Was Mia disappointed when she was told she couldn’t run combat classes at UA? Sure. Was she absolutely devastated? Fuck nah. There was more she could do to entertain herself outside this place’s lesson plan than just getting the kids to give her an excuse to punch them back. She wasn’t a teacher, she wasn’t designed to be in her head, and she kinda felt sorry for everyone in 3A, apart from Jaz of course, who was stuck with her for the coming year…
Still. She had to make an effort somewhere right?
Wanting to see if she could take a stab at things Mia had posted up on the UA notice boards some sign up sheets for lessons hosted by here. She’d gotten 3 different ideas and wanted to see how they might work as official lessons going forward by trying them out with smaller, taster samples first. Classes of about 3, maybe 4 students in size and she hoped each of them would seem appealing enough to take up in the kids free periods rather than just slacking off in their homerooms…
Now either her ideas had been really good or Mia kinda under-estimated how popular she was gonna be as a teacher here. With the impression kids like Jaz and Reddarc gave her she figured the population of fans to ‘im just gonna be my own hero’ was probably like, 20-80 or something, but she’d still managed to get what felt like damn near half the school population signing up for one idea or another…. And she had to be the one to sort it all out…
Fuuuuun…?
Okay, so she could do this. Just… figure out who wants what, make a quick spreadsheet, try and divide it evenly… a lot of kids liked idea 1 so that was getting the most by far anyway… then try and level out the class sizes and… Okay. She felt like she had some sets here.
The next day the students each received emails on the free periods they’d been booked for and where to be, as well as a sense of what they were in for. Mia had to make sure she just didn’t end up boring the pants off of them when they were there.
========================================================
For those who’d signed up for the third idea, when they arrived to one of the training halls (each of them asked to arrive in their hero-kit) they’d find the place seemingly pretty empty. Of course their teacher had picked a pretty simple hiding spot, and would wait for the students to gather insider. The hall was pretty empty as Mia was mostly gonna be running this off the cuff, watching them for a moment just to get an idea of what kind of kids she’d be dealing with. She knew some of them tangentially, heck one from pretty personal experience, but she was eager to see what the other two were like when observed a little more personally, hoping the kids may briefly mingle as they waited for their supposedly absent teacher.

fish outta water SIGNING-UP FOR ONE OF REDHORN'S open classes was an impulse-thing. As a closeted fanboy of pro heroes, the prospect of a taking a class from the number-one hero, recent meltdown aside was a tantalizing prospect. The Redhorn, teaching an open class to any interested parties! Fuckin’ sick! And showmanship sounded just flashy enough for a teenager like Kenji, who wanted to make a big impact and get noticed.
Days later, Kenji was told to arrive at a specific training hall in his “hero kit”. And as someone who’d only just joined U.A. a week prior, he had no hero-kit to speak of. So… he showed-up in his p.e. uniform.
He was the first to arrive, in the apparently empty training hall. It was cavernous, devoid of any props or—for that matter—any instructor. He checked his palm, whereupon he’d written the notes for what room to go to. Yep, this was the one. How was he the first one here?! It was only like—Kenji glanced at the clock upon the wall for safe measure—five minutes before the class was supposed to start.
Kenji checked his phone just to be absolutely, one-hundred percent sure he was here on the right date, at the right time. Yep, this really was the place. His phone was returned to his pocket. Now came… the waiting game.
The boy sat cross-legged on the floor, so that he could still see the door in (and the rest of the room), and he waited.

