Tony had awoken very early this morning. Today was a special day. He would be the very first internship he would be teaching. To be able to teach the future heroes of tomorrow would be such a great honor. Just thinking about it was enough to put him in a good mood. Someday, these heroes-in-training would be put to the test against various threats. And if there was anything Tony could do to help them out, he would not hesitate for a second.
It was one of those rare days. It was winter, but it was not too cold outside. The sun was out, and its warm rays helped keep the air cool rather than frigid. A perfect day for the exercise Tony had in mind for the two students that would soon arrive. The location was a small park on the outskirts of Tokyo. Not a lot of people would visit this park too frequently, preferring to head to the much larger and more popular Tokyo Park whenever possible, making this park a nice quiet place to get some training done without worry of anyone getting in the way. Of course, there were some people here anyway, but they were all just minding their own business, not paying the pro-hero any mind as he began to set things up.
Taking a quick break before resuming his work, Tony sat down on one of the empty benches, taking out his phone and checking on the news for anything relevant. So far, nothing to worry about. All he would have to do now was wait for the two students to arrive. Both would have been given this location to come to, and both would have been requested to show up at noon sharp. Right now, it was 11:45, so there was still plenty of time left before he expected to see the two UA students.
Miku Hajimari. Rowan Sakamoto. These two were the ones chosen, and the reason for that was... well, there really wasn't a reason. They were just chosen at random. Tony was fine with any UA student, in all honesty. Anyone who attended that school would undoubtedly have already proven their worth, and thus were more than qualified to learn under Tony. He was curious to see what the two could do, what they excelled at, what they still needed to improve. But of course, that would make itself clear in due time.
Once Miku and Rowan both arrived, they would notice the pro-hero finishing setting up the area. There were several obstacles, fake walls set up as though they were buildings in an urban area. There were also a couple of robots scattered around. These were obtained from a certain facility that he and Nimue were tested in. As far as Tony was concerned, the crazy worker operating that crazy show owed him a favor or several. Of course, if the girls were expecting this internship to be nothing more than an obstacle course, then they were in for a surprise.
"Ah, good! I just finished up here. Welcome!" Tony had to resist greeting the pair in Spanish. Just because he had spent about half his life in Spain, it did not mean that everyone in Japan did. "Before we get started, let us all introduce ourselves." Tony figured it would be rude to ask the two to introduce themselves without him doing so first. "I am Antonio Tonomura, but please, call me by my hero name Wildheart." A short and polite bow. "My specialty lies in combat and rescue. With my quirk, I am able to quickly reach those in need of saving, as well as take down criminals that give the police a hard time." It would not be too hard for Miku and Rowan to notice that Tony had avoided talking about just what his quirk could do. But it was nothing to worry about. They would learn more about that soon....
"Now why don't you two future heroines tell me your names? Specifically your hero names. And tell me a bit about yourselves. What are your goals as future heroes? What do you lack that you wish to improve on?" Tony looked forward to hearing their answers.

After an internship with Nimue, Miku had another one. This time with a Pro Hero called Centurion. Miku didnt know uch about this hero, but she was eager to learn more. She went to meet this person at their meeting place. Miku arrived on time and saw him and Rowan who arrived as well, so she gred her with a wave.
Soon the hero started to steak and intoduced himself as Antonio Tonomura. But his hero name is Wildheart. He is a more combat and rescue hero. It was all interesting to hear to Miku. Although he didnt want to say his Quirk, he just said he is quick to reach those in the place of saving. Miku was a bit shyish, so she didnt want to ask him why he skimmed his Quirk
So she put a similar method when she needed to intoduce herself. Skip her quirk. "My hero name is Lil'Petti. My goal as a future hero is to save people and put bad guys to jail. And well... I dont know the last answer. I usually let the others with a more experienced eye be the judge on where Im lacking. But when it comes to improvement, I'd say that I need to improve everywhere" because she was bad, not as good as the others.

