Quirk/Ability name: A suit for every Occasion (flex ability)
Rank: D
Effect: Core suit (with gold colored inferred visor) (rank E): This is Angel's Primary hero suit,and the one she wears most often. It's her iconic look as an almost full grown adult. It boasting heavier armor and a more streamlined design. Its flexible materials and the body suit underneath protect her from her own high flight speeds and the friction of the air while flying. It was designed by Angel's famous Artist Rose Nikos and created by a hero support company. However recently Angel went to a fellow 3rd year Hino Yojin to craft an infered visor to enhance her sense of vision so that she can see heat signatures of either foes or civilians from 12 meters (39 feet away)
Effect: Stealth Op Suit (rank E): Angel uses this suit whenever she is asked or required to do operations at night or require stealth. It is equipped with softer souled shoes and lighter material for quicker and more agile movements. This however does mean that it has lighter and thinner armor which means that it is more fragile. In this suit Angel is Intermediate at STEALTHINESS so enhanced senses above E can find her. This suit was also designed by Rose Nikos,but unlike her core suit it was made completely by Yojin
Effect: Arctic/Winter op suit (Rank E): Even superheroes get cold! This suit was not only made for the colder winter months,but extreme winter conditions like blizzards,hail or sleet. It's purpose is to keep Angel both warm and safe in the harsher cold environments. That's not its only function however. Angel's normal heels have been replaced with heel like boots that have cleat like bottoms like boots ice climbers would wear so that she doesn't slip in combat. For this suit Angel has swapped out her usual white,brown and gold color pallet for that of a more white and turquoise hue,and added a hood not only to protect her hearing aids and face from frost bite. It also Defends her from the CRIPPLING ailment up to Rank E especially ice/cold based attacks. Though above that the suit will begin to fail her. his suit was also designed by Rose Nikos,but unlike her core suit it was made completely by Yojin (it decreases Cripple by 1 turn)
Ability/Quirk name Thunder clap of Zeus Rank: D Effect: Using her super strength Angel extends out her arms and claps her hands together with enough force to send out a disorienting shockwave to incapacitate large crowds of enemies. While this attack doesn't do any physical damage it is capable of making it extremely difficult for them to both see and hear as if a flash bang grenade had gone off in their face. This decreases the targets range by 3 ranks for a total of 3 turns! Not wanting to permanently deafen someone she only uses this technique for large bad guy crowds where she is outnumbered. Ability/Quirk name Angel Wings Rank: C Effect: due to the constant use of her quirk in both her daily life and in combat Angel has further strengthened the bones and muscles in her wings to the point that she can now fly 25 meters/82 feet high up into the air. On the offensive side of things Angel is able to fire her feathers as projectile weapons like a kunai knife. As always when the density is not being changed Angel's wings are so soft that one could wipe a newborn baby's tears away with them and are still their bright pink color. Since Since she is almost full grown her wing span has grown to that of 3 meters and can be hidden under a trench coat.
Benefits
Flight: Due to having rather large wings Angel is capable of flight of 25 meters/82 ft into the air
Damage: Angel through years of constant use and training is currently capable of hardening her feathers to that of sharp steel so that her once soft feathers aren't soft or flimsy on contact. Using her hardened feathers Angel is capable of cutting or breaking through that of steel As she trains she will be able to increase the density further. That's not all that her quirk has done for her body however! As her body matured and she has trained she has developed what people would called super strength in both her arms and legs being able to punch/kick through steel with her bare hands and lift up to 3200 kg/7054 lbs at max strength!
Range: Due to accuracy training, Angel is capable of aiming and launching her feathers a distance of 25 meters/82 feet.
Exhaustion and Weakness: The biggest major drawback about her quirk would be that if she uses too many feathers in her offense she will lose the ability to fly as high and as long. Not only that but she'd also have to wait 2-3 days for the feathers she used to grow back. Another draw back is that when her feathers are in their normal state they are also extra flammable and ignite rather easily so she has to be extra careful.
One other rather painful drawback is that while she can mostly shrink down her wings thanks to their thin bird like bones she can only do so for about 6 hours at a time because it becomes super painful as her wings are rather large.
One final drawback is that as she begins to change the density and material that her feathers take the properties of not only do her wings begin to get heavier but it begins to take a physical toll on the young hero because in order for her more powerful wings to stay strong she must transfer that strength from other parts of her body which could lead to things like hunger,tiredness,passing out or if pushed to the breaking point, death.

Jazzy and I discussed how to change Angel's quirk a little to fit the current rules. What we agreed on: Type: Mutation Rank: B Description: Angel's quirk comes in the form of a set of wings on her back. Ability/Quirk name Enhanced Speed Rank: C Effect: Due to her constant flight training as well as running training and her now larger wings Angel's already impressive and astounding speed has increased once more to a max speed of 90 km/hr (55 MPH) and she can now easily cover 30 meters (98 feet) in a single burst of flight. When in flight at top speed to the naked she looks like a pink blur of speed, and this also counts for when she's on foot she is able to move with quick enough movements that if she is in a smaller space she can clear it and look like a blur of speed and motion.
Ability/Quirk name Enhanced Speed Rank: B Effect: Due to her constant flight training as well as running training and her now larger wings Angel's already impressive and astounding speed has increased once more to a max speed of 120 km/hr (74 MPR) and she can now easily cover 50 meters (164 feet) in a single burst of flight. When in flight at top speed to the naked she looks like a pink blur of speed, and this also counts for when she's on foot she is able to move with quick enough movements that if she is in a smaller space she can clear it and look like a blur of speed and motion. Thanks to her extreme speed, if Angel is able to maintain her top speed for a prolonged speed she is capable of forming not only an air cone around her as if she was trying to break the sound barrier, but able to create tornados by flying either clockwise or counter clockwise which she uses to deal with flame using enemies, a large foe or large groups to suck their air away from them, or bring them from the ground. If Angel takes off from the ground using her full strength combined with her wings simulates what sounds like a small sonic boom upon take off.

Ability/Quirk name Way of the Angel (martial art) Rank: D Effect: The Angel of Mercy's personal martial art & special way of fighting is simply known as "The way of the Angel" It is actually the combination of two martial arts that best capitalize on Angel's style of acrobatics and movement! The first martial art that is incorporated is Northern Shaolin kung fu which is very much an explosive fighting style focusing on overpowering one's foe, fast but powerful strikes and retreats, wide stances, kicking and leaping attacks, circular blocks, quickness and agility which the last two are Angel's bread and butter! The second martial art that makes up "The way of the Angel" is Ba gua zhang kung fu which is also known as the "circle walking" technique. This practice is all about circling one's foe in order to stay behind them, or to redirect their own energy back at them. The unarmed variant's style of strikes focuses on joint, palm, fist and finger strikes as well as wide kicks and lock or grappling one's foe to cancel out their own momentum.
These two martial arts when combined help Angel not only maximize the damage she is able to do to others, but also minimize the damage others can do to her due to her being a harder target to nail down to hit. These two combined martial arts also help Angel maximize the potential in her unique blend of air and ground combat, the use of her environment in combat as well as the very air around her which she weaponizes in and of itself thanks to her incredible speed, and the strength in her wings. The way of the Angel overall gives Angel the acrobatic nature of the very air itself as well as the explosive damaging nature of fire! In terms of skill level Angel would be the equivalent of a regional tournament star!