Redhorn becoming a teacher at UA was the last thing he was expecting when enrolling here. Yuuto is a closeted fan of hers and even had the chance to go up against them in a test of a new disaster facility. Of course he had won out and in the closest way possible. Hell, he’s surprised that she even remembers him due to how stacked that match was. Nevertheless, he was pretty damn excited to show what his quirk can do now compared to back then. A Lot of it is just making new forms and giving them a new shape. A part of him wants to impress Redhorn but a lot of it is just him hoping to show that he can get stronger….and an excuse to show off his summon in its new form.
Showing up was the most simple part as he simply walked his ass there. Wearing his hero outfit as said and double checking if it was the right place. He liked the samurai version a hell of a lot more than his cloaked version, so he went with it and walked down the halls. When he finally found the room, he found that it was almost empty barring the other kid who showed up as well.
Seeing a new kid was always a daunting thing since he was real bad at talking. His attitude and demeanor usually creates trouble. So at most he can give a non verbal greeting to the guy and then just stand around as he waits for the last person to show.

Growing up, Jack had kept tabs on a lot of vigilantes all of the world. What could he say? He was a fan of people trying to go out and using their abilities to do some good in the world. Sure, it was illegal back then and still is, but it was the days before Pro Heroes and U.A. became a thing. So OF COURSE he would've kept at least some kind of eye on them. Especially as the world of heroics became more standardized in the Pro Hero Program, Jack took notice of many Vigilante-turned-Pro. And...of course, at the top of them all, was the mighty hero Redhorn! The #1 Hero!
And then, suddenly...she's here! As a a teacher, no less! Jack practically had a heart attack when she had suddenly appeared in the chat the other day. It was like a dream come true! Sure, she had her ups and downs, but...she was Number One for a reason, right? Despite whatever faults she had, that still meant something! And now she was here, willing to help those learn from her example, whether it be what or what not to do.
So, of course, the moment she had offered sign-ups for classes, Jack took the opportunity with gusto. If he could get the approval of the Number One hero...that had to mean he was doing SOMETHING right, yeah? It was his own dream to go for #1 someday, so he would need any and all wisdom that he could get his hands on.
When the day had finally come, Jack couldn't help but shake in excitement. He, of course, came in his brand new hero suit, making sure to appear as he would as an actual Pro. He didn't know what the exercise actually was, but it was definitely something he felt the need to bring his S+ game. As he would come in, he would quickly take note of Kenji, the ever energetic First Year, and Yuuto. He and Yuuto admittedly had a rough start, but the two became quick friends after spending more time together. He was a dork in his own right...but Jack appreciated the kindred spirit in that regard.
"Alohaaaaaaaaaaaaa!" he chirped, not saying it too loudly, though. He did still have to be mindful of his hearing and his eyesight. He wore new goggles that helped him see in the meantime, though they looked more like sunglasses with a strap than anything else. He would probably take them off later, of course; but for now, it was easiest if he had them on. Lest he be like a blind idiot for a bit.

(okay I THINK this is everyone...)
Well this was a nice little set. Three boys, heroes in training, two of which she had a more passing familiarity with. Kenji she didn’t personally recognize but from how he just came in and sat on the floor… heh. She didn’t know what exactly it was about him but she kinda liked that attitude about him. Still, best not to take a book at it’s cover. Her red eyes lingered on the next entry to the room however, a smirk forming as she remembered the impression this one had left on her.
Yuuto was part of the first ‘test lesson’ she’d ran with UA and a separate organization looking to get a government contract for specialized hero training operations. Taking place in an expensive replica of a flooded city it had been the task of Yuuto and two… less impressive students to take her on and bring a civilian to the end of the course before she could stop them and tear it apart. It had been kinda fun to play the ‘role’ of the villain against the kids, and while Yuuto had managed to one up her in the end… fucking hell she was impressed with how he did it. And watching him fanboy out by the end of it. Hoo boy she couldn’t stop laughing from the combination of shock and just… plain being flabbergasted by how much of a fanboy he turned out to be!
Aaaah… last of all Jack. She knew him from watching the festival footage but other than that and passing by him in the UA chat she didn’t have much to go on. He seemed to be very eager to display his own powers but the reactions from those around him left… something to be desired. She didn’t know if she should be expecting something super impressive if the two of them ever sparred or… something on the other end of the scale.
With all of them collected in the room she remained in her little hiding spot, standing on the rafters high up above the entrance door, the high ceiling of the training room making it hard for anyone walking in to spot her on instinct, but once Jack had some distance from the entrance door, Mia pulled down the mask she’d borrowed and got to work making an entrance.
A brief clingling of chains against one another and Mia dropped down from the rafters, her hefty weight impacting the ground below, shaking the floor the kids stood, or sat, upon. Before them wasn’t Redhorn in her usual attire, but something Yuuto might recognize from her time playing villain. A distorted ski mask with spikes embedded around the hole made for her horn, chains wrapped around her arms and a tattered tank top, with ill fitting, torn up cargo pants and worn out steel toed boots to complete the look. Following the chains, two hefty steel balls impacted the floor soon after she did, and Mia reared back as she just let out a guttural roar, fully intending to just catch the kids off guard.
“GGRRRRAAAAAGGGHHHH!”
She’d give it a sec, see how each of them reacted. Just cause she wasn’t allowed to host a combat class didn’t mean she couldn’t test their reactions when caught off guard… pluuuuuus either they’d shit themselves and react only on instinct, or they’d catch on this was a test of their showmanship in the face of a villain and put on one hell of a plastic display. She was kinda looking forward to either result if she was honest.~
At a rough guess… Jack and Kenji shit the bed. Yuuto tries his best. At a guess.~

