Well, if Kanna could be bothered to pick the most annoying time of the year, then Christmas just had to be it. Well she had nothing against christmas specifically, but the mere sight of everyone making merry pissed her off like she could hardly even admit. In a way, the blonde could almost be excused by her innermost Grinch, after all, where everybody had loving families with whom to come home to and celebrate, she really didn't.
"Tch... I need a fucking drink...", mumbled the blonde to herself, swinging open the doors to the bar, rubbing her forehead like she'd just fougth through a painful migraine... That's what it felt like... Sure, she could certainly find cheery people at a busy bar, but at least that's the one place where she'd expect to... Pulling off her jacket and leaving it at the hanger, the gruff, tattooed blonde walked into the bar, clad in a plain, tight tee and blue jeans highlighting her svelte, shapely physique, understandably drawing quite a few intersted glances. Her gaze in turn, merely turned left, then right, not for a moment seeing anything that caught her attention, "Place just had to be full huh... Just my fucking luck."
Letting out an annoyed groan as she noticed the struggle in finding herself a discreet corner to get drunk in peace, for a moment she actually considered heading back home... But since she actually went out of her way to come here. Might as well just grab a drink or two. Considering the disappointing lack of free, spacious seats, she instead looked for the people she wouldn't actually mind hanging close to.
Most of the drunkards around defenitely fell outside that category...
Kanna's nose twitched with annoyance, already wondering if she might actually stand being here long enough to get good and wasted... But then... Once again her pierced nose twitched, as she caught a whiff of something. A brew strong enough to catch her attention, even more so when found in the hands of the only seemingly sane person in this sickeningly jolly season. Cooly taking a seat beside the woman, Kanna rested her elbows on the bar, folding them under her bust as she shot the gloomy woman a cursory glance then spoke up to the bartender:
"I'll have what she's having."
Mind you, Kanna hardly made any real attempts at conversation, let alone hit on her or anything of the sort... But if she couldn't be alone, she'd much rather sit next to the one person whose mood felt more like her own instead of... All the cheery drunkards singing christmas songs. And if they did happen to end up chatting...
How bad could it possibly be?
