Everything had been arranged yesterday on Christmas Eve. The decorations were done and Hanako was rather happy and impressed by it. The foyer had the nice holly and misletoe around and the Christmas tree in the living room was quite a big one compared to what she had seen last year. It was that they had the space for it and that this house was now their living and breathing. She loved everything about it, normally she hated Christmas it was after all the time where she had to realize she was alone and a snob. But this year, she was not only invited she was part of a family and she held Kai in her arms as he looked and laughed at the Christmas baubles that were in the tree. He seemed to laugh mostly when he saw his face and she pointed out a blue ball, it read: Baby's first Christmas and she watched him tick against it before moving him a little back, afraid he might tick too harshly and she heaved him up a little better. Luckily her arm was healed, luckily everything seemed to be going better and her medicine worked well enough to suppress her anxiety and everything else that might tell her not everything was going to be alright and everything might be ruined.
Maybe the whole reason everyone was home wasn't a good one at the start but she was glad that the girls would be home for Christmas and hopefully this year it would be just going a lot better. There were a lot of presents under the tree and she was rather proud to say that she and Gil had done their utmost best to get the right present for the girls, for their little boy and she had found a few things for G. Though at the moment one present that she knew about was missing. It was in the pocket of her coat, which was in the foyer, the best place to hide it and she would show it to him later. It was at the end of the afternoon and she had no idea if they normally did the presents before dinner, during dinner or after and she was rather curious about it. With her son on her arm, she walked back to the kitchen to see how that went and was glad that they had done all the preparations yesterday and only the last few things were in the oven, which made sense. Today and this year would be perfect, surely, she hoped every present would be appreciated. She hoped she could sort of behave herself and not fall into the despair she had felt last year. Compared to last year, she had barely thought about her parents or sister this year, for some and especially Japanese it might be without any respect but luckily she married a Hawaiian man who could convince her otherwise. Hanako was doing fine and it would only get better. She could not wait to see the faces of the girls with how many presents they got and she hoped they would like each and every one.

It was a new christmas, and boy did a lot change this year. G has a family. His dream was achieved. He has a beautiful wife, a lovely son. 2 daughters and soon even a pet. A non summon or non robo pet. But thats what the ladies dont know. He got gifts for everyone, including his lovely wife.
G had a part of a mistletoe in his hands and he walked over to Hana. He raised his hand to put a mistletoe above them, which gave him an 'excuse' to kiss her. And then he greeted her "Aloha~ And merry christmas" he kissed her again. Then he looked at Kai "And merry christmas to you too~" he kissed Kai on the baby cheek.
G then looked at Hana
"Have you seen our girls?" he asked as he didnt get to wish them a merry christmas. Was Haruuhi here somewhere? He knew Miku was. As for Haruu, he wasnt sure.
Either way he was glad to be home, just doing some well earned R&R. He wondered if he could summon Goliath to the festivity, but ultimately decided not to. He wanted to and not at the same time. His Quirk was a conflicting matter

It was that time of year again, time for the bells to ring, kids to sing and best of all, presents!! Haruuhi had gone away over board last year, swallowed by her first christmas with a real family. This year however she knew better and had only gotten a few goodies for everyone, nothing fancy. She really couldnt afford anything fancy this year as he had promptly blown through Kaseys money and was really rationing out the rest.
So here she was, walking up to the front entrance of the house with Robodog in tow. He had a nice new red and white paint job with metallic antlers painted brown perched on his head. You could see that he was pulling a little sled with several presents perched on top.
"Merry Christmas!"
She called out into the house as the door swung open and the pair walked inside. Haruuhi would take off her winter gear and click a button on the sled that cause it to suddenly have wheels! Robodog then trotted his way to the christmas tree where the sled would promptly detach and he would find his way onto the sofa where he could warm his metal butt.
Meanwhile, Haruuhi went and found G, Hannah and Kai. She smiled brightly as she watched them all together, a warm fuzzy feeling washing over her as she went up to G who's hands were free and hugged him first.