fish outta water THE NEXT PERSON TO SHOW-UP was some eyepatch-wearing punk-looking dude. Which was… kinda cool, honestly. Kenji’s posture straightened slightly. This dude was decked-out in some historic-looking costume which was… even more badass. Maybe he could get armor for his hero kit…
The dude said absolutely nothing. Wow, rude… maybe that’s what other kids here were like. Cool looking but hella rude. Kenji dropped his gaze to his lap again.
The second dude that showed up had a shock of white hair and these really tacky sports goggles. But at least this one talked. He burst through the door with a lukewarm “Aloha!”
“A… aloha,” the redheaded teen echoed back, not entirely familiar with the salutation. He raised a hand, unspooling from his seated position.
His back was too Redhorn when she dropped, so her intended “catch the kids off-guard” hit its mark square. The reverberation in the ground made the kid flinch, and he whirled to face the source of the noise. His eyes actually first went to the ceiling, to see if a beam had collapsed. And then it settled on… uh… someone in a mask. Redhorn, if the… horn was anything to go by.
He remained crouched, ready to move—was this an exercise, like what Taka-sensei did? He didn’t want to stand idle, if it were. But Kenji hadn’t activated his quirk yet—he just stayed low, scowling ever so slightly.
He didn’t take kindly to being startled.

Jack coming in was something Yuuto was expecting since he saw his name on the list. He was chill with the dude despite a rough introduction they had at first. But after a few dozen incidents and antics that involved animals and food, it was an odd friendship to say the least. Of course he came in with his usual odd greetings as he chirped in.”Yo.”, was the only greeting he could offer back as he watched him come in. Albeit he came in with his new outfit he’d be hyping up and to be fair it is pretty nice to boot. But vocalizing it would make it obvious so he just offers a calm acknowledgement.
After everyone showed up he was prepared for what Redhorn had in store for them. He of course grinned as he realized the outfit she is wearing. The hairs on the back of his neck stood up as he remembered the lesson in which he won by just a hair. Being on the receiving end of the number one pro attacks is something few can brag about but he wore it with pride.
Then she roared and of course his hands clenched and a smile got wider as he felt the immense pressure from that. On instinct alone, he drew his blade and his quickly summoned Razor in his Buster state. He was of course ready to throw down on the first sign as the roar immediately put him in his fighting mood.
"Been a while since I heard that...and boy does it make a good impression"

