She had all the time in the world, she would see Giovanni later today. So she wasn't in a hurry. Nimue always woke up early, 9 was definitely the latest time she would get out of the bed, which it was now. A few minutes past nine. Kuro was already gone and she was simply wandering around with what she wanted to wear and what she wanted to do and so on. She brushed her hair and looked in the mirror in her bedroom. Her hair up? Knot? Ponytail? Just lose, she looked and turned her face. She moved around in her house, she put the kettle on the stove for the tea in a bit and went to the bathroom to fix her make-up. She would dep a few bits of foundation on her face to hide the red line on her face.
She was working on that when she thought she heard something but she would not know for sure. She shrugged as she knew her door was locked and the curtains still closed, so it was fine. She did not have to worry. She finished her make-up and put her hair finally up in a high ponytail. It would certainly help for the festivities of today not to be caught up with her hair. She looked at her facial expression and fixed the rest of her make-up. She went into the kitchen, still not sure what way to dress. She had found a soft black with golden dress and she had shoes that fit with it. She wasn't sure if she would do so or something else. It was a rather interesting construction. She hummed to herself and fixed the tea in a mug. What more to considering doing for today, she should maybe make some dessert for tonight. She peeked through the curtain in the kitchen, oh it was lightly snowing again. Better than considering the days they had a date. A white Christmas though. She smiled to herself and turned around and leaned with her hips against the kitchen cupboards and thinking about it again. Wait, this wasn't smart and she put her tea mug down and went to get the herbs for in the mug, else she still wouldn't have tea. She quickly moved into the living room and stared at the painting. Hm, she still had no present for Giovanni, so maybe she should try this afternoon to find something, maybe not? She should first get dressed, that dress already or something else before she would go there?

Today is the most wonderful time of the year. Snowing just like last christmas. But all he wants for christmas is her. And thats why he went to Nimue, because he wanted to spend his time with her. Along the way, everything was cheery and festive, he heard the carol of the bells and so much. Luckily, his careful drive did not last long as soon he parked the car and arrived to Nimues place. Before getting out he took his prize possesion, Nimue's house key. Along with her wrapped gift. He closed the car and made his way to her appartment. Using her key he unlocked the door and entered the home, he closed the door behind him and spoke as he turned around "Honey I'm-" and thats when he saw Nimue in the living room. Well the key slipped from his hand and fell down and he started to blush like a tomato. Wow, was the view. Is it bad that he wants a painting of that or maybe a sexy photo he could have. God, he was addicted to her. But then, he had to make the most of it. He got a grip of himself and approached Nimue and kissed her on the lips and hugged her, of course he still held her gift, he didnt drop that. After his lovely greeting of a kiss. He looked at her lovingly and said "You look wonderful" and then he lightly spanked her booty

Right, maybe paint him, maybe she could draw him. Would she not half drool over that paper, yes maybe she would? She was going to consider what to do but she needed a gift for him, or maybe at least for the fifth. She still had not found any concert tickets and that was the worst disappointment. She heard the door and turned her head surprised, but they would only meet in the afternoon, that could not be Giovanni. She did see him, she did hear him and out of reflection she moved her hands up to cover the top of her body but well obviously that wasn't necessary and she heard the clinging of the key she had given him last week.
She could not say anything, she wasn't even sure what to say and he quickly moved to her and crashed his lips on hers and she let a soft sound escape her lips. Definitely not a sound to push them away, a soft yap because she did not think he would smack her. But she let go of her hiding and smirked in the kiss and wrapped her arms around his neck to pull him closer to her. "Hmm, I missed you." She whispered against his lips after his compliment. She wanted to kiss him again, and again and thus she did. "You are early." She commented because well yes that was the thing but who cared now. That meant she would not have time to make a gift for him anymore but she could maybe ask what outfit he liked the most, it surely was interesting. She broke the kiss and quickly hurried to her bedroom to the wardrobe they made. "Hm I thought about wearing a dress." She quickly took it from her bed and threw it over her head, it was blac on the top and the lower part was golden, "How about this one?"

