I would like to take 500 exp from my character Yang to convert it to 2 ep that would leave her balance of 21 exp. Then I would like to take the 2 ep and buy a starter pack for this character.

Depending on how elusive or hectic that person is, he can typically find out something about that person to get the ball rolling. He stalks his victim until he has their basic life style down. With this information he then picks the perfect time to strike.
I am spending 200 exp to upgrade Ninjustu from F rank to E rank costing 200 exp. Buying a Tracking/Investigation slot which costs 100 EXP at F rank and leveling it to E rank which costs 200 exp. Total exp spent is 500 exp which would leave me with a balance of 800 exp/*900 exp*. The 800 exp is assuming the speed affliction is approved, 900 exp if it isn't.

Stalker (Tracking/Investigation) Rank: E Rank Effect: Myrkul likes to get to know his victim. Depending on how elusive or hectic that person is, he can typically find out something about that person to get the ball rolling. He stalks his victim until he has their basic life style down. With this information he then picks the perfect time to strike.
Burglary Rank: F Rank Effect: Not one of Myrkul's favorite skills that he had to pick up but it is indeed useful. He is able to pick basic locks that aren't electronic. If needed he is able to use a slight of hand to steal someone's wallet, he only resorts to this method if he is desperate to find out more information about this person. A typical person carries a wallet full of valuable information somewhere on their person. He mainly uses this skill to infiltrate into any building that his target maybe in at that given time.

Upgrading the Speed Affliction to D rank costing 600 exp total. Buying a Mobility skill costing 100 exp and buying a Burglary skill costing 100 exp. Total cost 800 exp leaving me with a balance of 10 exp.

Assassin (Martial Arts) Rank: E Rank Effect: It is funny that assassination is considered a martial art but it is. Myrkul has been trained to kill anyone in any type of situation. Of course he prefers a clean kill like most assassins do but whatever gets the job done is enough for him.
Slowness (Affliction: Speed) Rank: D Rank Effect: When Myrkul's quirk is active upon touch it will decreases target's Speed by 3 rank for 3 turns.
Parkour (Mobility) Rank: F Rank Effect: As an assassin some times this means maneuvering in any type of environment with ease and doing so with little to no tools. Myrkul is able to maneuver around or through various obstacles in the quickest and most efficient manner possible by jumping, climbing, and/or running.

On my profile it currently says F Rank however that was a mistake that wasn't corrected. It should reflect D rank and I am changing the name from slowness to hinder.