Jack smiled brightly at the two other students as they returned the greeting. He looked Yuuto up and down as he walked towards the two, whistling a little in appreciation at his samurai-inspired hero suit. "...Not gonna lie...nice, dude. You're rocking that look!" he chirped, always the positive one when it came to group sessions like this. Plus, personally, it would have been an insult to NOT compliment his friend on his suit. After all, he was a major nerd when it came to this kind of stuff, it was only a matter of principle!
Jack then quickly turned his attention to Kenji, who was sitting on the ground as he awkwardly returned his greeting. He giggled a little at the response, scratching the back of his head. "It's the Hawaiian form of greeting. It means both 'hello' and 'good bye' depending on the usage. It's actually pretty interesting, no? Not that...I'm Hawaiian, but....it's fun to say, ehehe," he said, looking lightly embarrassed for a moment at the realization that he probably just came off as a doofus there. "It's nice to meet you more officially though, Kenj-"
Before he could finish what he was saying, Jack suddenly tensed as he heard the sound of chains clanging above them. It was faint, but was most certainly there. So...starting off with a bang, huh. Go figure, for the #1 hero...[/color] he thought, looking around for the source of the noise. Then, as Jack looked up, a massive figure suddenly landed on the ground with a massive BOOM, and roared at the three students menacingly, as if they meant to attack.
Yuuto and Kenji both acted rather shocked. Kenji flinched rather hard, facing the figure and looking rather annoyed by doing so. Yuuto, meanwhile, made a bit of an off comment about the first impression, and acting as if they were about to fight. Jack, meanwhile...had a bit of a different reaction, to say the least.
The sudden sounds of metal and Red Horn hitting the ground alone made Jack's ears hurt a little, and then the added on roaring just made his ears ring a little bit. Jack placed a hand on one of his ears, which, while it was lightly protected by the head-piece that held his goggles in place, still hurt a fair amount. However, instead of grimmacing, the dragon boy only really grinned from ear to ear. While he wasn't neccessarily shocked by her appearance...he was most certainly excited. And, frankly...one roar really had to be met with another, as the rule of anything between Kaijus and Monsters went.
A sudden, booming roar emitted from the small dragon boy, louder and deeper than anything of that volume had any right to be. The sheer force of it made the immediate area around them shake a little, and probably made Jack's ears hurt more than what Red Horn had just done. But...hey, the boy had his pride! A first impression like that had to be met with an equal or greater one, after all! Nonetheless, after he was done, Jack wiped his mouth, grinning widely with his sharp, draconic teeth. "Uh...I think in Dragon that means 'Nice to meet you, too'," he said, giggling lightly.

One kid staggered back, Yuuto making a sassy comment and- WOAH. Okay kid burst her eardrums why dontcha. Mia's villain facade immediately just shattered as she pulled back and toyed with the pointed edge of her ear, as if tugging at it to open up her earhole a bit more so anything OTHER than that fucking screech could get in. "JESUS kid the fuck..." She let out, having expected MAYBE a roar back but not a fucking screech like that, making sure she could hear again before she actually started a real conversation.
"Right right so... that went swimmingly..." She groaned as she eased the mask off her face. Her horn acted like a natural hook for the thing but that also meant she had to slide it off along the horn to get it off, tossing it to the side for now as she fixed her hair roughly with a slow drag of her hands. "Well, we got 'stumbled backwards'. 'Cheeky quip' and 'blow out everyone's eardrums." She scoffed a little and shook her head, sighing into her palm as she got a handle on the situation. "Jeeesus christ this is off to one hell of a start." She let out a sigh through her nose before folding her arms across her chest. "As you all readily guessed, or already know, I'm Red Horn, new teacher here. And Given I'm not allowed to host combat classes you kids get the honor of enduring one of the other dumb ideas I came up with, a class on showmanship. Afterall while we're doing our jobs we gotta be symbols and icons and all that crap right? And given I SOMEHOW managed to become the most popular hero, i thought teaching you guys how to get there someday might be something I can actually manage."
She offered a cheeky smile before looking over the three of them. "As for our starting surprise, I'm not exactly gonna mark anyone on that. Y'all were either caught off guard or... well honestly in Jak's case, Roaring back was a pretty fine instinct, though maybe work on easing it down from a screech to more a bellowing roar or something. You don't want the civilians nearby getting pissed that you gave 'em ringing in their ears right?~" It was a small complaint but hey it was a fair point, a heroic roar was one thing but Mia might not get that sound he made out of her ears anytime soon.

