DEAD MEMORIES
❝ G came back home, today was a day that could not be put into words, so there was no point of trying to describe it. All that could be said that G was tired, exhausted; physically and mentally. He closed the door behind him and just went to the closest room to him, anything that had a bed; whether it be the guest room, Miku's roomm, Haruuhi's room or his red. If it had a bed, he went there and crashed down. And then he groaned because he was so tired. Taking a deep breath he remembered words that echoed in his mind "I am going to my grandmother in Kyoto."
"going to my grandmother in Kyoto."
"grandmother in Kyoto."
"in Kyoto."
"Kyoto"
"Kyoto" he spoke the word that echoed in his mind the most. He'd ask where did he go wrong, but what hurt was that he knew very well. He sighed. He wanted to mope, but knew he couldnt. He already did his best to fix the situation.
But he was still alone. Hana left him, Haruuhi and Miku are in school. He was alone; and to him that was worse then prison. Worse then solitary confinement. He was free, but at the same time not free at all.
He needed to get his mind off of that. So he got up and grabbed his mp3 player and his earphones and he played a song.
Although, he soon realized that maybe, this particular song didnt match the mood. But the title. Now that fit the situation
It made him remember when they were young, how things were so innocent.

all the pieces lie where they fell... ♥ Kyoto was not Tokyo. Tokyo was everything that Kyoto was not and the other way around. She was okay with her decision and she was not okay with her decision. The plane flight had been annoying as well, even if the flight was an hour, they kept asking her so many questions about her pregnancy, obviously she did not want to go into labour in the plane but she was far from that too. She needed to think, a lot, but also she needed to think fast. She could not let him wait. It would not be fair, not that anything was fair but she started to feel guilty, her lips still thingled when she thought about Gil kissing her and her stomach made a somersault with butterflies again and she felt like a teenager who had stupid fantasies, even if she had not seen him when she was in her teenager phrase of life, she had thought about him. Which was strange, she was strange. She took a deep breath and stared at the piano keys, the black and white keys remembered her of a conversation she had with Miku and it was all even worse when her fingers froze to play the most easy tune that her aunty had taught her and to see the unhappy colour that the mood ring showed her. She did not know exactly what she should do, the thing was that trust was broken, her own mind accussed herself of being stupid and blind but that she could not be stupid and blind even if she felt safe. Did that mean she was not safe even in his arms? She sighed and noticed that surprisingly there was a ladybug sitting on the piano, it was not that strange as the window was open and spring could do this to you but she did not like it even if she could stand ladybugs it was just the memories. She never really liked bugs. |

CUE FLASHBACK
❝ ~20 Years Ago~ Gil was a young 6 year old boy, who 2 days ago had something happened to him. Something mindblowing. And of course as soon as he got the chance to go to play outside, he'd go to Hana. Once the boy was healthy, finally dressed and ready. He ran outside like a speeding rocket (not literally, but he wishes!). Gil ran over to Hana's home and called her from the outside "Hana! Hanaaaa! Come out! Please!" he called her out, all hyped up and ready to go He was outside, hoping to see Hana on the window ready to say that she's coming. He hoped it wouldnt be an angry parent or her awkward sister Gil wanted to hang around with Hana and maybe look at animal life and stuff. The recent incident that happened 2 days ago affected him in a wonderous way, where a whole new world opened up. Gil learned that animals rocked. Insects specifically. But he doubted Hana would be close to bugs. But maybe if they start with other animals, maybe she'd warm up to the idea? Well, he hoped she would. all the pieces lie where they fell... ♥ She wiggled away from her mothers hands, who just finished making a ponytail of her rather long black hair and she ran back to her room, "I don't want to go!" She yelled because they were going to her aunt and uncle and they were boring and they lived quite close by. She perked up though when she heard her name, she was grabbed by the arm before she could ran to the window and pleaded that she would play outside and go to her aunt and uncle once she was done and her mother sighed, moved her hands up in the air and left the room. The little girl ran to her window and grinned a toothy smile to the boy down there. "Gil!" She waved enthusiastically at her best friend. Oh, it made sense that he wanted her to come outside so she waved again and hurried back to her room and to the front door and put on her little rainbow boots again and her jacket, which was upside down because she was in a hurry and went outside, her mother still called after her but she was too late. She reached Gil and took off her jacket to put it right on. "What are we gonna do today?" She said and grinned the same smile as upstairs, she was happy to get out of the house and play hero or whatever they were going to do! |

