twin festivals 2074
This is the Master Thread for the 2074 Twin Festivals! These two events will be run simultaneously, so this is a Master Thread for links to all relevant info and details that are applicable to both events. The info pages for the individual events can be found here, alongside other useful links:

Now, the rest of this Master Thread is dedicated to info for both of them, so read carefully! There will also be an FAQs at the bottom which will be updated.
The events will start at 12:00 GMT, on the 14th of February. From there, you'll have two weeks to create threads, so up until the same time on the 29th of February, at which point Finales will begin! Non-Finale threads will be closed one month later, on the 29th of March.
Other factions will be allowed to participate in threads in event areas. However, only Students and Civilians are eligible for x2 EXP. Other than that, feel free to visit and mingle among the students.
Do note, though, that although villains may technically attend, security is extremely tight. Harming students on campus in either event isn't going to end well, nor is showing up if you're likely to be recognized as a major villain, so play it safe, evildoers!
Those of you have a student in each of 1st and 2nd year will be allowed to participate in both years' finales. However, those of you with 2 students in a single year will only be allowed to have 1 of them participate in that year's finale. Participation in event threads remains open, however.
Battle Tournaments for each year will be held. These are a completely optional side venture, and will not offer any rewards outside of the standard x2 EXP bonus. Details and sign-ups for these will be unveiled separately, so stay tuned.
Regarding IC timing of the events; although the finales OOCly start on the same day, they are ICly on different days, with the Sports Festival up first. So you can watch both on the TV if you wish, and senpais can support kouhais and vice versa!
ICly, both finales take place on a weekend somewhere around the 29th. It will be kept vague for the sake of ease, so treat it like regular liquid time.
Oh, the Twin Festivals also ICly begin after the 14th. So, no need to cancel any Valentine's Day plans!
The details on EP rewards will be released when Finale sign-ups are out.
