It wasn't too long ago that Hiiragi allowed herself to take part in a place that was known to have a large crowd. The population wasn't anything to joke about. Not to mention the many places that you can choose to go and, hang around. The poor Hiiragi had met her maker. The pink haired villain didn't know what to do. She had a few ideas. She could go to a library and, drown herself in books. She hadn't been doing a lot of reading. Hiiragi was slacking off in her reading, she worried if her knowledge was fading away from her. But no boy will probably find a book worm attractive. Hiiragi would think to herself, as she stood in thought. In the middle of a raging crowd, trying to get to and from work. In the middle of the heat.
Hiiragi came from the suburbs before she had laid foot in the big city. She thought that she would find a lot of good opportunities here. It would be strange for someone who isn't familiar with big cities, just to do random things without a good reason. Hiiragi would try to start things slow, with a steady pace. While she is in Tokyo, she should find someone who is from this part and, is willing enough to lend them her aid and, give her a tour. Hiiragi wouldn't attempt to do anything reckless. At least without the knowing the layout of the city. What type of villain would she be, without learning about her surrounding? Surely not a smart one. she first needs to get herself familiar with the city and, try to obtain as many connections as she possibly could. She wants to be prepared, before planning anything.

Meiko was just done with her villainy for the day, thats why she switched from her villain outfit to her civillian outfit. She had her lavender dress nice and ready. While her other clothes were neatly folded and placed in a shopping bag. Now, Meiko could mingle and just be part of the crowd. No one would know there was a Villain walking among them.
As she walked, she passively noticed a girl right up ahead who just stood there. Meiko didnt pay much attention to her, and instead she just went her way. She needed to get home and prepare a meal for Alaster too~ Meiko wondered where was he at the moment, busy? It would be fun if they ran into eachother now
AAaannd now that girl that was up ahead is still here. That is what Meiko realized when her thoughts were interrupted. The weird girl? Well, now she was in the way
"Excuse me, but can you just move" Meiko asked in her most polite tone she could muster up. Darn these busy and crowded times, they were such a drag. Ok, next time she'll take the dark allies instead.
"Is it just me or is this one a weirdo" Meiko thought to herself as she now had a better look at the person

While dazed in thought, pondering what she should do in this big city known as Tokyo. Held hostage by the million of opportunity, and ideas that a person can have in a place like this. Not even paying attention to her surroundings, or thinking about if she is in someone's way. Not that it should be a real problem since people can walk around. Wasn't that hard of a task. It a simple, quick and easy maneuver. It doesn't take a brainless zombie to figure that one out. Maybe it would if people are that incompetent. Hiiragi's pink hair, with enough pigtails that can attract anyone's attention. Stood out amongst the crowd. She could be easily spotted from not even a meter away. Although you can take into an account that she isn't the only pink-haired weirdo in the vicinity.
Hiiragi's train of thoughts would soon be interrupted by a sudden bump to the shoulder when a girl about her age is trying to get by. Looking as if she was in a rush. She did say excuse me, however, it was a bit on the rude end. Nontheless, Hiiragi remained calm, and polite like she was raised to be. Until everything went left field. "S-sorry about that, I'm a bit lost you see" She scratched the back of her head, leaving out a nervous laugh.

Huh, she answered nicely enough. Maybe Meiko pegged her the wrong way. But still, one can never be too careful. Maybe Alaster could make do and make his own meal. Because this stranger was interesting enough. She seemed lost, but there was something about her. Meiko was curious what was it.
"Oh? Not from around here, eh? Where are you from?" Meiko asked with great interest
Meiko had a hunch about this girl, there was something about her. Granted her hunch was like 20% wrong too, which is still a big percentage of error. But still, Meiko felt she wanted to stay here and see what was up. So she asked another question after hopefully getting the answer from her previous ones
"So tell me. Where are you headed? I could give you a few pointers if need be" Meiko said and then took her phone to look at the time, she didnt want to overstay her welcome. She had places to go,... maybe. Well... depending how this encounter guys. If it blows she'll leave. If its interesting, she'll simply make time. Now being the curious kitten, Meiko wondered, she waited to see where was this pink haired one headed.

This girl generated a punkish vibe, like she is probably into some weird stuff. Could be into spray painting government property, or any other rebel teen activities. Thats the kind of character that Hiiragi made her think. Maybe behind the wall of being a rebel punk, she has a decent heart. But, these are Hiiragi's hypothesis. She doesn't know the girl yet, not even her name to really start judging her appearance alone. The girl was right, Hiiragi wasn't around these parts of town. Meiko sounded like she can be of use to Hiiragi. Helping her map out any point of interest that this place holds. "I'm from the suburbs, so tokyo is rather new to me" Hiiragi answered as kindly as possible. Appearing to meiko as an easily approachable girl.
Hiiragi noticed that she was looking at her phone. Was she in a rush to get somewhere, or was she reading some text messages that she received from a friend. "My name is Hiiragi Narutame, by the way -- it's a pleasure to meet you" Hiiragi had forgotten to introduce herself to the girl. Hoping she'd return the favor. Not that learning names is important to her.
"Oh, I'd just like to know any important places that you would recommend seeing. I'd just like to get a good feeling of the place, you know?" Hiiragi responded.

Usually whenever he has to do a job that's far away, he gets the address, looks it up online, and just follows the directions dogmatically. He barely leaves his shop, and when it does, he goes to the places he's used to. No need to worry about going to new places nor explore or even just leave his shop at times. He just goes there and returns back. Simple as that. Today's client was a bit more generous. They offered to take him to the place, they arrived at his shop, and they picked him and the required tools up, taking them to the job. Once that's done, they talked a bit, and they had to leave for something, saying goodbye and leaving him there. He waves goodbye...only to realize that he's still here. And truth be told, he didn't take note of the general direction. Hmm.
For someone who labels themself as a 'genius', jokingly or not, they sure are dumb when it comes to this, Looking at his phone for directions, Kent decided to turn this event from it's intended accursed state to a more pleasant experience. He'll take this time to get to know more of the city, take in its sights, like a new tourist touring around for the first time and-Oh god this is boring, it's just the same shit everywhere gaaaaaaaah. He sighs as he places his phone back in the pocket. Brandon ain't picking up, and he's not sure he would even bother wanting to. Guess it's time to look for the train station.
He comes upon two people, both with peculiar hair color. They're talking about some stuff, as if the younger looking one was new to the city. The older one seems to know more about this general place. "Sorry for interrupting, but I couldn't help but notice that you have a greater grasp on this city. Um, do you know where the station is? Sorry." He asks Meiko.

The girl said she was from the Suburbs, which figured. No wonder Tokyo was new to her. The girl then introduced herself. Hiiragi Narutame. Meiko then put her phone away and introduced herself "Pleased to meet you, Hiiragi. My name is Rin Hagane."
After those introductions were done, Hiiragi spoke how she'd like to know important places. Any recommondations or something. Meiko pondered, and as she pondered, someone came over to them. She turned and saw a kinda cute boy.
"Station? Thats a broad term. Can you specify? Gas station? Train station? Bus station? Play station?" Meiko said as she raised her brow and questioned him.
This was an unexpected term of events, now she had TWO people to help with directions. Hiiragi with places and ... Boy with a station. Meiko pondered and then talked "Ok. You specify which station" then turned to Hiiragi "And you tell me what interests you the most. Because to me, the most important places are stores and boutiques~" Meiko said playfully. She really liked clothes and fashion and couldnt resist just buying something Considering she's a newb who doesnt know where what is. She guessed that Hiiragi wouldnt mind escorting this boy to his station |