HI ❝ Luckily the person who answered his call to the window wasnt her dad or mom or any of the parents. Instead it was Hana herself, smiling and waving happily. He waved to her and called her out to play outside with him He didnt have to wait for long as a few minutes later she appeared outside, asking what they was gonna be doing. "Animal hunting!" Gil answered in the shortest way possible. But realizing she would be confused, he turned to look at her and said "Umm... I saw some awesome stuff while I was sick. I wanna like see all of the animals. Long story, but I wanna see awesomeness! You with me?" he asked her excitedly Those pesky ants outsmarted him and he got sick. Clever creatures, and while he was sick he watched TV until he recovered and saw all neat things about animals. Like back to ants, THEY CAN LIFT TWICE THEIR SIZE!! THATS AWESOME There were plenty more things he saw, but he wanted to see if he could find some woodland critters irl with Hana. Why with Hana? all the pieces lie where they fell... ♥ She ran downstairs to her best friend, in the most obvious rainboots namely they were the colour of the ranbow, she put her jacket back on, this time in the right manner and looked up at Gil to ask what they were going to do. "Eh?' She said with a pout on her face, she wasn't always that exciting about animals. She was sometimes okay with frogs but G caught them and she just held the bucket and only would push them back if they managed to climb up to the edge, more she did not want to touch those things. Reptilians, bugs, rodents, everything was scary for the little girl. She was only brave in words and that made it easy as G would do it. "It was boring when you were sick!" That was the best she could say, a sort of confirmation that she would hop along to the adventure of today. "What were you doing that you got sick?" She asked him while following him wherever, to the woods she thought they were walking, as usual but she did not really pay attention, one step in front of the other, "We do not have a bucket or a landing net, so what are we going to do?" She was very confused about the whole idea. |

❝ Hana came to him, still as pretty as ever. Gil excitedly told her they would be animal hunting, although realizing that might confuse his pretty friend, he decided to further explain and elaborate what was up. Granted, he didnt explain this well because he was still a lil overly excited kiddo. Hana pouted and it was super cute. Gil just laughed at that look on her face. It wasnt anything malicious, far from it. He was just a little boy doing what boys did. Hana then said that it was boring when he was sick, and he stopped laughing to look at her "Oh... um... sorry" he briefly said, but then Hana asked what was he doing that got him sick "Long story" he said as he was embarassed by his stupidity. Hana then also said that they dont have some stuff to snag animals like a bucket or a net thingy. "Ah thats fine, I'll just use my hands!" Gil said as he did suddenly become braver. He wanted to touch these animals and just discover new things. But "I... well.. if you dont want me to do that. We could always do whatever you want. Come on. I owe you since I was sick. You even said so! You was bored" Gil said as he did wanna make his friend happy MADE BY MINNIE OF FTS & GS |

all the pieces lie where they fell... ♥ She pouted only more when Gil laughed at her and she brushed her hair clumsy out of her face, basically swatting her little hand flat in her face and brush it away, it would be back in seconds thanks to the wind but she would not be bothered by it in a matter of more seconds. "Are you not going to tell? I have all the time to listen to a long story, my parents are going to my aunt and uncle and that's boring, but they are taking Nanami with, so we don't have to worry about her." The little girl finally talked after she had just said that she was bored when he got ill, she wanted to know what he did, they were basically always together and she did not get bored, so what stupid thing had he done...
She gave him a face of disgust when he said that he would get the animals, critters and such in his hands as she did not dare that and they had never done that before. "But do you want to stuff them in your pockets? How do you want to keep them?" She did not understand the complete plan for today but she shrugged and would follow anyway, surely it was more fun than anything else. She gave another shrug when he asked to do something else if she did not want it, "I will see, I am curios to see." She could not really say the word curious right but she would follow Gil, "What are we looking for? Frogs? Beetles?" Which was things they had done before, she had been quite okay with frogs, not with beetles though. They were too small in her opinion and too creepy looking. She simply walked around in little circles, keeping her eyes on the ground. |

