Jack frowned slightly as the woman laughed, despite tears flowing on her face. She was clearly terrified and delusional; Jack's form probably didn't help too much in that matter. She remarked that of course she would encounter a dragon, and one that talked, at that. The dragon's tail flicked left and right at that, Jack not really knowing how to respond to that. "Uh...crazier times we live in, I guess?" he replied, humoring her just a little, in a small attempt to help her calm down.
He would continue to talk her down as he approached, the woman still unsure as to whether Jack was a friend or a foe. Nonetheless, Jack didn't falter, his mind solely set on rescuing the woman and getting her out of here. When he requested that he help her, the woman remarked that she was still on the plane, and that this was all a dream. How else could you explain dragons, after all? The dragon said nothing, not really knowing how to reply to the comment at all. Sure, he was one of the few of his kind, but still, it couldn't be THAT unrealistic, could it? It was stranger times they lived in, indeed.
Nonetheless, that thought seemed to be what let the woman climb onto Jack's back, the dragon making sure to keep her warm as he made his way out of the forest. As he made his way to the boulder, he would note that the woman went slack on his back, the dragon assuming that she had passed out. It made him extremely worried, and he doubled his efforts to get her back to the rendevous point. Once he had arrived, he used his tail to prop the woman upright against the boulder, another survivor rushing towards them.
The man made the obvious statement that something was very wrong with the woman, making Jack's face flush just a little as he tried to think of what to do. The man asked him if he could breathe fire, to which Jack would eye him a little as he thought of how to answer. "...Kinda sorta? I-it's more plasma energy than anything, b-but I can make a fire!" he replied, being quick to rush off and break quite a few branches to use as fuel, rushing back with a bundle in his mouth and dropping them, making a neat pile of them before shooting a small bit of energy from his mouth, letting the fire build up on it's own.
He hesitated for a moment, before reverting to his more boyish form. He ran a hand through his hair, feeling a bit light-headed, but stayed upright nonetheless. "O-ok, maybe should focus on her wounds..." he murmured to himself, digging through his bag that he had left by the boulder, looking for the first-aid kit. He pulled it out, gulping a little as he had no idea how to perform first-aid on this level. He would kneel by the woman, trying to take a look at the wound that seemed to be on her head, thus causing her delusions to begin with.
"I-I don't know what to do...d-do I clean the wound first...?" he thought aloud, anxiety filling the boy faster than a river flow. Ow, ok, bad memory from earlier. Jack still felt the chills from the water he had to trudge through. He bit his lip, deciding it was best just to stop the bloodflow for now, and was quick to put a gauze on the wound itself, before wrapping a bandage around her head to keep it steady. "O-ok...t-that should do for now..." he murmured. He would look at the man, quickly putting back on the determined mask he had on earlier. "Will you be alright on your own for now? There are probably more people missing and I can't just leave them be," he would ask, either leaving the two alone or staying with them based on his answer. His heart pounded heavily in his chest, but he tried his best to keep a clear head. Nonetheless, should he be allowed to leave, he would be quick to rush of and transform back into his draconic form as he searched for more survivors. Oh...why did he have a bad feeling about all of this...?

Isaac whipped his head around hearing his teacher. He moved the man slightly so they would move in that direction even though it didn’t make a whole lot of difference considering how delicately Isaac was trying to move the wounded man. ”Yeah no problem! Be there in a sec!” he called out with a slight smile to his face and his tone sounding that bit more relieved. Thank god he was close by. Good thing Jack didn’t intervene too! Although that didn’t bode too well for ISaac either. He clearly had his hands full then....
After Tobias got to the clearing he’d see his blue haired student trying to prop the man up with his shoulder while simultaneously trying to keep him warm hoping he wasn’t being too rough with his injuries. Despite his efforts his hold seemed to put the man in some discomfort but he kept quiet for some reason. Probably to spare the boy’s feelings since he was a sorry sight to behold and he was just trying to help after all. Isaac couldn’t know all this, so he just assumed the man was fine and he was doing an alright job which did give him a bit of a confidence boost. Well as fine as a man who was bleeding steadily from his mouth could be in this sort of situation.
Tobias meet the two in the clearing shortly after seeing their figures from his fogged glasses. Giving Isaac a reassuring pat on the back, he spoke to the man. All the questions he asked were so basic and simple. They were to the point and the man just had to nod or shake his head. Isaac was silently kicking himself for not thinking of such simple questions to ask. His eyes remained fixed to the ground as he continued to hold the man up, a hard gaze and a clenched fist were the only things keeping him from making a more eccentric move to alleviate his frustration while he asked himself “Why didn’t I think of that?”
Isaac looked up after Tobias spoke again, taking a second to process what he just said since he wasn’t paying all that close attention ”Oh uh…” he thought for a moment at the question proposed to him. ”Well if he needs protecting from the elements I think you should bring him. I’m not really doing him any favours in keeping warm.” he said with a slight smile as he gently let go of the delicate hold he had on the man. Maybe if he still had his jacket that was still wrapped around the kid that Tobias was carrying things would be a little different but right now Isaac had barely any body heat to spare. All he had in terms of layers was a shirt with the sleeves rolled up so he could use his quirk! Even his trousers were rolled up a tad for the same reason, all of which would be useful in case of an emergency but kind of counterproductive in keeping himself warm. He was hoping all the running looking for survivors would keep him warm but needing to slow down for the man halted that and the chill was catching up with him.
He then shifted his gaze to the first boy they found who was still on Murakami Sensei. ”If you want, I can stay with Shigeo-Kun or bring him with me. We can meet back here then?” he then asked thinking the child may not be too impressed that he was keeping the Informant away from the search for his mother. Better to ask just in case. Regardless of whether the kid did come with him, Isaac would want Tobias to bring the man to the bus. Even if it was a naive thought right now Isaac thought he had seen the worst of the casualties and he had a better idea of what to do when he saw one. Once the plan was set he’d go off and call for survivors just like before, making sure he was both listening and looking for replies.

