Nimue was not here to fight, that's why she had asked Freya and Freya did not like to wiggle around it and put herself into action. "Are you okay Deguchi-san?" Nimue asked the person she considered a friend as well and quickly healed the man with her quirk instead of being dilly dally around it. She would have to make sure the man was fine and that was how she did it and so many scattered when Freya came. "Spread the word, meet close to the hospital, I be there." She said and took the few people that she would want to heal and make go to the hospital. She would pay for it. She looked shortly at Deguchi, "Can you drive there, please?" She grabbed her bag and made sure the people sat tightly in the van before trying to put the dent out of the van. She would pay for that too. She hurried around it. "Hellhound." She almost said her friend's real name and that would have been an issue. "We are going to the hospital, can you fix this?" She quickly would dash to the other side of the van to go to the hospital and tell Deguchi that she could pay for the fixing of her van and that she needed to make sure that the elderly woman and the other two were fixed. She wasn't sure what else to do right now, she couldn't do everything without the equipment.
When she sat down she felt dizzy, wow she had not expected it to go like this. She had not noticed all the small things took their toll. She was tired and leaned with her head back against the chair. "I never understood how people feel so inclined too only think about themselves and hurt others." She murmured, she would try to get some energy, took some candy after Freya had advised her before, back in Shinagawa. She wasn't sure what to say at this moment. "Thank you for coming." She took her phone to tell Freya too. It was an interesting way but she had a long way to go if she wanted to keep on doing it, "If you are less busy, Deguchi, could you teach me things about the politics here?" It was maybe time to jump into it if she had a face people would want to recognize and think about. She never expected to come so far but who knew what the future would hold.

Deguchi reprimanded herself internally as she noticed Hellhound approaching from behind... "Crap! I really rushed into this without thinking," she thought to herself, as a trickle of sweat ran from her pronounced cheekbone down her metal jaw, even while she kept the same fierce expression. "This is the kind of thing you leave to pro heroes, isn't it?! It's not good PR for a politician to get in a fight like this, especially when there's a hero right behind her who can handle it and it would be much better PR to let them handle it! Aaagh, this is why I need to hire a PR manager...!"
Still, she shook those thoughts out of her head; there was still time for a civilian to need her help against this big guy, even with Hellhound coming to help. Thankfully, Nimue gave her an out. "Oh! Yes, I'll drive!" she nodded, grabbing up her tie and making a run for the front door of her van. Hopefully nothing had been jostled too badly for the thing to move... It wasn't exactly in great condition, even before it had been knocked around... "Ha ha... Don't worry about the dent. I can consider it a campaign expensssse," she hissed with a grin that none-the-less seemed a little tight, as she pondered her limited campaign funds. Nimue hopped in the other side of the van after securing the other patients.
The mayoral hopeful leaned out her window and flashed Hellhound a quick thumbs up. "You're a credit to the nation, Hellhound-saaan!" she cheered her ally one more time, before pressing the accelerator. Leaning forward and hunching one shoulder, she throw her arm around the opposite seat to look both ways a little haphazardly through both sides of the alleys lining the street. Once "clear," she started to put pedal to medal... but then eased up a bit, remembering that Nimue had vital cargo in the back that couldn't be jostled around. Deguchi found herself thankful that that crazy stunt driver form her gang days wasn't still chauffeuring her around...
The woman wiped sweat away from her heavy, candy-striped bangs and grinned in Nimue's direction while she listened, trying to keep her own exasperation off her face. It hadn't gone how she'd expected either, that was for sure... well, maybe she'd had an inkling they were going to be in danger, being a former street tough herself. "It just gets worse the closer you get to a state of total public panic. I think the climate of Japan is in a dangerous place right now," she spoke quietly, trying to keep their conversation between the two of them, rather than worrying the patients. "I figure it's my job to restore calm... Ah, perhaps even more so than mine, it's yours and Hellhound-san's too. We all have to do it, as public servants of different types. You do more than most."