"I missed you too" he whispered back to her. She kissed him once again and he returned the kiss. After which Nimue said how early he was. Giovanni smiled and said "I couldnt wait to see you"He was so fixated on Nimue that he forgot the very gift he was still holding onto. Once thing that broke his animal urges and insticts was what Nimue next started to do... Choose a dress? No no no, that can not do
He holds her hand.
"I think you look wonderful right now. Infact, I need to show you how wonderful you are" he said and then took her to her room

He was with Nimue and god he wishes he could have a smoke. That would feel so good. Now was the perfect time for it. Alas, he promised to Nimue that he wouldnt do it. Or at least not in her presence~
Giovanni looked at Nimue and asked her "How are you feeling?" good hopefully. Thats how he felt. Very very good. But should he give her the gift? Or should he just leave it by her christmas tree so she could discover it later. Decisions decisions. Ahhh, he doesnt want to think now. Just focus on her~

Before she could even pull on the dress it slipped from her fingers as he pulled her closer and she shook her head, right. She let it be and she would just enjoy it. It was Christmas and she did not want the bad lingering feeling that she had a few weeks ago. It would not be fair. She leaned on her elbows as she watched Giovanni relax. Maybe that's what he needed too from time to time, could not be easy running a restaurant. Should she heal him? Just in case there was something? Nah, it was better not to use her quirk on him but she simply stared at him, "I feel very Christmasy~" She said in a sing-a-song voice, "But I would still like to know what you thought of the dress." Albeit it was still on the ground but hopefully it did not immediately wrinkle, that would be bad. But she would manage, she wondered if he had breakfast already, she didn't and it was getting about time that she was getting hungry and needed food. But she wondered, most of the time if he showed up earlier or unexpected Giovanni had a plan which was one of the reasons why she stared at him with an amused expression on her face.
She had missed the present that he had held before and that was maybe good, for Nimue still did not have a plan. The fact that he showed up early blocked her other plan but maybe she would manage, she might get some more time today. Should she pack the pencils and the block note in her bag though? That might be smart. "Can I wear the dress for you now?" She asked as she got up slightly to kiss him. Hm, maybe they could make breakfast together, albeit it was almost brunch time if you looked at the clock.

He kissed her when she said that she felt so christmassy and he loved her sing song voice. She then asked about the dress once more. First he glanced at the dress for a second and then looked at Nimue "I think you outshine any dress you wear. But if you feel beautiful in that dress, then you are beautiful" he said, because he wasnt interested in dresses at this time.
Nimue though asked can she wear the dress for him now. He nodded "Of course you can." he should do some wearing too. "Can I help you get dressed?~" he asked
If not, he can assist her any other way. Ooor he could go and find his gift for her. He kinda just threw it somewhere and it was kinda expensive. Ok, not kinda, it was very expensive. So he kissed Nimue once more and waited to hear her answer, if she insisted that she could get dressed all by herself, Giovanni would tell her that he'd give her privacy and space, which would he use as an excuse to get her gift to her. If she wanted him to help, then he'd gladly take the option and assist his beauty

She shook her head and nuzzled closely to Giovanni, "Silly." She said albeit lovingly. "I have to wear something today." Apart from underwear that is. She wasn't upset with the idea, she rather found it funny. She had decided she would be happy today, in the memory of her family and in the careful consideration of herself. She had worked hard and had hurt herself in that process so now it was time to enjoy a moment of rest. She nuzzled him again before simply giving him a kiss and asked if she could wear the dress for him. She climbed out of the bed after he said yes and looked over her shoulder when he asked if she needed help, with a dress? "You can zip me up?" That would be easy, though she would have managed on her own, however, this was a luxury she wanted to enjoy. She took the black and gold dress and made sure it was not folded wrong before she pulled it over her head, she could do the rest as a follow-up, the luxury of a dress again. She brushed a piece of her long green hair aside, it was still up in a ponytail but it would still be in the way if he would use the zipper at the back of her dress.
She smiled when he kissed her again and was sure that today would be a fine day where she would be happy for herself. That's allowed, that's okay, that's normal, it's Christmas, it's about happiness.". "Did you come to pick me up to go to Church?" Because they both realized before that (and to her happiness about it) they both had the same religion. She never thought it would become an issue but sharing it made things a lot easier. Or what else would he come to pick her up for? Maybe he had gone last night already? She had actually not thought of it, she didn't go to the church often but maybe it was good to go.
When he finished sipping up her dress, she went to check her reflection and clean her face and so on. She managed to get completely and properly dressed and find shoes. She must have her heels somewhere. The question was where as she mostly wore them for formal outings and even as a pro-hero, they were rather small and in that case she came in a hero outfit. God, she should tell him that.