CLEVER GIRL. ❝ "Its a boring story" Gil said, still embarassed by what happened. "Some other time" he then took Hana by the hand and led her where some animals probably were When Hana asked how did he plan to get them. Gil just said that he'd use his hands, to which Hana said that if he planned to stuff em in his pocket. To which Gil stopped and said "Oh". He then looked at Hana and asked "Do you want us to keep em?"
He mostly planned to watch, study and document. Well... I guess keeping them was a must then. Gil hadn't thought of that. When Hana asked him what were they looking for, Gil thought for a moment and then answered "I want bugs and beetles!"Bugs were scary, he will admit that, but they were also neat! And he was a man! It was his duty to overcome fear, after all Heroes are fearless. What better way to become fearless then by facing your fears. Plus, Hana would probably be impressed by him "Do you know where any beetles are?" he asked Hana, she was the resident genius who knew stuff. If anyone knew where those things were, it was her MADE BY MINNIE OF FTS & GS |

all the pieces lie where they fell... ♥ "Who says its a boring story, if I don't know the story I can't say it." She pouted but also pulled out her tongue to her best friend. But she followed him meekly as he took her hand and she simply snickered, having an idea why he did not tell her yet, he was embarrassed, she could see it on his face. As they spoke about catching the bugs and critters, she gave a face that was best described as a face of: Ew. She had no idea what his plan was and normally they caught the bugs, frogs and so on with a net and a bucket but not today, which never worked at the end of the day all little animals had left their side.
"I don't know, if we do not keep them, why are we searching for them?" She was highly confused and thus she wasn't sure what to say about it, "We can just look them up?" That was less disgusting if she did not have to touch them. She gave a shivering look once he said bugs and beetles and a not so happy look on her face, "O-okay." She stuttered but she would do everything for him anyway so they would find bugs and beetles in that case.
As they walked a little on, Gil asked her where they would find beetles and she frowned, "Probably around trees and tall grass." So she pointed to go forward to the open spot in the woods so they could try over there, where the bigger leaves were around the tall grass and the higher bare trees, the tree tops high up so that they would have some space to look. She wasn't really convinced yet if she could do this but she would find her way around as she wanted to hang out today, like she had said before after him being ill for the day it was rather boring. |

Gil heard her snicker, he pouted a bit as he knew exactly why was that. She knew his shame. Later as they walked they talked more, Gil asked her if she wants to keep them, towhich Hana said then whats the point of catching them if not to keep em, they can just online search
"Oh! But that no fun!" he said childlishly. "I wanna see em with my own eyes"
Later he told her he wants bugs and beetles, as those critters intrigued him the most now. He wanted to learn about them, and then maybe one day collect them. Gil asked Hana where could he find that, as honestly he didnt know, plus she was the genius here. Hana spoke they were maybe around trees and tall grass, she pointed in a direction. And with that Gil rushed there as fast as he can, considering he was holding Hana's hand and well... he didnt want to just yank her like a dog
Quickly arriving to the place with her, he let go of her hand and eagerly looked. He allowed Hana to back away considering she was scared. Again, Gil would be lying if he said he was fearless, he was scared too. But... he had to overcome that fear if he was to be a Hero. Hana wanted to be a Hero as well, but she still didnt unlock her Quirk and probably thus wasnt ready to face her fears

