It was an interesting start in April, to say the least. While initially, it had come as an off-handed comment during a conversation between the two women that took care of her, to think that she would finally see the inside of this place known as the 'hero academy' felt so foreign for Primula. Even more curious was the nature of her enrollment procedure. The theoretical exam was easy enough, being a curious and excitable child had its merits when she had been home-schooled by a teacher of said academy. Still, it was the practical exam that had made things complicated, as teachers whispered among one another, and the end result led to her enrollment into the second year's support course. Still, she had to admit she felt a bit awkward about being here, in front of the dormitory of the academy. Certainly, her attempts to talk in the chat had been very pleasant and positive so far, but there was one major problem: she had yet to get room to call her own at the dormitory! Of course, she could ask Hachi if she could stay with her, but considering the dorms was a good way to make new friends, perhaps it wouldn't hurt to give things a try? Still, the earlier conversation with Jack couldn't leave her mind. Jack was a dragon, sure it was the result of his quirk, but he was an actual, bonafide dragon! And he could even transform back into a human being! Although she was making sure that it was not yet curfew, it seemed the girl had quite an idea in mind, because she was wandering back and forth in front of the dormitory, thinking carefully. "Master, do you truly think this is a good idea?" The inquiry made by her loyal guardian made Primula pause for a moment, a hand raised to her cheek. Surely it was fine to show Jack right? It was just showing him a surprise! Maybe it would even make him happy! A childish smile emerging on her lips she quickly pulled out the phone Sonya had given her and started typing in the buttons. "Jack-kun, what room are you in at the dorms?" She waited for a bit to read his answer, and then happily typed once more. "Take a look outside your window~" With a few more presses she finished her message and pulled her phone back inside the pocket of her jacket and extending a hand in front of her, tried to visualize the image. A majestic blue-eyed white dragon, one that was straight from the type of fairytales she loved to read about! As if to answer her call, the air in front of her started to distort slowly but certainly as her imagination took shape, a fifteen meters large dragon crouched onto the ground, bumping its snout lightly against the teenager's window. "GROA-----"The dragon was about to roar loudly, but Primula who had climbed onto its back and was now seated at the junction that connected its shoulders to its neck quickly hushed it. "shhh! not so loud, it's evening~" "Groaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar"The dragon roared almost like a whisper while Primula grinned happily at the teenager. "Now you have a dragon friend at the academy~" And yet, it appeared Primula's attention would be drawn elsewhere soon afterwards, for footsteps drew her attention and the air beside the girl started to shift and distort, the large shield-wielding maiden sighing softly. "Master, shouldn't you seek one of the faculty and ask what room you'll sleep in, rather than playing around with the other students?"

There was work to do, but Misa was having trouble getting the job done in all honesty. She needed to make a choice on which room she'd be in at the start of the year! If she didn't pick, she was going to be stuck alone or they'll just assign her with a complete stranger. She sighed at the thought, not wanting to start off the year as a loser. She'd put her name forward for Vice President, but she was pretty sure she wouldn't win that. So she needed to do this at least, or run the risk of being a wallflower all year. That's why she found herself walking to the dormitories now. She was deep in thought, but something quickly snapped her out of it instantly.
"Is that... what is... a dragon?!" Tapping gently on the window was a huge dragon! On the back, two girls were riding it. She didn't mind them much, instead her eyes going wide as she stood about twenty feet away from a real live dragon! Her backpack slowly slid to the ground, completely forgotten. She looked around once. Then again. Was there nobody else around to see this? Really? This wasn't normal... was it? She supposed this was a hero school, so it probably... could be normal? It certainly didn't feel normal! Not to a freshman like herself! "That is definitely a dragon..."
Having shaken the strangeness off a bit, she ventured forward just a step, pulling her jacket back up on her shoulder and trying not to look so much in shock. It was hard, considering that she was, in fact, in shock. The two girls seemed to notice her approaching and her knees shook only a little from the intimidation. "A-ano, hey, uhm... should you really be doing that here? You don't think you might just... get in trouble or something?"
Great, she sounded like a total dork didn't she? Ugh, why did she even say anything? Then, like a cartoon that just got an idea she remembered that she dropped her backpack. She straightened, blushing a bit as she took a step back again and awkwardly picked it up and put it back on. She never took her eyes off the dragon though, as if she was afraid that it'd lunge at her if she let her guard down. In reality, if it wanted to do that there was probably nothing she'd be able to do to stop it anyway.
"Sorry! I'm not trying to be a buzzkill, I just... well, I'm new here and I guess seeing... a literal dragon might have shook me a bit. Is that your quirk? You must be an upperclassmen. It's a pleasure to meet you. My name is Misako. Misako Suzuki. You can just call me Misa though. Everyone does!"
