Perry had been waiting at a meeting point he'd texted the others. Tsuji the Bear of might and power and a heart of gold, and Feng the skilled fighter and powerful heroine had both been summoned for some on the street patrolling training. It wasn't all that flashy but there had been some robberies, pickpockets, and other small crime stuff in major shopping districts and alleys. It seemed to be a usual thing in human society as far as Perry had observed in his studies of human culture and experience in his short life thus far. Perry remained outside a small cafe Holding in both hands a human sized styrofoam cup. Not that he couldn't lift it mind you he had might beyond might. But the size of human portions were just so big it was hard to hold it with one hand. He hoisted it from time to time sipping his overly milky and sugary coffee. Waiting for his interns, They were allowed to come in costume if they wanted too. Perry himself wearing his vibrant hero suit as well he had tailored along side his normal suit shortly once he'd been given his position and title. He was curious to see how these two would arrive today as well. While he waited he signed a few autographs here and there. Tried to avoid the occasional person that tried to pet him... But at least it was better then the rejection and bad expression he'd gotten before the press and status. For now he'd just sip his drink and smile at the kind people trying to look what one might call heroic as best he could. He had a small reputation for his hero work and did his best as well. While his time on the clock hadn't been very long since he'd been made a pro he still did his best to make the bets out of that time. --- Feel free to describe your small journey to wear perry waits and your costumes and such things :3

Feng needed something new to spice up her skill pool. There were many a hero she wanted to work with but one of them that caught her eye was the unique hero of PawMight. Or who she knows him as, Perry-sensei. The image of an american possum working as a pro hero in Japan is something she never thought she’d see in her life. But he has skills she wanted to work on and patrolling around with someone else aside from her usual suspects would be a breath of fresh air.
She also got some upgrades to her suit as various incidents shown her the faults of it. It was the same as before various elements that were taken from her peers were added on. Goggles, gauntlets, wire launchers, all of the works were put in the suit as she felt like each one were holding her up. It was less nerve wracking as she got used to the entire deal but nonetheless, it was something she needed to prepare for. Her normal routine was a bit more relaxed as she started to train her mind more than her body.
So lo and behold, she did her usual of getting ready and making sure everything was in order before heading out. Her living situation made things a bit easier than before as it was a jogging distance away compared to the train ride she needed to take. It was of course a run so she left the house she lived in and said her usual goodbyes as she made her way down the various streets to the meeting place. It wasnt that difficult but she wanted to reply on her own sense of direction instead of relying on her phone all the time. Itd be quicker to use her own skills because it will help at quick response to distasters much faster than if she were more aware of her surroundings. A few turns and checking her phone, she soon found her mentor having himself a snack.
She held herself back from running up and petting him as he is a pro hero with rights and she is a student. Gathering up her composure and energy, she walked up and took a seat near Perry as she carefully watched her posture.
“Nice to see you, PawMight. Typhoon Dragoon is reporting in”, she saluted as she ordered some water as she waited for the other student who signed up.

The first section of the third year was underway - the apprenticeships. The idea was that students would work with a hero for a period of time, learning the ropes further than the second year internships where they more or less saw what happened, rather than interacted. Tsuji's internship with King Taurus had went well, and now in this new year, he was with some of his classmastes to work with the U.A history teacher and professional hero, Paw Might. Or Perry. It was better to use hero names while on the job, so he'd refrain from referring to them directly as a teacher, unless it was warranted.
The bear was very excited to be working with another hero, especially since him and Perry shared similar traits - both were animal based quirkers, but while Tsuji was a bear from birth despite his more human side, Paw Might was a whole different deal: a possum with increased intellect and abilities. It was something very cool to think about, and made for a good distraction from the other aspect of Perry's intellect. As the school's history teacher, they expected lots from Tsuji about animal quirker rights, but the study was too hard - he'd much rather be active outside, working to put the bad guys away, but also making them learn a lesson, and make them better people as a result. So, with his hero outfit on, he was riding his motorcycle to the shopping district, ready to take on the day.
Not too far from U.A and his own home, Tsuji parked up, and headed over to the meeting point - a little café. Over yonder, he could see U.A's historian, taking large sips from an average sized cup for a person. They seemed to be having some strife, but not too much. With them was Feng, fully decked out in gear representative of her past learning experiences. She had all her bases covered. With a smile and a spring in his step, Tsuji went over to their assigned hero, and raised a paw.
"Hey Mr. Paw Might - Iron Teddy has arrived on the scene! So, what're gonna do today?"

