"Oh, I didn't intend to." Goro replied quickly. Internally, he breathed a sigh of relief. If they'd asked him what his job was, he'd either have to try and deflect, or he'd have to come up with a lie on the spot. Either way, it'd surely come off as suspicious.
As Yuki wrapped their hands around his wrists, Goro quickly reflected the gesture and slowly pulled up. Though he was loathe to admit it, Goro's upper body strength wasn't the best and even with Yuki's efforts to climb themselves, pulling them up was strenuous. His arms had just about given out when Yuki finally reached the roof and let go.
Goro rubbed his inner elbow. It felt like someone had set the muscle on fire, and it was burning beneath his skin. He quickly reminded himself to never try and take up weightlifting, if it felt like this. "It's no trouble at all." He muttered, more than a hint of bitterness in his voice.
Great, the vigilante wanted to try and justify themselves to him. Part of him wanted to just leave as soon as possible without talking any further, but perhaps it would be interesting to understand them. Considering the kind of business Goro involves himself in, knowing how the minds of those trying to stop him would be nothing but a benefit.
"Those like you..." To Goro, that brought to mind Quirkers. Specifically, mutants like him. Images of mutants being abused, beaten, and maimed flashed in his head; things that the Underground had shown him when he was young to emphasize just how bad it got. He'd seen the same kind of abuse on the streets afterward, but the most graphic of those images never left him.
"I suppose that's a good enough reason." He was no longer looking at Yuki, his mind elsewhere. There was no way they were willing to do the same things Goro would to punish those who've wrong people like him, but perhaps if they were to ever see the same things he had, maybe then they would. He still didn't trust Yuki, but he was a little less suspicious of them now.
"We're a little higher up now, so I could probably fly off and avoid the cops when I have to land. Against the night sky, I'll be somewhat hard to see, and from what I can see, they haven't brought out helicopters or anything." He flexed his wings as he spoke, readying them for the flight.
When Yuki asked his name, he stopped for a moment. Typically, he'd give some kind of false name, or would just straight up refuse to answer, but in this case he actually found himself wanting to see them again. "Utari." He replied after a long silence, still hesitant to give his full name. "Perhaps we'll see each other again. In better circumstances, I hope."
