A new year for the hardworking students of U.A. The school has discussed with its teachers and asks the utmost of them and their fellow pro-heroes in the field to help with internships for the new second years and apprenticeships for the third years. We want to ask the third years to figure out their focus for this is their last year and try to intern with that specific teacher to gain more knowledge about their job and more insight in your future, to switch as minimal as possible.
Apprenticeships and internships continue year-round, we still do expect you to follow your classes and get good grades to continue your academic career as well.
Students that can successfully complete 3 threads with their mentor will earn a small experience bonus. Meanwhile, mentors that successfully complete 3 internship threads with their students will gain 1 EP.
Rules:
Now how do you get an internship or an apprenticeship?
We ask you to contact either the mentor or the student by DM or PMs to ask and perhaps plot. We also ask you to come up with an ic reason (you don't have to specifically write it out but just so you know why) as to why you are interning with this specific hero.
Every 2nd year and every 3rd year is eligible to do an internship or apprenticeship depending on their year.
Look over the pro-heroes, Here and don't forget there are some NPC pro-heroes to be found, Here that you could request to work with by adding a Storyteller request for them!
You all have creative freedom over this, so please don't wait on someone else to act first! Approach a mentor or two! Mentors approach a few students at a time!
Extra (but small) notes:

- Students must NOT use their quirks in a public setting without express permission from their mentor. Any contrary to this should be punished.
- Students remember, you are still children. While ranks are important in a DE setting, please respect your mentors even if they might not be as highly ranked as you. For the sake of the internships, mentors are to be treated as they are stronger and more experienced than you. Mentors, don't abuse that.
- In some instances--such as an overarching plot through threads--internship threads can be run with an ST in place of a hero, so long as the students have permission from their mentor to do so, the mentor and ST are in communication on the events of the thread (if the ST does not play the mentor themselves), and the students act in a manner acceptable to their position without their mentor present.
- For the third years, if you have successfully completed threads from year 2 that you have not used for your bonus last year, you can use them now still. We don't want you to lose progress.
- After some thinking we decided that you can get the bonus a maximum of 3 times over this school year. This means you need nine successfully completed threads.

- In case you play a pro-hero and you do not want an internship, please send me a DM/PM and I will add you to this post. If there is no pro-hero (or Mosa!) written down here; you can all consider the current pro-heroes available for internships and apprenticeships.
- Threads must be started and set after this announcement to be eligible.
