room and in the end the bathroom, that was the first idea: get to the lock location. Well, perhaps the living room was already better. While on her way there, she noticed her underwear, her bra, her skirt and she felt only more red in her face. She stopped moving and looked shortly over her shoulder when G was loud, obnoxiously loud, angry loud, any typical form of loud? She quickly looked away again and swallowed because she did not know what to say. Why was it a mistake? Did she really have to say it? She didn't want to risk it. They ought to be friends, he had not liked her or thought about her before, when he was dating those other girls, it was a childhood fantasy, so her flirting was irrational and not with a clear mind but damn... he was gorgeous. She bit her lip again, not turning, very aware that standing in the doorway, naked, was not her best start of this Saturday. "Because I don't want to lose you, I am very bad at romantic relations. It would be saver to be friends, so you can be happy." And he wanted or he deserved a future, he told her that he wanted a kid, she would never dare to think about getting a child, so their futures would not work together, she could watch as a friend. Oh no. Oh shit, she was walking to the doorway and opened the living room door. Shit shit. He had to go and stop her. He got up, but didnt go to her just yet. He knew he wouldnt be taken seriously without clothes, so he clothed himself in the ceremonial robes of the blanket toga! In other words, he took the blanket/bed sheet and used it as a proper blanket toga.
G went to Hana, he saw that she saw the clothes which were everywhere in the living room. He kinda just threw them everywhere. He saw his pants were on the bathroom door handle, how the hell did he throw that all the way there. You know what, nevermind that. Hana, that was important. She spoke to him how this was a mistake, how they should be friends, so he could be happy. Bullshit. He walked over to her and looked her in the eyes. He was mildly miffed, but nothing serious
"Happy? Girl, Im happy with you! In case you hadnt noticed, I am in love with you!!" he said, still mildly frustrated. She was really dense, but in all honestly, so was he at times. Hell, that was all the more reason to love her. Because of their imperfections

at most I'm sleeping all these demons away Her blue eyes stared at the items around the room, they must have been like wild animals and she did not know what to say. She already felt much uncomfortable and tried to consider what she should get first, she was still looking around. She put on the blouse first, holding both sides close to each other with her left hand, she had no time to literally button it and she wanted to pick up her clothing, get clean clothing but as she took another step, she noticed his pants on the bathroom door and really considered their animal instinct or anything. Before she could take another step, G was behind her. As she stopped walking, she turned to him and looked up, her blue eyes tried to focus only on his face, not on the fact that he was only wearing the bedsheets. Well, she was only wearing a blouse, not entirely the most comfortable thing either. It took her too many seconds to realize what he was saying. Happy with her? Yea but for how long, she was really bad at committing to things. She would be afraid he would be bored with her and want to get rid of her or anything and, well, no but.. wait... "What?" She couldn't take her eyes off him, as they stood so close, "I love you, too." She whispered and she felt so stupid for smiling, she had believed in the idea of childish fantasies. The what if, if they had grown up together, that had not happened and yet some miracle had brought them together and perhaps it was not only a childish fantasy anymore but just them. Their futures mismatched, she had no idea how to fix that but did that matter for now? She was only 25, there were so many things to consider and yet not at this moment. All she wanted was to kiss him and this time feel not guilty about it. At two minutes past seven in the morning, suddenly felt like not a bad time at all even if it was a Saturday. Yea, he confessed, in not the most graceful manner, but he did it. Hanako then calmed down, she looked confused and questioned him with a simple 'what'
She whispered an 'i love you too' which he barely heard. But even so, that made him happy and it was a huge relief. He walked over to her and hugged her
He stupidly had to ask
"So are we a couple now?"
G had to make sure this was real and not a dream while he's still asleep. Actually, no.. He was impatient, he had an other method to check if this was real. He kissed Hanako on the lips. It was the only way. Either way its a win win for him
After the kiss he kept her in his embrace and looked in her eyes
"You've no idea how happy I am right now"
He was sure that she would say no. That she hates him. He never thought she had interest in him until now. Thats why before he didnt show interest her when they were kids. He thought she was too good for him. And when he later ran away from home, he thought she deserved someone better then him. But now... somehow... he had her