Her quirk was an issue, she wanted to do it differently. She wished she wasn't born with a fire quirk. It was too late to hide it such as her father did. Hm, that made her wonder how he ever learned to control it so much. She thought about it while walking the last steps within the park to find the pro-hero that let her train with him. Obviously, she had listened to Chimera and looked up everything she could about Wildheart, she heard Tsuchiya and Nakahara-sensei talk about him and she wasn't sure if eavesdropping was bad so she had not listened too much and walked on. But now the 2-A president was actually curious about the man much. She was the second to arrive and looked while walking towards Tony and Miku to the obstacle course. It wasn't visible because she knew how to keep her expression neutral but she did not like what she saw, an obstacle course? Well, on the one hand, it might make her not explode things, which was a plus point. She should maybe point it out to the man that she was ehm, having issues with her quirk. Though she got a lot more control after speaking with Tetsuko and Junko about it, that worked a lot. But the fact was that it needed to become better. It needed to be controlled by her control and not her fear anymore.
She waved shortly at Miku as she noticed her friend waved at her and she joined by her side soon and made a short and polite bow to Tony as he greeted them. She nodded as he suggested to introduce yourself and she noted to herself that she should call him Wildheart, yes, that made sense. She turned to look at Miku and nodded, she had thought long and hard about her hero name at the beginning of the year together with Relena and this was a lot better than before.
She put her hand on her chest when it was her turn, "My name is Rowan Sakamoto, or Lady Inferno." She said and made the same polite bow that was just a part of her upbringing. "I would like to form a combination of a rescue hero and one that is able to support victims and other pro-heroes." She had no idea that it had to do with forming an agency, "My father ehm, well we have a lot of money and I want to use it for good as well as hotels where people could stay if they are unsafe or their house is destroyed by accident." She had to say her weakness and she sighed, unfortunately, that would be loud and she blushed a little, "I have a fire quirk and I have to learn to stop being afraid of it." No need to say it went berserk before. Right, she could do this and she gave a little smile before looking back at her feet. She had not even told Miku that and now she was confessing such a thing.

Tony listened to the two girls speak. First was Miku, or Lil'Petti. Very interesting hero name. Her goal as a hero was standard, but still no less admirable. He noticed that she had not mentioned her quirk at all. That was fine, as he would get to see it in action pretty soon. Unless she somehow planned to take on the upcoming exercise without using her quirk at all. Now that would be an impressive sight. Regardless, Tony looked forward to seeing what Lil'Petti could do. Anyway, she then went on to explain that she doesn't know exactly where she's lacking, that she lets others more experienced than her see what it is, and that she needed improvement everywhere. Was this simple modesty, or was she really behind her classmates like that? Well either way, Tony wanted to help Miku with that improvement in any way that he could.
And then there was Rowan, or Lady Inferno. As the name implied, it appeared that she had a fire-based quirk. Unlike Miku who wished to save people and take care of villains, Rowan seemed to be more into the former than the latter. Supporting people and other pros. Again, a simple goal, but an admirable one nonetheless. She then went on to mention her family having money and wanting to use it for good. Tony nodded in approval. He was very much the same there. Rich, but using most of that wealth for the benefit of others. But then she mentioned learning to stop being afraid of her quirk. Did that mean that she somehow could not control her fire? Or was she afraid that her quirk would harm someone? Tony could relate there. Centaurion was not the easiest beast to control. It took him ages of training to get to where he was now. If Rowan needed someone to teach her control, then of course Tony would do what he could to help her.
"Alright, very excellent answers, both of you! Rescuing victims, assisting people and other heroes, locking up criminals, these are all excellent goals to strive for. And it is my hope that I can teach you, show you things to help you on your path to being successful heroes. Lil'Petti, you say you need improvement everywhere. So let us work hard together to get you one step closer to that improvement! Lady Inferno, I have had my own experience with learning to not fear my quirk and instead make it my own, and I shall make it today's mission to help you do the same!"
Alright, with introductions out of the way, it was time to move on to the next step: Explaining what all of these obstacles, fake walls, and robots were all about. "Okay, so you two might be wondering what all these things I've set up is for. Is it an obstacle course of some kind? Well the answer is no. Consider this more of a practical exercise. Because risking damaging real buildings and putting actual civilians in harm's way is a huge no-no, this is the next best thing. Your mission is..."
If Miku or Rowan were looking closely enough at Tony right now, they might have been able to notice the eye color changing from violet to red. But even if they did not, the two would notice the basketball-sized red sphere that seemed to appear out of nowhere. The sphere then expanded and began to change form, until the familiar lion-headed centaur beast appeared. Letting out a loud roar that almost startled the people passing by, Centaurion looked down at the two girls, standing tall and menacingly with its arms crossed.
"...To keep the villain at bay. You two will have five minutes to do everything in your power to drive Centaurion back. Centaurion here will play the role of villain and will aim to attack you, the nearby buildings, and the various robots that will be acting as the innocent civilians. For this exercise, you have my permission to use your quirks in whatever way you see fit to bind, restrain, wear down, or if you can manage to, defeat Centaurion. The only thing to keep in mind there is to avoid using more force than necessary. Your job as heroes does not permit you to use excessive force. Always remember, heroes don't kill. Only villains do that.
Also keep in mind that the robots must be kept safe at all times. Civilian lives have been entrusted to your hands. You must do what is necessary to maintain that trust and keep the people safe. Do not allow any harm to come to the civilians."
And with that, it was almost time to start. "Before we begin, if either of you have any questions about the exercise or anything in general, do not hesitate to ask now. I'll be more than happy to answer any questions or concerns."