Deguchi was surprised to hear that Nimue wanted to know more about the politics creating this kind of situation, but she was always ready to talk on the matter, even while sweating in a decidedly unladylike fashion and driving a van full of sick and infirm. "My door's always open," she joked, giving another ear-to-ear smile with her tongue out, before drawing it up into a more serious expression. "It seemed pretty apparent the rough guy we encountered was a quirker, right? When you see a guy like that and the way the people react, like this isn't the first time they've seen it... There could be all kinds of reasons this happened, but I'll tell you what the statistics show us: in areas like this, where the government turns a blind eye and doesn't offer public services, doesn't offer programs, doesn't offer regular hero patrols, doesn't offer medical options that fit quirks, doesn't offer quirk education... well, that'ssssssss-" she paused, fixing her tongue again, "where quirker crime springs up. It's not that they're acting out. In some cases, quirks drive them to these kinds of lifestyles and without anyone to tell them how to use those quirks, or even to live with them, they do what they can. Sometimes, 'what they can' is crime."
She narrowed her already narrow eyes and continued gravely. "I was lucky to grow up with the family that I did, a family with care and means. But it's not all on the family. The government needs to do their part..." she paused, casting her eyes to Nimue for a moment, then putting them back on the road. "And we all need heroes doing... not just their part, but above and beyond that, even. We politicians can wag our tongues and make the policies, but you all aren't just the arms and hands with which we place those policies... you're exemplars that tell everyone with quirks the full measure of what they can be," she explained at length.
It was an impassioned speech, but also a sign that a long road trip with Hotarubi Deguchi was probably a bad idea... imagining listening to her soapbox for hours on end was pretty scary.

The punch felt good as it made contact as the dude went out in one hit. A part of her wonders if she overdid it with her quirk activation but in the end she solved the problem fast. She cracked her knuckles and let her flames slowly go out as she felt all eyes on her. Taking the opportunity to go over to the knocked out trouble maker, she put the cuffs on him and let her guys escort his sorry ass out. Making sure he doesn't cause anymore trouble as she gave a thumbs up to the crowd. She stretched her arms up into the air and yawned as it was something rather simple to solve.
Her politician friend was only a bit roughed up but most of it can be handled by Nimue as she quickly mended their wounds. Damages can be paid by the man in question as most of it was due to him and if he doesn't then the city will just gotta pay for it. Though she may not wanna say that out loud as she doesn't want to offend Deguchi.
Nimues question of course would be met with an obvious response, “It’d be rude of me to leave a mess...go on to the hospital and do your thing. Me and my guys will clean up here..”, she responded before the duo got into the van. Her new friend on the other hand kept up their cheery attitude as they gave a thumbs to her. “Get better soon, Denguchi! I’ll work security at your next speech just give me a call!”, she remarked as the van drove off towards the hospital.
As van went out of sight of Freya, her attention turned to the crowd and directed them. “Nothing to see here people, if you want to get proper treatment then please follow the officer who is going to guide you there!”, she exclaims to the crowd as they started to go in the direction of where the van went. As they followed her command, she saw the owner of the coffee shop come out and sort of stared at her. Her glare at her was fierce but it soon calmed down. The only words that could come out of her mouth was, “Sorry for the trouble”. Freya responded in turn with no words as she gave a thumbs up as she went to go help direct the crowds.
A few minutes went by until she received another phone call from Nimue. She quickly picked it up and only heard her say thank you, “No problem! Next time I’ll treat ya to something good when we are both free!”, she said over the phone before she hung up. The day was still young as the crowds were still lost and uncertain, “Ok boys, time to put in the work and see them that they get there safe”, she said as she went to go help the crowds. It wasn't required of them but she does owe Nimue and...a lot of them are looking at her with honest eyes and she can't help but guide them. The road to recovery was long but with her efforts, she is damn ready to deal with whatever comes her way.