fish outta water KENJI WAS, OF COURSE, FAR MORE FRIGHTENED than his scowl let-on, and it became readily apparent around the edges—his face had paled, sweat was beading on the back of his neck, and he was looking around with a sort-of wide-eyed confusion. How would the other boys handle this? They were older, so they should know better. The guy in the bad-ass costume drew his sword, ready for a fight.
Whoa, a sword. Was that a real sword, or a prop? And the white-haired American—well, he roared, and that earned another wince from the diminutive redhead. Kenji clapped a hand to his ear.
“Shit, dude,” Kenji hissed at the white-haired American.
Like… the teacher’s surprise had been funny, in a jump-scare kind-of way. Besides, teachers were allowed to pull crap like that, they were teachers. But the white-haired American? The white-haired American’s move was just… a dick-move, if were being entirely honest. And what followed was terse feedback from the mysterious masked woman, who was in-fact revealed to be Redhorn.
Kenji rose from his sunken position. The fuck were people supposed to do when they were startled? Stand still and wait to get hit? The teen listened with flagrant skepticism. So this was Redhorn in the flesh, huh? Kenji had seen her fight with plenty of gusto from videos on the web… so he’d expected, at the very least, that she’d have more confidence in the extracurricular she wanted to teach. Instead it was “a dumb idea” and “crap”.
Kenji scratched his head and looked at the ground. A salesperson wouldn’t tell you a car was a piece of shit if they wanted to sell it to you, right—? So why was Redhorn selling herself short? He was uncharacteristically quiet as Redhorn spoke, having nothing to add or interject, lifting his gaze as the woman finished saying her piece.
“Thank you for the opportunity,” Kenji said simply, bowing at the waist. This was also uncharacteristic—and only because Mosa had drilled into him on the way there that he should remember his manners and thank Redhorn for teaching this extracurricular in her spare time.

As Yuuto took a ready stance, Jack decided to roar back and boy did it hurt. It was more akin to a fire alarm going off in the middle of the night. His immediate reaction was to show visible pain as the roar reverberated through the gym and in his ears. He didn't wince from the pain but boy did it hurt his ears.”Seriously Jack, of all things you choose to do, you use the one move that cant be blocked”, he covered one of his ears as the ringing didn't stop. But it came to close a few moments later as he turned his attention to Redhorn.
He paid attention as closely as he could as he was in a lesson involving one of his fave heroes. Making a slight chuckle at the list she gave of the reactions she saw. Then came introductions which he already knew due to a prior experience with her; however he doesn't know what exactly happened to cause her to not have any battle lessons. One may predict it involves that incident during the break but he has no evidence of that aside from a hunch. He kept his mouth shut nonetheless as she continued her lecture. Jabbing at Jacks screech a bit.
As the time of surprise passed, Yuuto sheathed his sword and kept it on his hip. He takes a moment to calm down and let the ringing in his ears stop. “Redhorn-sensei, what is the plan for today then?”, he raised his hand as he asked. The class description was something that wasnt very clear to him since he only saw the name of Redhorn and signed up like the fanboy he is. Were they being graded on reactions? what is the criteria he wondered but he cant ask much aside from 'watch her and find out'

