all the pieces lie where they fell... ♥ She had no idea what emotions went running through her, the fact that the hospital just called that they had to inform her that Gabe Hajimari was taken into their custody and was well, he was doing okay-ish now, stable now that they quickly got him to the hospital and she was rather glad about that but she did not know what to think in general, she could not even tell the girls, she could not get past the two words of: your dad. But that did not matter, all that matter was that he was okay now, that she would see him soon, that she would tell him how stupid she was and that she loved him. God she loved him. She was even so much of an airhead that after quickly scanning her creditcard with the cab-driver, she forgot her suitcase as she hurried towards the hospital hallway and the reception desk so she could ask for G. She could almost not utter a word and yet she managed to (not really calm) say his name and that she was just called, that she was Hanako Mizuki. The man pointed out that they were not sure if he could be visited yet but in her pregnant and panic state he did not wait too long and told her the room and how to walk there. Well walk was what he thought but she basically sprinted for as far as she could but she went a lot faster, thank god she did not have to go up a stairs and she found the room. She quickly looked through the window next to the door and she could see him, oh thank god he was awake. She swung open the door, not too loud so it would knock against the wall but now she finally dared to cry. "Gil?" She stood frozen in the doorway for a few seconds before she finally got back to what she wanted to do and hurried to the side of the bed, "Are you okay? Oh my." She kissed him, on his forehead, on both cheeks everywhere, small little kisses, holding his cheeks in her hand and finally kissing him on the lips. Again. Another time. Again. "I got the call," She looked at him with worry in her eyes, kissed him again on the lips. "Are you okay?" She did not even let him speak as she kissed him again, "I am so worried. I love you." Another kiss, "I love you." |

Everything went on like a dream sequence. Hospital. Doctors. ER maybe? He doesnt know, everything was blurry for a bit and then black. Until he just woke up in his room, in bed. But he was not alone as Goliath was sleeping next to him, like a loyal dog standing near its master. G did pat Goliaths head a bit. He took a deep breath and just... absorbed what was infront of him. A hospital room, a bed, a vase with sunflowers and a window with the view outside and the usual hospital room stuff.
Thinking, G imagined that the doctors didnt expect him to awake so soon, thats why he's alone. G didnt notice that Hana saw him awake and all. So as soon as the door swung open, Goliath snapped awake and disappeared, right on cue so when Hana enters he was gone
"Gil?" Hana called out to him
G looked at her
"Hana?" he looked at her and was relieved that she was ok. And then he saw Miku with a suitcase and Haruuhi. "Hey girls!" he happily said and opened his arms so he could hug em
Hana hurried over to him and he hugged her. She asked a flurry of questions "Im fine honey" she kissed him everywhere and een held his cheeks and smooched him on the lips. "The call?" he was still slightly dazed and confused on what she meant. After another kiss, she asked if he was ok. He didnt get to answer as they smooched once more
"I love you too~" he kissed her once more, before he ended it and looked at Haruuhi and Miku. He did want to hug em.

When they arrived back in Tokyo, Haruuhi really had no idea what the hell was going on anymore... Hana was worried about something regarding G but couldn't get the words out to tell them. She could have listened in to her phone conversation, but had clued in too late for that. So now here she was, in the back of a cab, heading for the hospital with only "your dad" to go off of. Her assumption? Probably alcohol poisoning... that or he got into a fight he lost? Something along those lines. It put her right back into the same foul mood she had been in since their last text conversation.
Wven as they stepped up to the cab and walked up to the hospital, finding out what room G was in, Haruuhi still dragged her feet. Hands stuffed in her pockets and acting like she just didn't care. When they finally got to the room she peeked inside, saw that he was awake and chose to stay at the door. Not like he'd notice anyways, now that Hana was all over him again. Finally.
Haruuhi couldn't help the roll of her eyes as she chose to stay on the outside of the room. She found an empty wall space and leaned against it, hands still stuffed in her pocket as she just refused to go in there, an irritated look crossing her features.
Had all her struggles to get those two idiots back together been for nothing? or was it because she tried so hard to fix things that they were able to just immediately jump back in each others arms? Not only that but G was still an asshole! She let out a huff, shaking her head as she reserved herself to watching the hospital staff work.