all the pieces lie where they fell... ♥ "Don't be sad," The little girl spoke when her best friend pouted, she poked his cheek with her little finger and simply followed him, as they had no destination yet, they were conspiring, a plan she did not like but she would not complain. "Okay, well in that case we have to find them." She did not understand the point of finding them but not keeping and not looking them up but it was better to be outside and see than be at home and separate.
She had to hurry with her short little legs to go after Gil, he was already a bit taller than her but she was wearing the prettiest rainbow boots, nothing could go wrong as she looked where she was putting her feet down and Gil holding her hand, so she was okay. She held her hand after he let go with her own and pushed it against her chest and had a not too-happy expression on her face as they were near the trees and tall grass, but she did not walk away, not yet. She was ready to do so. She hunched down to look on the ground but did not see anything, until she noticed a ladybug on the tall grass close to them. "There is a bug." She said and pointed at the red and black dotted bug. |

Gil wanted to watch the bugs irl. Poke em, touch em and observe them in their natural habitat. Kind of like those people who film and narrate nature documentaries. Another thing was that this allowed him an excuse to hold her hand. It was nice, she was nice and pretty to boot, like an angel. If he was brave, he'd kiss her. Buut, he aint brave. Thats why he's gonna face his fears.
Eventually they arrived and he let go of her hand, looking for the little buggers. He soon heard Hana saiyng that she found a bug. "Where?" he said as he turned to look at her. Gil watched where she pointed. He smiled happily and wanted to rush over. Well, even if he tried to contain himself, he did still come off a bit too energetic, thus making the bug fly away.
"Aw maan" he said as he watched the ladybug flee "I scared it away! Ok, note to self, sneak up on it" he said to himself and nodded. And then he turned to Hana "Nice job spotting it. Tell me if you see another one" Gil said, trying to give her some good words of encouragement and praise

all the pieces lie where they fell... ♥ As Gil hurried over to the bug, it flew away, right at Hanako who quickly shut her eyes and held herself while being afraid that it would touch her, sit on her. Even if the ladybugs were pretty, she did not want it anywhere close to her. She did not look entirely happy when Gil gave her a compliment and basically asking her to point out another one if she saw it. She took a few steps away from Gil to look around, she would help him find stuff. She walked around the tree and only drifted further away from her best friend in the hopes of finding a bug that would grab the attention of Gil.
She hunched down, looking at a butterfly when she heard a loud cracking noise, what was that? She looked around but she was a bit in the field with the tall grass, she heard it louder and looked at her feet. That's when she noticed the gap between her little feet that seemed to grow, bigger and bigger and "AAAH!" She fell, in a sort of sinkhole, she did not know if someone made this or if there was just a gap in the earth around the forest where they were playing but she fell down and tumbled with the twigs, branches, leaves and pieces of grass. Almost invisible under all the dust, she coughed, the only thing you could see if you stood above her where her rainbow boots, thank god for these. She looked up, coughed some more, realized she had walked away from Gil and wasn't sure how much attention he was paying to her and thus... she started to cry. That was the only reasonable thing the six year old could come up with at this point. She wasn't sure what else to do or how to get out, everything hurt. She only screamed louder when she noticed the bugs around her. |

Gil didnt notice just HOW MUCH terrified Hana was how she shut her eyes and held herself, he was focused on the bug, the ladybug, that flew away. And he happily complimented her for helping him. He was just so happy, and asked her to keep an eye out to help him more. He looked around for more critters, thus didnt notice that she was backing away as we speak. He heard a cracking noise, but ignored it as he started to slowly zoom on some ants that he saw. But then, he soon snapped out of that when he heard his best friend scream.
"Hana?" he called out confused and then ran over and rushed to her. He ran and almost fell in the same place that Hana fell in. Luckily he balanced himself with his one leg and outstretched arms, that he was able to stop himself from falling and thus took a few steps back.
He looked down towards where Hana was. He heard her crying.
"H-Hana?? Did you hurt yourself?? Are you ok?" he called out to her. Incredibly worried. He didnt want her to cry. He wanted to save her. But before doing anything, he wanted to check on her