Miku was around, not doing much, she was having a lazy christmas, she heard Haruuhi arrived wishing everyone a merry christmas. Miku went over to her sister and greeted her "Merry Christmas" she then saw Robodog and then gave him a hearty hug. Meanwhile Haruuhi went to G and Hana. She was happy to see them all together and thus approached him. Miku just hugged Robodog, she was feeling lonely and secretly had christmas blues. Although she could not allow anyone to see that. But Robodog was special, he didnt speak. At least thats what Miku thought.
Meanwhile with G, he saw Haruu hugged him. He was touched so he picked her up and hugged her "Awww, you're such a lil cutie pie". Miku saw they were having a moment, so she let them be. She let go of a Robodog in case he wanted to go to Haruuhi. Miku went upstairs to her room. She looked over some stuff she had. Books, notebooks, pencils, erasers, school stuff. And then there was quirk stuff like plant seeds and dirt. And then there was toy stuff lying around the room. She went to her bed and looked under it, she pulled out G's last years christmas gift and looked at it. Thinking and remembering

When she stood up straight again, holding her son who had fallen asleep on her left arm, protecting his body and head with her left arm as well and holding him softly while supporting herself with her right. How easy to fall asleep from just one room to the other, she jumped up slightly, her shoulders mostly showing the surprise as she had not heard G coming, it probably had to do with her humming to the little one and she smiled as he kissed her, "You don't need mistletoe for that, you are allowed to do it on your own." She smiled though and looked shortly at their son who simply turned his head a little more against her chest as his father kissed him, not waking up or anything, "I think he is tired from all the impressions and activity." She said, there was no need to whisper, their little one seemed to be immune to noise at all.
When the question came about the girls, she pondered ever so slightly, "I think Miku is still upstairs, and Haruuhi-" She heard the door and a merry Christmas, "Has just arrived I believe." She smiled and watched the girl came in and in came the other one as well and Hanako looked at her a little as the blonde one stayed behind to hug the dog instead of come and talk to them, the opposite of Haruuhi. In the beginning it always had been the other way around. She wasn't sure if G's behaviour to either of the girls was correct but it was Christmas, she wasn't going to worry about that, "Glad to have you home, dear." She said Haruuhi and kept a quick eye on Miku before she would excuse herself to take Kai to bed for now, which would be a moment where they could discuss what to do. Once in the foyer, her eyes turned shortly to her coat before hurrying upstairs, when putting Kai to bed, watching him turn to sleep a little more she knocked softly on Miku's room, "Miku, are you alright?"

Haruuhi teased G, though chuckled as they exchanged a quick hug. She walked over to Hanna and gave her one too, not touching Kai though for fear of waking the baby up. She then looked over towards her sister, offering her just the biggest smile as she called out to her.
"Hi Miku-"
She paused though as the girl didn't come in with them. She instead only went up to robodog and gave him a hug. That caused Haruuhi to tilt her head slightly, chancing a glance towards G, then back to Miku. Last year for Christmas, Akio had been here as well, maybe Miku was feeling hurt still by that whole debacle... or more likely G had done something to accidentally push her away. She looked back to G with a slightly accusatory look.
Meanwhile, robodog gave a low whine as Miku came over and hugged him, turning his head to lean it against the side of her face, nuzzling her and pushing against her playfully. However, Miku would let him go after the hug and head upstairs. Instead of going back to Haruuhi though he followed Miku upstairs (yep, thanks sister-sense!) so that he could keep an eye on her ans see what was wrong. The large metallic pup pushed her door open with his nose, peeking inside to the girl who had sat down next to her bed.
Walking in, Robodog carefully approached Miku, leaning down once he was behind her and nudging her elbow away from her body so that he could squeeze his head under her arm, and rest it down on her lap.

As the Hajimari family went about their business, they would have no idea they were about to get an unexpected Christmas visitor. Said visitor had wanted to make ammends with Miku after the fiasco that happened a while back between them and G... he'd been beating himself up over it ever since, too scared to even send her a text. What if her dad confiscated her phone? What if she didn't answer him, what if she just flat out hated him now? He really wasn't sure where he saw their relationship actually go... but he had to make an effort, and there was no time like Christmas, right?
He didn't plan on staying long as he didn't want to intrude, he just wanted to speak with Miku. And so, the snow quirker approached the residence with false confidence, taking in a deep breath to steel his nerves as he got up to the door and rang the bell. He was sure this would leave a bad impression on G, and fully expected to get kicked out. But if he would at least give Miku the gift he had brought, then he supposed that was a success?
Said gift was being held delicately in his left hand, a green wrapped parcel with a lovely red bow in the shape of a flower perched on top. There was a sealed card on there too, just waiting to be delivered to her.
'This is crazy... I screwed this up so bad she will never want to see me again...'

