Niso is using EP from Yumi's sports festival earning (2) to earn 1500 exp, total 1604 Using 1100 to upgrade main quirk to C rank (504 left) Progression<Cellular Consciousness>
Upgrading From: Type: Mutation Rank: E Description: Niso's quirk works in the sense he has a conscious control over all of his bodily functions. At a baseline, he can ever so slightly manipulate bodily functions like metabolism. On a more extreme level, Niso can continue to manipulate muscles even after they can logically be used, allowing him to swing dislocated arms with some accuracy, or shift his body in unnatural ways. This can be related to the uncertain and whimsical motions of a marionette, only Niso is a puppet of flesh manipulating his own strings.
Ultimately, Niso has full cellular control of his own body. He can force wounds closed or promote the growth of new cells, prevent extreme bleeding, etc, but it can be hard to focus on so many processes, even if it's something he's experienced his whole life.
Effects: Niso has - - Healing factor, Niso can heal his own wounds over the course of 4 posts. He can heal moderate wounds during the course of a fight, and more severe injuries over longer periods outside of threads. - Self manipulation, Niso can continue to move his body beyond the failing of key points. Dislocated joints or slashed muscle fibres, Niso still retains active function across his body thanks to controlling each cell individually
Drawback and Weaknesses:Niso's key drawback is his own mentality when using his quirk. Pain is not a stopper for him like most people, and while he can manipulate his body in many ways he can make things worse in the process, by perhaps tangling muscle fibres himself and losing use of a limb when he isn't expecting it, or even putting pressure on his own heart by constricting other tissues around it through contortion.
Niso can also do much more damage to himself in simpler ways. Healing around a pronged impalement can make it harder to remove, or trying to rip himself from such impalements can create much more serious injuries.
Clearly of course he also cannot create stuff from nothing. Promoting cell growth or the action of cells beyond their normal limits will naturally cost him more stamina. A rule of thumb is Niso's natural actions, such as walking about, ultimate cost less stamina because no part of his body acts as 'dead weight' in a process (his entire leg moves, not just the muscles inside), while processes he forces, moving internal organs, unmoveable limbs, or closing wounds, drain his stamina in excess.

Upgrading From: Type: Enhancement Rank: F Effect: Second verse same as the first. Niso has been through so much he knows what he can or can't heal out over the course of a fight, and as such he knows how to be effective. Even without his quirk he'd naturally last longer in a fight than most by now.

He could turn his skin or hair blue, red, green, black (actually black to be clear) and very minorly shift face features, or create physical abnormalities like removing the pupil of his eye temporarily. He has no capability to mimic others through his shapeshifting due to it's extremely limited nature, only visually alter or very minorly disguise himself.

He knows how to prevent blood loss, prepare his body against punches, and even has created several preventative measures against death, such as faking death, reducing bodily functions while maintaining a healing factor, and ultimately just stopping his body from being a fucking idiot and killing itself like so many others might.
Exhaustion and Weakness:Niso's key drawback is his own mentality when using his quirk. Beyond this, Niso’s tenacity alone has started to come very much into play. Pushing through pain with efficient movements and a narrowed mindset means that Niso excels at pushing his body beyond the breaking point. While his body is, technically, majorly still that of a frail humans, Niso knows how to use it with 100% efficiency, knows how to laugh through pain, and knows no matter what happens, he’ll heal through it later, and as such can damage and break his body all in the effort of remaining at 100% output.

Ability Got No Strings Rank: C - Motion Effect: Niso's ability to control every muscle in his body individually leads to a rather unique form of movement, While already very present in his combat style, he has developed his control to aid his general movement through the citys and suburbs he moves through. Generally his own form of parkour. He can dislocate bones to move through any space the top half of his skull could fit through (like a rat) albeit slowly, he can hook limbs into spaces normal people couldn't for handholds, and generally can fluidly move in a parkour fashion with motions the average person could not achieve, puppetteering his own body

