Ah Miku. The girl who was sheltered for her entire life, never allowed to form bonds and friendships. Only gained freedom to socialize after she started to attend UA. She was a very childlike and naive person, because her adoptive father made sure to try and retain her childlike 10 year old innocence and mentality.
She never knew anything of friendship and had to learn the proper manners and etiquette of... real life. If this was Miku from last year, she'd be already all over Hideki, hugging him, holding his hand and all that. She had no boundries before. But now, she did. She had a clear cut line between friend and boyfriend.
But now, Hideki just confused her. He gave her this beautiful gift... or gifts to be more precise. Akio just got her tickets for the amusement park. No wait... he won her a prize! A cute dog plush!
She heard how Hideki said that maybe he shouldn't have but he wanted to. Miku wondered, what kind of a friend gives gifts like this? What was the occassion? It wasnt her birthday, nor was it christmas. And yet he said that he just wants to be her friend. Miku needed a 2nd opinion to help her understand what was going on. But that was for another time
Now, she was focused on the here and now. Hideki.
"Wow, you're too nice" thats all she could say to him and his answer. It was either that or remain speechless, which would probably be rude.
The two stopped to see a few more animals. She happily petted some deer and the like as she loved animals. Then they left the zoo area.
Then they went over to the roller coasters, and as soon as it was a high adrenaline ride, she was... well not all over Hideki, but she did grab a hold of his hand. As she sort of had a fear of these high speed high adrenaline rides. The speed and height and ups and downs. She had like a terrible fear that a ride would break down and everyone would die. Yes, a morbid thought and semi rational fear. Luckily she didn't show much fear... but she did grab his hand during it, albeit unconsciously. She felt like her heart stopped during the adrenaline ride. But the relaxed ones were a godsend as she really did appreciate and enjoy them after the adrenaline RUSH.
As the sun began to set, Hideki would look at the time. It looked like it was time as he then led her to the penthouse. They caught one of those cute train rides that took them to the other end of the park. When they arrived, he led her inside and used an electronic key to unlock the door
As the door opened, it revealed what looked like a rich gamers heaven. It was an incredibly cool place. But as much as she'd love to stay and gawk, she had to go and follow Hideki.

“I hope you don't find it too strange… this is my older sisters room. Here, you should find anything you want in the closet. She's probably never going to wear any of this again so take what you want.”
Hideki instructed as he opened the large walk in closet for her. He waited by the door, only to catch how awkward that would be before clearing his throat and walking back towards the door to the room.
“ Take your time. We've still some time to kill before our reservation.”
He said as he would then step back out of the room to let her pick what she wanted and get changed in peace. Meanwhile, Hideki himself headed for his own room where he immediately stripped off his shirt and tossed it aside onto the bed. The inside of the shirt was covered in tiny frozen crystals, and his skin grew more and more pale. He walked over to the bathroom and ran the tap water cold, dunking his head underneath and sighing heavily. That felt absolutely heavenly.
He grabbed a towel and walked back into his room, drying off his hair as he now stripped out of the frozen pants too. He tossed those onto the bed before going to his own closet, retrieving a nicely pressed dress shirt and pants. There were suits in there as well, but he chose to forgo those due to how warm he was getting. He also grabbed what looked like two metal bracers which he then clamped around his biceps. There were small cooling mechanisms in them meant to keep him cold. With all of that done, Hideki would once more get dressed in his nice Dark Blue dress short, putting on new pants and abandoned his towel before stepping back out and heading towards the kitchen to wait for Miku.

Miku went into the walk in closet, she looked around it to see what clothes were there and the like. Hideki realising his lil oopsie, quickly left to give her privacy. But even though he told her to take her time, she didnt want to do that. Miku looked around for dresses. She didnt look too much before settling on something she likes. After which she went to put on her dress and put her own clothes in her bag. After getting all set, ready and properly dressed, Miku went to Hideki, she found out he was waiting for her in the kitchen. She nervously asked "Is this good?... I didnt want to make you wait for too long. So...erm... what do we do now?"Well she was sorta at a loss. This was NOT A DATE, but a friendship get to know hang out kinda thing. So what do friends do? Hang out, yes. But how? What do? Miku didnt have any proper experience with that. Or at least thats what she considered. She hoped that she didnt make him wait long while she looked for the clothes and changed, she just didnt like doing that to people, wasting their time waiting. |