Yeah, this was fine! Totally normal. Making conversation with a dragon rider outside the dorms. Misa just had to put off picking a room, didn't she? This is what she deserved. "Hey, ano, you wouldn't have any idea who I'm supposed to see for dorm assignments, would you? I'm a little lost here..."

In a world of pure imagination After an interesting stroll through the dormitories--collecting every available roomba that was powered on for the evening, locating the one that had been imagined into existence (with a chainsaw of all things) by a new student, and having the real ones ram into it until it disappeared from existence--Angelica was hoping to return to the infirmary to finish her work. A new year meant new responsibilities, and with her upperclassmen busy with their internships and apprenticeships and other duties, she was going to be sure that the infirmary was in excellent shape before it became necessary.
So far she had needed to heal one student--though it was through his own stupidity that he required healing in the first place--but she knew that, in due time, there would be many, many students in need of her candies.
At her heels her little customized roomba whirred along like a loyal pet. Its bright pink casing wasn’t too far from the color of her skin, and the little rubber antenna attached to its front was quite cute. She had questioned its creator as to why it had a purple shell on it when she was not, in fact, a snail, and his excuse had been that she just liked snails, so he wanted it to look like something she liked.
Well. She did like it.
She liked it quite a lot.
But that didn’t necessarily have to do with the shell.
It didn’t hurt though.
Before she had even cleared the walkway from the dorms to the main campus she heard something come from the boy’s side of the dorms. More accurately, it was coming from outside of the boy’s side of the dormitories. She frowned slightly and checked her phone to be sure there wasn’t an explanation already in the school’s chatroom. Nothing except a rather suspicious message from a new student. The same new student who had summoned a roomba. With a chainsaw.
...it would take five minutes to get back to the infirmary and pretend she was nowhere near this when it occurred. But on the other hand she had been hoping for a chance to see this Quirk create a “living” creature and not a “mechanical” one, and this may just be that chance.
Thus, Angelica went through the grassy field surrounding the dorms and came face to face with a dragon. Not face-to-face literally, as its snout was tapping against a window-frame of the dorm, but it was certainly right in front of her. Angelica blinked twice. Jack, too, was a dragon. Technically this was not something she hadn’t seen before. Still, one didn’t just get used to seeing enormous dragons waltzing around after only a few months. She raised her phone and took a quick picture of it, typed in a few quick words, and sent the picture to the recipient of the text message it was attached to.
[Look, Hino-chan. One of the new girls is using her Quirk. Do you think Jack will be jealous? ;D]

Perhaps it was because of the size of the dragon, or the cellphone conversation that Primula initially didn't notice the dragon, unlike the shield-bearer who noticed Misako's arrival fairly quickly and with a light hop descended from the dragon, down onto the grass beside the winged creature. "I apologize for the disturbance my master is causing currently, but she truly means no harm. She was merely trying to do a kind gesture for one of her peers, the dragon itself is relatively harmless."
The pink-haired lady spoke in a soft, albeit somewhat formal tone while she heard a loud huff from above. "PUUUH!" Primula exclaimed in a sound that clearly resembled a childish pout, sliding down the head of the dragon who had turned to the side, and amusingly face to face with Angelica as a result while Primula was pouting visibly. "Just because you're a Phantasm, she says you have no feelings..." The dragon winced sorrowfully, tears seemingly gathering in its eyes. "Yosh Yosh, no need to cry, she must had been in a sour mood, or maybe a meanypants? I'm not sure..."
Meanwhile Shielder smiled apologetically at Misako, making another light bow in return. "See? Quite harmless, unfortunately, my master is a bit too young and innocent to comprehend the responsibilities her power brings with it..."
Meanwhile, as Angelica had just used her phone, Primula mused softly. "Angelica-chan? Umm... You're not here to dissect him, right? I'd prefer to let him disappear peacefully." The girl whispered softly at the end, gently caressing her hand over the snout of the dragon.
Still, when Misako called out to her, Primula turned her gaze at the girl and nodded her head sheepishly. "Draco here was made by my quirk~ Just like Amaterasu~" The girl waved enthusiastically at the shield-wielding lass who smiled weakly. "Now that you're in safe hands, I shall retreat for the time being." And with those words she seemingly shimmered away into her surroundings. "It's nice to meet you Misa-chan~ my name is Primula, Primula Chernova, but you can call me Prim!"
Primula happy exclamation was followed by a light tilt of her head as she turned her gaze from Misako to Angelica and mused softly. "I'm not sure... This is actually my first day on the campus, but I don't know yet what room I was given, so I was thinking of seeking out a teacher, or call Serpy-nii or Hachi-mama!"