She had noticed the flirting, she had noticed it very badly from herself, stupid comments, he had kissed her the day before yesterday, which had really made her brain try to get around the what if, but it had made it an adrenaline issue. She did not want to ever be let go, those strong arms holding on to her, how he saved her, how she had only decided to call him instead of the police. G meant so much to her but what if? NO! She nuzzled in his arms, looking up when he asked her a question and laughed about it very softly and shortly because it sounded very cute to her. She had always considered him as a man who knew what he wanted and just did it, but perhaps that was an assumption. Before she, however, could answer, she already felt his lips pressed against hers and she couldn't help but smile. and tiptoe to compensate for the height difference and not wanting him to strain anything, she could be kind. She wrapped her arms around his neck though and was so glad that she finally understood what their kisses meant. When they both broke the kiss, she smirked at him because he said how happy he was, "I had no idea," She said though "but I am very happy that you are happy." She said with a tease. How would something like this be so misunderstood, it was a bit of a dent in her ego, but something she would get over very soon. "I thought..." She did not know how to formulate it, she had felt the tension last year, after their first meeting again but nothing actually happened after that one afternoon. She did not want to make herself more confused now, she just wanted to stay like this. "You know, we could order room service." Hana had no idea? Really?... She was gonna say something, but instead changed it to ordring room service. Well... he could get behind that. He didnt wanna leave this room any time soon. This was now officially their special place
"Room service? I like" he said with a smile. And then looked at the living room and the clothes that are pretty much everywhere
"So... what do you say? Wanna get dressed or stay like this?" he asked, he didnt mind waiting for room service like this, but perhaps they should at least pick up all of the clothes so their room looks presentable
Another question that popped to mind was.... what would he order as breakfast, he was so hungry now that the subject was moved to room service and food. He needed a good meal, and this time not get carried away by food and pay attention to Hana for real, if she speaks
"Cereal isnt enough. So what then? Bacon and eggs? Bread? What is a good breakfast that will fill you up... I need a good drink. Maybe something sweet. But damn, I do want hot cocoa as well... can one have that for breakfast?" G thought to himself

at most I'm sleeping all these demons away She giggled, she felt like a stupid teenager that just now giggled about everything, it surely was an upgrade compared to the grumpy moods from before. "I thought you might." She gave him a soft peck on the lips before finally stopping to tiptoe because that was damn tiring. She did not take too many steps away, she wanted to stay with G and as close to him as humanly possible. She followed where he was looking at, the ravage of their clothing and she felt a bit uncomfortable because of that. "You ask me if I want to look at you being dressed or in this, bedsheet dress. I pick the latter." She said with a tease, how quickly the embarrassing idea of just wearing a blouse and nothing else was gone with the wind as soon as they confessed. Strange things, human brains. Albeit she went to pick up the clothing that was hers and dropped it near her suitcase. She looked back at G as he seemed to be struggling with something, "You don't know what to eat again?" She said, remembering their lunch from yesterday, where the waiting staff had to come up with something. "You know there is a menu card over there." She pointed back to the bedroom, she had seen one before, she wasn't sure if that was this morning or yesterday. That reminded her of the question where she must have left her glasses and she walked back into the bedroom to check. MADE BY VEL OF GS |

G chuckled when Hana gave her answer "You do realize that when room service is over and gone, this like goes straight off of me" he said as he had no qualms walking without anything
When it came to food, Hana saiad that they have the menu
"I know I know. But I cant decide" he said as he shok his head "What will you have?"
Maybe he could get whatever Hana was gonna get, but while talking, he noticed that Hana was cleaning up after herself, so he decided to follow her example and pick up all of his clothes and undergarments. He went to take them to the bedroom and put it with his stuff. While doing that he noticed Hana soon came in as well.
It looked like she lost somethin
"Huh? Whats wrong?" he asked, hoping that maybe he can help her with whatever it was.
Actually, looking at her, he noticed her lack of glasses
"Oh... are you looking for your glasses?" he asked, wondering if he was right
G didnt necesarilly see the glasses, but he was curious how well she can see without them. He looked around the room, but didnt see it. At least not at a first glance

