Escaping that Kneebar, however, proved just as easy as Monica's own escape to her armbar, a simple show of skill that fully revealed their mutual expertise in the same martial art. Grunting and gritting her teeth as her opponent grabbed and seized control of her leg, Kanna reacted immediately, knowing she couldn't allow the girl to fully trap her leg between those toned thighs. Narrowing her eyes, she placed her free foot behind the crook of her knee, pushing it up and preventing her from completeing the lock, while pulling her trapped foot back and out of her viselike grasp.
"...Just to deal with you!", and with a roar, she pushed herself loose with all her might, fighting the ever growing pain on her knee, doing whatever she could to fight her submission hold and preventing the cocky bitch from dealing too much damage.