He held up a mistletoe for Hana, so the two could kiss. But she told him there was no need for one
"I know dear. I just always wanted to use one" he kissed her "I never kissed you under a mistletoe~"
Soon he looked at Kai who was asleep and Hana explained he was tired from the activities. G asked then Hana where were the girls and then right on cue, Haruu hugged him. G saw Haruu hugging him and he was touched so he picked her up and hugged her "Awww, you're such a lil cutie pie". and of course lets not forget "Merry Christmas"
Soon, he let Haruu back down on the floor who was a typical teen who said he was getting gross with his nicknames
"Hey, if you ask me I've improved. At least I didnt call you a Pink Poopy Perky Pumpkin" he then whispered "I used to call Miku that" Soon Hana went to excuse herself, most likely to put the baby in his lil crib. G nodded and let her leave. Haruu also greeted Miku who kinda just left. He wondered what was that all about. Haruu gave G a slightly accusatory look.
"Hey, whats with the look?" he asked her

Miku was so up in her thoughts she didnt even notice robodog following her. She got a bit startled when he nudged her. When she saw what he wanted, he earned a "Awww" from Miku
Soon Hana came asking if she was alright. Miku nodded and said "Im ok" she pushed the stuff under her bed "I'm just chilling out" she hugged Robodog "I wanted to be with Robodog."
That was an improv lie. She was just being depressed and wanted to be far away from anyone. Just let it all out.
She patted and hugged Robodog like he was the dearest thing in her life. And in her current situation, she felt Robodog was just that. She didnt have the same connection with her own construct. Her dragon of wood was more like a puppet she could control, she didnt feel that connection that she feels with Robodog. Sure that was just AI that Haruu made, but made the difference.
Miku looked at Hana and said "Is everything ok? Hows Kai?" she just wanted to throw the conversation away from herself. Just do anything. She couldnt talk. Not now at least. Maybe when the two girls were truly alone, thats when Miku would talk. And thats a huge maybe
But Miku trusted Hana. She was one of the last few people she trusted.

When she put Kai to bed, she decided to meet up with Miku and see what she was doing. She raised her eyebrow as the girl pushed something under the bed. She pouted a little and she walked further into the room, "Hm," She said, obviously not believing it. It was that the robodog had followed Miku and not vice versa. She watched the two though as she stayed a little more in the room. It was a bit too much, the way she hugged the robotic dog and Hanako wondered if she would manage to get a little more out of it. She crossed her arms and looked at Miku with a worried look.
"Honey, we are fine, Kai is just sleepy." She went to sit on the edge on the bed. "Are you alright is more like the question." She looked at Miku with a maybe too stern look in her face, "Honey I am worried, it's Christmas you should be excited for all your presents and the like?" She just did not understand, before it seemed that Miku would tell her anything, was it really that difficult? Had the past happenings had that effect? It made her slightly more worried but the Japanese woman knew how to hide that.

Hana said she was ok and that Kai was sleepy. But like a true mother, she knew something was up. So she asked if she was alright, but the look on her face was stern. To ease that effect Hana said she is worried and its christmas. She should be excited for the gifts.
"Yeah, but do I even deserve those gifts after .... that?" That being the whole grounding and that whole incident regarding her and Thunder. But that was only a minor issue. There was a lot to talk about and she didnt wanna ruin Hana's christmas. Miku had to fix this somehow, she looked at Hana for a bit before going to her and hugging her. Maybe a hug will make her feel better?
Oh who was she kidding, she was the one who needed hugs, not Hana. But how can she say it. It was christmas, she doesnt wanna ruin that. Can Hana save that for another day. They can talk about that later. Well thats what Miku hoped for.
After the hug, Miku looked at Hana and wondered if she can slip away from her to join the others. She did her best to reassure Hana it was just that one worry

Haruuhi had chuckled when G called her cute, rolling her eyes and then staring at him with mock horror as he admitted to what he used to call Miku. She couldn't even repeat it it was so ridiculous. She would have made a note on it, but that's when she had greeted Miku and the girl had walked off with her mechanical pet. It was all so strange. So much so that she couldn't help but look to G, earning his response to her suspicious glance.
"What happened between you two?"
She asked just as suspiciously. She didn't see mad, but she knew SOMETHING was up, just had no idea what, or the extent of it.
It didn't seem like G would have the chance to answer her however as the doorbell suddenly rang which caused the girl to nearly jump out of her chair. Who the hell was at the door on Christmas!? She hadn't invited James this year... she didn't think her dad would appreciate meeting him during Christmas. She felt her blood run cold as the fear from last year seemed into her... What if it was a villain? What if it was one of them again? Where they coming back to make this a yearly tradition?? Her heart was beating so hard now that she was sure her dad could hear it.
She quickly turned her quirk to the security camera she had installed in the doorbell itself, peering through it's lense to see who was at the door, fully expecting to see Bucket or hell, even Thundershock. Thankfully, it was neither of them... instead there was a very well dressed boy at the door, holding what looked to be a present and looking nervous as hell. She let out an audible, relieved sigh. She might not recognize him, but the boy didn't look to be any older than her or Miku. He didn't look malicious at all either, so maybe he was here to see Miku? Because he sure as hell wasn't there for her... hopefully .
"I got it. There's some boy at the door. "
She stated as she got back up from her seat, heading back towards the front door and opening. The boy that had once been standing there had taken a few steps back, eyes glancing towards the windows who's curtains had been drawn.
"Uhm, hello?"
Haruuhi greeted him uncertainly.

