To those who have enough patience, the alleyways and streets of Kabukicho are a fantastic source of materials just lying around. It seems as if people would just throw them out without even considering the potential used in them. Of course he's not talking about just normal garbage, he's not that desperate. No, Kent is simply looking for any spare parts that could be utilized in any sort of mechanical project he has brewing up in his head. Sure, one can just simply come by here for the less savory aspects of the red-light district, or come here for, as Brandon puts it, some 'damn good bowls," but to him, Kabuchiko is a fantastic source for missing parts and info for any shady issue that requires some researching.
It's also a good place to get robbed, signified by some punk with a knife passing through. In a way, savaging for parts on the ground was a good disguise; It gave off the illusion that Kent is a mere homeless, therefore not even worth being robbed. Which is all fine and dandy because he doesn't want to be robbed of the only money he has on him; most of those hard eared yen go to the store and his experiments. So a robber would find themself looking for another person. And it appears as if he found his next victim. He readies his knife and heads off to exonerate some money off of the man. He could try blinding him with a projection, but at this moment, Kent was busy grabbing a pipe that could be sawed in half, only noticing when the man got closer to the new person. "Huh? W-hey, look out!" he yells out to the man, wanting to grab his attention before he got stabbed for his troubles.

A day spent in the ravenous, unfeeling pits of Kabukicho would often rot ones mind – however, it made for the simplest path from the local fresh food supply to the home of one Seigi Touma. He had been walking for about twenty minutes now, heading back home with a fresh supply of groceries in his right hand, but the chief of all was the fresh tofu in a bowl he was carrying with his left hand, in order to cook for anyone who was willing to eat. “A meal can only truly be delicious in the presence of another person” he said aloud to himself, letting the words drift into the wind, hopefully to be heard by someone who was in need of such sage advice. He kept on, moving through to another section of the winding pathways and alleys of such a rotten area. It wouldn't be required in his new world, but that would be a bridge to cross in the future. What mattered to Seigi currently was bringing home his goods, in order to create a master work.
Walking into the more open alley, an oxymoron of the highest degree, he heard the shouting of a man just down the way. A cry of someone who chose not to act, but rather to warn of impending danger. Of course, the danger was never impeding to Seigi – he knew that he had a target on him, due to the weight he was carrying being a supposed symbol of helplessness. “It's quite alright.” he said, directing his attention to his onlooker. “No man can stab me.” The confidence of these words were but a passing form of Seigi's personality – an aura of steadfastness that never wavered, not for one moment, even when his life was at risk. He knew that no mere attempt to wound for material gain would get in the way of his ultimate destiny – the destiny he had found.
Lifting his bowl and groceries, lightly tossing them directly upwards, thus freeing his hands, he made a swift turn, kicking the man behind him in the process with his leg raised, he made the full turn, and caught his bowl and paper bag as if they were weightless. Seigi continued moving forth, as if nothing had happened. “After all, if I were to dodge him, my food would no longer be fresh.” he said, once again to the man who spoke, yet not acted. The common thug would learn his lesson – justice succeeds over all.

If this were an average robbing, the man would probably ask for the money while using the knife as a sort of leverage. it's the position of a so called 'stronger presence;' show the victim that you are in a higher position than themself, and they will crumple down and follow any demand that you would ask for them. if they refuse, then you use your knife. It's a simple gesture: either you pull the closer and show them the knife in front of you, or you shove the knife in front of them. The more reckless and violent thugs won't even go for a simple warning, they would just up front stab the person and steal their money overall. It's a typical case here in Kabukicho. Some that would increase a lack of empathy to the usual spectators walking about. It's a shame, really.
But what about those who could defend themselves? No, not just that, what about those with abilities that can hamper the thug and retake their standing? In his case, what he would do is...well to be honest, he barely comes with money whenever he drops by kabuchiko, and if he does he hides it among a different hidden pocket. But if the off chance that he got mugged did happen, he would simply smile and just blind the guy with an intense projection, then just run away while keeping his eyes on him. It's the simple "blind the poor basterd and get out of hell" technique that he honed during his first trip to Kabuchiko.
But this guy? There's no visual indicator that he has a quirk, but he took down that man with ease. He even managed to keep his groceries in tact. Kent whistles as he fumbles around with the pipe as he approaches the odd sounding man. "Usually that ends with them stealing your money, not you stealing their dignity." He looks at him with a somewhat bemused face. "So then...you didn't get stabbed. Not bad, but a bit too risky. Could have actually ruined your...is that a bowl?" He looks at him holding said bowl, barely broken or chipped. He didn't even let one scratch befall upon it. "...so, um...Mister Justice...Who are you?" He says with a somewhat curious interest in this man's bizarre behavior. He sounds so sure of himself, and he at the very least has enough skill to hold that boast up...but he can't be that serious, right?