Seemed as good a solution as any to get answers! Although for now she still had a giant dragon to attend to, didn't she? Turning her gaze at the blue-eyed white dragon, Primula pondered for a bit on what to do. It would be mean to destroy it by force, and she wasn't entirely confident if she could just make it disappear, after all her quirk wasn't exactly something that she could turn on and off that easily! For now she gazed at the duo, waiting to see if they had any advice for them, while the dragon gazed at Angelica and Misako with a pseudo doe-eyes look that just screamed: Please don't kill me!

Things quickly seemed to go from strange to even stranger as the rider of the dragon turned to face Misa. One was nice, and very considerate. Misa appreciated that, even if she was mentally kicking herself for so obviously showing how terrified she was of the dragon. She was supposed to be a hero, after all! She couldn't be afraid of monsters, no matter how huge they were. She'd need to make sure that she got more experience as she trained in her classes. Objectively, cutting herself some slack when she hadn't even started any real training yet would make sense. It made her think of Elise, who was also a perfectionist. Maybe that was a good trait to have? So instead of staying with her scared look and shaking legs, Misa cleared her throat and stood straight and firm. "R-right. Yes, it does seem rather harmless. I appreciate you explaining that to me. I am a little curious about how summoning a dragon might cheer someone up. Do they love dragons or something?"
It was then that Misa noticed they weren't alone. There was another student with her phone out. Was she taking a picture of the beast? How could she stay so casual!? It really did reflect how far Misa still had to go as a hero, then, if another student could so casually brush off the presence of a mythical beast like this. "Uh, so, your quirk must be some kind of illusion summoning thing? He does look very convincing. You have a really cool quirk, Prim. Uhm... do you have any ideas on how to make him disappear more... peacefully?"
It was difficult to try to give someone advice on how to work their own quirk when she'd never seen it in action before. It was a weird question to even approach, but really it didn't seem like Prim was that worried about it. No, in fact, she went on and explained that she also needed to get a room still. If it weren't for the silly predicament that they were in, Misa would think that it was serendipitous good luck that they ran into each other right here and now... but with the circumstances, it seemed like calling it good luck wouldn't really fit.
"Right... well, we can find the teacher or uhm... Serpy-nii or Hachi-mama? I think we should probably find a way to make the dragon go away first. You're starting to draw some attention. I want to help... I just have no idea how...."
Misa would look at the girl who was taking pictures in the distance, eyes a little pleading as she stared. "Maybe you might have some ideas? You seem like you're more educated on how quirks and stuff work... if you aren't too busy? It does seem like it'd be terribly sad to just destroy it as it is now. I don't even think I could do that if I wanted to, honestly..."
Not to mention she had a soft spot for puppy dog eyes. That dragon had the saddest look the girl had ever seen and the idea of making it worse tore at Misa's kind heart.

Jack has faced many things in his 17, almost 18 years of life. He has faced countless cases of prejudice and bullying, some of which are downright despicable. He's sparred against some of the strongest at U.A., and even had a face off with his own long lost sister. He had even braved the intense and life-threatening experience that is a date, with one of the most headstrong people at U.A. In his short life, Jack had experienced so much, and has grown and matured into someone who was at the least responsible, if not downright goofy most of the time.
However...none of this could prepare him for suddenly facing a dragon at his window.
Jack had been laying on his bed, messing around lightly in the chat. His body ached lightly, and he of course had a sucker that Angie had made in his mouth. Of course, to be expected after a rather intense day of training with Yuuto's aunt and uncle. He was quickly healing, but he was taking it easy before he headed back over to Meara's room for the night. The moment her name even crossed his mind, he had a bit of a goofy grin suddenly, a light giggle emitting from him.
Nonetheless, he then returned his focus to the chat, where he was being introduced to one of the newest students, Primula. She seemed like a sweet kid, so far. She seemed interested in Jack's Quirk, which honestly surprised him. He was more used to the normal 'oh, that's cool!' comments, but she seemed more interested than most. He brushed it off, though, as she seemed to be more into fairy tale things anyway. After a brief discussion as to what he was, because dragons didn't normally exist but he was one of the closest things to it, Primula then mentioned to Jack to look out of his window.
Jack cocked his head in confusion, and promptly glanced out his window. What he saw suddenly made his eyes bulge, his heart racing out of his chest. He quickly began hyperventating as the sight of a white dragon outside of his window suddenly filled Jack with both anger and fear. "DIANE???" he snapped, sudddenly shooting out of his bed, dropping his phone to the ground and immediately charging an attack from his mouth. How was she here?! WHY was she here?! Was she here to fight him?! What was going on?!