BASIC INFORMATION Hero/Vigilante/Villain alias: Niso Gottschalk Player Name: Yumi Faceclaim/Series: Tohru Adachi / Persona 4 Age: appears 24 Gender: Male Affiliation: Civilian Height: 180 cm Weight: 54 kg Hair/Style: Lightly brushed, short, majorly un-kept. It is deep black with a healthy sheen Skin/Scars: Niso has no noticeable scars. He is otherwise Caucasian with a healthy color to his skin Eyes: Niso's eyes are gray, but in the right light can show hints of blue. They are usually quite vibrant despite the dim color. Notables: Nothing much of note.
APPEARANCE AND PERSONALITY Appearance: Niso looks like your typical lackadaisacle office worker of Japan. He's very much just your average joe in many ways, though seems to be on the more pleasant end of the spectrum. Even with his un-kept hairstyle he both seems to hold himself together relatively well, presenting a semi-professional look with a personal spin to it. It's hardly like he dosn't wash, he's just a little more his own person to say the least.
Niso tends to be found in something that could be considered business or office attire, a red tie, shirt, black pants and a suit jacket. A rather simple ensemble but it gets the job done. Even in his off hours he tends to be found in this though perhaps with the tie loosened or jacket removed, but ultimately it seems oddly hard to find him wearing much else...
On the off chance you do catch him in something else, odds are it will be ill fitting. While he seems very healthy, he decidedly seems to have a quite wirey, lanky frame, leading to any clothes not being kept tight to his frame, like the tucked in shirt of his work attire, appearing rather baggy and ill fitting.

Personality: Niso Gottschalk is a rather pleasant if sometimes nervous chap. While in some moments he can show a great amount of charisma and optimism, when facing a new challenge or something he wasn't expecting he can turn into a puddle of nerves to say the least. Even then however, he'll be doing his best to put a positive spin on things.
A key thing about Niso is he's constantly trying to make friends with those around him, be it a client, a contact, or a student. Afterall, all the UA kids are gonna have their own careers eventually. Even with the age gap he's gotta make sure he's in the good books of whoever could one day be a future employer.
Of course you can't be chipper and upbeat forever, and sometimes his desire to make friends can lead to him coming off a little nosy, and the information he tries to take in about so many people has lead to him ultimately seeming to be a bit forgetful. Sometimes this works to his advantage with a bit of a ditzy charm in his forgetful-ness.
Ultimately the only things to truly frustrate him are people who stick to rules and regulations just because 'thats how it is'. As a manager he's always looking for the best ways to get his heroes what they need, and dealing with someone who just sticks blindly to code in his way isn't a pleasant experience.
HISTORY Niso Gottschalk is a man of mixed European and Asian decent, growing up in Germany for a handful of years before moving with his father to Japan after the death of his mother. An incident so long ago Nis didn't have much recollection of it. or even have the mental capacity to fully process it. Even now he couldn't say he'd really ever cried over the event. Afterall, when you barely know someone, you don't cry at their funeral.
Growing up in Japan during the formative years of quirks and the hero system as a whole, Niso claims to have had a fascination with vigilanti-ism long before the government made heroism an officially paid job with it's rules and regulations. Sadly, the older he got, the less likely it seemed that he would be developing his own quirk, and with much frustration he had to give up on his own small time dreams of becoming a hero. Never the brightest, his hopes of perhaps being a support hero when the possibility of such an occupation arised was dashed in turn. Afterall when you're the type to smack a remote control to get it to work, you're not likely gonna be able to figure out how to make tech that turns a zero to a hero at the benefit of their quirk...
Just around the time Heroism became a licensed profession, Niso wasn't given much of a chance to jump for joy at the prospect of the Vigilantes he loved turning into true professionals. Before he had even had his first legal drink, Niso had ot say goodbye to both his parents. Both to natural causes. As a bit of grim humor Niso has once or twice joked about the idea of wishing his parents had died to a villain, so at least there'd be a tale to tell... but he learned quite quickly this tended to bring a room to silence. He's long since stopped telling such jokes, acknowledging it was solely a way for him to cope.
Having to make it on his own, the nest egg left for him in his father's will dwindling by the day, the not so bright bulb that is Niso Gottschalk is working on creating a new line of work. If the world treats the new world of Heroes like celebrities...he'll put his love of heroes to use and jump on a new line of business before it becomes too popular. Niso, alone in the world, is looking to form new bonds through the business of hero management, aiding them in handling their celebrity, and hero lives.
As a note, Niso, when establishing contacts with Heroes, creates incredibly lax contracts in favor of the heroes. This has provided him with a lot of free time and a very loose and casual relationship with heroes he works for. He gains very little as a percentage of work he can find them, has no ability to trap them into work they don't want to do, and is always open to recieve calls to help them get onto shows or sponsorships, but in turn, heroes know to expect very little from him. He's just a happy, helping hand, looking to form connections with his idols and help them on their way.