Clearly, Jack needed to work on his roar a lot more. The dragon boy scratched the back of his head, chuckling in embarrassment as everyone, including Red Horn, seemed both startled and annoyed by the sudden screech he had emitted. "Ehehe...sorry. Didn't think it was gonna be that high of a pitch," he said sheepishly, though he did have a small iota of pride in the fact that he caught his hero off guard back. Though, he would probably have to work on it a lot more, and he made a small mental note to maybe practice it more after they were done here.
After everyone had gotten out of their stupor, Red Horn would take off her mask, Jack eyeing the rather shiny horn on her head that gave her her hero name. He didn't particularly like to admit it much, and, whether it be a weird ADHD thing or a dragon thing in general, he loved anything that was shiny. Whether it be jewels, metals, or anything in between. It was part of why he wore golden bracers usually; or, in this case, metallic armor pieces. It was a weird placebo type of thing, and a light glimmer of said armor was enough to quickly snap Jack back into reality before he stared for too long.
Red Horn would go on to give a light introduction of herself, and why they were here today. He knew that she was technically on probation, which was why she was even here, but he still appreciated the fact that she was willing to at least teach the young students in hopes that they would learn from her mistakes. In that regard, he hoped to learn a lot from the teacher; especially when it came to his own violent tendencies on the rare occassions that he loses control as well.
When she got to the part of how everyone reacted, turning to Jack's reaction specifically for obvious reasons, the dragon boy, while his face flushed a little, gave her a wide smile. He at least appreciated that his reaction was more on point; he just needed to work on the roar a bit more. "Sorry again, I'll make sure to work on it more, ehehe. Thank you for the opportunity!" he chirped, his tail wagging happily as he would then wait patiently to see what exactly the #1 hero had in store for them.

The red headed kid seemed a little formal, Jack was getting a bit fan-boyish in his excitement which.. eh, she didn't actually mind that so much, and Yuuto- Mia raised a hand quickly to make sure that crap was cut right from the start. Not that she blamed him for calling her it but- "How about we put a hold on the honorifics for the day eh? I mean I am your teacher and I know you've all been told since birth to respect your elders and such-" Well, Yuuto and Kenji had at least. "But I'm not so keen on 'em myself. Far as I'm concerned we're practically equals here. I just have a bit more experience and I'm willing to offer it down the line is all. While your in my class, you can just treat me like you would any of your class mates, so long as you don't go entirely overboard with that concept.~"
As they asked what was the plan for the day, Mia unwrapped the chains from her wrists that were part of the villain costume she'd had made for her, walking out into the open space in the middle of the room. "Well, like I said today's class is about showmanship. I know it might be a bit awkward, but effectively we're gonna be playing pretend today. I give you guys a scenario, maybe I play the villain to give you a bit more to work from, but thats generally the gist of today. I caught you off guard with the first one but that was part of the point. I wanted to see what your instincts were to being caught off guard. Wasn't the most fair example, but it does matter." She turned about to face the kids, folding her arms. "When your out in the field odds are you always got at least one camera on you whether you like it or not, be it a news outlet or some kid with their mobile, so if you fall backwards over yourself when a villain takes you off guard, suddenly that has the chance of going online and being associated with your work for the rest of your life. May not sound like much, in the grand scheme we're all in this to save lives afterall... buuut I've seen a few 'lesser' heroes give it up cause everytime they arrived on the scene some insulting meme was chanted out at 'em by the civilian crowd, so it dosn't hurt to make sure you're prepared to always present your best self, even instinctually, when you're not actually prepared."
That... made sense right? Yeah. Yeah sure it did. She was just trying to get across that your instincts should always be prepared to present yourself as a hero.
"So!" Clapping her hands together, she held a wide grin. "Lets start simple! Each of you give me your strongest introduction. And I ain't just talking your name and your quick." She raised a hand. "Picture this is your debut. You just graduated, and the world is waiting to see what new heroes are about to join the fray. There's a stage, cameras ready, your sent out to give out your hero name and tell the world what you can do. To give an example..."
Mia lowered her eyes, took a slow breath, and as she lifted it back up there was a fire in her gaze as she looked over the heads of her student for the day, slamming her closed fist back against her chest with a powerful grin. "Tokyo, Japan, the world... My name is RedHorn! Say hello to the muscle that's gonna make sure the villains you fear will be the ones unable to sleep from now on!"
She let out a little chuckle as the brief act faded, rubbing the back of her neck. "O' course thats just off the top of my head, so don't fret about getting it perfect, I just wanna see what your instincts are like on the matter." She'd look to the three kids she'd taken on for the lesson, shifting her stance and folding her arms again, waiting for each of them to take a turn at presenting themselves.

