I was used to the response I got from my introduction, a head nod to dismiss me off the stage and to take my seat. But it was strange, usually the silence was defeating in their loss for words, and the look on the faces of the people was one of confusion when we'd get to this part of the act, it was a scene I've danced in a thousand times. But this time, the sensei's face was as flat as it was rotten, keeping a straight poker face that most people never bothered to keep. And suddenly I found myself smiling even more, as no longer were we dancing the same dance as before, suddenly we were off script and the excitement coursed through me as I realized we were locked in a dance for two, charting new waters, and all I could think was who would break first. Would he go back to the same dance as I've danced before, looking at me the same way all the other teachers had, or would we further this dance now, and just where would these steps lead? My smile got even bigger at the unknown of it all, an excitement that I've heard caused me to look weird. Deranged. Creepy. But it didn't matter. Either it would cause him to go back to the act I knew, or things would get even more interesting.
And after all that, an entire act done before I even got to my seat, more potential steps began to form as I sat down, and began to turn my attention to the other interesting thing here. The perfect boy, sitting neatly, squarely, perfectly. At rapt attention, his focus on the most important person in the room, the zombie behind the desk. Not even my invitation phased him, getting only a second of the boys attention as he turned to me, and gave a questionable hmm in response. A perfect second. There was no commitment, no denial, no insult, his air of perfection unbroken by his response. In fact, zombie sensei seemed more thrilled at my invite, encouraging me to keep up my attitude, another thing I'd never heard before in a long time. And normally, such encouragement would get an equal response, as a players job is to dance to the response of others. And yet, it was drowned out, the perfect boys hmmm carrying such an air it whirled and deafened everything else, if before with zombie sensei we went off script in starting a new dance, than here it was if the script itself had stopped. As if everything past here was meant to be ad libbed, starting from scratch. And just as before, I felt the smile that was disliked by some and liked by others make its way on my face as I responded with the only thing I could think of. Perfect~ And just as before, I couldn't hide the twinkle in my voice.
But soon more people would arrive, introducing themselves in various ways, all giving their own unique steps in the dance. One even skipped the formalities as a whole, instead opting simply to ask about the latest games that'd come out. But then he'd approach both me and the perfect boy, and introduced themselves before asking wgo I was. But before I could answer, the door would open once more and a shout would fill the room. A shout filled with excitement, vigor, gusto. An light skinned, red haired girl stood in the doorway, a player excited to dance her part and act out her role for today. And I couldn't help but stare for a moment, not having expected such an entrance. The steps of today kept getting more and more unorthodox, and being a part of the dance involving it only made it more exciting. But as the moment passed and another entered, I turned to the boy who had introduced himself, Fion. Unlike the perfect boy next to me, he was about the opposite, with messy hair and messy attire, looking entirely casual despite wearing the same attire. The air about them was completely different, and it showed in what seemed to be a distaste for each other. Yet, even while their acts might be seperate, I played my part just the same. Bowing with a flourish as I took off my cap and waved my arms, as even in the most minor of interactions theatre was just as important and just as worth having. I am The Player known as Seiryu! Let's have fun in our dance together~ Just as before, and just as the sensei had encouraged, it was a simple offer, with no demand or question in it. How their steps would intertwine was yet to be seen, but even if they ended up in opposite roles in the play, tthat didn't mean they couldn't have fun as they each played their parts.