However, before he was about to fire his attack, his eyes suddenly drifted back to the still open chat on his phone. The attack he had been charging had quickly dissipated, his body untensing as he realized the dragon was, of course, Primula's doing. He shooked his head, suddenly growling in annoyance. "Dammit, kid...!" he snarled, quickly picking up his phone and trying to explain to Primula why that wasn't ok.
...But then he made the mistake of calling her 'hun'. Meara quickly picked up on that, and had gotten jealous because of it. Jack rubbed his face, his hands suddenly becoming claws with soft toe-beans. "Good grief..." he muttered, quickly rushing out of his room and going to comfort his jealous lover. After a light argument and apology via ice cream and kissing, all had finally seemed well. Deciding to go and pick up his portable game system before he would go back to lay down with Meara, Jack would take another glance back at the chat to see the updates.
...And of course it had gone to shit while he was gone. "...I'm going to punt Airi one of these days, I swear to god..." he grumbled, getting quickly tired of her annoying attitude in the chat. Now both Primula and, apparently, the still around dragon were both rather upset because of his upper-classman. He took a deep breath, steam blowing out of his nose, his tail swaying from side to side in anxiety. He pursed his lips, deciding to go out there and comfort his kouhai.
He promptly headed out, wearing a sleeveless red shirt and blue pajama pants, his scales glimmering lightly in the growing moonlight. As he approached, he quickly made note of Angie herself, which honestly made sense, and another new First Year. And, of course, was the mighty white dragon, and a girl on top of it, who Jack presumed to be Primula. "Good grief...y'all definitely know how to throw a party over a dragon," he said cheerfully, a bit too tired to worry about any shyness he would normally have. He flashed a warm smile towards them all, his sharp, draconic teeth glimmering, and nodding to Angie kindly.
"Hey, Angie. Havin' fun with the studying?" he asked jokingly, before turning his attention to Primula and the other new girl. "Howdy! I'm Jack, it's nice to meet ya." As he greeted them, he would approach the dragon a bit warily, but with an interest in his eyes. "...You made this, Primula? I know you made a Doomba earlier, but jeez..." he asked, putting his hand on the dragon's snout, stroking it rather lovingly. He smiled lightly, a light puff of steam blowing from his nose. "Can't say I'm used to other dragons yet...so please forgive me for freaking out earlier."

Leon was restless.
He was laying in bed, fiddling with his phone, trying to join the UA Students Group Chat. Phones had never been good to him, however. The touch pads weren't designed with claws and talons in mind. He had largely unpacked and tidied up his living space, but even so, he couldn't rest. It was always like that in new places for him, at least for the first few weeks. He never seemed to be able to fall asleep, like he didn't quite feel safe and secure there yet, and his idle mind would run wild with crazy ideas depicting a gruesome demise. Of course, it also didn't help that his wings ached terribly. It had been several weeks since the last time he went for a really good flight and stretched them out. Like any muscle, he needed to work them out if he wanted them to be useful. Plus, he was still growing, and his wings were too. A spasm in his upper wing-joint settled the deal. It was time to go for a flight.
"Tch tch tch, damn charlie horse...," he grumbled as he stretched out the spasming muscle. Evidently he needed more potassium. Leon grabbed his keys, student ID, and phone, and stuffed them into the pockets of his comfy grey sweat pants, tossing his shirt aside. It was easier to fly shirtless, the clothes didn't get in the way. He also snagged a banana from a fruit bowl on his desk and started wolfing it down as he opened up the sliding-glass door that led to his small second floor balcony. At least I'll get to see what all that commotion is about now, he thought as he stepped out onto the balcony, hopping up onto the railing and spreading his wings to take flight.
What Leon saw caused him to freeze in shock, dropping his half-eaten banana to the grass below. There was a giant blue and white dragon outside his window. The thought didn't fully register, so his brain tried again.
There is a giant blue and white dragon outside my window. This time it clicked, and the gears started turning in his brain again. There were people riding the dragon--two people in fact--and they looked young...like students? Maybe they weren't here to attack the dorms. He hadn't heard any wingbeats or felt the giant thing land...so how did it even get here?! He saw someone down below moving toward them, but he couldn't hear what they were saying. He needed answers. He needed to know what was going on here.
"Hey...hey...HEY!," he shouted to the group below, his voice gaining volume, "What's the deal with the giant blue dragon? It is friendly...right?," he shouted, tensing his legs. It occurred to him that his reply might come in the form of an attack from the dragon or one of its riders, in which case he would need to move very, very quickly to avoid it. He distinctly hoped it was friendly.

