Alex is short for his age, he is lanky and lean and often dirty and disheveled. His clothes are third rate dumpster clothes and his shoes are falling apart. He has shoulder length black hair that is filthy and matted, he has a wild look in his green eyes and his lean frame is from hunger rather than exercise. Of his clothes consists of a black led Zepplin t-shirt that is covered in dirt and holes. He wears a brown bomber jacket that has several tears in it and a pocket that hangs out, on the left breast pocket is the symbol of the Japanese military pilots. He wears blue jeans with tears and holes in it, not the cool on purpose brand type but the filthy street urchin kind. His shoes a simple pair of Nikes are ripped, the shoe on his left foot opening at the seams.
A old chain makes up a belt around his waist that holds up the too large pants. He has a deck of playing cards he keeps in his hands, constantly shuffling them in flashy ways from two hands to one hand. The last of his attire is a old watch and old is right. A ancient type of watch known as a pocket watch. As far as he knows it's the one and only gift his parents left him.

Alex has a very narcissistic outlook on the world, he is very judgmental for a fourteen year old. Living on the streets has given him a deep rooted dislike of Police, social workers, and foster homes. Having been sent to several and bullied has made him extremely violent and ruthless, fierce in nature he will go to any lengths to survive even if it means killing others. He has a odd look on life, being more survival of the fittest than anything else. Because of his survival like nature he has turned to crime making him dislike those who stand in his way such as hero's and Vigilantes. The rise of a school for hero kids disgust him. Seeing them as rich pampered kids who's parents are probably hero's and getting in on reputation rather than merit.
For a fourteen year old he has lofty ideals of power and prestige. While he hates the rich he wouldn't mind becoming rich himself. Stuck up ass holes tend to end up on his list of enemies and he has a very long list. For someone who wasn't educated in schools and taught from teachers, Alex is very intelligent. Teaching himself to read, learning from discarded text books, teaching himself math, science, and history. Among his other strengths is his ability to plan, he goes over all the angles and hates when people deviate from his ideas. Alex also has a love of destroying things, seeing something that was built or made being completely destroyed gives him satisfaction, this could be from a glass bottle to the rules of society.

He hates those who discriminate against his kind and is one of the types that would fully react in the most violent manner to anyone trying to keep him from using his abilities. He has no patience for racism or prejudice. He sees his kind as the next stage of evolution and refuses to be hindered by weak minded humans afraid or jealous of his powers.

HISTORY
Alex Chrono only knows his name, he was left outside a firehouse as a baby and from there he was shipped from foster home to foster home. As he grew up he had several issues including being small and scrawny so the older kids bullied and attacked him. While he could respond with his quirk he was told over and over not to do so, that it was illegal and he could go to jail. So he did the responsible and grown up thing...he ran away and burned the foster home to the ground. Since then, Alex has lived on the streets and survived the only way he knows how. he robbed people and stores, dived in dumpsters, survived by living on the fringes of society and doing whatever is needed to make it to tomorrow.
Alex is self educated, he was taught the basics of reading at the numerous foster homes but after leaving he turned to educating himself. For a homeless nobody he has shown high intelligence, he took textbooks from dumpsters and taught himself math and science. While living in a dumpster by a library he found several books on currency, social skills, and a copy of the Art of War. Because of his small frame he had to rely more on his quirk to make it in the world. However at nine he met a fellow runaway who taught him to street fight but ended up using him. Alex spent a year in a juvenile detention facility for robbery at ten where he learned how to pick locks and enter and exit without using his quirk which was worse than picking a lock.
After he got out at eleven he was placed in another home but was there less than a week before he ran away, he found he hated those places and the lying double talk of social workers. His hatred of police came from them constantly trying to put him in those homes rather than anything a individual did.