But the dance must continue, and soon the zombie sensei started class as he began the first order of business. Which was declaring class presidents. No elections. No votes. It was decided as quickly as it was announced. But the choices he'd made were interesting, and I found my smile having returned from at least one of his choices, turning my head to the dirty blonde, yet perfect boy. Yuhiko, as the other students were quick to point out. Quick to point out his flaws. His attitude. Their dislike, if be grudging respect of him. And through it all I didn't say a word, simply grinning at him until most had offered their opinion when asked by our sensei. And then I gave my opinion on why the dirty blonde boy, our class president, was chosen. Because he's perfect. And then there was the other player, the blonde girl who had entered after the more excitable red haired girl if our senses greeting was accurate. The actor who had fumbled her introduction with stutters, stumbled her footwork as she danced her part. And the two scenes that lie ahead of her. And without dropping my smile, I opined on the girl as well, and her part in the act before us. As for our other player...Well, hmm...I'd say becauseee...Either she will rise up to the challenge and lead us in our dance ahead. Or, she will fail, crash and burn. And crash and burn in such a way that it will be quite a spectacle to watch~ I couldn't really say I knew much of anything about her, but many seemed to believe in her, she seemed to be a far less divisive choice than Yuhiko had been. Yet, she had also stumbled in her first steps, her introduction to the class. And thus it seemed as if there were two seperate acts to take, at least for her. I can't say I would prefer her to take one over the other though, at least not too much, as either way I was sure it will be a magnificent dance to watch. And so, I kept smiling, despite my opinion on her having been so different from the rest.

[attr="class","ren"]MY BROKEN HEART IS BEATING EVEN STILL DESPITE EVERYTHING Great. Many of the kids were ignoring his sage-like advice of judging of classmates of their flaws. You'd think they be jumping all over that. But at least Hinata can take comfort that his students are supportive of each other even if it won't help them all the time to be mindlessly supportive without constructively criticizing their future allies. People need to get criticized once in a while to improve as humans. Denying to give or take criticism means one stagnates and never evolves. Support is how one uses to uplift others, but people need to be willing to let themselves get lifted in the first place. [break][break] Yuhiko answered first. And it was the usual overly prideful but not entirely incorrect self-evaluation of himself. Hinata nodded along to Yuhiko's words and let him speak uninterrupted as he moves onto Kiersa, making another fair and mostly correct judgment call on his vice president. Hinata nodded his head at Yuhiko as he looked over to the next person who spoke, well at least to the lesson in mind. Hinata let out a small groan as Amare flirted with Kyouko, "Amare, Kyouko, you two can wait to have personal talks after the lesson." Hinata said in a slightly annoyed, slightly amused tone of voice. Kids are wild. But at least they aren't as crazy as some of the older kids. [break][break] Next to speak was Fion, who smacked it right on the head. The kid freaked him out a bit, but he couldn't help but admire the kid's chill bluntness. Annoying at times. But a useful trait to cut the bullshit of those around him in half and get what he needs out of people, Hinata thought. Hinata nodded his head to Fion's words and looked to the next person who spoke up. Which was Kaguya Adachi, who prompted with an introduction which Hinata thought was fair since she couldn't judge the two people with no context clues or anything. Hinata gave the girl a casual wave and a short two-finger salute, "Pleasure, Kaguya, you will do well, I hope," Hinata said with a snide crooked grin. [break][break] Next was the topic of the discussion, Kiersa- did she do something different with her hair today? Well, whatever, Kiersa started to spatter and slip all over herself verbally, Which he expected. Hinata couldn't help but let out a slightly malicious chuckle at the girls' response and question. He responded to her question about how sure he was with a simple, "Quite." Hinata said as he looked over to Kyouko, who muttered about how that's not you make friends. Hinata nods along to the girl quietly as he already called her out for talking mid-class. No need to keep bringing it up. [break][break] And finally, the last kid spoke the weird kid. Hinata nodded to the kid's introduction with a simple, "Pleasure Seiryu, and dancing is only as good as both partner's movements." Hinata said in a somewhat cheeky manner but more out of good-natured When the kid said Yuhiko's perfect and that Kiersa will either prosper or crash and burn, which isn't an entirely unfair assessment of the girl. Hinata nodded his head before speaking to his students. [break][break] "So Seiryu called you perfect, Yuhiko, can you say with the utmost confidence that you are perfect as you are?" Hinata asked Yuhiko slyly. "And