Type: Mutation Rank: E Effect: The quirk allows a one time only transfer of the user's consciousness from their body into another. As a result, Yusaku has now become a fully cybernetic entity. He cannot switch bodies again and is permanently stuck in the robotic shell he touched at age 7. He retains all of his memories, personality and his ability to feel genuine emotions.
The entirety of Yusaku's outer shell is made by a durable, malleable alloy plating. His movement is all regulated by servos and pneumatic systems, but in the end they do not fuction differently from a human body's own limbs. Metallic paw pads and his long tail can be used to absorb electricty from batteries or other objects to recharge himself.
Having a cyberbody also means that you get neato things like a smartphone or PC inside your head! You get to listen to music or interface with random obects like a mp3 player and the music is sent straight into your neural interface network, no headphones required! Or you get to connect to the internet and type messages with your thoughts! It's great to not get caught using your phone in class (unless you're caught spacing out, that is.) Can't make coffe though. Something with the milk going wrong every time.
Being a robotic entity, Yusaku does not suffer from bodily needs such as thirst or hunger, sleep deprivation or biological diseases. Yusaku's consciousness has been deeply ingrained into the inner workings of his cybernetic body, so much so that his mind seems to perceive things it technically shouldn't be able to. Pain is felt, despite the lack of nerves. Touch, hearing, smelling, all the five senses are regulated by various receptors that allow such stimuli to be captured and elaborated by his software.
Finally, by virtue of being a machine, his voice has been digitally reconstructed from any old media of his old self available and an algorythm predicts the chage in pitch as he "gets older". It has a feint yet recognizable digitalized sound (Slightly better than a vocaloid/speech synth.) and can be changed around if Yusaku interfaces with a voice changer enabled object. Otherwise, it's no different from human voices.
Yusaku has no additional weapons within him and no ammunition is stored within his body, as such his hollow body can fit a person inside itself, provided the wearer is not too tall or too big to actually fit. Yusaku is able to shift his plating to match his wearer's shape or simply alter his appereance (cosmetic only).
While worn by someone (now referred as Pilot), the wearer gains NOTHING, unless Yusaku shifts his body into one of his Battle Modes. These forms are interchangable and can be switched once per 3 posts. Wearing also means the Pilot's quirk may be impaired, completely disabled or even render them unable to wear Yusaku depending on a quirk by quirk scenario.
Neutral Form Grants no inherent powerups to Yusaku or the wearer. Yusaku's sluggish nature and hefty weigh makes it rather heavy. This is Yusaku's most basic form, his usual look. It is not really useful in battle that much if at all, as it doesn't give any bonuses.
Berserker Form Grants E Rank increased Attack and access to type-specific abilities. The form forgoes all defense in favor of boosting destructive power. As such, one of Yusaku's punches can crack and break concrete (Stone Level). It's faster than Guardian Form, but still no faster than Yusaku's norm.
Guardian Form Grants E Rank increased Defence and access to type-specific abilities. The form is bulky and durable, able to withstand any beating a concrete wall could (Stone Level). While the form is an immovable wall and may make it look like a walking tank, but its size and power is gained through a significant decrease in movement.
Drawback(s): While Yusaku's form comes with many upsides, it has its fair share of problems. Yusaku's hard plating might have the power of a sledgehammer on concrete right now in attack form, however it's rather heavy and bulky as such it slightly impairs Yusaku's movement options, rendering him slightly less flexible than a common human. He is certainly unable to perform any sort of acrobatic feat without extensive training, while also simply stumbling on himself from time to time. If he were to try any sort of stunt untrained he would almost certainly fall over in a most spectacular fashion.
All of his body's powers directly come from his cybernetics. While Yusaku's body could be able to boast fist and kicks with the power of a jackhammer in theory, his consciousness limits what he can do. He is unable to draw 100% of his body's power (just like normal humans can't use 100% of their body's muscular strength unless in life/death situations), his mind still greatly limits what he can do unless he learns how to actually use his body to his fullest potential. Trying to force himself over his capabilities is also a no go, as it would backfire pretty badly and could end up fatally damaging him.
Sure, he may be able to interface with technology, but without the required knowledge on how to safely and successfully link with something he would run the risk of glitching (aka severely damaging) his systems or falling prey of computer viruses that may resul fatal. He is not immune to hacker attacks on himself as well. Just like any machine, he needs to be careful or he might get some unwanted guy inside his head.
Using the internet through his mind is also highly straining on both energy and concentration, with the intense focus and the need to type on a holo keyboard to use this ability make this unsuable inside a fight or if tied up.
Surely, by being metallic doesn't prevent overloads, so extreme voltage could literally deep fry him just like it would for a human sticking a fork in an outlet. Needless to say, that is fatal too, not counting EMP blasts which severely cripple his ability to do anything at all.
Cybernetics themselves also have a limit on how much destructive or defensive power they can provide. Even if Yusaku were to be equipped with top quality prototype spec military grade components, he would never top a Quirker that has mastered their Strength Quirk in an open fight. Any "Fight Hard" scenario inevitably ends in a resounding defeat and possible loss of limbs.