No one was answering the door, but by the judging by the depth of the sleigh tracks in the snow someone was definitely home... So had they just chosen to ignore him? He couldn't see any security cameras so it wasn't like G had seen him and chosen to just leave him at the front door. Sure he understood that coming uninvited during Christmas was rude but this treatment wasn't any better.
When no answer came as fast as he'd hoped, he took a few steps back to see if he could see anything through the front windows of the house. However, unluckily they had been drawn and he couldn't see inside at all. He scrunched up his nose in irritation as he looked at one window to the next, trying to see if he might recognize which might be Miku's room. However there was so many, it would be impossible for him to tell...
In the middle of his snooping, the door finally opened and a red headed girl stood there to greet him with a simple, curious hello. He quickly drew his attention back to the door, bowing politely towards the girl before straightening up once more.
"Good morning, I am very sorry to disturb you and your family on Christmas Day. My name is Hideki Igarashi, and I was hoping I might be able to speak to Miku if she would see me? I brought her a gift."
He would introduce himself politely as if he was talking to any other noble lady he might have met back home. he had his hand up to his chest as he spoke, gift tucked safely under his arm as he waited for permission to come in. When Haruuhi just chuckled and stepped aside to let him in, he took it and walked into the large home with a prompt;
"Thank you."

Haruuhi was suspicious as to what happened and G sighed, figured he'd have to tell her. But then a doorbell rang which G promptly ignored. Something that would be his undoing as Haruuhi unlocked the door saying there was a boy. G went over to the two and told Haruuhi "Thats not a boy. Thats a trap" he said as he glared at Hideki "Miku doesnt wanna see you and if you care about her, you wouldnt upset her on christmas day. She's already having the christmas blues without you reminding her of you dumbness" G said as he was like 1000% dad mode protection.
Yeah, he did a bit of research of his own and he knows Hideki is with Sphere Enix, G is a gamer so he knows this gaming stuff. But the fact he is also tangled with Thunder just gives G some bad juju vibes. G rubbed the temples of his head as now he was dragging Haruuhi in this mess as she is witnessing this 'banter'. God, he needed to breathe. Can he even be calm and rational about this?! And why does a chucklefuck have to intrude of chistmas with some bullshit. Gah! So annoying!!!

Hanako could only stare at Miku with a dreaded look on her face. "Of course you do?" They were not going to have the old naughty or nice list, she felt horrible for the look on her girl's face. She wasn't sure how to make it better and when the girl came to her for a hug, she pulled the slightly taller girl in her arms and hugged her tight, "That incident isn't going to refrain your parents from giving your presents. Miku, my darling, we grounded you because we are afraid for your safety and not because we do not trust you." She brushed some blonde hairs away from the girl. When Miku let Hanako go, she opened her arms so the student wouldn't be smothered by Hanako's hug and she took her hand, "Come, let's go downstairs and get one or two presents before dinner already." They should maybe stop the girl from being grounded with the start of the new year, she would talk to G about it. She had something else to say to him anyway.
She would guide Miku down to the hallway, quickly grabbed the baby monitor and headed down the stairs when she heard G talk. She took a deep breath, and she looked at Miku a little. She hoped that Miku got what she meant, she could better not talk yet and she would handle G and she shortly shot a look at Haruuhi too who was there as well. What a meeting, she had never met this boy but she could only understand who it was. "Honey," She had a stern look on her face and pushed him a little away from the door, "We were about to have some things we have to arrange, don't we?" She turned shortly her attention to Hideki, "Is five minutes enough?" She smiled, it was Christmas so either Miku would decide by herself not to do this and not accept... his gift? Since he was holding one, and she pushed G a little more to the door towards the living room and beckoned Haruuhi to come as well. "We talk about this later." She said to G and patted his chest before walking over to the Christmas tree and put the baby monitor on the coffee table and pick out a present for everyone, she had no idea what her own was but she just put it up there and walked towards the kitchen, through the back going through the dining room and end up at the other end of the house without going through the foyer.
