My, my, my. Was that man a taunting sensation or what. Callisto almost moved to the edge of her seat, even though the expression on her face remained neutral. She was going to root for that Vigilante and it was almost embarrassing, what would Jupiter-sama think of her. She had no intention of asking or showing that. Her eyes glistered as she looked from Thunder to G. Interesting indeed, what more would they do, what was their next bet? God, that foot must hurt. Shame the summon disappeared, though it was better to leave the King in one piece if she would be able to vouch for it. But what would happen next, she liked the taunting but mildly shook her head, see the betting was which of the sides would win, but she had a plan to make everyone lose their money. If only they knew there was a hidden third option, ah but that was the way of the game: they did not.
But she moved really to the edge of her seat when she heard them talk. His daughter? She stopped her breathing for a second, no way. She looked surprised for a second before her neutral bored expression came back. Which one... and why the emphasis, did they share one? Ah, what a happy idea.

G threw taunts at Thunder, it was basically a "Fite me" moment. But what G didnt expect was a ranged attack, which in retrospect he should've seen coming. Thunders leg was injured, no way in hell Thunder was gonna come at him. So he made electrical constructs, a bow and arrow to be exact and he aimed that straight at G "Uh oh"
G was ready to dodge, but then Thunder spoke. G first addressed the daughter comment "Tch. News flash. She's MY daughter. You cant start playing daddy all of the sudden after you dumped her like yesterdays trash." and then he replied to Thunders villain comment "Takes one to know one, boyo. Why do you think Im number 1!? I know how your candyass works and thats why I can beat you and your cronies!"
Soon Thunder fired away and G narrowly dodged as he sidestepped. He may have not been hit by the lightning but that didnt mean he didnt feel that electricity passing close by.
"And screw you. Im always a villain on the battlefield. To beat a villain you gotta play fire with fire" G soon resummons Goliath "I need to show the big bad Thunder that I'm the alpha dog around here" he said with a glare and ordered Goliath to do the same starter attack he did. So once again like before Goliath quickly goes to dash right in front Thunder. He then goes to strike him with one of his claws. But G mixed things up. He ran behind Goliath. Goliath acted as G's shield so Thunder would only focus on teh huge bug and not see G coming. While Thunder was focusing on Goliath. G was aiming to get close to kick Thunders wounded leg for extra pain and in hopes to BREAK IT. Indeed, G's villain side was starting to show and G had no shame. He was cruel, dirty and sadistic in battle
TLDR: -G replies to Thunders taunts with his own -Narrow dodge, but he still felt the trickle of the dangerous lightning arrow that passed nearby, yikes -Resummons Goliath, and G unleashes his inner villain once more -Goliath repeats First Impression, the same attack in the start of battle as bait -While wounding Thunder is good, the true objective is for Thunder to focus on Goliath so G can get close -G wants to wound or break Thunders injured leg

"Dumped her!?" Thunder bellowed out, fully outraged by the accusation. It was the first time in a very, very long time that this look crossed the man's face, not since the day he had been forced to fight, and kill his brother. It was that of pure rage and hatred. His scarred eye would crackle with electricity, the iris growing larger until it looked like his entire eye turned black behind the cover of lightning. It was simply a chemical reaction within his body forcing his mutation to be more noticeable, but it definitely made it seem like something inside of the man snapped.
"It took exactly 4.3 minutes from Lilly's time of death, to the time the cops arrived on scene. Exactly 4.3 minutes from the time her mother was killed, and from when Miku disappeared. So unless you happened on her somehow, the only explanation is that YOU, are the one that killed Lilly, her mother. There's no way in hell I would have dumped her, and you're going to pay foR TAKING THEM AWAY FROM ME." He suddenly bellowed out, one final straw within the criminals already broken mind seeming to snap as this pure hatred took over his mind. Even as G re-summoned Goliath, Thunder didn't flinch, he just gathered as much lightning as he could within his very body, then shot it out around him in every direction, turning himself into a veritable electric bomb. As Goliath ran towards him in another feint, he would come running face first into the resistant wall of lightning, and unless the bug tanked it, G would meet that same fate.

Thunder did this, but on a smaller scale, using it to both defend and attack goliath back.