A few kids skittered away giggling after Perry gave them their autographs and talked to them. Skittering away as his friends began showing up for the most part. He took a rather a long slurp from his sip and large for him Styrofoam cup quickly finishing it and tossing it with gusto and a small bit of a might to a trash can only a few short paces away. He nodded happily as Feng showed up, Her suit getting the once over from Perry's small beady brown eyes. He seemed to approve as some good tech and work that went into some of the hero costumes always fascinated him. Perry was a tinkerer at heart and always found himself diving into his work and various inventions. When not in class many students would often see him or hear him tinkering on his plane or various other things in his small yard outside his home on campus. These suits always charmed him as they reminded him lightly of that passion. Even if his own suit was rather simple by comparison. Each hero after all called for a different style and situation.
"You made it Typhoon! Glad you did and just on time too it seems. I hope you're ready for a patrol!" He'd say nodding at her with a small fuzzy and toothy grin. Standing where he stood to get while not a eye to eye standing at least the closest that could be achieved in present circumstances as he spoke to her. Eye contact was always important!
Perry gave a whistle though when his attention was stolen by Tsuji, his style, but mostly the mechanical beast he rode in on. Perry briefly skittering over to take a closer gander on all fours moving close as he took a moment to look it over if there wasn't an objections from Tsuji. "Nice, I like this... I'm still trying to make something similar on a small scale like my vehicles. You have good taste my boy!" He'd say with a smirk and gusto and a bit starry eyed briefly as well. Eventually pulling himself away to make a more appropriate greeting to Iron Teddy.
"Ah, forgive me, forgive me! Iron Teddy, Typhoon Dragoon! I tend to patrol these streets for my duties. The blocks around here have shopping districts as well as places many including the little ones of your species like to play and hang about. I believe a school or two for the small ones may be a block or two down as well... That being said criminals who steal and become a danger to the little ones I usually keep a eye out for and wrap up good when they poke around! I've seen some as you might say... Shady characters... about now and again. It could be nothing. But we'll be making the rounds and I'd like you to come with me and keep your eyes peeled as well. I may be strong but I only have one set of paws! That's where you come in... Not expecting anything to happen but just encase! This way I get help if needed and deterrents to the baddies. An you get a little experience and time to shine." He said nodding his head lightly to one side.
He was referencing to excited children near a shopping spot not far off. While it was true much of society had issues or misunderstandings about quirkers. Children often had that starry eyed looked that comic heroes come to life would give any small boy or girl. Even though it was behind him his large toothy grin showed he enjoyed and expected them enjoy it. He had to admit inwardly. Children had been a bane in his zoo life... But now... Well some of them grew on him. "Any questions?"

“I'm as ready as I can be, PawMight”, she replied in her usual energetic tone as the waitress served her some water and a small side dish. Must be the slight gift and possible associate with the possum here but she simply thanked her and ate her food. Not too long after she arrived came Tsuji, a fellow third year and a friend of hers. Though her expression was surprised when he rode in on a bike as he was decked out in his usual gear. Despite knowing him, she cant help but giggle due to the sight of seeing a bear on a bike. But she contained herself as she saluted Tsuji, “Yo, Iron Teddy. Nice bike” as she leaned back in her chair. She enjoyed the food that was served to her as she gathered up her energy for the upcoming work. Making it a deal to not underestimate the work. She doesn't want to end up falling from a building like her first time so she was making sure everything was ready on her end.
Feng then turned her attention to Perry as he laid everything out as clear as day. She was attentive as she listened and made notes on what to look out for. Patrols like this were normal for her with some prior experience so she made it a note to keep an eye out of her surroundings as she moved along. Though a smile on his face did appear when he sees who Perry was referring to as he was quite popular with the kids for his obvious appearance. When it time for questions she had a few just to make sure for her peace of mind.
“Just a few questions like the route and area we need to cover, anything to look out for and standard procedure once we apprehend a criminal”