Things happened super fast, because the next thing she knew they were all in a cab rushing to the hospital. Hana rushed so much so that she forgot her own suitcase, to which it was up to Miku to get it and try to catch up to everyone.
Soon she caught up to Haruuhi who was standing there at the door outside of the room, while G and Hana did the smooching. Haruuhi just rolled her eyes and went off someplace. Miku just followed her
"Hey Haruu? Are you ok? Is something wrong?" Miku asked because it was obvious something wasnt ok with Haruu
She had no idea what G and Hana were doing since they were in the room, and she was focused on Haruu. Miku was sure G was fine with Hana around, but Haruuhi was by herself. Miku wasnt sure if she missed something, if something happened to Haruuhi while she was gone. She hoped this was just her having an irrational fear and that Haruuhi was fine. For all she knew, maybe Haruuhi wasnt good with hospitals. She was like twice there already. Maybe she just didnt wanna be here anymore, well... thats at least how Miku would feel

all the pieces lie where they fell... ♥ She could not believe how stupid she could be, how dumb and stubborn, she would miss him and she had gone away and missed him but what if, whatever this was, had gone as a success and he would have... she shivered when she thought the word and simply wanted to keep kissing him.
She did not.
She sat on the edge of the bed and looked over her shoulder but both girls did not come in. "How do you feel? What happened?" It was not about her, even if he deserved to hear what she had to say, this was more important. She turned her attention back to him, looking him over, the small cut at his throat, the look in his eyes, she could not see anything else and she did not listen or remember if the woman who called her had explained. She wanted to hold his hand, she wanted him to hold her but she had to keep repeating in her mind: This isn't about you. And in a way it was, that's why they were with the three of them. If or when G told her what happened, she did not know what to say, she had not been albe to do anything if they were together either, there would only be a change of direction, she would not be at the airport, she would be at home or at metropolitan or wherever but she wasn't, they weren't.
As the girls still had not come back and the minutes of silence were ticking on, she looked at her lap and at the baby bump, because it was obvious there now. "I know this isn't the time but can we be... can we restart? Slowly? Us?" She would have to tell him that she wanted to take it slow, that when the baby was born, which took a couple of weeks more, he could take care of him and that she would be there but standing far aside for it would be better for them, not for her, it hurt but it would be so much smarter for all of them. |

Haruuhi looked up from her brooding towards her sister when Miku came back out to check on her. She still had that irritated look on her face, but it softened the longer she looked at Miku. The blonde had been just as irritated with G as she was after-all, so it relaxed her a bit to see her coming to check on her.
"I'm just... irritated. By both of them really... like they're so stupid with this whole thing and they really don't realize how it's making the two of us feel you know? Dad's been a total douchebag and Hana's just been... well an emotional wreck. I've been trying so hard to keep our family together and then they just immediately jump each other."
Haruuhi vented lowly, keeping her tone down so that the two inside wouldn't hear her complaining. They were having a moment, and again she should be happy about it... but she was just even more pissed off...
"I don't know... I'm probably over reacting but it's just been really hard for me... I finally open up to Hana, to the idea of actually having a family and it's like they were just dragging it in the mud for no reason..."
She sighed as she would finally look away from Miku and down towards her shoes, fidgeting with a the cellphone in her pocket.
"I haven't felt like myself at all during all of this..."

Hana asked him how he felt and what happened. And the answer was a wopping "I dont know... I woke up here and felt this... happiness and euphoria, but" he then looks towards the door, Miku and Haruuhi didnt enter, that did sadden him and damper his mood a bit. He was just happy to be alive and see his family and hug all of them. But it seemed like the girls didnt like him anymore.
Then there was another question to be answered, what happened
"And in regards to your other question. I was just patrolling... it was normal as usual, nothing going on. But then I heard this voice and it... drew me away, things started to get hazy and even more hazy, until I was like just gone and out of it. And then this sharp pain woke me up" he then places his hand on his first wound. "Everything after that was this haze... I dont remember much... Um... Yellow Jacket saved me." he said and tried to describe what happened as best as possible
And after that, Hana asked something he just didnt expect to hear. It clearly shocked him
"Y-yes. Yes! Y-ow... Yes!" he said, but as he got overly excited did hurt himself a bit.