As she thought it was going to be interesting, than she had not expected this. Where the Fallen kept his head cool, or maybe he was really that oblivious, the King showed his obsession. Wife number how much? Callisto only had heard rumors of course and she simply looked. But how obsessed were you when you knew the exact time. She simply sat on the edge of her seat and watched the lightning change the light within the room. Ah poor visitors, where she and her people had considered to dim the lights and make it difficult to watch much further than your neighbors and especially the other side, she simply saw the light within every corner of the room. Callisto did not avert her eyes, no need for that, she felt a tingling of anger in her. But she would calm down, there was no need to step in. She wondered how the vigilante would get out of this or would the thing, the bug, cover him, would that protect him.
She made a beckoning sound, "Find the blonde." She muttered to him and looked at Thunder. Before the person moved, she got a message back, that they saw her shortly as the woman had left again, but they lost her. Black eyes stared now at her slaves, "You idiots. You nitwits, watch me throw you in that cage." She hissed before turning her attention back. Lost, everything again.

Thunders words distracted G as it made him flashback to 6 years ago to the day when he lost the control of his Quirk and when Goliath almost turned on G himself. Well, he did actually. But that kind of distraction was just what the Thunder ordered as G literally did not see what was coming. Thunders attacked poofed Goliath, which would leave the cloud of smoke that G expected. What he didnt expect was him getting zapped. Which is something that hapened.
It was terrible and painful to be electrocuted. He felt like he was on fire. He stumbled away from Thunder to gain distance, although with the shock he felt, he barely walked. But then something in HIM snapped as he held his head, his hair. It was like the static shot fried his brain and made him switch to a 2nd personality "THATS IT!!" he turns to Thunder. "FUCK YOU AND YOUR WIFE!!! IF YOU WANNA FIGHT HER REAL KILLER, WHO AM I TO STOP YOU!!! HERE HE IS!!!" he resummoned Goliath, who this time was smoldering and smoking. He wasnt back at full health this time, because G himself was injured. But that was not all. G decided to do another dirty trick. While Thunder was focused on Goliath and G. G secretly summoned his other creature above Thunder, who started to zoom and fly down to slice him
TLDR -G gets wounded -G snaps -Resummons Goliath for another distraction and to shed light who really did the kill -Secretly summons Striker to slice Thunder Striker E Rank Companion Flight F Rank Strength F Rank

Well that sure as hell did it. Thunder clenched his fist so tightly that his knuckles began to turn white. His gaze seemed vacant as pure, unadulterated rage crossed his features. If this man's words were the truth, then what irony was it that the one woman he had ever cared for was killed by a bug. An angry roar escaped the man's lips as he arched back, releasing another massive electrical discharge that would touch every single corner of the arena. Angry, desperate and wounded, the King planned to take everything out in that one moment. Kill the bug, and kill this man. He'd had enough of him, there was no way he was going to let this bastard live.
He tilted his head forward to look at G, lightning dancing in his eyes. He planted his good foot solidly on the ground, using it to push himself forward towards G. However, the man only made it a single step as two blades came soaring down on him, missing a deathly blow because of the step, but still deeply cutting into either side of the man's back, leaving an X shaped wound where Striker had cut him. Blood exploded forth from the wound, causing the King to stop advancing on G as he had to now focus on tolerating the pain dealt to him. He grit his teeth tightly, hesitating for just a moment before spinning around in an attempt to grab Striker by the throat so he could slam him down into the ground.
'I can't let him win... but I've got... no energy left... How... how could he... keep up with me... ME?! Takeo... Lilly... how...' Thunder's mind was running through as many scenarios as he could. How to beat G, how to escape this cage and make the Plutocracy pay for this... none of it made coherent sense however, the thoughts of a desperate man looking for an escape as he made what was surely his final moves of this match...

