Baby issues? Baby tantrums? Hissy fits?! Idiots all of them!! "Idioti! Tutti voi!" is what Giovanni said when Narcissa addressed him. He then registered what she called him, so he turned to her, albeit a bit calmer, but he looked at her strangely as if she called him something weird "Nero? Ah... my username. Call me il Capo, in person" that was his Vilain name. Albeit it just meant The Boss in italian. He then whispered to Narcissa "Nero is my dogs name" and its the name of a Roman emperor that allegedly burned Rome. And its also the colour black in italian.
Other then that, he said nothing. He enjoyed this fight. His two enemies fighting eachother, causing pain. The look of Thunders face when the bug bit him made this trip worth it. Giovanni liked the battle. Everything was great. He sees his enemis fight, he learns their quirk and fighting styles. Even personal information that the two idiots shout at eachother. Heh, now if only one of them dies, the other will be easy pickings. Giovanni has this huge smile on his face as he ponders and thinks what to do, he thought and pondered. How will this end though?

Rei was barely focusing on the fight anymore, finding herself disappointed even as powerful attacks were thrown between the combatants. Despite the clear emotion in what was going on, it was lacking something that made it lifeless to her, like a sweat mochi turning to ash in her mouth, and it was only the money she had placed on the outcome that kept her here any longer. With a sigh she turned to look at the dark skinned woman who had agreed with her, shrugging her muscular shoulders slightly in an almost apathetic fashion. "You'd think that the supposed top villain and vigilante would have more skill than this. Seems they're raw power, without much else. What a waste."
She shot the well dressed man a lackadaisical look as he seemed to be upset by their lack of interest in the fight, snorting before turning back to watch as a new bug tried to take down the electric wonder. "Sa, I should have stayed at the bar," she muttered to herself as Shocker ended up making demands of whoever was running this joint. Trying to get hostages? If she'd held any respect for his raw power it was offset by her frown of disgust at that.
If you were going to kill someone, then kill them, don't start going after their loved ones as part of your little temper tantrum. That smacked of cowardice to the Oni, something she found disgusting. She hoped that his demands received the response they deserved, and painfully. Dishounourable, disgraceful, and this was the most powerful villain? How disappointing.

Did he call her an idiot? With a face without any expression she looked at the man next to her. It was that he had a nice assistant but else she might have walked away from now. No it did not matter, right now was what mattered the most and she turned her attention back to the cage. "I will try to remember." She gave a smaller smile when he tried a bit more to socialize, telling her that his username was the name of his dog. "You seem to be highly convinced you are stronger then the top. That's a waste of time as well." Narcissa said to Rei, not that she knew her name but she was loud and clear. To be able to summon or resummon and even summon two was a rather impressive thing she had to admit. "They seem to have a history, a history we can learn from." She mumbled and leaned a little bit to Giovanni, she wished she could see more like he saw, an impression, a fraction of it. The Italian as he said liked it, it was made within his blood.
The two seemed to get so done with each other within that cage that bloody murder might be an option and her eyes turned to the woman on the side. But the woman with horns did not respond at all to anything and that was rather interesting, she wasn't sure if she knew what was going on but it would be more interesting to figure things out about this G, not that she would give all the information away to Bubbles, that truly did depend on how much she could sell her about the Shinagawa issue. But Thunder, now that would be an interesting meeting later. She wondered if she was the one who saw it from a different perspective. This wasn't about outright killing the other, she was sure the Plutocracy wouldn't allow it, no it had to do with something more and she looked at Callisto again. It had to do with them showing off that they could take the two and order them to fight, to get demands over things they had and she wondered how much she could learn from the Plutocracy. Only the future would tell her. This wasn't about the fight, this was a pissing contest all the same, but they were not a party, the audience was just there to witness. She held her chair so strongly that her knuckles turned white, there was a part of the game that had not unfolded yet and Narcissa was afraid what it might be and what it would do for the audience.

Yes.
YES.
Ishtar smiled. Her wild and wide expression blazing into existence as the chaos played out before her. This is what she came for. This is what she wanted to see. This is what she wanted to hear. This is what she wanted to experience. She pushed herself to her feet, a laugh at the edge of her lips, her glowing eyes getting brighter and brighter as smoke filled the stadium. He did it! She laughed, of course he did. It would be an escape then, though, Thunder Shock would likely not have enough strength to put his foes down, not yet. That was fine. There were so many of them out there, so many enemies to the real villains. Sonya felt her black blood burning in her veins; she wanted to join in, wanted to play.
"All hell is about to break loose dear," She said to the woman next to her, "A smart woman would run..." She said, crossing her legs and easing back in her chair. Everyone else could run, they could flee, but Ishtar wanted to watch every moment of it. She wanted to watch the Plutocracy's latest failure, it's latest blow. She wanted to savor every second of it that she could, let it sink deep into her bones so that she would never forget just how mortal they were. They lorded themselves about like some god in the underworld but the truth was far simpler; they were mortal, just like her, just like everyone else, but where she and they were different was in one very simple way.
Her convictions were stronger. They'd lost themselves to the power of the coin. Wealth was everything to them.
To Ishtar? It was merely a means to an end. She relaxed her tensed fingers and allowed her skin to begin glittering just in case. The shouting, the discord, the anger, the hate. She savored every second of it, her glowing pink eyes burning in the darkness as the light went out, her body a beacon in the shadow. She could see in the dark, she could see what was happening. She could see everything. She just smiled, looking right at Thunder Shock, a coy expression on her face as she kept his location to herself. Never saying a word. "See you soon..." She whispered. | TAG WORDS NOTES