In a world of pure imagination “I said before that I would not dissect a living thing. And although he stretches the definition of ‘living’, your hologram, was it?--still appears alive enough for me to not start cutting him open. So rejoice.” Angelica responded to Primula without so much as looking up from her screen, scrolling through the channel as things fell to pieces, as anticipated. Miscommunication and mistakes and all sorts of relationship failures were hilarious to watch from a distance. It was fun when nobody seemed to learn what a “private message” was, or what subtlety was. And these students were her elders? Tomorrow’s heroes, today?
Japan is doomed.
She finally raised her steely blue eyes from her phone at the sound of an unfamiliar voice asking her for help. Did she look busy to her? “Ah, yes, the sort of busy that comes with taking pictures with a cell phone and texting. Truly I am too preoccupied for this nonsense.” Angelica sighed, held her phone to her side, and the purple shell atop her customized roomba lifted for a small mechanical arm to rise up and take it from her hand before lowering back down, and the shell closed over the phone, protecting it from whatever stupidity was about to unfold next. “Allow me be brief: from what I know about her Quirk the only manner of which to remove her holograms in a timely fashion is to ‘kill’ them. Or hit them with enough force that they vanish from existence. That is how I took care of the fake robot that she created.”
“If you are that concerned, I can find an instrument sharp enough to handle it quickly. But as you said you do not think you are capable of such a thing, nor do I particularly care. So I would rather not bother with it. The only reason we should be worried about such a beast and its continued existence is that, undoubtedly, Primula-san will get into trouble should it be seen for using her Quirk without permission.”
Angelica gave a wry, unimpressed look at Jack as he entered from the front of the dorm, rather than from his window which seemed like the fastest way into this mess. Maybe he had some sense after all. “Good evening.” She returned his greeting, then brought her attention back to the elephant in the room. Dragon in the room. Larger dragon in the room. Large dragon on the lawn of the dormitories.
Whatever this was.
“I do not suppose--” She was interrupted again by another voice, but rather than listening to the strange little wolfling that was approaching them, she continued to speak. “--that you can just will it out of existence, Primula-san? Preferably before I need to call the groundskeeper to handle this?”

Primula tilted her head lightly to the side in confusion at Misako's question, to her it had sound like a logical matter: to make friends with a person who could transform into a dragon, you would give them a dragon as a friend! However, it seemed that this reasoning had not been that logical in the end, so Primula decided to try to clarify things a little. "Mhmm, I thought because he could turn into a dragon, he would have had fun meeting a dragon to befriend."
However, in response to the girl's inquiry about her quirk Primula shook her head lightly in return. "Kinda, and kinda not. I can give my imagination a solid form, the doctors call those things 'Phantasms', because they are closer to solid illusions rather than the real deal." Still, the question about whether she had any idea about how to make it disappear peacefully left Primula somewhat restless as she shook her head slightly in response. "I'm not certain, usually they disappear after a while, I haven't exactly tried to make a Phantasm disappear before."
However, it appeared that before finding the teacher, they would have to figure out a way to make the dragon go away first, quite a difficult objective all things considered! "Mhmm! Serpy-nii is the homeroom teacher of the class I'm in, and Hachi-mama also teaches at this school!"
In the end it appeared that Misako had decided to turn to Angelica in the hope the pink lass had a solution in mind. "Seems more like a farewell party..." Primula muttered sorrowfully at Jack's jest, watching as the dragonic teenager exchanged greetings with Angelica and then proceeded to approach the dragon, who gazed intensely at Jack and when its snout was caressed gently, made a soft happy sound that almost reminded one of a cat's purring. "You never met another dragon before?" Primula inquired, a hint of curiosity in her voice as the gloom from before started to slowly fade already. "Dragon... was a friend for Jack-kun" Primula whispered softly as she looked at the new arrival. "Mhmm, Dragon is friendly, won't attack unless I tell it to."
Still, Angelica's repsonse was heartening to hear. "Nu-uh, it's not a Hologram but a phantasm~" Still, as Angelica explained about how to deal with the Phantasms, Primula couldn't help but whince lightly. Killing the dragon sounded so mean, and the same could be said of hitting the poor creature! Still, when the mentioning of her getting into trouble about Quirk usage without permission, the child tilted her head slightly to the side in confusion. "I can't use my Power?" It appeared someone had forgotten to give the girl that memo, or perhaps she had forgotten...
When Angelica commented about the idea of willing it out of existence, Primula raised a hand to her cheek and started to ponder. If it was just a matter of making the dragon disappear, then perhaps she wouldn't need to kill it! As if connecting the dots slowly but certainly, Primula clapped her hands together excitedly. "I got it! A way for Draco to disappear, without it hurting or being inconvenient for others..."
