APPEARANCE AND PERSONALITY
Appearance:
She has an average build; slender arms and legs. Small feet and hands. She has rather sensitive skin compared to most as her traits come from cold blooded animals unlike a normal human who is fully warm blooded. Nari keeps her hair tied back so to not get in her face as her hair is rather long, about down to her lower back. Round, almost fish like green eyes. Prefers to wear more girlish yet simple clothes like that of a mix between Classic and Gothic Lolita

Personality:
She is a rather happy individual, almost never seen without a smile on her face. She doesn’t talk much when out in public although she seems cheerful, she would rather use a pen and paper to communicate with, giving the other the impression that she is mute. She is not easily angered, frightened, or saddened but can be if provoked, especially if the situation involves harming a mutant. She’s a very curious individual, looking over people’s shoulders and examining what they may be doing in that moment, making mental notes of what she observes and remembering them for later. Sometimes if she really wants to remember something she’ll write it down in her notebook she carries. Despite her figure she is an avid lover of different foods, ranging from spicy to sweet, from Japanese cuisines to Nordic delicacies. When not in public, Nari is rather carefree and strong willed, the complete opposite of the innocent girl person she puts on for the public eye. She still has a sense of class but like to tease and torture those in order to get what she wants.

HISTORY
Nari grew up as a regular child, although her quick having developed soon after she was born unlike most children who may get their quirks at a later age. Nari’s family was not rich, they were considered on the lower spectrum of the middle-class society, but that did not bother Nari. She wanted to do her best not to cause any trouble for her family and do what she could to help. As Nari grew up, she was almost always the center of attention as she was one of the few mutants to look so normal compared to other mutants. Mutants, however, were always seen as different compared to the other quirk users. Most children had emitter or transformation quirks, there were only a few that had mutation quirks like herself. She chose to spend her time befriending those with mutant quirks as she believed they were all the same. She interacted with all the children, but she only spoke to those with mutation quirks. She was never one to get especially angry but ended up injuring another student with her quirk as she stuck up for a fellow mutant who was being bullied. Though she was reprimanded by her teacher, her parents saw no fault in what she did. She was doing what was best for her, given the situation at hand.
She had obtained her quirk from her father, although not being the exact same as his, as her mother was quirkless. Her father's quirk was also a mutation making him resemble a lizard but had the mannerisms of a normal human being. She would go and ask her father about his quirk and how it was different from hers, finding fun in learning more about her father and even more about herself as a mutant. She always heard about the police on the news and how great they were at saving the innocent people, but she never heard anything good about the victims on tv. She grew saddened that they did not get a fair chance to be heard out, only ridiculed, and hated by those around them. The tv only gave the positive side of the story, the side of the cops, but they never took into account why the person they sent to jail committed the so called 'crime'. They didn't get to hear the wrong doer's side of the story, always faulting them as bad no matter what their intentions were. Nari wished to learn more about these kinds of people rather than learning about the law enforcement all the time. She was sure they had good intentions, what if they were providing for their families or getting revenge for something that had happened to them? Nari's curiosity continued to grow with each passing day.
Nari was not aware that her father was a so called villain until she was 6 years old when he had admitted to her. Instead of being mortified and scared, she was rather interested and amazed that he was a villain. She wanted to hear all of the fun stores and adventures he went on and how he beat up the good guys. These were the stories she wanted to learn about! She decided that she wanted to be just like him when she grew up! Nari turned to her mother for guidance, knowing that she was the only one without a quirk in their family, but she encouraged Nari to do whatever she believed was best and would not hold her back from her dreams. And with that, Nari was introduced into the world of villainy.
Nari would listen to her father’s stories of him stopping the good guys and doing villainy work, amazed at all the amazing things that he did. She found his life to be much more exciting than the work of the police. She even accompanied him on a small mission, when she was older, having made her costume for the job! Her father helped her train her quirk in secret, always practicing in the shadows and away from the eye of society. She and her father trained with colleagues of her father’s helping her train and even letting her know of some plans they had for the future. She even accompanied them on heists and missions, rolling in the reward once they returned to the base.
On one such mission Nari knew about, when Nari was about 15, she eagerly awaited his return home, knowing the bounty he would bring home to help all of them, but that bounty never arrived. Nari waited with her mother, worried about her father and his safety as the time they had agreed on had long past. Her father had said Nari was to sit out on this mission as he deemed it far too dangerous for her age. Nari argued that she was ready for the job but she respected her father's wishes and stayed home with her mother that night. She had gone to bed that night, unaware of her father’s arrest. It was not until the next day she found out about what had happened, causing a slow build of anger to grow within Nari. She watched the tv screen, seeing her father bloody and bruised as the law enforcement manhandled him, locking him away, even mentions of putting him to death for what he had done. What had he done exactly except provide for those around him, providing for his family, his friends, for all the lowly mutants who were treated like filth in this society. She even attempted to go back to their secret hideout at night, without the knowledge of her mother, but found police activity around their hideout. She watched from the shadows as the police arrested her father’s friends, the people that had helped her growing up. The anger inside her grew, seeing everything that she loved being taken away from her. She heard on officer coming her way, knowing she had to go something to get back, knowing her father would agree. She lured him to the back of the alleyway and attacked him, knocking him out with a vacant metal pipe. She lunged her tongue out at him, sucking the blood from his unconsciousness body in means of killing him faster. To cover her tracks before the police got there, she repeatedly hit his head with the pipe, bashing his skull in to cover the mark she left. She escaped over the chain linked fence, escaping back into the shadows and away from all activity. Nari arrived back at her home and night, blood covering her face and upper body as she greeted her mother who was worried sick of where she was. Nari told her mother what she had done, wanting to avenge her father for what those heroes did to him. Her mother looked at Nari and nodded, seeing Nari live out her goals and wanting to help her accomplish them. That night, the bloodied clothes were burned, and the pipe was taken care of, all for the sake of helping their family and keeping Nari's identity hidden from the light.
As she used her quirk more for villainy, she began to feel the rush and adrenaline from killing others, perhaps it was the blood she absorbed when she lashed her tongue at them, perhaps it was seeing them suffer under her power. Either way, she couldn’t abandon such a wonderful feeling. She had gone on a few solo missions just for fun, just going out for no particular reason, just to harm people. She had no real care for them, the rush drove her towards her actions. As she grew older however, seeing the mistreatment of mutants was another thing that drove her towards these villainous actions. Weather it was a hero attacking a mutant or a villain attacking a mutant, she wouldn't stand by and watch her people be torn down and beaten up just because of what they were. It was what her father would have wanted, she craved nothing more than to be the perfect daughter for her parents, wanting to make them proud. She required vengeance for her father, wanting to do everything in her power to make things right, to hopefully one day set him free if he was indeed still alive, rotting in that prison. Who would suspect any ill will behind an innocent smile?
