APPEARANCE AND PERSONALITY
Appearance:
Hinata is a tall, muscular and green, and once looking like a sterotypical zombie from an old movie or cartoon but now he looks like something not resembling an orc from fantasy stories and settings. His once torn skin healed leaving behind more subtle scars, his black sclera and white pupils turned white and yellow respectively. Hinata's muscle definition stayed the same. Hinata's one expressionless, dead-eyed expression is expressive and emotive, with his torn green skin healing over to scars he is admittedly quite attractive with a sharp jawline, handsome face with excellent facial features.
Hinata's dark hair has grown a bit over the school year and with recent times there is a subtle hint of white running along with his bangs but despite the stress, his hair has gotten softer and smoother to the touch. Hinata's skin is still soft to the touch which you wouldn't expect from touching him. Many people would expect him to be rough and coarse but nope. And despite his quirk Hinata always smells nice and clean, Hinata's sense of fashion is casual with jackets, jeans, and combat boots. And he has discarded his work out gear for his hero outfit to something more professional for his hero-persona. While not as flashy as some he has picked up some fashion sense hero wise.
POSITIVE

DISLIKES
✖ Live action remakes, Otakus, the idea of sleep, Veggies, potatoes
Personality:
Hinata is a chill, straightforward, honest, and generally a carefree person. Hinata doesn't care for confrontation, but that doesn't mean he won't do it. He would let things simmer out to a boil before intervening, to see how things pan out. He is curious to a fault, and would rather play with his targets before putting them down if it means he could learn more things. Hinata loves watching a good fight, and will loudly vocalize his support of allies or egg on opponents when he sees or partakes in conflict. He acts chill and relaxed, but there is more to him than that chill disposition.
Hinata has a low opinion of himself and a strong sense of self-loathing that he hides under his carefree nature. This self-loathing stems from his appearance and quirk. He hates how he looks and what his quirk is, which is why he gave up his ordinary life at a young age. At times he feels like he isn't good enough to be a Pro-hero or even to live a normal life. When his self-doubt spikes up, he acts by being cold, reckless, stubborn, and looks for a good fight to prove himself. He has a lot of issues due to many factors. Which all of them he has caused to himself. So he has nobody to blame for his life, but himself.

HISTORY
Hinata was born to homeless parents he would never get to know, as they left him behind at the hospital. Even from a young age, his quirk caused issues. After a few hours of being born, he was breathing out a toxin miasma that caused him to be isolated from the other babies and patients. Even the hospital staff had to wear a gas mask to take care of him. After a few days, his skin started to turn green, his iris white and sclera black. This sudden shift in appearance caused people to be wary of him thinking he will die of some disease, but after some tests, he was as healthy as any other child.
Hinata spent most of his childhood in the hospital he was born in, away from other children and most people. The hospital staff was like his family they were kind to him and treated him like the child that he was instead of a freak, Hinata after a few years, learned to control his breathing. But while growing up, he felt isolated and lonely as well as guilty for taking up his caretakers' time and energy. So as soon as an opportunity showed itself, he took it and ran away from the hospital at fourteen. But a young teenager with no life skills, money, or anything to his name is quite the struggle.
At first, people knew him as the "Zombie of Tokyo." It caused a minor panic in some districts of Tokyo since he would leave behind violently sick people, but it was soon these 'victims' were often drug traffickers or kidnappers that aimed teens and young adults. Hinata started to develop a name for himself as a vigilante during his teen years, one with a scary visage and quirk. His quirk was good at dealing with crowds and enclosed areas. So he was often sent to deal with crowds during his vigilante days.
People always said he came out of the hospital a vigilante, but the truth was he started as a scared kid. He never meant to hurt anybody, even bad people. But as he would learn, Vigilante's work was the only way he could get money consistently. So he used his dangerous quirk on the right people. So he eventually went from the "Zombie of Tokyo" to "Zombie king" despite him pushing for King at first. After a while, he just went with the zombie motif since he couldn't bother to correct people, and it got the job done. During one of his more recent encounters as a full-fledge Vigilante soon to be pro-hero, A villain who was resistant to his quirk messed him up badly, leaving massive scars all over his body and even damaged the side of his face. But due to not being immune to his quirk the villain finally got weaken by his miasma enough for the other vigilantes to deal with him, but he needed to be taken to a hosptial. So He went to the hosptial, the one where he spent his childhood.
During his intensive care, the nurses and doctors that help raised him were there, and they gave him grief as if he was their child. Hinata took it in strides and apologized for all the issues he caused. But him having turned 21 they couldn't do anything, but wish him luck and not to do anything that stupid. But that couldn't be helped when a government official came into his hospital room and told him the facts right there and then. He would have to join the government's hero project or else risk spending the rest of his life in prison. Despite his appearance, he got considered for the role thanks to his crowd controlling quirk, and Hinata not given much of a choice choose to be a pro-hero.
That was two years ago. So many things have changed since then, things that Hinata wouldn't have a guess when he was a teen vigilante on the streets. So Hinata, despite everything about his whole being he has to be a good influence for future generations of heroes.