The metal plating is not intestructible either. It may not break outright but it will scratch and bend, as the experimental blend is no harder than stone due to inaccurate formulas leating to its conception. The servos and pneumatic enhancements can break, giving him the equivalent of a broken leg/arm and bleeding (black colored oil). Extreme heat/coldness still messes up his systems, even if the outer shell isn't that much affected. Break his display visor, and you're effectively blinded him. Break his ear-microphone and he is deafened from outside sounds.
Damage repair takes time, and needs specialized team of engineers/repair quirk users. Not everyone can pick a screwdriver and magically fix a walking talking sentient robot. Costs may also be an issue, so recovery could be slower than any other living being. Wear is still very much of a problem. Friction and fighting surely won't keep his own body brand new.
While he doesn't need to drink or eat or sleep, he still works off a charge. He needs to replenish his supplies of energy fairly reguraly or he will, like any electronic device, shut down and deactivate. This would be disastrous, as it would severely damage his systems and prove to be fatal if not dealt with right away.

Quirk UP<Proxy>
Upgrading From: The quirk allows a one time only transfer of the user's consciousness from their body into another.
Neutral Form
Grants no inherent powerups to Yusaku or the wearer. Yusaku's sluggish nature and hefty weigh makes it rather heavy. This is Yusaku's most basic form, his usual look. It is not really useful in battle that much if at all, as it doesn't give any bonuses.
Berserker Form
Grants D Rank increased Strenght and access to type-specific abilities. The form forgoes all defense in favor of boosting destructive power. As such, one of Yusaku's punches can crack and break concrete (Stone Level). It's faster than Guardian Form, but still no faster than Yusaku's norm.
Guardian Form
Grants D Rank increased Durability and access to type-specific abilities.
Yusaku Izumi BASIC INFORMATION Hero/Vigilante/Villain alias: Cybrex Player Name: Nightshade Faceclaim/Series: Original Creation Age: N/A (Supposedly 16) Gender: N/A (Identifies with His/Him) Affiliation: U.A Student Hero Height: 1.73m Weight: 87Kg Hair/Style: N/A Skin/Scars: Skin color; any notable scar? Eyes: Lime Green color, oval shaped. No pupils. Notables: Fully robotic body.
APPEARANCE AND PERSONALITY Appearance: The most glaring of Yusaku's features is that he doesn't look human at all, mostly because he is no longer "human" to begin with. Possessing a rather heavy, completely robotic body, Yusaku's general appereance is one of an anthomorphized black cat. His feet have been replaced with a pair of jet black paws with white "toes". A segmented tail allows him to keep all his weight properly balanced while also housing all the vital components to recharge himself and stay alive. Like his feet, his hands also have been modified to have a paw like appereance. While still able to grab hold of things, his overall bulk and metallic body make him slightly clumsy at times. While not possessing ears, nose, a mouth or eyes, a series of sensors inside his head helmet take care of relaying information from the outside world just like human senses would (Microphones for hearing, haptic sensors for touch. chemical sensors for smell etc etc.), while a speaker hidden where his mouth would be takes care of speech. A display covers his would be face, where two fake lime green eyes are projected to give others something to communicate with or show Yusaku being active and awake. A few green highlights over the black and dark grey armor plating on wrists and ankles complete the look while a pair of backup batteries are mounted on his shoulder pads. POSITIVE✔ Friendly ✔ Loyal ✔ Affectionate ✔ Selfless ✔ Strong-Willed NEGATIVE✖ Moody ✖ Submissive ✖ Impulsive ✖ Shy ✖ Clumsy LIKES✔ Smooth Jazz Music ✔ Midnight Walks ✔ Technology/ Electronics ✔ Sleeping ✔ LiPo Batteries
DISLIKES ✖ Hot Temperatures ✖ Anti-Quirkers ✖ Water ✖ Extremely Bright Lights ✖ Being put on the spot. Personality:Yusaku (Yu for his friends) is just like any of the other shy kids. He isn't much of a conversation starter or friend maker, even though deep down he is rather affectionate and loyal to his loved ones. Rather selfless and good hearted at first, his persona closed up after his quirk first manifested. Due to his look and the general public's opinion, not to mention some disputes within his parents, he began acting submissive in fear of being singled out and mistreated. Not liking to be put on the spot due to his condition, Show and Tell assignments at school were always a problem for him since his change, as he would stutter and generally feel extremely awkwardwhile doing them. A prank during his early school years instilled in him even more fear of performing any kind of play or talent in front of a crowd. With time, he took a liking in walking around town late at night when less people crowd the streets and while doing so he stumbled in an old pub still open during late hours where he discovered Jazz Music, which would eventually become his favourite music genre. Despite all of that, Yusaku is still rather determined, borderline stubborn on his things. He always seeks to archieve any goal he sets in his mind, the most important one being proving his worth to his family and the society as whole. Despite not liking the spotlight very much, he still wishes to show that quirks can be used for good rather than evil. HISTORY Yusaku was born in center Tokyo, where he spent most of his childhood. He conducted a mostly normal life for his first years, nothing really special happening. Everything changed when he was 7 years of age.The once thought quirkless Yusaku actually had a quirk. A one use quirk that would allow him to completely transfer consciousness into another body.