Nimue shook her head and nuzzled him, she said he was silly. But she said it in such a way that he had to smile. She then went to dress up, which made Giovanni ask her if she needed any assistance. Nimue asked if she could zip her up. He had a wide smile and said "Of course I can~" and he happily went over to her to zip her up. After that he went to do some dressing up of his own. Once he was done, the two kissed as they were quite in sync
She then asked him a confusing question. Did he come to take her to church? He took a sec to compose himself "Uhh, no. I actually came to bring you your christmas gift" he then realized what happened "AH SHIT!! I THREW IT SOMEWHERE!!!" he said panicked and quickly ran into the other room to search for it on the floor or couch.
After of bit of panicked searching, he finally found the damned box and was ready to give her the gift. Which was a jewel necklace. He wanted the best for Nimue. The gift was even wrapped so she couldnt tell what was in it. He handed it to her "Buon Natale" he said merry christmas in his language because well... it sounded more intimate to him in his language |

Hm, like she had thought before, she was addicted to his kisses. She couldn't get enough and even if she had thought that their relationship shouldn't go too fast, she liked this. It was better to spend Christmas together than be sad and alone. No, she was even glad he came early. Nimue let him zip her up and wrap her arms around him when he returned to her and kiss again. They should do something, what were the plans and she asked after they stopped kissing why he came so early. Did he plan to go to Church? Didn't he say that she couldn't remember, going to the Vatican right? Maybe he thought after their prayer before that it might be good and she had gone last night but she wasn't sure when he would go. "Oh." Shit he had a present, she didn't have anything and she bit her lip and fumbled with the little belt of her dress and noticed his panic. What could she do? She wasn't sure if she should go and help look.
She followed him into her living room and stood there a bit forlorn until he got up from his search, oops, she had distracted him too much and she took the little box and looked at it, she had a guilty look on her face. Oh, how she wanted to open it, Nimue was surely curious to what Giovanni had brought her but, she had to make a confession first. "I-I I have nothing for you. I tried to get tickets for the Christmas concert but everything was sold out." She said, pulling a little on the ribbon that was around the little box and looked at it, but his answer was reassuring and she opened the little box and stared surprised at the necklace. "It's so pretty." She said and it took her a bit before she took the pendant out of the box to put it on.

When he brought her the gift, Nimue made a guilty confession that she had no gift for him, saying she was hoping for tickets for the christmas concert, but it was all sold out. Giovanni reassured her it was all fine. "Aww, dont be sad. Its alright. I know I took you by surprise, so it wasnt fair of me as I sort of beat you to a gift. But alas I was all too excited to give you my gift" Giovanni told her. And thats when she pulled the ribbon and and unboxed his gift, she saw the necklace and said how pretty it was.
"It is..." he said as he watched her put on the necklace "...but not as beautiful and pretty as you~"
He took her to a mirror so she could see how it looks on her "See? The jewel pales in comparisson. Your beauty is breathtaking"
Indeed it was, and it made his heart flutter. Maybe it was early to think this, but he just wantedto spend his life with Nimue. Giovanni never played the short game, he always played long term. He wasnt into one night stands, he was into forever. And Nimue was his forever. He loved her and hoped to spend many christmas's with her

Yes, she wasn't even sure if they were doing Christmas gifts. The story of how he celebrated Christmas and how she did before it was so different and she tried, she really did. She even lied to him, double-time, about where she had been because when she was trying to find tickets, she bumped into Crowley and after that met up with Giovanni again. It was a difficult life to lead and someone in her head (actually three spirits) were telling her to spit it out. She knew that she just did not trust society to know that too, she did not want them to know and thus she would not say anything. "Oh if you beat me to it, then you sort of won?" She eyed her art supplies and thought about it some more while shortly struggling to put the green pendant around her neck, but finally, it worked as she took a second look on the mechanism and now fixed it in one go. It was really pretty and she looked at it while it fell on her neck, just able to see it. She blushed and looked up in surprised as Giovanni complimented her, she smiled though and looked away with a shy expression on her face, hmm she wanted more of those compliments.
She looked at the mirror in the little hallway and liked what she saw, the two of them, the necklace, anything really. She kissed him on the cheek as they stood in front of the mirror. "I like you a lot." She snickered and kissed him again on the cheek, "You are very handsome by my side, you should stay like that." She turned around so she could kiss him. Hm, what could they do if they had all day for Christmas? A silly Christmas movie or a walk outside in the snow? Something romantic?