Tsuji grabbed the back of neck after hearing Paw Might's compliment on his bike. It was kinda weird to get a compliment from not just your history teacher, but also a pro hero. It wasn't like being starstruck, but it was more like genuine appreciation. “Thanks, Mr. Paw Might! I worked on it myself a little” he said, turning to Feng before continuing. “Same for you Typhoon Dragon, thanks. Great name, too.” After introductions were all done, it was time for proper debriefing on what the job was today. As Paw Might explained, this was to be a patrol section of the internship, making sure petty theft wasn't occurring nearby, especially due to the location of elementary schools. It didn't make a lot of sense, trying to rob little kids, but if it was possible...
From the talk, this mission was going to be a little less action focused, more or less looking around and keeping a keen eye out for trouble – something Tsuji needed a lot. His mind tended to wander a large majority of the time, a bunch of continual thoughts enrapturing him throughout the day, each one keeping his attention for such a short timespan. Doing a proper patrol round as part of an internship would really be a benefit to the bear, helping him focus down on specific points. But he did have some questions for Paw Might, similar to the ones Feng was asking. “Yeah, what F- uh, Typhoon Dragon said, how are we meant to go around procedure? Also, if we do get into some kind of battle, how are we supposed to go around it? Do we just go in and try to get them down and out, or just restrain them? I assume we'd need to wait before the authorities arrive, is that true?” he asked, all the questions coming in quick succession. There might have been a fair few to ask the pro hero, but Tsuji didn't often get the chance to ask his teachers directly, only during certain points of the year.

The time of praising the sweet bike and mechanical skills came and passed after some kind banter. Perry pleased to see a piece of fine machinery to overlook briefly but quickly after those few moments pulled himself back into the present matters of importance. He had Joey's to take on real life patrol after all. He listened to them both briefly before preparing to try and answer all their questions as his thick pink tail swayed lightly too and fro behind him.
"The few small business in the area and alleys people have been robbed in will be where we start. Even if its mainly small time crime I'd rather get it solved given schools are around in the area as well." He'd say given the fact that it might even be impossible kids might get in trouble too made even the small robberies that much more high priority.
"If you see any crime that you aren't sure whats happening act polite and approach to see whats happening. If anyone's in danger wallop the baddy and secure them. Don't go too overboard just do what you have too. I have some restraints for you here just encase." He'd say turning to the bag he had some food in earlier for his snackage and pulled out a small set bundle for each of them of plastic secure lines for wrapping around wrists and ankles.
"These should do well, IF it's a extra strong quirker I'll come help Or if I'm not able to help feel free to call for back up." Handing them each a radio as well and then throwing away the now useless bag and food wrappers. "Once they are secured and beaten if we find any. Call in to the police and let them pick them up and do the official arrest. I'm told that hooman law needs these kinda things done like that." He'd say waiting to see if there was any more questions before they would begin their patrols.
Note for memory: - gave them radios, And plastic ties to secure villains hands and wrists.

Feng would listen for Pawmights response and would mentally take note of each detail. Much of it remained the same from when she did her part with Redhorn over the winter but this was more emphasized on protecting the people from even the smallest of crimes. More strenuous but she saw it more for training her critical eye for things as she heard the rest of the guidelines. Which were all straightforward as she was given a radio and some zip ties for capturing any criminals. Pawmight knows his job well and she is glad to work with him as she was still a bit green herself when it came to the usual procedure.
“Ok so make sure no crimes or trouble is afoot, talk and make sure its nothing serious. Subdue and not beatdown and restrain them. Call the police and wait till they make an official arrest and so on…”, she said to herself to drive it into her head as she went back over the rules.”Works for me!...you have any other concerns about it, Iron Teddy?”, she asked her other fuzzy friend as she stretched her arms into the air to get a bit warmed up.
Once all the questions were answered and everything else was explained, she would follow along with her normal speed to begin her patrol and making sure to watch her corners. Her eyes needed some training so this was the perfect time to put them to work. Speed and reaction were her specialties and taking down baddies in top gear was her way so it was all she can hope for.