Narcissa said she'd remember it, but then he rolled his eyes upon hearing the red headed she-brute. Once again there was someone who thought they were the strongest or whatever. Giovanni knew he wasnt the strongest and even if he was he wouldnt care about bragging it. He cared about intellect and there was a lot of information to use. Hell, Thunder even threw a name. Miku. Apparently his daughter that the Vigi took? He wasnt sure how to piece the puzzle. But he was sure that would be usefull somehow maybe.
But then something happened, Sonya or Ishtar said that all hell was gonna break loose. He wondered what kind of an omen was that? But then Giovanni learned this wasnt an omen. It was the truth as things went dark and very chaotic. And then before he got to adjust his eyes, a blinding flash of light hapened The hell?!? During the panic, he took out his weapon if he needed to deal with anyone. Giovanni wished he could just blindly shoot at the Vigilante. But he feared that in the darkness he might shoot and kill an ally. But he really wanted to kill either the Vigilante or Thunder. It was just too easy. Shame he couldnt see in the dark. Ah well, it was time to go. So in the dark he holstered his weapon once more and made his leave

Rei snorted at the woman who spoke to her, "Nah, I know where I stand on the scale here, I'm not dumb enough to think I could match their power. Only thing is, it seems like that's all there is to them, raw power. Was hoping to see something more than a slug fest," the large woman shrugged and contemplated her sake for a few moments before chugging the bottle. It seemed that it was that moment where everything went to hell in a nice handbasket, because all of a sudden the lights in the arena went out and the wails of sirens began to echo through the building.
The Oni sighed as she got to her feet, her Kanabo swinging absently in her grip as she turned to leave, not hurrying but also not allowing anyone to get in her way. "What a waste of time and money..." she griped as she pushed her way through the already panicking crowd. If she needed to use her weapon to clear a path... well, everyone at this little shindig was some form of scum or another, no real loss to the world. Plus she might find something worth mugging to offset the loss she had gotten from this whole situation. A wallet, some jewellery maybe, that would help. The large woman swung by the bar on her way out, having known the rough direction and allowing her swinging club to find it. A few snagged bottles of whatever she could grab would help with her mood.
As she exited the arena, she couldn't help but think that the underground really was in tatters nowadays, you couldn't even have a little cage match without things going to shit, there was a serious power vacuum waiting to be filled if this was the best they could do right now. She hardly had any faith in the 'top villain' to bring some sort of order to their little corner of the world. At least there'd be interesting things happening, and she was sure to find new jobs because of all the uncertainty. Bodyguards were important after all.

She laughed with an obvious sarcastic tone, "Then you better start opening your eyes. The raw power is only something we wish we could adapt in and let our quirk listen to just one flick of our mind and flick of our wrists. No they have a lot more than just what you underestimate as raw power." The fact that the vigilante kept on summoning and summoning, the electricity in the air that made her hair static, it was a lot. Literally if the Plutocracy wouldn't do anything, they would rip out each other troats. First they wanted to hate on the woman who was still on that little chair but now it seemed they found something to hate each other on.
She missed Sonya's warning behind her but The light shut off and she swore softly under her breath and stood up. She could turn invisible but that wasn't necessary with the lights out. She didn't see well here yet and that was another thing to work on. She turned to stay as everyone was trying to make their way to the exit and stared at the person that she did see, who was that man and even better who was the woman that got the vigilante out? Would she have to warn Bubbles about her? Nah, Bubbles only asked for the pro-hero that was still a vigilante. She took a moment to stare as the Plutocracy only left, that made her think that she had known all along that this would happen or expected it. What were the words she said? Third player and her eyes darted back to the man with a mask she had seen around here the whole time. Who was he?

Sonya watched it all play out, every intimate detail being recorded into her mind for later review. Her body tensed once as it became obvious that the story was coming to an end. Thunder Shock would make his escape, not triumphantly but slung against the shoulder of a friend; under the cover of darkness. Her lips thinned, she should have known. But how could he have known what was happening? He'd let himself get caught, and this was the result, a smear upon his reputation and his character. He'd been paraded for the amusement of his enemies and he had not come out victorious. No this was an empty victory, an escape, nothing more. She crossed her arms behind her back and turned away, her expression ferocious.
She'd watched his movements, listened in on tales of his behaviors, began to piece together the man that was Thunder Shock. She'd devoted herself to figuring him out. She knew. She knew that he would not take this well. When he recovered his pride would be so deeply wounded there would be no recourse but to lash out. How badly though? What would be the consequence? What would be lost? Who would be lost? She grit her teeth and glanced one last time over her shoulder, watching the last moments of this charade play out. Her fingers tensed, her mouth hung open in a bestial snarl concealed by the darkness. Rage welled up inside her as she observed the Plutocracy escape with their tails between their legs. She hated them. Hated what they represented. Hated the hypocrisy, the wretched flakiness. They weren't villains. How could they be?
"I swear, right now, upon the blood spilled tonight... I will destroy the plutocracy," She hissed, and spun on her heel. No one would conquer Thunder Shock but herself. Even if that meant offering to help him get on his feet. She would be the one. She would stop at nothing until true villains ruled the underworld. The age of organized crime was over. She would be the reaper that delivered the final blow. She marched out of the room, amids the confusion, her body beginning to glow again, a beacon to lead the others out. She reached into her purse and procured a burner cell; "This is Ishtar. Pick me up, and bring me my tablet with the Villain Chat..." | TAG WORDS NOTES
