First two abilities approved!
Acting, however, is more of a life skill! If you do want to use it in the sense of a specialist ability that can be used to further plots; it would require a bit more flavor about having the ability to create some convincing impersonations!
Either option is up to you, let me know when you've made that change and this will be assistant approved!

Metal Multi-Form Familiarity / "Chronicle Sword Grace" Rank: E Effect: Is well-honed and trained with the constructs created by his Quirk (i.e swords, whips, other shapes). It's now second nature to him, but he still has far to go. Anything real with an edge somewhat scares him a little for fear of hurting himself. That fear doesn't really apply when he uses Metal. He's been lax with his kendo training, as a side effect, and isn't really great with using an actual weapon that isn't his Metal.
Metal Multi-Form Control/ "Separate Grace" Rank: D Effect: Has discarded the notion that his quirk is only useful in normal 'weapon' forms. Is well-honed and trained with the constructs created by his Quirk (i.e swords, whips, other shapes and blobs) However, training now lets him branch off into more complex and less strict and geometrical forms of constructs (like claws and a crude beast jaw bust and other weird looking constructs, he still can't make complex items such as a fully working gun with all the proper inner works or a working engine) and can shape and mold them them more easily and faster that before. He still has a lot to learn though. Is less scared of edges, so he can finally make normal edged constructs. He's been lax with his kendo training, as a side effect, and isn't really great with using an actual weapon that isn't his Metal. But then again, when you can mold a stream of Metal leaking out of your hand into a crude extension with a jagged hand at the end of it to grab onto people, is it really necessary to keep up with kendo? (Yes. Yes it is)
spending 400 to upgrade Kaz's proficiency skill.

Got myself 800+, so its time for a rank C and the last combat Ability
Greedier Metal Rank: D Effect: Description: Within Kaz's body is a weird sort of substance separate from his usual systems. Think of it as a sort of second circulatory system. In combat it manifests as a solidus (usually in liquid form), almost metal-like substance that oozes out of the lines of Kaz's palms. Amassing into a large blob, Kaz can then form it into a shape he desires, such as a cube, a pyramid, or a long rod. He tends to keep it out in the form of an solidus opened book, with "letters" imprinted onto the "cover" with his Chosen One's name on it whenever he gets serious. Once he moves on to a new chosen one, the name changes and the old one goes in the "pages". When he wants to fight, he shifts it into a blunt weapon or attempts to make it into a sword. This occurs on his right hand. He can grab the 'sword" with his left hand to mold it into a different form.
The Name of his current Chosen One is "inscribed" on the side of the weapon form.
For some reason he feels heavier at random points after solidizing his Metal.
Benefits He can form a blob of Metal (the size of a bowling bowl, can increase to two if he likes.) in his right hand, then can manipulate it with his left hand. He can stabilize it into a basic shape/weapon, and then return to its blob/book form. He can 'modify' the size and length of the weapon to alter its "weight" and "fragility." A short weapon is more stable and blunt, a longer one is more shaper but easier to "break." If it "breaks" during combat it will turn into its liquid state and mass up into its blob form and it must recharge for 1 full post to be solid again. It has the properties of Bronze. He cannot make anything complex like guns with working mechanics.
The length of the longest solid blade he can make is the length of half a school bus, but any gelatinous formation is the length of a school bus.
Summary:
1) Can change the state and density of the Metal (Solid to solidus to liquid/Durability)
2) Weapon Formation (damage)
3) Elongation of constructs (Range)
Exhaustion and Weakness: Constant usage tires him out a lot, hence his Sleep Mask. He can't wear gloves or cover up his hands, otherwise he cannot release Greedy Metal. Large amounts of Greedy Metal can build up on the lines and cause severe blisters if not careful. He must focus when forming or reshaping the weapon before it stabilizes, otherwise he'll lose the form. The weapons are all brittle so they run the risk to break easily when attacking actual metal weapons or objects.
New Ability Rank: (Rank of ability) Effect: (Effect of ability)
Avarice Metal Rank: C Description: Within Kaz's body is a weird sort of substance separate from his usual systems. Think of it as a sort of second circulatory system. In combat it manifests as a solidus (usually in liquid form), almost metal-like substance that oozes out of the lines of Kaz's body, usually his palm or through any gap/wound. Amassing into a large blob, Kaz can then form it into a shape he desires, such as a cube, a pyramid, or a long rod, maybe even a sort of weird metal arm. The Name of his current Chosen One is "inscribed" on the side of the weapon form.
For some reason he feels heavier at random points after solidizing his Metal.
Benefits: He can form a massive amount of Metal (he prefers the size of a bowling bowl, can increase to two if he likes.) in his right hand, then can manipulate it to form the shape he desires. It has the properties of strong metal. He cannot make anything complex like guns with working mechanics.
The length of the longest solid blade he can make is the length of half an Olympic swimming pool, but any gelatinous formation is the length of a olympic swimming pool.
Summary:
1) Can change the state and density of the Metal within him and outside of him (Solid to solidus to liquid/Durability)
2) Weapon Formation (damage)
3) Elongation of constructs (Range)
Exhaustion and Weakness: Constant usage tires him out a lot, hence his Sleep Mask. He can't wear gloves or cover up his hands, otherwise he cannot release Metal. Large amounts of Greedy Metal can build up on the lines and cause severe blisters if not careful. He must focus when forming or reshaping the weapon before it stabilizes, otherwise he'll lose the form. Actually using his quirk in any part of his body that isn't his right palm hurts him, so he prefers to stick with his palm. The weapons are all brittle so they run the risk to break easily when attacking actual metal weapons or objects.
Self Care?/Self-Regeneration Rank: F Effect: At this point, it appears as if his body is getting tired of the constant falling and tripping and stabbing. And his quirk is evolving as well. It can speed up his body to heal up compared to other people, so that's kinda neat. Bad news is that this just gives more people more reason to stab him. Heals minor wounds over 4 turns.