"Won?" he asked her curiously as he wasnt away this was a competition. He might have misunderstood what she meant, but he didnt pay much attention to it. Instead he took her to the mirror and showed her off and complimented her beauty. She smiled and was still a bit shy. But he just loved her.
Nimue kissed him on the cheek as they stood in front of the mirror. She said how she likes him a lot and then kissed him again and said how handsome he was by her side and that he should stay like that. He smiled and then kissed her back. "As you wish" he said "I will stay like this, for you" he kisses her
But considering they have an entire day for themselves, what do they do. Well, better to ask then guess
"So since we have a day just to ourselves. What do we do? Any preferences?" he then took her hand and started kissing it as he waited for her answer. And which each kiss he moves up to kiss her entire arm and then lastly her neck and lips. He then hugged her and just held her in his arms

She laughed because he asked her won, "Well, you beat me to it, right?" She kissed him though softly on the cheek. Just to give him the attention and the thing she wanted. She looked and smiled shyly when he complimented her. It was amazing, she loved it, she felt like she never got something like this which only made it prettier and more important than anything before. It felt still a bit sad that she had no gift for him, she would have to think of something. She kissed him on the cheek because of that, she should kiss him more often, she liked it when he blushed. And she kissed him therefore again. She smiled in the kiss when he answered as he said he would stay like this and she wrapped her arms around him again and kissed him too. What a happy Christmas.
"Oh, ehm, no idea." She thought about it, before she looked at him with a know-it-all look on her face. "Did you eat breakfast?" Maybe they could find a place to go brunch, now she had managed to work on breakfast but that did not mean that she wanted to hold that against her to do something so cute. She giggled when he kissed her hand again and again. She put her shoulder up as it tickled and made a soft hmm sound, showing off her approval that he kissed her and she leaned against him. Hmm, a happy Christmas indeed.

"Hah! I wasnt aware this was a competition!" he said right before she kissed him. Mmm, yes. Even if it was a cheek kiss, he kissed her back and hugged her and held her in his arms. Giovanni asked her what could they do. But she had no idea. She asked him if he ate breakfast. That was a good question
"I kinda skipped it, but not really" ok that was a shit answer "I mean to say that, I ate a bit. But its not enough to be a true breakfast. I just wanted to be here as soon as possibile"
He then kissed her again and again. He loved the sounds of approval she made.
Giovanni decided to take her to the couch so the two could snuggle together. He let her sit in his lap just so he can kiss her more and hug her more. The man just loved her so so much. He didnt mind if they spent christmas like this. Cuddling and being in eachothers arms. He didnt wanna let her go if she didnt have any ideas for other activities, because this was his favourite activity by far. Well... there is one more. But its christmas, lets be wholesome |

She laughed only more because he let her kiss. She was going to stay in his arms, this would be the best Christmas ever. She wanted to make sure that he was actually happy too but god she couldn't get a break and she giggled only more when he asked what she wanted. "Hm, maybe I have an idea." She said as he answered her and she laughed a little again. Horrible how this made her all giggly and the like, god she was in love and this was the result. She giggled again as he kissed her again and again, she had no time to answer. She let him take her and she sat on his lap as she snuggled closer and kept on kissing him. Hm, right, she should explain what her plan was to go on about today. Shit, she had to do something about the gift as well and hm, distracting much.
She moved her hands in his hair and kept on sitting this close to him. No right, she had to tell him, "Okay okay wait." She smiled and kissed him another time, "Hm, so how about we go for brunch. We need to eat after all and we could maybe find a nice restaurant." She kissed him shortly, a few kisses, short ones, on his lips, making him wait and that only made her laugh, "We can't keep on doing this all day." Right she should do something, "I don't know how to spend the rest of the day, so I am open for suggestions. Maybe we should go to yours because you have the Christmas tree." She snickered again and leaned forward to kiss him but held herself back, it will not go anywhere else. She should step away, get away from the couch, get her stuff maybe, maybe she could prepare to at least take some with her if she would stay with him tonight. "Hold that thought." And she did.