Kiersa, Seiryu said you'll either crash and burn or prosper, you two are quite similar in a manner of speaking, you know?" Hinata said as he rests an arm on the table and leans closer. "You two are the different sides of the same coin, Kiersa you are a defeatist over your actions and choices but have the utmost faith in others even when others fail or disappoint you, Yuhiko you are the opposite, you have total faith in yourself and authority figures, and you don't allow yourself the luxury of letting others into your life due to a misguided sense of perfectionism." Hinata said in a strangely calm and smooth voice. Before he leans back on his chair and spoke once again. [break][break] "Which is why You Yuhiko will have a three-strike system, like Fion and Kyouko said you need to improve your social skills, you don't need to like them, but you need to at least tolerate your classmates enough to have a more amicable relationship with them as class president, I'm not asking you to change your whole attitude but a subtle shift in how you deal with others with them should help change your views." Hinata said to Yuhiko he then looked at Kiersa. "You will be Yuhiko's replacement if he fails the three-strike system, you are reliable and an excellent student, and you need to learn that." Hinata spoke bluntly, "And even if I need to be the bad guy in your eyes for you to see your worth, so be it." Hinata finished than he looked outside and admired the weather for a moment before saying. [break][break] "Nice weather, we will head outside, since the weather won't stay this nice for too long, we will have an outdoor sparring match in teams, I already spoke to your next period teacher it's all fine." Hinata said rather dismissively with a wave of his hand as he stood up and started making his way out of the room without another word. "So you all get ready I'll meet you outside in the training area don't be late." Hinata said as he exited the room. @too many of you kids aaaaaaa 920 words [googlefont=Oswald] [newclass=.ren]letter-spacing:-1px;-webkit-transition:all 1.5s ease;transition:all 1.5s ease;[/newclass] [newclass=.ren:hover]letter-spacing:1px;-webkit-transition:all 1.5s ease;transition:all 1.5s ease;[/newclass]

♔Though he did not visibly show it, still looking as neutral as ever, Yuhiko felt a tiny bit of disappointment upon seeing the lack of discussion on the current topic. It would have been illuminating to hear what everyone's stance on the topic was. But it seemed as though a lot of the class was off doing their own thing, wasting time in his eyes. As for the few who did speak up, Yuhiko was not exactly pleased to listen to their words.
First was that one boy whose name Yuhiko for the life of him couldn't ever seem to remember (not that he tried very hard, though). Listening to the fool speak, it was a miracle Yuhiko did not scoff or roll his eyes, tempting as both were right now. People skills? What people skills? Yuhiko was trying to become a hero, not a psychologist! His priority was to become strong enough to combat villainy, and fast enough to rescue people in danger! What part of either of those required him to actually have to talk to others? To have to befriend them? It was clear that Yuhiko and this boy had entirely different definitions of the word 'hero'. Really, if you don't have anything intelligent to say, then you'd be better off not speaking at all. Not that Yuhiko felt the need to voice this thought out loud. It was unnecessary.
Then there was Kiersa, who seemed to have confidence issues or something. She had been recognized for her skill and hard work, not just acknowledged by Yuhiko, but their teacher as well. Why then was she doubting herself? Why was she asking if Hinata had made a mistake in making her vice president? It only made Yuhiko's earlier words of praise to her feel empty, shallow, and meaningless. Are you trying to make my evaluation of you seem foolish and incorrect? Again, Yuhiko did not actually say anything out loud, as it felt so unnecessary. But if not for his desire to remain impassive and expressionless, Yuhiko would have shaken his head disapprovingly.
And then there was... not Kyouko, as Yuhiko could not hear her mutter, nor would he have even cared if he could. No, it was that Seiryu boy. Though his reason was different than Kiersa and the other one. That boy had used the word perfect to describe Yuhiko. Now in any other situation, Yuhiko would have grinned smugly and think something along the lines of 'at least someone here has the right idea'. But there was something about that word that bothered him. It was clear that Seiryu misunderstood him if he was willing to use that word to describe him. Again, Yuhiko remained as expressionless as ever as he refrained from saying a word, but hearing Seiryu describe Yuhiko as perfect bothered him a bit, since it implied that he did not have to work at all to be at the top, that he was already at his apex, which was blatantly untrue. Being a believer of hard work and putting effort into being the best, Yuhiko did not like the idea of anyone thinking that he did not need to work hard at all. I'm not perfect. All I can do is try harder, but as I am now, I'm nowhere near that level. Not yet.