It seemed as though the procedure was as Tsuji expected – if not worded a little more candidly. He could tell that Paw Might knew what they were talking about, just that the way they parsed the information was a little less official than he thought a pro hero would give. They were to start off with the areas hit by criminals beforehand, to try and see if there would be a similar attack. Made enough sense, but why do something like that around a school? It was nothing but immoral, reminding him of when he had helped Kouta out before, and walked him back to his home. Seemed like a distant memory now, but it would of course help. Even the smallest of crimes needed foiling, and it was up to both him and Feng to try and stop that. The form of stopping such crime was far closer to what he expected, try to calm the situation, but when it comes down to it, use of violence is authorised, and the new goal is to secure them for arresting. Paw Might handed both of them a small radio, and what looked like small plastic ties he often saw his mother using to protect valuable items in the bakery – helpful tools for threats. And the official business was left to the police.
A very simple way of doing things, but not easy – being a hero wasn't about following the book to a tee, anything could change at the tip of a hat. If there was no chance for backup, you may need to flee, or keep going without, enduring punishment. Many different scenarios were pouring around Tsuji's head, however it was broken up after Feng asked her question to him. “Wh- huh? Oh, uh, no, it all sounds good to me!” he said, grasping the back of his neck and laughing to himself. He didn't want to sound like he wasn't listening, but the boy's mind did tend to wander a little off track. Tsuji had the basics down however, and that was what mattered most here. After he gathered his thoughts, he would set off, looking for any plots to thwart, any kinds of suspicious activity linked to the crimes that the pro possum had mentioned. He didn't want to hurt them, but if it came down to it, and violence was unavoidable, he could put up a fight – it was what he was trained for, after all.

He listened to them both make their brief acknowledgment of what he said and gave them each a nod. Pleased things were understood as well as they were. He'd roll up the little papers stashing them quickly back in his small truck a bit off. Turning on his little radio attached to his hip. His allot smaller then theres as they'd set off. The journey nothing to eventful at first as he walked ahead of them quick in pace on all fours as well as he went on. His small cape waving as he did along his back. Now and again a few kids in the neighborhood likely on their way to school would give small waves at the group of heroes with small grins and chuckles as they did. They were... quite the group one might say. But even still a small pink paw would wave at anyone that gave a kind nod or wave to the group. Perry as well trying to observe his apprentices reactions as well as subtly as he could so hopefully they wouldn't catch him peeking from time to time.
"I've learned quickly you have to keep a keen eye. But might as well be polite to the people along the way too right? I've learned the small ones are far more kind 'most' of the time." He'd say in some advice but lightly idle chatter as well as they walked together. Of course that was until a strange mettalic rattle was heard along the path a short while later after they'd made some headway in some patrolling. Like trash cans crashing when they neared a alley between one of the school districts and a small line of shopping buildings as well. "We better check this out," He'd say and with little warning his tiny feet seemed to carry him at a speed several times quicker then most would expect from looking at him. Trying to turn the corner and hoping his allies would keep up and have good instincts as well.
It wasn't far down the alley that they may have seen a small trio of man where it was dark and someone dressed with a apron as if they worked in one of the stores nearby as well. Some food spread in the alley from the knocked over garbage cans meaning he likely worked at one of the little food shops. "Cease in the name of the Law and the Power of Pawmight!" He'd roar out moving in closer. The closer they'd get they'd see as they approached the man looking a bit bruised and clearly some sort of shake down or hustle happening. One man big as a living statue and appearing to be made of stone likely from some quirk holding the man up high by his dirtied bloody rumpled collar. The other two odd looking quirkers a man with scales and the face like a snake with a elongated neck. The other quickly coating his forearms in jagged ice created from nowhere that had a cold aura about them. An a edge that looked dangerously sharp.
"Keep your wits about you comrades..." He'd say not yet fully approaching as at the moment it was a bit of a stand off. But PawMight's aura in a manner of speaking would be quite tense and the students if still b ehind him would see the fur on the nape of his neck bristling at the site of the the man in clutches. "This harrasment and assualt, Come along willingly or..." He said trying to think how to say this now that he had apprentices with him. Normally he'd just kick their ass or try to at least and settle things quickly. Not with all that human mumbo jumbo they put in the way. "Will have to wallop you and take you in." He'd say expecting them to take a strong front and approach with him hopefully.