She lowered her hand to her pocket and seemingly withdrew her phone, although what would appear next would likely seem just as outlandish as what had happened moments ago. "Draco, can you get into my phone please?" The dragon turned toward her, contemplating the request when all of a sudden it bumped its snout against her phone and seemed to start turning into tiny crystalized fragments that were circling around the girl's phone, steadily reducing in quantity till at long last the only thing left was the dragon's face peeking from the screen like a makeshift Tamagotchi!
"Would this work?" Of course it was still just a simple phantasm, but at least like this it wouldn't startle or terrify anymore students! And judging from the sheepish smile on her lips Primula seemed fairly proud of the solution she had just thought of! Perhaps not an ideal one, but at the very least the dragon was now gone.

Misa probably shouldn't have been surprised when people started coming out en mass to see the dragon. Even if it was a school for heroes and quirk training, a huge mythical creature appearing out of thin air would still turn heads of the students around campus. Jack seemed nice, with a friendly smile that made her sheepishly return one of her own. Before she got a chance to reply, though, another person arrived and she looked over to him. A strange looking fellow with a tail that looked draconic in it's own right... granted not as huge as the real dragon that was in front of all of them, obviously. The boy seemed nice though, asking the same question that she had thought when she first saw the beast. Misa took a step back, feeling more than a little shy now. "H-hi, Jack. I'm Misa. A first year."
The girl that Misa had pleaded with had a scathing and sarcastic response that only made Misa feel even more silly for showing up here. Her eyes went down as if the grass had suddenly become extremely interesting as Angie proposed their options on how to deal with the issue. She only nodded rather meekly at the proposals. A sharp object to make the phantasm disappear? Even though it looked so sad? Angie was right in pointing out that they didn't want to just destroy the creature. Even Misa, who had no connection to the quirk, felt like destroying it without mercy would be too cruel. She mumbled out her next sentence, probably too quiet for any of them to even hear her. "Y-yeah... I guess it was silly to ask..."
Luckily, despite Misa being as useful as a cat on ice, Prim came up with an idea that was much better than just killing the poor beast. As she got her phone out and held it up, Misa looked up to watch what was happening. She was dubious that something so convenient could just happen like that, but really the quirk was able to summon a true dragon that was so realistic. It must be capable of other crazy things, right? Misa had never really thought that her own quirk was the best or worst, she'd had it pegged as somewhere in the middle. More average than anything else. Prim and her quirk, though? That was definitely a top tier one, right? It made Misa curious about the rest of the people around here, wondering how strong and amazing their quirks were. Not that she'd ask, no, she'd drawn enough attention to herself earlier and embarrassed herself more than she would have liked. So instead she just shifted awkwardly, trying to read the people around the room.
Jack seemed nice enough, but Misa got the sense that he was uneasy about something. The dragon, likely, but if Prim said that he could turn into a dragon why would he be so uneasy about a dragon being here? She wasn't going to pry, but maybe one day she would ask him. Then there was the girl, she seemed rude but... it didn't feel like she wanted to be. Maybe she was just not very socially aware? Prim was playful and nice, but maybe a bit childish, Misa thought. Especially if she thought nothing of using her quirk so haphazardly. The last was the dragon tailed man. He was tense, ready for a fight but not quick to attack. He came off as practical and level headed to Misa, maybe some day Misa should talk to him and get advice on how to... be controlled like that. It was a good feature to have!

Jack smiled warmly as the dragon purred as he pet it's snout. This was probably the first time he's seen an actual dragon, when he thought about it. Sure, obviously his sister and Nakiya could transform, but hadn't seen them do so yet. This was probably the closest he's ever seen to one of his own kind. Sure, it scared him a lot for a moment, but...Jack couldn't help but feel happy as he pet it. He supposed it feeled him with a sense of awe. He purred lightly himself, though since it was mixed with the other dragon's, he didn't know how noticeable it would be.
Jack snapped out of his thoughts as Primula commented on his apology, asking him if he had never met another dragon before. "Like this? No. I've met other people like me before...but one encounter was much worse than the other one. I thought the bad one had come, hence why I freaked out," he explained. He shook his head lightly, not wanting to think about his sister much. It had been almost a year now since their encounter, yet it still shook him to his core.
And, of course, speaking of other dragons... Suddenly, there was a voice that appeared from the sky. Jack's ear twitched, looking up at the source of his voice. And, of course...he felt his blood suddenly run cold. Large, bat-like wings, long serpentine tail...he could even see the scales claws and horns from the ground. A dragon Quirker. Fuuuuuuun. A low growl emitted from Jack's chest, black plasma coursing around his body like lightning.