Speaking of Hinata, Yuhiko crossed his arms and stayed silent as the teacher spoke. When he was done talking, however, Yuhiko immediately responded in a blunt and almost expressionless yet still respectful tone. "To answer your question, sir, no. I am not perfect, nor have I ever pretended to be. I'm only human, after all, and humans are all inherently flawed. If that were not the case, then villainy wouldn't exist. Heroes would not need to exist. All I can do, all anyone can (and frankly should) do, is work as hard as possible to get as close to the idea of 'perfect' as possible." There would probably be some students who would think that Yuhiko was lying, that he did believe himself to be perfect. But those people knew nothing about what Yuhiko was really like. Absolutely nothing. And he was not going to bother trying to convince those who were foolish enough to take what they saw on the surface at face value. It was a waste of time caring about what others thought of him.
Yuhiko continued to listen to Hinata's words. Though it was clear that there were some misconceptions in there, Yuhiko could see the point Hinata was trying to make. A three-strike system, eh? Yuhiko thought to himself for a bit. If that's supposed to be your way of trying to scare me into wanting to waste my time singing friendship speeches like the rest of the fools in this school, then you really must not take me very seriously. Yuhiko grinned. "Very well, sensei. I accept your terms. I'll strive to work hard to not even get one strike. If you require a stern yet fair class president who will guide the rest of his class forward on the path of success, then I will gladly step up. Speaking of which, I have some words for everyone here. If I may, sensei?" After all, it would be rude to talk over the teacher, so Yuhiko wished to get permission first.
Afterwards, Yuhiko gave the rest of the class a stern gaze as he began to talk in a very serious tone. "Know this. I won't go easy on any of you. Villains won't hold back when they try to break and kill you, so why should you expect any mercy from me? If I am to shoulder the responsibility of class president, then that means it's my responsibility to not just keep myself ahead, but to ensure that none of you get left behind. And I'll say this right now. I won't tolerate any slackers. From what I've seen in this school, there are too many who don't take their time here in UA seriously. This isn't a regular high school. If you all are serious about wanting to become heroes, accepting someday being burdened with the responsibility of having everyone's safety on your hands, then don't be like those students. Take your training seriously, take your time in UA seriously, prove yourselves to be willing to work hard and do what it takes to succeed. Do that, and I'll do everything in my power to help you ascend to greatness and become the best versions of yourselves. I'll push you all forward, even if any of you foolishly choose to stick yourselves in the mud of stagnation, even if I have to forcibly kick you to get you moving in the right direction."
Yes, this was Yuhiko's attempt at a rousing speech to try and motivate his class to do better, to be better, to not be lazy slackers who acted more like immature brats than heroes-in-training, to not be troglodytes that settled for mediocrity when they could do and be so much better. Contrary to what he says and does, Yuhiko (or at least some piece of him) does want his class to rise up and become great heroes someday. He may not personally give a crap about the vast majority of these students, but he still did not want to see any of them crash and burn. Still, he could not force the idiots who did not want to listen to him to see reason. There was no doubt going to be at least one person who would be difficult for no good reason. Despite that, Yuhiko would do his best to try overcoming the odds. After all, he never backed down from a challenge.
After that, it seemed as though the class was to head outdoors. A sparring match. Yuhiko looked forward to it. It wasn't every day that he got to crush an actual person, usually being stuck with a useless training dummy. Too bad the class would be put in teams. Yuhiko preferred working by himself, as that gave less room for mistakes. Still, it was a challenge, and Yuhiko would gladly rise up to the challenge. So if part of that challenge meant having to help his partner keep up with him, then so be it.
"Let's go." Yuhiko spoke to the class in general. Unless someone stopped him to say something, Yuhiko would be the first of his classmates to head out.