The electric zap to him and on top of that summoning two of his Spirit Animals at once made G immobile. He was tired but needed to pretend to be strong. He couldnt show weakness and tiredness. Not now when he was so close to defeating Thunder. But damn, he felt he couldnt breathe "God dammit! Finish him already" G thougt to himself as he couldnt speak much
Thunder was screaming like a baby and shooting his zaps everywhere like a headless chicken. Still, it was dangerous as G was defenceless. But his electricity went to every corner of the arena luckily. Although Thunder started to approach G. Luckily thats when Striker ... stroke. Yes, yes. He landed a good slash a good strike on Thunder, that praying mantis deserved its name alright.
"I am the King" G said when he got enough breath. It was the best he could do. He didnt have strength to roar and yell or be imposing.
Thunder grabbed Striker by the throat and slammed him down. Goliath meanwhile materialized his water swords and charged to attack Thunder and slice him again. G hoped this would end the fight, because he could not stand, just a lil and he feels like he'll.... bend the knee. "Hurry up!!!" he thought to himself, god he wished he could speak
TLDR -Thunder managed to grab Striker and slam him down -G can barely stand, his energy is drained and near depleted when the 2 summons exist at once -Goliath forms his swords and goes to attack Thunder to hopefully end it

Panting heavily due to the pure exhaustion of this fight, Thundershocks electricity would suddenly vanish around him. he had no more energy in his body to keep producing enough lightning to attack his enemies. He had always made sure to compensate for that however, by increasing his physical strength and pain tolerance for just such an occasion. While he was exhausted, while he seemed to be completely spent and ready to give up, he was somehow able to ignore the pain for just a little bit longer.
He had grabbed the bug by the throat, slammed him down on the ground, and when Goliath summoned his swords and approached him he tossed Striker with all his might towards the larger bug. He pushed himself back up to his feet, taking a single step as a bit of a stumble then bracing himself, hands up in front of him in a steady martial arts stance.
" If the Plutocracy doesn't want a WAR on it's doorstep, I highly recommend bringing me his boy and my daughter! I've had enough of this game! " Thundershock yelled out, though this time it wasn't directed at G. His eyes were instead temporarily focused on Callisto, rage seeming from his eyes in droves. If he couldn't outlast G, if he couldn't win... then he was going to get his way another way. G took everything from him, took that single strand of fate that might have led Takumi Kobayashi away from a criminal life. If only G knew that the an he hated so much, was still here because of him.
"Call yourself what you want, it doesn't change anything. No matter who loses here, I'll make you regret everything" He hissed, standing still in his ready position in the event that his move of tossing Striker into Goliath didn't work. He was determined to be the last man standing, even if he had to pass out on his feet... which was a huge possibility at this point, his eyes drooping a little bit to prove this fact.

Both outranked the other, Callisto's stoic face showed nothing of her enjoying the show but she did. See, she did predict the third outcome very well, none of them would win. But she was counting, she was counting on a solution to come and it wasn't there yet but it would be. One. Two. Twelve. Thirteen, ah, another showman, he wasn't on time, but he was there anyway. With the jackal mask on his face, a lean man appeared on the other side of the cage. He had a gun clear as day, in his hands. A red dot appeared on Callisto's forehead but again she did not bat an eye. "Open the cage." The man said calmly but Takeo felt anything but calm. This could ruin everything. Everything he worked on, everything he had been hiding day and night for ages. He had no mask, he had no idea of how to hide his face when his radars show up the emergency. It was great to be the emergency contact of a Yakuza boss when you tried to be legal especially on your paperwork. He came with a handful of people, more he did not need and he was sure that the plutocracy wasn't stupid either and knew they were coming. Knocking out the first person, Takeo let someone else do this, the man took the Jackal mask that was from the guards and put it over his well-known face. It was only confirmed that the plutocracy expected a breakout or something from outside as they did not fight back, as the woman next to the throne did not move. She did not even bat an eye over the red laser dot on her face. "Need me to repeat it, sweetheart?" He should have opted for a voice change-item because this might bite him in the ass. Eh, who cared, they probably only had eyes on the situation. His dark blue suit, his hair hidden, his face as well, people would never link Takeo Hoshizuki to Takumi, to Thundershock. They would be fine. More uproar, more noises, people getting up and leaving, what would they expect? "The show is over." The woman answered and she flicked her wrist, made a clicking sound with her fingers and Takeo watched the cage open and slowly drop into the floor. Now that was interesting work, but that's not what he came for. He handed the gun to the man next to him, barely any move, from his right hand to his partner's left, the dot still on her face. Right between her eyes. They had no idea what her quirk was and if she was going to use it, but he noticed it and he hated it. In the corner of her mouth was a smile, you would not see it unless you stood opposite her as he did. They had expected them and they were betting their money on it. "Ah, our third contestant. No one did bet on him." She got up, the man next to Takeo immediately followed to keep the dot right on the spot. That is until they did not see anything anymore. "It's time for me to go my sweets, but I will let you know, when the next game starts and who knows, maybe you are next." Takeo gritted his teeth as he heard her in the smoke cloud. He quickly moved forward to grab Takumi, "We have to get out now." The whole smokescreen worked, or did the lights just go out? What? It did not matte,r he came prepared, it was time to get out now that the panic was rising. Enough people would want a piece of Thundershock if he was weak enough to let them and he was hurt, so it was up to the genius man to find a way out and fast.