SITUATION NORMAL OF ALL THE WORDS THAT COULD DESCRIBE TOBIAS, The survivor had watched quietly as Jack tended to the wounds of the delirious woman, offering small platitudes here-and-there. Their knowledge of first aid was even more liminal than the boy's, but the draconic youth was clearly doing their best. Soon he was off again, asking if the man with the broken arm could tend to the faint woman.
"C-certainly," he assured the boy, keeping his wounded arm close to his chest. At least now, with the fire burning, they could try and combat the gathering cold, "Go find the others."
As Jack would charge back into the wreckage, he would notice that more people were starting to appear. People appearing in the trees, eyes wide and uncertain, appraising the dragon with a variety of expressions-- some shocked, some delighted, some frightened-- all in varying degrees of injured and uninjured, clearly shaken by the predicament they were in.
"Shigeo!!" a woman screamed, her voice raw, "Shigeo!! Has anyone seen my son?! Please! Shigeo!!"
Other passengers looked at her owlishly, trying to comfort the dark-haired woman as her tears froze on her cheeks.
BREAK
Tobias, all the while, ironed-out logistics with the blue-haired teen.
He looked towards Shigeo, who was still perched upon his shoulders, inquiringly. The child had seemingly calmed a bit, in the wake of this search-and-rescue.
"It's okay, I understand," the boy murmured plainly, sniffling. He looked at Isaac with a stitched brow, "Will you be able to carry me?"
His toes wiggled in his sandals. It wasn't suitable for hiking in the snow. Tobias would help Shigeo ease off of his shoulders, kneeling so that the boy could sit on his leg before being passed to Isaac. Then, the mild-mannered Librarian turned to the elderly man, offering an arm to him.
"Allow me to show you to our bus, if you would, please?" the redhead asked, "Can you walk on your own?"
The man nodded, and the two began to make their way up the hill.

Jack nodded confidently as the man claimed that they would be fine on their own for a bit. At least the fire would burn on for a little while, giving him more than enough time to gather more people and get back to the rendevouz point. As a last small measure to ensure the injured woman would be ok, Jack would throw his jacket off and drape it over her like a blanket. Satisfied, the dragonling would nod to the man, and make his way back to the forest.
The dragon would once again call out to anyone who could hear him, this time to much more success. He noticed a good amount of people, some in awe, some delighted, and some afraid. He couldn't blame the people, of course. They were cold, and injured, and definitely already freaked out enough. Now there's suddenly a European dragon wandering around looking for people? Under most circumstances, it would hardly be unfair to assume that the dragon was just looking for a meal. But as the dragon called out in his normal, boyish voice, it would become clear to the people that he was there to help.
Jack would sit on his haunches and mentally count how many people there were this time. Six...maybe seven...maybe more? Jack noticed that one woman was crying, calling for someone. The dragon perked up when she said the name Shigeo, confirming that this was the mother of the child they had found previously. He nodded slightly, trying to think about what to say. He took a deep breath, looking around from side to side at everyone.
"Please don't be afraid, everyone! I know I probably look a bit terrifying, but I promise you, I'm a friend. My name is Jack Orion, and I'm a U.A. student. I'm here to help all of you out, but we gotta cooperate so we can all get out of this. I swear to you, we'll all make it out of this ok, if you'll trust me," he said, kindness and worry filling his voice, but the dragon still seemed calm, and ready to do what he needs to do to help everyone out.
Assuming that he would be able to get everyone to start gathering, Jack would turn his attention to the weeping mother. "Ma'am, we actually found your son earlier. One of my friends and a teacher currently has him...he's safe, I promise. If you'll allow me to help you out, you'll see him again soon. Will you trust me?" he asked softly, honesty in his deep purple eyes as he waited to see if the woman would cooperate.
Assuming all was going according to plan, Jack would use an extra bit of power to grow into the size of a school bus, knowing that he'll want the extra size and strength to get everyone on. "Ok...everyone climb on one at a time, if you need assistance just say the word," he said, kneeling down so everyone could get on. Should someone be injured and need help, Jack would gently get them on his back with his tail, repeating the process until everyone was on.
With all of that said and done, Jack would then proceed to head out of the forest, going a bit faster than before. He used his wings like before to keep everyone warm, the dragon most likely being the opposite of what was normally the case for a dragon. Once he made it clear from the forest and back to the rendevouz point, Jack would kneel down and let everyone off, before checking in with the other two from earlier, and quickly heading back into the forest. His breath was getting a bit heavy, but he knew he had to keep going. Otherwise...no...there was no otherwise, here. He would complete his mission, no matter what...

SITUATION NORMAL It was upon Tobias's return that he was intercepted by a student from another group. A frantic, blue-haired child speaking of a bear that had attacked Blank's group. He peered down the hill, momentarily uncertain, but when he saw his students moving with the grace and efficiency of true heroes, he decided that they'd be okay without him, at least for the moment.
Around the site, students and staff were moving with efficiency, rising to the occasion. They found needs and met them, processed the scene. And within an hour, emergency personnel arrived and took over, lauding the responsiveness of the first responders.
Tobias saw the bus off, then went to his car and started the engine. The drive began quietly, the ambient sound of the road carrying him like a coursing river beneath his tires. Soon, however, the silence felt like too much, and Tobias turned on a jazz CD that he'd had loaded into the player.
This is how it always was, after a mission-- the stark transition from the thrill of rescue back into normalcy. At least he had music to help make the switch a little more smooth. The elemental drummed out a beat upon the steering wheel, humming idly to himself. So much for a boring night.