However...he could tell by the tone of his voice that he didn't pose much of a threat yet. He took a deep breath, exhaling a big puff of steam from his mouth. "The dragon is fine! It's not hostile! Now get out of the sky before a teacher notices and you get in trouble!" he called, sounding lightly annoyed, though unintentionally. He was probably going ot be a bit grumpy around him for a moment...but as he said, he had his reasons.
As the dragon kid would land, Jack would return his attention to the immediate problem. Apparently, Primula had a solution in mind. Using her Quirk, she had somehow managed to transfer 'Draco' into her phone. An easy enough fix, he supposed....he then partially wondered if he would be able to see him again. He decided to put a pin in that, and maybe pull Primula aside later to ask her about it. He did feel bad, yes...but it also never hurt to have a dragon friend. Especially if there was no risk of it trying to claw his face off.
With that situation solved, Jack would turn to the other dragon in the...field. His bright, purple eyes seemed to study the dragon kid warily. If Draco was enough to scare the crap out of Jack...this new kid was probably enough to give Jack a panic attack if he had not already been on edge. He approached him slowly, his tail swaying from side to side in anxiety. As he stood face to face with him, Jack would have a bit of an uneasy look in his eyes. A light silence would probably fall between them, however...
Jack would suddenly smirk lightly, extending his hand to the other dragon. "Sorry, friend. A bit on edge still. It's nice to meet you though. I'm Jack." he said, smiling widely with his sharp teeth at him. How the other dragon would react, though, remained to be seen.

Hearing that the dragon was friendly relieved Leon, as much as one can be relieved when faced with a multi-story blue-white dragon outside one's window. Still, friendly was good, though the person on its back made sure to mention that they could tell it to attack. Not threateningly, just something worth remembering. Another boy confirmed that the dragon was not hostile, and told him to get out of the sky before he got in trouble. Leon was just about to report when he finally got a good look at the boy and the words caught in his throat.
No way..., was all he could think as he hopped off the ledge where he was perched, flapping his wings a few times to land gently on the grass. By now the large dragon had disappeared--evidently into someone's phone or something--but Leon was far more interested in the boy in front of him. Wings...tail...scales...fur? Is he...like me?, Leon questioned internally, swallowing hard. Leon approached his doppelganger, a look of surprise plain on his face. They weren't exactly the same. This guy looked more...human...in places, but they were easily close enough in appearance to be mistaken for relatives.
Leon lowered his wings, holding them close to his body--an instinctive defensive response--as his tail flicked back and forth curiously in his wake. He walked over to the other boy, taking his hand and shaking it. It was kind of surreal--he had never expected to meet anyone like himself. "No sweat...I didn't realize we weren't allowed to fly on campus. I'm Leon, but my friends call me Drake. Good to meet you Jack," he said, the whole situation surreal to him. "Sorry, I just never expected to meet someone else, well, like me. Or close, anyway," Drake said. Close as they were, there were some key differences between the two. Jack had many more human features than Leon, including his face. Leon's features were partially hidden beneath his scales, though he was clearly curious about this other dragon boy.

In a world of pure imagination Phantasm. Right. The things she created were illusions, one way or another, so did it really matter what word she used? If a doctor called them phantasm, then she would call them a Phantasm, but she did not like it. It felt too fanciful.
“No, you are not. Only when expressly given permission by a teacher can we use our Quirks. That is clearly stated in the student handbook. If you have not read that and memorized what is and is not allowed on campus I recommend doing so before a teacher sees you doing something like this again.” Angelica would, of course, be informing her teacher about this incident because it was a violation of the rules, and she wasn't going to be the one to keep something hush-hush only to be ratted out by another student or, worse, caught in a lie by a teacher themselves. The way she spoke about their teacher, though, made Angelica sure that the worst Primula would get was a slap on the wrist. If she was being raised by Tsutsuji Hachi, a teacher, and Sonya Chernova, CEO of one of U.A's greatest sponsors and a powerhouse of the technical world in itself, then she had numerous walls between herself and rules.
It was unfair. But that was how life was.
Primula's solution had Angelica walking over, looking over her shoulder apathetically even as she was shown the screen of the phone and the little dragon now "inside" of it. "That should be fine for now. You will likely need to dispel him properly before you go to class with him in your pocket. Is he being projected onto the screen? Or have you somehow fabricated him into a program on the phone itself?"
More first years--well, one, but whatever--were arriving and breaking the rules in turn. Angelica listened to his name and took note of it. Drake. How appropriate. Why did none of these students know not to use their Quirks in public? Did they just set the handbook aside and forget about it, or were they actually illiterate? Angelica sighed and glanced between Drake and Jack, then, pointedly ignoring either of them, returned her attention to Primula. "Just because you are the child of a teacher and a sponsor does not give you leeway with your abilities. Humorous as it was, I am still going to report it to Orlov-sensei tomorrow morning. If you want to avoid getting into more trouble I suggest doing so with me."
