A Present for Nimue [Giovanni & Nimue]

She looked at him and looked at the building that opened the whole festival of today and she just pointed at it, "You-you." Wow, wauw, anything really, she had no words and he kissed her on the cheek, finally breaking her into a smile and she kissed him after he wished her a happy birthday, "Thank you, thank you, thank you." She whispered between kissing him three times. That's when she stopped and made a little twirl, so happy and excited, this was the best present ever!

He took her hand and slowly guided her to the entrance, oh god, this was realy, she quickly pinced the skin of her wrist with her free hand and looked at him. "Oh, I don't know! Anything, I want to see everything!" As they waited in line for the tickets, which was short, Giovanni seemed to have already tickets booked so they did not have to wait long, she looked around, everything was so pretty. "Is it silly if I want to see the castle first?" Though the little shops in the bazaar where they first arrive were definitely interesting as well, what to say, what to do, what to think. She simply watched the stores. She squeezed his hand softly as she thanked him again in a short whisper, she still could not believe this was for her, this was amazing. So they checked out the palace, castle by walking around, there wasn't much you could see, it was only another floor and watch the stained glass. As they walked through the castle, they ended up in fantasy land and she looked around, finally grabbing the whole idea as in Fantasyland they had the stories of the characters she knew, "Peter Pan?" She looked at Giovanni as she pointed at the attraction, it would be interesting to see the attraction, sitting in a mini ship and going through the scene. When they were done, "That was amazing," She looked like a child so happy and looking left and right to see where to go now.

Nimue was so excited, she could not contain herself, which was the twirl and the happy feeling and everything. Giddy like a schoolgirl for sure. She wanted to see everything and walking hand in hand, why did a theme park feel so romantic, that was ridiculously weird. But she did not want to think about it too long, she wanted to just remember how giddy it made her and she pinched herself. She would want to see the palace first and she looked so giddy when doing so, "So strange how such a building is so pretty." She looked around and giggled while she gave him a short kiss, shouldn't do that too much in public. "I could get used to it." She laughed a little again and touched the stained glass before continuing to look around. She looked really relaxed and happy, which was a view he might not entirely see before, she had always tried but there was always a bit that held her back. It was exciting now, it was to forget for a moment what happened outside of the walls of the park.

So the next thing they would do was checking the rides in Fantasy land, which had Peter Pan, Alice's teacups, Snow White and Pinnochio's story, she just didn't like the name, it wasn't entirely fair of course but yea, it wasn't her thing. The last thing they checked was it's a small world and she kept humming the song while they went to the next part of the theme park, she had no idea how long it already took. The queues were not that long but long enough to make them wait and talk. She did stand close to him, hold his hand, try to refrain from kissing him but he was so cute and this was amazing. About one and a half hour must at least have passed when they finished Fantasy land and it was about two hours when they arrived at the other side of the place. "Should we buy some food before or after we try this?" They had splash mountain but wasn't that a bit cold in December? "Or we go do try that and warm up with hot cocoa after or so?" She wasn't sure if he liked that and looked up at him with definitely a loving look in her eyes, if only she dared to say it. It was just she lost enough before, she didn't trust her own opinion, maybe that's why she felt so carefree today. As if nothing could go wrong.

She was not hungry and not tired and thus she shook her head. "No, I want to see and do everything." So she suggested a solution. It was the romantic atmosphere that she could think of and she giggled as he said she should make him and she wrapped her arms around his neck. It was December, there were not that many people around, enough of course for such a theme park but not to feel bothered about their cutey, cuddly initiative. "Don't I need a strong man by my side? To see everything, to protect me from harm?" Flattering him and being extremely close to him she kissed him softly, "But we could also sit in the back and avoid too much water damage." She whispered in his ear before she kissed him again. Eventually, they did go and eventually it was kind of okay when they were in the back, tactical solution and the hot cocoa made everything better. She wanted to be close to him, she wanted to not have any piece of space between them but that was quite difficult if you did not want to look clingy. For the outside world and because it wouldn't be fair to him of course, she had been distant before. Splash Mountain was enough of a challenge with water, they said no to the canoes and went after finishing their drink, talking and potentially flirting to the next part of the park.

They ended up in Westernland, "For some reason I always feel like you end up in some sort of cowboy movie if you are here." She could not really remember any scenes in any of the movies that would link her to this but who cared right now. She did not want to do the shooting range but she let Giovanni do it if he wanted to or if he wanted to show off, even if she did not like guns, she would cheer him on if he wanted. They would say no to the rafts but did a short tour on the riverboat, most people stayed inside but she wanted to remain outside, in his arms for sure but to look at the atmosphere the park had build. Last but not least was the Big Thunder Mountain rollercoaster, and she had her fun. "Are you enjoying yourself?" She said as she shook her head to fix her hair as they got out and she looked around what walkway to follow now.