Fion was in a annoyed mode at the moment he could tell Yuhiko was about to say some smug thing like always he could just tell it was about to happen. Of course it did to funny how he thinks it wasn't something intelligent said even though Fion was 100% right about it no way was he wrong about anything he said. He could actually seen Hinata look at him and give a nod of approval showing he was right which made Yuhiko's comment annoying but one Fion could laugh at later. He soon could hear Yuhiko make a rather cold comment to Kiersa which actually did cause Fion to make another comment since he couldn't hold it in. "Yuhiko if you want a correct evaluation maybe help her out instead of making cold comments like that?"
then came Yuhiko's next response to Hinata's question on if he thinks he's perfect along with the three strike system both of which Fion was glad he asked but of course he wasn't a fan of Yuhiko's responses. He seemed like he was trying to now suddenly be somewhat modest but Fion felt like it was all just to sound good in front of Hinata Yuhiko definitely needed to be humbled abit. Fion felt the need to again comment since his answer felt like he still didn't fully understand it. "He doesn't want that a stern coldhearted class president demanding success will crash and burn. The ideal is someone who can stay cool in any situation aswell as keep the class morale up and if they see their classmates stumbling and struggling they stop and help them so they can succeed." Fion knew it was an ideal very likely shared but it was the obvious thing that was wanted vs come stuck up asshole who only cares about success these are people they need to be treated like people. Fion then heard something he definitely needed Hinata mentioned going outside and having sparring matches something he felt was needed he needed to cool off abit since it was clear Yuhiko was just annoying him at this point with his talk anyway. "I could use the air great idea Hinata I especially think someone in particular could afford to be humbled abit." Fion shot a glare towards Yuhiko he'd learn sooner or later he wouldn't last long with how he acts.

As he begun to process Kyouko's words, Amare's ears would start to burn. The sensation was light at first, a minor irritation. Then quickly it became something he could not ignore despite his entire body working towards that very thing. If he understood properly...Kyouko, this beautiful girl in his class was offering to meet up with him and hang out. Just the two of them. Well, homework definitely was going to be there as well but the main idea was that it would be just him and her. Probably alone. Sitting close to each, maybe there is a question she can not see. She leans in close her bare arm touches his bare arm. Leaning more still, he can soon smell her perfume and the shampoo she decided to use that day. A goofy smile would spread on his face as his imagination ran wild the sight of Kyouko blowing him a kiss only solidifying his infatuation with her. His heart beating rapidly, sent all kinds of thoughts to the young teens head. However the lovely aftermath of their interaction was ruined by the love-struck teen being called out by Hinata-sensei.
After hearing that Yuhiko and Kiersa were voted for president and vice president Amare felt a pang of envy. Especially with Kyouko here it would of been cool to be acknowledged by his peers as a representative that they could look up to. But with Yuhiko as his competition Amare knew that there really would be no point in striving for that position right now...Stealing a glance at his future date, Amare's attention would be pulled back to Hinata-sensei as he mention a third-point system for their lucky class president to be more friendly to the other kids in class.
Now how could Amare abuse that? He never really liked Yuhiko but at least now he could bother the stick-in-the-mud without suffering major repercussions. The focus would be entirely on the "star" president and not Amare. Beginning in his mind to plot and scheme how he could piss Yuhiko off, Amare almost missed the announcement of a sparring situation about to happen outside.
Practically leaping out of his seat due to the boredom he foresaw would be within this class, the dark-skinned teen would make his way to the door taking his first steps in that direction before arriving as close as possible to Yuhiko.
"He's hard headed Fion! Hopefully someone'll be able to knock some relaxing sense into him. Ain't that right class prez..?"
Amare would say as he attempted to throw an arm over Yuhiko's shoulder and pull him in for a noogie. In the commotion that was bound to ensue with that non-consensual act, Amare would try to sneak a peek at Kyouko before returning the wink she sent him, back at her with a bit of a flirty twist. sense