Meanwhile as G was recalling his time as he was being attacked, Miku was dedicating her time to Haruuhi who was quite the brooder. She asked Haruu was something wrong and boy did she get an answer.
Haruuhi was irritated by the way G and Hana handled this breakup and how they both behaved. She vented and kept her tone down. Miku understood how Haruu felt. She put down Hana's uitcase and hugged Haruu
"Yeah, I get what you mean" and after the small hug she let go and then talked herself, not really venting maybe "G was always a big baby. I guess you're just seeing it now. I guess he's starting to be himself around you as well. He can be very childish. But, he can also get very depressed and disheartened. The fact that he didnt try to kill himself or harm himself during the breakup was actually a big improvement. Yeah, this was very shitty the way they handled things. But, it could've been a lot worse. A whole. Lot. Worse" Miku said quietly as she recalled the past scenarios
Past scenarios which G would call sagas. Each girl its own saga. He and Hana got back, G didnt harm himself like he did before and all in all things were fine. Perhaps thats why Miku handled this period a whole lot better then Haruu. Still, she know what Haruu felt like. They were her family. She didnt want them broken apart and be stupidly childish

all the pieces lie where they fell... ♥ Happiness, Euphoria. It kind of broke her heart, no she had promised Haruuhi and Miku and she would really try. She wasn't sure if the two girls left them alone so she could talk to them or if she had done something stupid and she looked over her shoulder with a worried look but she could not see the girls from where she sat on the side of the bed. She hoped they were fine, She turned her eyes back at G, a worried look as he explained what happened. Well at least he had been lucky that one of the pro-heroes was close by. "I am glad she was there." She kissed him softly again, to be thankful, to be grateful that he was saved and brought here and alive so she could stop being stupid, this. She must see this as a wake-up call. She wanted him back. She had to tell him that, she had to tell him so much but right now, right here, wasn't the right timing. Even if the girls gave her space, she knew she would have to get a better conversation with him and tell him about what she considered, yes, and like Haruuhi, she would be forgiven. "Easy!" She said, pushing him back on the bed with big scared eyes, "I don't want you to get hurt even more." Stupid Hana, see now wasn't the time. She gave him a shy smile without knowing but she was glad to see his reaction. "I am not sure how but I miss you and I love you, so let's start from the start, okay? Let's go dating again?" She didn't know how to phrase it, she bit her lip. She could tell him later about the boy, how he could raise it and how it would be the best little boy in the world for her but she did not want to ruin that. "Want me to ask the girls to come in?" If she did, she could tell them that they were dating again. She waited for his respond and gave him another soft kiss, because she basically couldn't stop, she had to show him that she loved him, especially considering she could have lost him and got off the bed and walked into the hallway. A little closer to the girls but not eavesdropping, she knocked on the wall softly, "Girls, are you okay?" She worried a little, "I don't know if you did it on purpose but we talked and it's all fine now. So thanks for giving me that time." Her eyes drifted from Miku and Haruuhi to her suitcase and she blushed...oooh. "Eh but he would like to see you two, I can give you some space if you want?" |

The two kissed once more once Hana heard how a Pro saved him. And of course once Hana asked if they could restart slowly, G got overly excited and hurt himself, thus resulting in Hana telling him to go easy and pushing him back, she didnt want him to get hurt more. Which sort of evoke a more... unexpected reaction of G. Embarassment of his actions. "Oh" he said as he blushed and well laid back in bed
The next words she said were so sweet they melted his heart. "I miss you and love you too" he said and reached out to hold her hand. And in regards to going back to dating, G just nodded. After that Hana asked if she should bring the girls in. G answered "Yeah, I'd like to see them"
Thus Hana did that and called the girls by going in the hallway.
G didnt know what was going on as she did step away to call the girls. He just laid there in bed, resting and waiting to see if they wanna come in or not. Well, he hoped they would come. He just wanted to hug em and hold all of them since they're all reunited. |

'If he tried that I would of done him in myself...'
Haruuhi thought to herself as she listened to Miku explain that G was actually a pretty big baby. She'd sure seen that first hand with all of this! but that didn't make it at all okay... not to Haruuhi. She let out a low grumble, opening then closing her mouth promptly when Hanako came back out of the room, asking for them to come in and if they were alright.
"We're fine, don't worry."
She assured the older woman as she offered Hanako a smile before peering into the room. He wanted to see them hunh... well that was a pretty quick change from his constant 'whatevers' she's received by text before. Still none too pleased with G, she would follow Hanako back inside but not say a word. She would walk up to G’s bedside, pulling up a chair all while forcing up a fake smile. No doubt G and Miku would know it was fake, but it was better than brooding and cursing at him the whole time right. They were in a hospital after-all.
“So, last time you were in a hospital bed you went toe to toe with a big bad. What happened this time?”
She asked probably a little too coldly for the smile on her face, but again it was better than nothing. She had to try and get over how angry she was with all of this… what mattered was that they were back together in the end right? And she still had her family… no matter how betrayed she felt by one of them.