One day, playing around in his father's workshop as he used to, he came across an animatroic android. Kalos Izumi, his father a capable robotic engineer, had been hired by the government to produce a battlebot capable of fend off Quirkers attack and contain them. It's purpose was to hopefully substitute law enforcement units on the fields to prevent human casualties. The droid in Yusaku's father's workshop was still rather incomplete, an error in its wiring was causing an energy leak which was what Kalos had been tasked to repair. Upon touching the robot and getting shocked, Yusaku's quirk was jumstarted into activating, causing him to transfer his being inside the robot, leaving his human body as an empty shell.
What followed were difficult years for the boy, having to means to reactivate his quirk to return into his original body, he would have to learn how to live life in his new body. While some tension rose between his parents due to Yusaku being a quirker, they still cared deeply for him. His father worked tiressly to fix and complete Yusaku's new body, also seconding his son's wishes to have its outer shell be shaped with a more feline appereance in an attempt to make him feel better about his condition.
Still, that didn't prevent Yusaku from hearing the arguements at home the first days after the incident and become the target of discrimination at school later on by the more Anti-Quirker people. Unlike all other kids his age he was standing at a rather hefty 1.7m and while his body did not have any kind of weapon equipped, the thick metal plating was making him a little less than 100kg heavy.
His general clumsyness also made him the target of pranks, by that time he still was not used to how his way taller and different body moved around and worked. One of said pranks involved luring him on the school stage while the usual bullies of his school terrified him to no end by making him believe the police were coming to take him away and disassemble his body. Flashing lights and toy guns shooting foam were harmless and the perpetrators punished but everything still instilled a deep phobia of being singled out in Yusaku's mind, as the experience was rather traumatic.
All this deeply impact his personality. The once outgoing, daring child turned shy and submissive, scared of direct confrontation or contact. After school he would immediately go home as fast as possible and barricate himself in his room. He would refuse to keep his role in the school's play, he would appear insecure even in front of his friends and classmates. HE was certainly trying his best to simply be forgotten and disappear from view. He didn't smile much either.
Some of his confidence would return as years passed, but still not enough to make him openly walk around during busy hours. Thanks to his condition, he would not have any need to sleep so he would use the night time to sneak outside and walk around without fear of being called out by others, taking this time to explore the functionalities of his robotic body further than simply using it as a shell.
Long walks ensured, which ended in Yusaku's newfound love for Jazz. Alot of pubs were playing that kind of music during night hours to soothe customers, and his good hearing was allowing him to enjoy the smooth sound just as if he was actually inside the Pub itself, even if he was simply hiding outside the netrance all the time!
Still, deep down he still wanted to make his family proud, and he really wanted to demonstrate that he was not a good for nothing nor a bad guy. He was just different and just like anyone else he too could do good and help. This burning desire reignited his will to prove himself and his lost courage when the first Heroes of the time became more popular, and schools for people like him were built and opened to the public.
That was the chance he needed...and he would take it, even if there was nothing but his own sheer willpower to drive him. He would show them. He would show them he could do good. He would prove to them that with his "power" he could become a great hero and help out anyone in need.
He knew he would.

Keep in mind though on his third drawback that just because Yusaku can plug into technology that does not allow him to "hack" things, if he does not have permission he cant use it. (aka he needs a log in or whatever)
otherwise have fun hun!

It has a feint yet recognizable digitalized sound (Slightly better than a vocaloid/speech synth.) and can be changed around if Yusaku interfaces with a voice changer or auto tune program. Functionally, he act the same as an exoscheleton or power armor would. While worn by someone (now referred as Pilot), the wearer gains Yusaku's qualities, unless Yusaku denies access. Wearing Yusaku also means the Pilot's own quirk may be impaired, completely disabled or even render them unable to wear Yusaku depending on a quirk by quirk scenario. Benefits:- Strength
- Allow others to wear Yusaku to gain one of his Quirk's Benefits.
- Speed
Exhaustion and Weakness: While Yusaku's form comes with many upsides, it has its fair share of problems. It may not break outright but it will scratch and bend, as the experimental blend is no harder than stone due to inaccurate formulas leading to its conception. COMBAT ABILITIES Spark Rank: F ---> E Effect: Conductive plates masked as paw pads on both his hand/feet-paws allow him to absorb and release energy from his internal reserve to shock enemies or recharge. This electric ability, however, is no stronger than a common taser (electic stun gun) and requires direct contact with the enemy to be most effective, as any thick cloth or isolator material prevent this skill from properly working.
Durability Rank: F ---> D Effect: Yusaku's plating can take far worse beatings than normal, all thank to sturdier armor plates. Increased durability.

APPROVED!
...Although I will say that you should use the ACTUAL template for this sort of business instead of just dunking your whole quirk page here. Keep it in mind for next time.