She never knew she had it within her but she was doing fine. She was flirting with him rather well if she would say so herself. Considered that he blushed and agreed with her. That's what he wanted right or did she force him now to do something he did not want? She held his hand and watched him carefully but it went alright and they barely got any water drops on them. She had snuggled close to him when they were drinking the warm chocolate and she was so happy. This really was one of the greatest days in her life. They continued and went to the other side of the park and ended up in Westernland. She clapped for Giovanni, she did not like shooting, it also reminded her of the darts that Crowley had shot to her but it was soon over as she watched him. His body language and handing her the plushy that he won and she kissed him. "That was hot." She smirked at him without any further thoughts about it. She brushed her hair aside and held the Stitch plushie against her stomach as they kept on walking. They finished the rest of the attractions and continued. She stood still as she asked if he enjoyed himself, wondering if he picked it for the both of them or just for her and he stroked her cheek and she closed her eyes as she listened and enjoyed. A smile on her face, "I am very happy." She smiled and kissed him back as she noticed it. She opened her eyes shortly after the kiss broke, a little in a daze, yes, what more could she want for today.

So their next stop was adventure land and there was this boat and train ride that they could take and it was December and a little cold and windy so she could snuggle close to him. And there was the Pirates of the Caribbean ride and there were jump scares that she buried her face in the crook of Giovanni's neck as the attraction continued, nope, not her thing. It reminded her of the Halloween haunted house. Not liking it but glad to be so close to him for sure.

With one hand she supported the little plush against her body and the other she held her boyfriend's hand. Another new experience, now she had walked hand in hand with Oz before, mostly in the beginning of their relationship or basically when he dragged her along but he never won something for her. And with that, he barely had paid for things, she had a steady job, he didn't. But with this, she felt spoiled, pampered and loved and she was for a second again worried that she wasn't doing her very best to be open-minded for this relationship. But he enjoyed himself, he said he was happy when she was and she was! Really she was, so was she doing alright?

She was not really fan of the jump scares, she was okay with him holding her when she hid her face and she snuggled as close as she could in public. She did not want to make him... bothered by her. She was glad though when that was over. But she wasn't glad to see that them taking every attraction in every part of the park had taken quite a while. It was relatively busy, they did have to wait for the queues. The only one that went fast was splash mountain for obvious reasons. She pouted a little, they only had seen half of the park. So they made their way to the exit of the park, it was disappointing really. But she quickly had to change her expression, because this present made her happy. "Did I already say this is the best birthday ever?" Probably for the third time. She was surprised though when he said she should come with him and she was surprised and let him guide her by holding hands and she looked around, where were they going?

They walked to another part of where the exit was, that is what she got from the signs but it only dawned on her when she saw the big yellow golden building. The Disney Hotel, the luxury one. Her eyes turned big, sparkled and she tried to suppress her smile, "Are you joking?" She asked, really? Were they going to stay a night? That did not luckily make her nervous at this point, he had stayed over at her place before and well that be fine, it was a nice gesture this meant they could maybe come back tomorrow!

She pulled out her tongue when he was teasing to her but she smiled soon enough anyway, "Well in case I didn't, this is the best birthday ever." She grinned at him and held his arm close to hers, walking together was nice. It was a shame they could not do all and that it would end today but it was still amazing, however... they did not seem to go to the parking lot? She looked surprised until she saw the hotel and had to stop walking for a second. Her eyes turning big and sparkly, she was entirely surprised on an even bigger front and she hugged him when he said that it was for her to tell him if he was joking. "Hmm, you are the most amazing person I met." She kissed him before following him inside and watch how he stated his reservation and that he simply got the key and she would nod and follow him again as he held her hand again. Into the elevator, up to the sixth floor and to the right, where they got their suite. It was quite big, a big two-person bed, a table with four chairs, a couch, a tv. Big bathroom, and a pretty view. She was flabbergasted, "This is really pretty." She said and she did not notice someone knocked on the door, that they did not close very well.

"Mister Trapani, dinner in a few minutes or a little later?" the man asked after making a bow. She stared at the man and noticed she got kind of hungry, they only had a snack today and she skipped everything, "Want to eat now?" She asked too and looked back at Giovanni and to the man of the hotel who would disappear after the two did answer and would come and bring their food not too much later.

So they would have dinner in this luxury room and while she did not immediately sit at the table, she watched the man return with waiters and make the round table in the corner. It was an interesting thing to watch and she crossed her arms in front of her chest, leaned against the windowsill and just stood there and did nothing. When it was ready, the man bowed and left them to it and she took a spot at the table next to the man who was amazing, the man who had arranged it all. She kissed him on the cheek, "I cannot thank you enough." She said and she smiled happily about the idea and would just look at it.

Dinner took quite a while, there was so much on their little table in shapes and forms of the characters and she wanted to try it all. When it was all over, she felt like inclined to thank the man again, even if she had just said that was impossible. But she scooted back on her chair and went to share his and took the whip cream and strawberries. "What was your favourite part of today?" She asked with a big smile on her face as she would offer him the dessert.