Rowan arrived and greetings were exchanged. Then Rowan introduced herself to Wildheart and proceeded to tell her hero name. Lady Inferno, a really cool and badass hero name. Also very sophisticated sounding. She went on to tell a bit about herself and then said a surprising fact, she is afraid of fire?? Well... its kinda understandable if the quirk was discovered in a not so nice way, but still surprising since Rowan never told her that. Then the Pro Hero spoke and gave em their assignment, an excercise for the two of them. Soon an unfamiliar creature showed up. Miku had enough experience to tell this was a Summon type quirk. While she hadnt noticed the eye colour changing from a violent violent to a blood red. She did have enough know how to know when a quirk was used. This centaur summon sure explains why his hero name is Wildheart. Diagression aside, the centaur was Miku and Rowans faux villain. The two needed to uprehand him with the 'villain' causing a minimum amount of damage and destruction. And of course the usual 'heroes dont kill', no prob. Oh and 5 minutes. Miku took a deep breath to mentally prepare for that and strategized already what she could do before the excercise could begin. "Ok, so like a typical summon, he's a big and chonky fella" was one of the things Miku thought to herself as she eyed the centaur summon
Lastly before this starts for real, Wildheart asked if the two had any questions. Ummm, Miku couldnt think of a question. So she looked at Rowan to see if she had something in mind. Maybe Rowan can help Miku spark a question

Rowan took a deep breath and looked at Tony. She did not like it this way but it was the best way, to be honest. She learned the little bits of control and discipline but that did not mean that she liked it. That she still wasn't afraid of fire. The damage she could do to anyone, that was what made her afraid, one wrong move and she might eventually be able to burn someone. Just because of that she had tried so hard to not use her quirk but she really wanted to be prepared for the future and in this case, was that future the sports festival. She took a deep breath again to calm her nerves, glad to have someone that did understand what she wanted and needed. Which was the whole reason for her not looking at Miku. She had not told her, she had already spilt enough beans about how useless she felt before, during their slumber party. There was no need to go further into detail.
As Tony continued, she took a step back as the sphere appeared, even if she had seen the colour of his eyes change. That did not matter because she had not considered this would happen. She had researched Wildheart of course, that meant she knew slightly about his quirk but not enough. She looked at the big creature before turning to look around the setting. So the walls were buildings and the robots were civilians, okay. Well thank god he thought of something and this was the time she finally looked at Miku. Heroes did not kill, ha tell that with an explosive power. But on the other hand, five minutes could take quite some time when you were fighting something so big and the like. There would be not much time to discuss, how would they do this.
She turned her attention back to Tony, "Is this going to take my fear? Won't he be hurt or you if I do burn him." She said if on purpose, she did not want to underestimate the pro-hero but her fear was obviously so clear.