Striker was tossed over to Goliath who just mercilessly sliced the other summon in half and caused it to poof away. G feeling he got a bit of strength now that Striker was dismissed started to strategically back away to get closer to the cage. He wanted to lure in Thunder in a new attack he got planned.
Thunder spoke or rather, yelled "If the Plutocracy doesn't want a WAR on it's doorstep, I highly recommend bringing me his boy and my daughter! I've had enough of this game!" OH HELL NAW "If you touch a single HAIR from any one of them. I will rip you limb from limb. And no one will stop me, no hero, no vigilante, no villain and not even the Plutocracy!!!" G replied in the same manner, but the use of his quirk caused him to get weak and tired and you could hear it from his raspy voice
Thunder then told G to call himself what he wants, but in the end he'll regret anything. G spat at that. Literally, he spit towards Thunder and just glared at him. Goliath went to attack Thunder and slice him in half, he raised his clawed hand that held the sword to ready to swing. Until that is the lights gone off "Hm?" was probably the first vocal humanish sound you could hear from Goliath as he looked upwards and then towards where the Succubus Lady would be if he could see her. G also looked around himself as everything has seemingly gone dark. His insticts were like Goliaths, see what the hell did the organizer was up to. Alas it was dark and he couldnt see a thing

G's words fell on deaf ears as he threatened Thunder should he ever touch his kids. It didn't matter, he expected it, and right now his focus was on keeping himself standing which was one hell of a feat with the sheer amount of blood pooling around him from his various injuries. He could barely keep his fighting stance, or his glare when a familiar voice suddenly cried out. Thunder perked up, straightening up a little bit more as his attention was finally taken away from G.
Big mistake, as Goliath started running at him again, and if it hadn't been for the lights going on, surely that would of been what at finished the Yakuza leader. His breath was shaky as the masked man approached him, telling him that they needed to get out then and there.
"You're here... yeah... I'm not sure how far I can make it... I've lost a lot of blood..." He admitted to the man lowly, not daring to put his arm around him in the even he caused Takeo to buckle with his sheer weight. Instead, he followed Takeo out as far as his sheer will could manage. Truthfully the only thing keeping him on his feet now was the adrenaline and the desire to get home after the whole ordeal.