Lets waste 400 exp for two upgrades
Paradoxical Being (Stamina) Rank: F Effect: The state of Kaz is an odd one. Due to his experiences in UA, he has now gathered more energy to do more stuff. In other words, he has more stamina now. That's the good news. The bad news is he has more stamina to waste now. That's not good for him as he lies on the ground snoring after doing something dangerous and energy-wasting.
Paradoxical State (Stamina) Rank: E Effect: The state of Kaz is an odd one. Due to his experiences in UA, he has now gathered much more energy to do more stuff. In other words, he has more stamina now. That's the good news. The bad news is he has much more stamina to waste now. That's not good for him as he lies on the ground exhausted and snoring after doing something dangerous and energy-wasting.
Self Care??/Self-Regeneration Rank: E Effect: At this point, it appears as if his body is getting tired of the constant falling and tripping and stabbing. And his quirk is evolving as well. It can speed up his body to heal up compared to other people, so that's kinda neat. Bad news is that this just gives more people more reason to stab him. Also for a while the healed wounds look silver like his Metal for some reason. Heals moderate wounds over 4 turns.
200 per F to E upgrade, so that would mean 401 - 400 equals 1 as of this writing.

As discussed with Souta, for future calculations, Kazu has used 500 exp to gain a character slot.

Soooo...1 EP = 250 exp, so that means 160 + 250 = 410 exp Which means one more upgrade. 410 - 400

Self Care???/Self-Regeneration Rank: D Effect: At this point, it appears as if his body is FED UP of the constant falling and tripping and stabbing. And his quirk is evolving as well. It can speed up his body to heal up compared to other people, so that's kinda neat. Bad news is that this just gives more people more reason to stab him. Also for a while the healed wounds look silver like his Metal for some reason. Is this normal? Heals deep wounds over 4 turns.

200 exp, so its tiiiime
Acting/People Impressions Rank: F Effect: "No trust me, I can act alright. No seriously, why are you guys walking away? Red? Shouko? Isaac?"
There has to be some reason as to why he keeps pushing the idea of the "Chronicler" constantly. Turns out that...yeah he can kinda act. After all, he does want to be an actor-slash-hero ideally. To be able to act on stage and on tv, while also acting on the battleground saving people. He's still learning, but he's getting there. He's been in some community plays. However, the main usage of this skill is to be able to act (or at least do impressions of) as different people and personas. Adopting to the best of his ability (which is still community play level so expect some poor impressions) other people's personality traits, he can try to pull this off in the middle of battle to give him a pysch up or confuse people, as well as adopt some of their habits.
Basically, imagine fighting him only to see him start talking in a mix between a decent and horrible posh accent and adopting Red's speech patterns and habits.
Acting/People Impersonations Rank: E Effect: "I think I'm getting better at acting, right?"