The passing comments made from his onlooker didn't budge Seigi at all, dignity was something he had no need to steal, he was already coated in it. As well as this, the surprise and intrigue from the man seemed genuine, certainly interested in him – could he have possibly found someone who shared his vision of the impending future? A shared destiny? Impossible was the clear answer. “I have travelled the world in search of answers to my destiny” he began, speaking with copious amounts of conviction. “And, I have found it, hidden deep within both the world, and my blood: to be the Justice...” he held his hand aloft to the sky, reaching towards a light that hit the alley, directly from the sun itself. “...at the Top of the Mountain.” Swiftly turning, he turned to the light, facing it in front of him, gesturing towards the distant Mt. Fuji that laid just beyond Tokyo. “My name... is Seigi Touma. I am Justice.”
After his introduction, he let his hand fall back to his side, holding the bag full of items. Without a word after that, Seigi began to continue on his way, heading back to his home. If the man he had inadvertently conversed with believed in him and his Justice, he would assumedly follow him. If, however, the impossible proved true and he shared his philosophy down to the core, and that was the reason he followed – nay, chased him, it would present a dilemma that could only be solved through one means of action. That being total removal from his goal. Only time would tell however, as the prophet of Justice made his way through the darker streets and alleys of the city, returning to his abode to craft, shape, and cook, continuing to study what had given him the meaning of his globe-wide journey to achieve the vision he had, so many years ago. Indeed, only time would tell.

Oh god he's serious. This is too precious. Is he older than this guy? He's taller than him, but at this point a lot of people are taller than him so Kent just accepted that fate at this point. Could probably be confused for a high schooler at this point if he slightly crouches and actually bother to put on any on brand clothes. Then again, this guy's taste in fashion isn't even better compared to his. Flashier, maybe, but normal? Who knows, today's meaning of 'normal' has been completely bastardized and replaced by an ever-changing status quo. A sort of walking contradiction if you would.
This guy seems interesting enough despite his weird attitude though. Kent likes that. Nice to have your own grasp on things, even if they're a bit off. 'You do you' and whatnot. "Ah, you found your destiny. Good for you." he says with a friendly attitude, trying his best not to sound sarcastic or mocking. It's a bit hard to do so when his eyes are usually almost closed. "A lot of people can't say the same for you, what with their life goals or whatnot. Nice that you got it sorted out beforehand." Still a weird goal, though. To be "justice" itself. Maybe he's a hero? Nah, if he were, he would have heard about him on the boards about a new foreign pro hero...although he doesn't look foreign.
...wait what, that's his name? No. Nooooooo. Nonono, oh god he's gotta be joking. His name is actually that?! Oh god, that's amazing. That's so stupid it someone loops back to impressive. To gather enough meaning behind one's name and turn it into one's motto, is honestly hilarious and yet he can't help but nod his head in approval. Was he born with it? Nah can't be...is it? Like he's heard parents naming them weirder things. Not like he would know, since...ya know, amnesia and all. He even did a point at a random direction, this guy is hilarious.
Once he did that, he just started to leave. Kent looks at the junk in his hand and looks back at him. Well, currently, he has no real job or contract to do, plus Brandon hasn't really called him up, so...eh, screw it. He could get some more entertainment. "Hey, wait up!" He walks up to him, wanting to hear more about this guys weird views on life. "So, did you actually travel the world? How is it? Any place you like?" he asks him, a bit curious as well. He never actually left Japan...well to be more precise, the past 4 years he has never left Japan. So just hearing about other places sparks his interest.

As predicted, the one behind him had followed him around as Seigi left to continue back home. And he wanted to hear about his travels, no less. He was no threat to his goal, so he would not need to be culled for the sake of Justice's reign. At least, not yet. He wished to hear the philosophies of Justice itself, and so he would indulge the young man, at least for a moment. “My travels? You wish to know about my travelling experience? Do you ask the sun why it shines?” Mulling the question over in his mind, he decided to speak to the boy in the most simple terms he could. “I searched far and wide for the answer to my calling, as it has been my birthright. I flew across oceans, learned everything there was to know about their culture – especially their cooking. Using that knowledge, I returned here, and my goal was revealed. That is all.” No more information was required. Seigi continued walking home, paying little attention to the one who pestered him for this information. He was harmless, a harmless follower of Justice. However, strength would rule over all in the new era. Whether or not he would make it was his own destiny.
Still, the fact that someone was enraptured by him was curious. They were not friends, they had never known each other – so why continue, and ask of something so asinine such as what he enjoyed about a country? There was no purpose there, it was a ruse to cover his inhibitions. Seigi was often met with confusion, but if their heart and soul were pure, and they were accepting of their own path, they would know what he meant. Anyone else was foolish. This person proved to be a balance of both, his heart being in the right place but also plagued by simple-mindedness. How interesting.

"Cooking, huh?" Kent muses as he follows after the figure. The sun comment made him slightly confused. Is he the sun in this situation? Is he trying to say the world revolves around him? Perhaps this guy has a bigger ego than he thought. But it wasn't really a smart decision to go prodding into it at this time. At the very least, he has the skills to back up said ego, at least from that little exchange eariler. What was also a bit disappointing is that...he didn't really mention anything about the places he went to. Like...he kinda dodged it and just summed it up in a quick passing. Did he not enjoy his travels? He, who actively went out and can also remember them? Kinda jealous and also a bit agitated about that fact.
But why did he place more empathies on cooking? "Ya know, I always was interested in the different cuisine in different places. I never really go out of Japan often, so the best way to get that is through restaurants or something. They'er alright, but i always expected them to be a bit less better than the actual food. What kind of food has the massive difference between here and their home country?" Hes a bit curious now, as he continues to follow Seigi.