Post by Hino Yojin on Feb 23, 2020 17:24:52 GMT -4
The air stank of sweat and cheap food, and the fight felt like it had been going on for hours. Yojin couldn’t look away--couldn’t stop devouring every second, every blast of lightning or construct attack, every bit of over-the-top machismo. He wished he could bring the footage back to UA. No textbook could have come up with a better lesson-set than this shit, from quirk analysis, to field diagnosis of injuries, to psychological profiling.
It’s damn good I didn’t hear half this shit before I talked to Miku, Haruuhi, or Scandal, I’d probably make a dumbshit remark about Bugman and Thunder needing to get a divorce. Messy as a K-Drama here.
At the same time, no matter how uncomfortable fascinating the fight was, he couldn’t give it his full attention. Any second, he could be spotted by the plutocracy, even with his mask, or recognized by someone else, or Blitz would signal him to move, or something--
The finishing blow--is this finally it for Thunder? Yakuza down, that’s good, but Bugman without a target…?
Yojin felt his stomach twist, suddenly wondering what the berserker of a vigilante--Scandal’s husband--would be like with his chief rival down. He’d never cared too much about Heroes or Vigilantes, and the differences between then--it hadn’t been worth his time, but--
"Una cortina de humo?! Fucking works I guess--go now!"
Yojin jumped as Blitz’s voice cracked into his ear, reflexively looking around him to see if anyone had heard. Of course they hadn’t. He was wearing a helmet, and the speaker was enclosed inside it. It felt early for the distraction. If they wanted, Bugman might have the kill, but--
Maybe she was concerned as well. And the Plutocracy was about to do something.
A part of his brain that was either absolutely insane, or far saner than the rest of him was wondering what would happen if he just left. After all, pretty much everyone here was certified Bad People. It wasn’t like the Plutocracy was going to back down from threads of a gang war. All the crazy people could slug it out, he’d go back to UA, and eat ramen, and be a teenager.
He’d promised though. And breaking a promise would be the end of Fix. Word of mouth was all he had.
Yojin groaned, pulling what looked like an chunky inkpen out of his pocket, and pointing it at the fuzebox to, far in the back of the room, right over over the head of the crowd, like a wizard brandishing a magic wand. He wasn’t the best shot, but he was much better these days, and the best part was, this didn’t need to be precise.
“Eyes shut, BB.”
Step one:
A tap of his quirk detonated a blasting cap inside the pen with a sharp crack, sending the tip flying at the fuzebox. It punched in, sticking to the outside, then sparked, surging with electricity.
Before anyone could grab him, Yojin ducked his head, and started to shove his way to the arena, gloved arm in front of him, the pneumatics within giving him far more strength than he’d otherwise have. People cried out in surprise as they were pushed aside, but that wasn’t the best part--a second later--
The big, overhead arena lights flashed blindingly, then went out.
Step two:
Yojin fumbled with his free hand inside his backpack, pulling out a portable speaker, the kind you’d hook up a cellphone too. His quirk sparked again, and it came to life, blaring with bass-boosted intensity, the loud wail of a police siren filling the arena. A second later, Yojin cocked his arm back, and hurled it over the crowd, making sure that the “siren” was far away from him.
Three--the crowd was starting to move, and he was starting to get close to the arena. He couldn’t shove fast enough, so instead, he imitated the villainous entertainment of the night, his gloved hand sparking on contact with skin, delivering light shock after shock to the people he passed, a trail of tased crowdspeople in his wake.
“Segment four, clockwise, BB--” He muttered into his helmet, reaching the cage, and grabbing it with both hands. This was going to take a bit of effort. Someone else was doing something--there was smoke filling the arena. The Plutocracy? Thunder?
Yojin let out a long breath, looking for bolts, and sending out his quirk, a trail of golden sparks travelling along the bars.
Pop. Pop. Pop. Pop.
One by one, the bolts started to unscrew themselves, the cage groaning as the structure was torn apart, wrecking it to create a gap for Blitz to save Bugman.
Right thing, wrong thing...at least I can do it well.

- are you holding your breath again? -
It was the first time Elena had ever seen Thunder Shock, Japan's number one most wanted villain, in person. And honestly...as horrifying as it was having somebody strong enough to challenge the top heroes in the city and live within spitting distance, Elena's focus wasn't on him for most of the fight. It was stuck on G. She could remember the cargo hold like it happened mere hours ago. She knew he was capable of when he was pushed past reason or sanity. And she was terrified of knowing what he could do if he went past that and had a single target to take it out on.
If Thunder died, then the city would be better off. That was absolutely undeniable.
But killing somebody was wrong. She could never forgive a killer. She'd never want to be around them, never want to be alone with them. It was something unforgivable. And she knew, somewhere deep down, that G was capable of that.
It didn't hurt hearing him shriek about it aloud at Thunder, either.
Estoy salvando a un asesino. O...el anfitrión de uno?
Goliat es él, no? De alguna manera?
Puedo vivir con salvarlo y liberarlo nuevamente en el mundo?
He got a hit on Thunder that took the titan down, and for a moment, Elena's throat closed up. But he was still moving and he was still sparking, and G was still goading Goliath forward--or looked like it, from here, at least. Elena bit her lip hard. If he killed him, if he killed another living person, he was a monster. It didn't matter who. She would never let that kind of human being go back to Hanako, let alone to Kai...
...puedo vivir con dejarlo morir?
Before a final blow could land, though, she smelled something in the air. Smoke? She smelled smoke. Elena was very, very familiar with the scent of smoke. The lights were starting to dim, too. What--who--oh, for fuck's sake, she wasn't the only one on a rescue mission. Of course she wasn't. Elena held tight to the headpiece in her ear. "Una cortina de humo?! Fucking works I guess--go now!!" She hissed. She heard a quick, pointed response. But she ignored it. Instead she moved through the crowd as best she could, trying to get to where G was closest to the cage. She didn't need to close her eyes to see in the dark. She just needed a little light. The smoke didn't help but, hey, when one was literally flame--
The lights suddenly burst with light, then died. People were shouting and pushing around her, and Elena cursed loudly, her sunglasses barely blocking out the worst of that flash. Oh, THAT was why he said to close them. God she was an idiot at times. Sirens--fake ones, she knew, so she didn't lose a step--began screaming somewhere in the crowd. Yellow sparks went over the bars as more words came through the headpiece. Thankfully she'd already made it, and in the darkness, her blue eye was blazing behind her bangs and tinted glass. The moment the bars split open she had a hand reached in and grabbing for G's shoulder, pulling the bastard backwards.
She realized a second later that he probably wasn't going to react well to a random hand in the pitch-blackness grabbing him, so she hissed her voice out loud enough to cut over the panic and sirens: "Don't fucking struggle, Gucci man! We're leaving!!"