The patrol was overall quite peaceful despite the times, many a passerby waved high to the interesting trio of a bear, a possum and a small asian girl. She waved at the citizens and made sure to check her corners but she did occasionally glance at Perry for...well for the reason of seeing possum makes her want to pet him. But she kept it professional as she followed and listened to the radio for any signs of activity. Her mentor of course gave some sound advice that will be useful for the future as she made a mental note of it. She nodded along and made some small talk about the nearby cafe’s. As they neared the alley nearby one of the school districts, Pawmight sensed something was up and gave the order to go. He then would speed off like a bullet as Feng was getting ready to follow.
“Holy…”, Feng said as Pawmight went full speed ahead with his tiny legs which surprised her to no end. “Showtime, Teddy!”, She said to her colleague as she soon followed suit behind her mentor. Speed was her game and keeping up was no issue as she went down the alley way at breakneck speeds to catch up to whatever was happening down in the alleyway. It wasnt that far as she soon found herself staring down a trio of men with a bloodied up individual. Garbage cans were knocked over and Pawmight made his presence known.
Feng's eyes scanned the trio as she can size them up. One large stone man, a snake man and an ice man of sorts. That is all what she can see with her trained vision as she was staying sharp and staying on guard against the trio. Her thoughts towards getting the man some proper care due to his condition. Her mentor gave his orders and Feng watches their movements to see how they respond. The moment they jump at the moment of a fight, she is aiming for snake man first and then ice to take out the two more frail targets. But thats if they jump the gun…
“Gotcha Pawmight...Iron Teddy stay on guard”, she said her piece to her colleagues as her eyes begin to glow a bit she watches their movements.

Setting off with Paw Might, Tsuji couldn't help but notice as the group started to walk down the street, there were some people, admirers. They were waving a fair bit towards each of them, so to keep up high spirits in the area, the bear waved back, cracking a smile to the citizens. Feng did the same too, but still paying attention to their teacher for this patrol. Tsuji however was more engrossed in the waving and raising morale, that he didn't realise that both Paw Might and Typhoon Dragon were moving into an alleyway close by, spotting some trouble, He doubled back as soon as Feng called to him, replying with an “Ok”. Looking into the alley, he saw the possum scatter deep into the dark place. It was similar to the same one he'd found Kouta in, but this time it was more official – he had right to bring these people to justice, rather than intimidate them as he did before, even if it wasn't intentional. There were a few criminals, and one hurt man, roughed up by the group. The perpetrators looked to be mutation quirkers, much like Tsuji himself; a snake-man, a man made up of rocks, and some kind of ice quirker, possibly an emitter type. It seemed a rather colourful cast, but if they were causing trouble, they wouldn't be doing so for much longer. The bear followed the example put forth by Paw Might, as he demanded a surrender, or force would be required. He responded yet again to Feng: “Will do, Typhoon Dragon.” He then turned to face the possible perpetrators, and spoke to them as well. “We are licensed to use force if need be – don't let it come to that. Just walk away quietly – let him go.” Tsuji felt more like a hero than ever now, not in the traditional sense, but in the sense of foiling a crime, letting people know what their rights were, etc. He stepped forth, along with his teacher and Feng, setting an example to the criminals. If a fight was to break out, it could go quickly, seeing as their strength was tripled. All it took was subduing them, and placing the ties on. Seemed far more simple than he would have imagined, but this was a real situation – if this was how things were done on the streets, then Tsuji would need to adhere.

It was a bit of a unknown bit of chaos that the larger stone man recognized Perry for a Pro, He was around this area patrolling now and again to keep the small humans and innocent people safe. So he wasn't exactly a unsuspected force or unknown danger. An as he approached the stone man intended to cease this sizing up what was happening and whispering something to his men as he took the lead just as Perry did for his apprentices.
"I believe all has been made clear! Surrender or things will have to ge-" He barely got out moving closer as in moments the large stone man showed a extreme rush of speed someone of such size should not have been capable of. But then again in a world of quirks and super powered anybodies no one knew what to expect in many situations. Surprises quite literally could be around each and every corner and in every encounter. The uppercut hitting Perry in his chin and chest ending him quite literally flying off into the distance landing on a nearby business roof with a thud as the large stone man attempted to then run after leaping towards the roof. "Ahhhhhhh" A perhaps divide and conquer strategy at play here... An a time for apprentices to put training to practice quickly. "Reeeeeeee" ---- The wounded store owner was breathing heavily now on the ground and wounded too tired and bruised to move as the other two criminals approached Feng and Tsuji dividing up as they did it seemed each focusing on their own target for this dance.
The cold bladed scale covered snake like man rushed Feng leaping up and against a wall in a sudden jump and leap rushing down at her at a straight and downward rush the snake head uncoiling forward as well in the rush of speed venom dripping from the fangs as the quick and agile thin foe attempted to lung straight for her in a slash of claws from his hands and a downward biting strike like a snack rushing at its victim from above oddly enough. Trying to slash and bite into the girl.
The strong looking man wielding the power of ice that formed around his arms like armor rushed Tsuji though. Using a direct approach running straight for him but in a surprise move stopping early and slamming both of the ice fists in attempt towards the ground and if all went as planned. A sudden burst in the last few feet of distance would create a path of jagged ice quickly forming on the ground consuming all in it's path attempting to try and catch Tsuji as well within it and try and not only freeze the target where he stood but also stab within him with jagged ice sickles.