at most I'm sleeping all these demons away Hanako blushed, in a good way, "Who said I minded that." She replied, trying very much not to laugh at him but she liked how casually he was about it now. She just decided to grab a few of her things that were here and drop it in her suitcase, quickly wiggling herself in at least a slip, it felt still a bit more comfortable than not. Her blouse, still unbuttoned would be okay the way it was now. It was cold even in their room, she noticed as soon as she took a step away from G and tried to focus on the situation. "Oh, I haven't decided, I thought perhaps some fruit and fancy sorts of bread if they have that, like a croissant or something?" She wasn't sure, the menu would probably show them already. When she was done, she followed towards the bedroom to look for her glasses. As she looked on the bedstand and next to it, she couldn't find it and pondered a bit where it could be, she had not seen it in the little living room, so it must be somewhere. She sat on the bed and looked under the pillows. "Yes, I can't remember putting them off." That would probably become a habit so she did not save it in her brain as actually doing so. She looked up to the other bedstand where her glasses just lay carefully. Exactly that, "Ah, found already." She took them by climbing and crawling over the bed, which was easy without bedsheets. She looked at Gil and giggled because the bedsheet toga looked funny if he stood there like that. "So, what do you want to do mister, want to order already?" She snickered. MADE BY VEL OF GS |

Oh yea, he could get used to that. When he went to put his clothes away in the bedroom, he noticed her enter, she indeed was looking for her glasses and found them in a jiffy. When it came to breakfast, she said she was gonna get somethin fruity. G shrugged and said he'll get something sweet like a croissant. He wanted to match her order, but not be as fancy.
When he saw her climb the bed, he joined her and took off his blanket toga
"So, .... yea, lets order stuff" he said as he took his bracelets and gold wristwatch off of the bedstand. And has put the 2 objects around his hands.
The two then used room service and got their breakfast. G was very eager to eat, he was starving and had a monster appetite in the morning. As soon as he saw the meal, he had to apologize in advance
"Sorry dear. But Im gonna get that food and Im gonna eat it. So I may or may not hear you if you talk to me. When Im hungry I just focus on food, ok?" he told Hana and then went to eat

at most I'm sleeping all these demons away "croissant make it sound very fancy." She said with a short laugh as she checked if the glasses of her glasses were clean enough to see through. Luckily her eye side wasn't that bad, she wasn't blind the moment she took them off but the chance to get a headache would arrive very soon and at some point, she would do a lot of squinting, which probably was a reason to why she would get a headache. She wouldn't be able to see much into the distance, the thing was that she taught herself ways to avoid that and she didn't drive much into a car as she had none, so that it was not that bad if she did not see it clearly, most things happened in front of her nose anyway and sometimes she did not even notice that. Pointing out G his feelings in this case. "Yes!" She said enthusiastically as she climbed near him and looked at the menu how to order room service and made the call not much later. She had put on her bathrobe to get the food inside, thanked the waiter and shook it off again, still perhaps unknowingly wearing the blouse at this point, she took the trays to the bed and couldn't stop grinning, "I don't know why I don't do this at home. Oh right, too lazy to clean the beds for crumbs." She wouldn't have to do that this afternoon. She knew he might not listen to her as he said he would focus on the food and probably not listen, this time it made her laugh because of his honesty, yesterday it made her furious albeit they had a fight already at that point. She shook her head and took her own croissant and pulled it apart, eating little bits that she had taken off, she had ordered some fruit for herself but that bit of melon and the croissant would be enough and that cup of coffee. She was very excited and sat cross-legged at the end of the bed just enjoying the moment. She would wait for him to finish breakfast, "What would you want to do today?" There were so many options but even though she knew him a year again, she had no idea what he would do in his free time. Did he consider free time or was it job hunting all the time?