Her eyes flickered angrily at the young man that she saw. Switching off the lights, what did they all think that they could do? She would have let go of the Yakuza boss only to be okay with their dealings and find a way to apologize but now they were also taking the vigilante. If they would ever find out that she let them all go, what would Jupiter-sama think of her? She felt the anger rise within her, but she could not do anything. No, too many souls in here, too many that they could not just simply slaughter off. They would laugh at her, they would bring her down, no she would not allow it. She wanted to roar she wanted to stop from transforming but she just sat there. Like an angry cat, staring at them, it did not matter that the lights were off and the smokescreen there. She was almost tempted to throw her own dark cloud in there but she did not. She remained sitting still and watching both teams go away and escape. For another second she wondered to stand up and do something about it, who were those people and how did they get a ticket? It did not matter though for the entertainment it would have not mattered either, the money people bet was theirs and she heaved her head and let out the roar she had been holding back. It was enough of a sound for everyone of her team to understand what was happening and the betting desk closed, the bars, everything, in a matter of seconds everyone of the Plutocracy was simply gone.
Takeo looked over his shoulder, holding on slightly to Thunder but not making it obvious. He thought his friend did it to not show any weakness which was what the man with the jackal mask could understand. "The car is close by don't worry." He hissed, the four that belonged with him showing up soon, the fifth already had made his way to the car. It would be fine, they would prep him up back at home, or at the office, he did not care. What was closest by. He did not care for the sounds, the smokescreen would clear up too soon, yes he would rather have watched how it worked, it was his beta before actually going but there was not such a possibility. The car was small and therefore not to be expected to be their escape. He opened the door to the back and helped his friend in before quickly going to the other side, one of his partners took the other seat in the front and the other three disappeared. "we need to get you to a healer." He mumbled, but where would you get one at this time a day? He had so many questions, he had so many answers that made no sense in his mind that he would really need for Takumi to simply spill it all out for him, what the hell happened and why was he emergency call number 1?!

Thunders steps were slow, but thanks to Takeo and the poor grunt he was using as a crutch, they were able to make it through the darkness and smoke with relative ease. He could hear the woman’s howl behind them, hear the sound of movement towards the cage. He could only assume there were heroes, or at least other vigilantes there to help that bastard G out of this mess too. Unfortunate… he’d hoped the plutocracy could prove at least a little useful and let him rot in that cage…
He wasn’t able to linger on that thought for long as he was ushered into the car, placed in the backseat where the cool sensation of the leather pressed against his openly bleeding back. He rested his head on the headrest for jsut a moment until Takeo came into sit next to him, at which point Thunder let himself fall sideways onto his friend. He let his eyes close as a heavy breath escaped his lips. Gods everything hurt… he hadn’t been able to see straight for some time, and so closing his eyes was a sweet relief in itself.
He only barely heard Takeo said they needed to take him to a healer, and the man fully trusted Takeo to know what to do. There was always one person Takumi could rely on, and that had always been Takeo.
“Home…” Takumi would mur under his breath as he rested against him. The darkness of his shut eyes was far too inviting to resist. With no energy left in his body, and the adrenaline of the fight quickly fading, it was no wonder that the man passed out then and there. Safe in his best friends care.