fish outta water AS REDHORN DIRECTED THE YOUTHS to drop the honorifics, the redhead’s face scrunched skeptically. That was the exact opposite of what Mosa had told him to do. And what the hell were they supposed to call her, then? Just “Redhorn”? Or was this a fist name basis thing, now? He sure as fuck didn’t call his classmates by their intended hero names. Could you imagine?
A smirk quirked at the corner of Kenji’s mouth, though—someone else who bucked the system, just like him. He could dig that. Kenji propped one hand up on his hip, listening as Redhorn discussed the importance of putting-on a good show. Having thick skin. Whatever. Made sense. If you were always in the public eye, it made sense to be showy and tough.
The monologue finally wove its way to their directions—give their strongest introductions, as if they were making their debut as a pro hero. The teen looked down at his outfit again—his P.E. uniform with compression sleeves concealing his arms. Again—new kid, no hero kit—everyone point and laugh at the first year. God, this would take an absolute stretch of the imagination.
And Kenji was… well, the logical first choice, so… he couldn’t really borrow ideas from his classmates going first. Kenji glanced around, eyeing the nearby surfaces. Think back… day one… introducing himself in homeroom… he had it!
Kenji took-off running for the nearest wall, leaping about a meter or two out. He gloved his hand and foot with sticky discs, adhering himself in-place on contact.
“I’d start somewhere weird, like a wall, in the shadows” Kenji explained, hollering a bit so that he could be heard, “Then, when it’s time to introduce myself-“
Kenji kicked-off of the wall, and when he landed, a pink, luminous disc radiated from his feet, casting a faint glow from beneath him.
“I am Slapdash!” Kenji insisted, trying to mimic Redhorn’s tone but falling a little short, “There’s… no place crime can hide… that… I can’t reach?”
His energy faded a bit before he reached the end of his intro. But… it… was what it was. The teen sauntered back towards the group with a vague, “Or something like that, eheh…”

Yuuto found it difficult to drop the honorifics funnily enough. It was the fact that he usually did it out of courtesy since he was throttled by his sister if he didnt. But that aside, he got his answer as the lesson today was all about showcasing one's quirk. From what he gathered and understood, it's mostly for the flair and to present one’s self in a certain manner. Something he is all for since he already does that now but he may need to retune his as he never did his introduction in front of a pro before. Thankfully the instructions were all weaved into the speech as he nodded along as he made sure he heard every word.
He gave his some thought as he recalled the lines in his head from what was said at the festival and what he usually introduces himself with as he made small adjustments and note s in his mind. Kenji on the other hand decided to go first as he jumped onto centerstage as he gave an explosive entrance….but fluttered out near the end due to stumbling over his words. He of course clapped out of courtesy since its rather hard to do things first in these sorts of things. It was appropriate that he goes next as he has a bit of reference to work off of at least as went through the script in his head a dozen times before getting ready. "Might as well go next...give me a few seconds"
Despite not being the anxious type, he of course took a deep breath as he walked back a bit. Feeling the beat and the power in his stance he ran and leaped to the center as he summoned Razor who punched the air a dozen times before taking a pose as Yuuto stood next to him in a ready pose.
“ The name is Sea Emperor!”, he opened up with a loud and determined voice as he struck his pose. “ I am the one who will devour the abyss with JAWS”, he followed as he got louder as ended with a flourish. “So best make my day, because I'm about to make your day into night”, finishing but not before his voice cracked for a moment.
After that he kept his pose for a few more seconds before he relaxed his pose as did Razor as he held in his critiques after everyone has gone up.