Hanako soom came and asked the girls if they were ok and told them their dad wanted to see them. Haruuhi answered for them saying that they were fine and that she shouldnt worry. Miku smiled to Hana and nodded in agreeance. The two soon followed Hana back in the room where G was. Both of them walked over to G's bedside. Haruuhi on one side, Miku on the other.
Though before Miku knew it. He grabbed them and hugged them. Though when Haruu asked the question, he let them go. Miku did wonder what happened. So G explained to them, Miku listened.
"I was just patrolling and it was normal as usual, nothing going on. all the pieces lie where they fell... ♥ Brave and yet not complete, she had so much more words to say than just ask him about starting to date, from the top as if they did not know each other that long that well and so on, as if she wasn't pregnant with his child for weeks already. She had to say that, you can take the baby-I would not be good enough, you should raise him alone but she could not. Not here, not right now, it was not her worries that mattered, it was G who had to feel well. She was sure that she loved him and that she wanted to return to be in his arms but she did not dare to share what she shared yesterday with his daughter, it wasn't smart, it was no use, so she did not. She bit her lip and smiled though as he held her hand, right, that was a good thing. For the basis of their relationship they were on the same line, so she stood up to fetch his daughters. She stood aside as she walked back into the room until she took a seat at the end of the bed, long standing made her dizzy and tired, so much for her recovery but it was okay. She smiled though and it was a genuine one. She watched Haruuhi and Miku shortly, wondering if they were okay, but they just said they were fine so they should be and she simply stood up to go talk to the nurse or the doctor if she would find one, she needed to know the procedure next and what she could do herself. He would either have to stay a night to make sure the blood loss had no other consequences and so on. She would bring the girls home, she could stay there for a night, surely, she just wasn't all too sure, it was the opposite of her starting slow and her dating thing, that was a bit dramatic right. She could go there, she had lived there for a few months too. |

He waited a while before the girls came back. Miku and Haruuhi choosing their side when coming to his bedside. He happily hugged them and gave them a kiss on the head, before of course he had to let them go. Haruuhi asked him what happened, and thus G explained pretty much how he explained to Hana. When he said who saved him, Miku said it was Hachi sensei. G nodded, pointed to Miku and said that was the one.
He then rested back in bed as to not strain himself and hurt himself more
"Im so happy to see you two" he said as he laid back. Though he noticed Haruuhi was mad. She ried to hide it, but it was kinda obvious. He wasnt sure what happened. Did he do something that he couldnt remember? Or was it this incident that pissed her off. He didnt really wanna ask her. Almost like he was scared of her or her opinion of him. Hell... maybe he was.
God, was he this bad at being a dad? Well.... that was a downer, he sighed and then looked at the ceiling
"So...erm... I guess maybe the visiting hours will come to an end" he said

Everyone was so awkward around each other it felt like… or was that just her? Was she making things awkward? She was trying to smile and not let her irritation affect the situation… She knew what it was like to be hospitalized and it sucked… and she knew what it was like to need people around you at a time like this. Without a word she would reach for Gs hand and squeeze it a little tighter. An unspoken feeling transmitted through action.
Whenever silence fell across the room though, it sounded like G was kicking them out due to the visitor hours. Haruuhi would stand up and lean into the bed after that and give him a quick kiss on the cheek.
“Get better okay…”
She stated hoarsely, and when she pulled away from him she would grab his phone from his desk and hold it in front of him like he was some toddler who wasn’t paying attention to her.
“Keep this close to you okay… “
She added just as hoarsely as before as she would then put it down in his hand gently, giving it another squeeze before looking back to Miku and Hana. She would head out with them when they were officially kicked out and ready to go home...