It was a tense situation to say the least as Fengs eyes watched the criminals. For a moment she relaxed her eyes as she felt her eyelids getting heavy. She blinked for a moment before she she heard Perry go flying into the air as the stone man seemingly showed more speed than she assumed. The caped possum went flying and stone man followed suit as he sped off at high speeds.”PAWMIGHT-SENSEII!”, she exclaimed as she saw him fly into the air with the rock criminal going soon after.
But as everything happened, she heard something coming her way soon after as she soon felt an incoming strike from the man who seemed to have snake like features for his quirk. Feng in reaction used her quirk and created a distance between herself and the snake man; grabbing Tsuji out of instinct as she dodged the attacks that came their way. Her expression was neutral but she did smirk a bit as she sized up both of the targets at a glance.
“Looks like we have our opponents. Snake for me and Road Winter for you, Teddy.”, She takes a fighting stance as her eyes begin to glow the usual color as she stares down the snake man. “Last one who finishes buys lunch!”, She exclaimed as she rushed at the scaled criminal. Activating her quirk in rapid succession to quickly get into range, she promptly kicked the scale man up towards the roof and quickly used the surrounding walls to follow after him. A tag team fight in an area like that is only asking for massive amounts of damage with how both of them fight.
She lands on the roof with the snake man waiting in tow as she looks at him dead on. “First word of advice Scales, its rude to attack a lady like that without even giving your name.”, she taunted as she takes a fighting stance as her legs began to burn. There was some spring in her step as she already has a few dozen moves ready for him. The snake like features didn't exactly scare her as she remembers her mother having a similar fighting style barring the fangs and what not. Poison and the claws are going to pose a slight issue but with her speed, it wont be much of a problem unless he has more tricks up his sleeves.
"Now are you ready to tango or are you ready to go back into the sand?"

Preparation was key, after all – one the men had attacked Paw Might, with intent to continue. Force was now required – however, Tsuji saw that Paw Might was hit away from both him and Feng, and as a result, the students were now separated from their pro, each with people to attack. Likewise with Feng, the bear yelled out for the hero: “Teacher! Man...” he looked down, and then up towards the criminals, getting ready to fight. Tsuji moved into his Third Count stance, and was ready for a fight. They began to do so first, the snake-like one moving towards Feng, and the ice quirker coming to him. He was right in his belief that they were an emitter, spreading ice around his arms as a form of offensive defence. However, the spring-loaded girl grabbed Tsuji, taking him up and allowing him to move out of the way, stray flames of the springs melting some of the ice that would have come up and got him.
Tsuji let go, and slid back a bit, ready to counter the villains. He heard Feng's cocky attitude about a bet, and decided to go along with it. After all, these guys may have separated them from their teacher, but they weren't helpless. “Sounds like a plan, Typhoon Dragon. I'll take you up on that.” said the bear, as he began to head into the fray against the ice man, speeding down the alley on all fours. He leapt over some of the cold patches, not wanting to slip, and stood up again, facing the thug. “We're allowed to use force now – so come quietly, or the global warming will be you and... and then you'll be w-warm... whatever!” he said, fumbling his words a little, as he began to lay in a series of punches towards the arms, in hopes of shattering them, or at the very least breaking them down. Afterwards, he'd try to uppercut the ice man for a follow up, disorienting him for the time being. Then, the best was yet to come after that...