It wasn't a question.

Primula couldn't help but blink in bewilderment at Angelica's words. Not only was her Quirk not exactly the type that could be turned on and off like a switch, but it also appeared that she was not allowed to use her Quirk at all without specific permission. "But it's not like I can just turn it on and off like a toy... but I'll refrain from using my Quirk again without permission." Not that she was entirely fond of such a rule, it just felt odd for it to be a regulation when all she did was try to help Jack by giving him a friend to play with! Was Angelica perhaps grumpy because she felt lonely? Did she need a friend also? Best not to ask her, she looked like she would explode like a phantasm if she asked that...
Primula shook her head lightly at Angelica's statement, explaining in a soft tone. "I imagined that there was a world inside my phone, and then brought the dragon there, but he says it's small over there so he will go to sleep soon." And as if her words went right on cue, the image of the dragon started to turn into tiny crystallized fragments. Nonetheless, it appeared that Angelica was not exactly done yet, declaring she was going to report it to Orlov-sensei tomorrow morning and that she would have to do so with her if she wished to avoid further problems. "Okay... But why wait till tomorrow morning? I have to talk to Serpy-nii anyway, so we can go to him together! He will be happy I made a new friend, even if she is being a bit grumpy..." Primula whispered the last part on a softer tone as she pulled out her phone and absurdly started to press an icon on the speed dial icon, waiting for the line to go over upon which she exclaimed happily. "Serpy-nii! I'm at the dorms! But they forgot to give me a room, do you know what room I should be in, or will I have to go home to Hachi-mama? Sonya-mama is kinda far from the school and she would be worried if I stayed outside that late..."
However, recalling part of why she had been calling him she resumed to speak again. "Also Angie-chan wants to talk to you, it's important, I wanted to make a friend for Jack, but seems that's not allowed so, she told me that we had to go and tell you about it..."
Reaching with the phone for Angelica, it seemed the girl was expecting Angelica to take over the phone. Meanwhile, while the lass was still occupied with the conversation that was going on through the phone, Primula did notice the new arrival and wondered inwardly if the dragon-like newcomer was related to Jack somehow, then again they didn't seem to know each other, so it was unlikely that was the case. Still, she couldn't help but feel a bit unpleased about the whole rule, why wasn't she allowed to use her quirk when all she wanted to do was make Jack happy? Wasn't helping people and making them happy part of what a hero was supposed to do?

With the dragon gone the group seemed to calm down for the most part. The one girl was very grumpy, still, but Misa was getting the impression that she was grumpy most of the time so this was normal. It was definitely not ideal, and put Misa on edge even more than she normally would be in a group this big. People seemed to naturally split up a bit, though. The dragon students stepped aside to introduce themselves to each other, which was nice to see. People with quirks that made them stand out like that were at a high risk to become villains, it seemed. They lived in a world that came across as very judgemental a lot.
Angie, the one who was intimidating, was going on about how she needed to report Prim to the staff for using her quirk. It seemed a bit harsh, since the girl clearly was unaware of the rules and she already fixed the problem as best as she could, but Misa wasn't going to take the risk and stand up for the new student. No, that would risk getting more unwanted attention here, so she just awkwardly shuffled about and shifted her weight from foot to foot. Yes, she would again fall back to her reserved observing of the people around her.
That was until she heard Prim talking on the phone to the teacher that she was seemingly close to. Prim was here to figure out her own dorm assignments too? Perfect! Misa was here for the same exact thing and had no idea where to start. She stepped closer to the girl, smiling a bit shy and avoiding looking at Angie at all costs. She did not want that kind of attention at the moment. She waited for Prim to finish her conversation before adding her own bit. "H-hey, uhm, if you do find out how we're supposed to get our dorm assignments, would you maybe be able to help me too? I'm... a bit lost on it myself, heh."
Misa was not really sure what she would be doing if she didn't get her assignment today. She had left her key to her house with her mom, who had dropped her off and was probably home by now. It would be a little rude to call her and ask to be picked up again, right? Hm. Maybe she could stay over with Lyse and Elise again? That would be fun, but really she'd rather get settled in at her new dorm room today. Get it over with, and maybe she could even start designing how she would decorate it. Would she have a room mate? That would be interesting.
"Er, well, that is if you're okay with it. I don't want to uhm, interrupt your meeting with the teacher or anything. I'll try not to set anything off track..." Misa said, looking at Angie hesitantly. She was expecting to be at least a little berated for a stupid question here, considering how their first interaction went.