He really hadn't waited for her very long at all, having just gotten himself a glass of water and dumbing a few ice cubes into them. He sipped on it casually as he glanced towards his phone, his eyes staring at the screen unmoving until miku came out and asked him if what she had chosen was alright.
His hand was a little shaky as he put his phone away into his pocket, looking over to the blond and… stopping. While he knew it was his sisters clothing, it suit her so damn well… like it was actually made for her. He felt his body warm up again as his face started to gain a little bit more color than usual.
“Y… you look great, really. Do you have that hair stick?”
He would ask her as he put down his glass and walked over to her. As soon as she gave him the stick he would then move behind her, carefully taking her ponytail into his hands and twirling the hair around itself into a simple bun. Hed then carefully place the stick into it and let go, watching her hair effortlessly set itself into place.
“... wow. Urm…”
For the first time in a long time Hideki found himself lost for words. It was incredible to see how well she cleaned up. She was absolutely stunning and he could barely imagine what she would look like if she was brought up the same way he was. He would shake his head to get his senses back about him, trying g not to flirt with her TOO much so as to make her run from him.
“You look stunning. Now I'm the one who feels underdressed”
He noted with s gentle smile as he once more reached out, offering her his hand in Hope's she would take it. What made this evening that much easier, was that Miku didnt really seem to understand the difference between a hangout and a date… because this was now deep in the dating level.
Should Miku accept his hand, he would carefully loop her arm around his forearm as he escorted her out of the penthouse like a proper gentleman, stopping only for the pair to put their shoes back on. Through his shirt, Miku would be able to feel just how cold his skin was underneath.
“Now we head to Dinner. I hope you're ready for the meal of a lifetime. The chef here is used to serving high born families, so every dish has to be absolutely exquisite.”
Unfortunately that meant no double cheeseburger and fries! Miku was in for a five course meal of her choice, starting from soups and salads to heavier dishes prepared by the chefs.
When they arrived at the restaurant he would walk inside with Miku, walking up to the maitre D and giving his reservation. It wasn't long until the older man had the two sitting at a table at a more privatised table away from the hustle and bustle of the other patrons and the kitchen.

Hideki asked Miku if she had the hair stick thing. It was infact something Miku had as she reached it and said "Yeah, I do" she then allowed him to take the item. Which he soon did as he put down his glass and went to her. He moved behind her and carefully took her ponytail in his hands and well, did something since obviously she couldnt see what. But it did make her blush a bit realizing that men were usually the ones who'd fix her hair
Once he was done, he was seemingly at a loss for words, that also made Miku blush a teeny bit. Hideki soon said that now he felt underdressed, Miku did chuckle hearing that
"Thank you." she simply said as she had to thank him for the compliment and clothes. But oh boy she should say something else. She will say something,.... as soon as she thinks of something better!

Oh things would be a lot more intimate if this was her boyfriend. But no, it was foolish to think that. Miku had to be formal. This wasnt a date.
Although that train of thought was halted when she felt shivering cold. She looked around if there was something that might make her feel this way. She then looked at Hideki, wondering if she should ask him if he feels cold. But before she could ask him, he spoke of dinner. That was another train of thought that was broken as now she focused on dinner
"Wow, that sounds exciting. I cant wait to try the food" she said as she never had fancy rich people food. G was like polar opposite of rich.

"Well, I have no idea what your preferences are so I can't recommend anything you'd like... Personally I admit that the broiled Lobster dish is my favorite. It comes with a filet minion and the absolute best potatoes you could imagine. If you aren't into lobster however... perhaps the chicken cordon bleu? it's a decadent dish of chicken stuffed with ham and cheese, side of asparagus and rice."
Hideki explained as he picked up the menu, glancing it over swiftly. Unlike most commoner menus, there were no pictures associated with the dishes. Only the names of the dishes with very brief descriptions of what went into them. It was very, very barebones, but most who came to this specific restaurant already knew what they were expecting.
He would put his menu down as the server came by to take their drink orders, and Hideki promptly told her what he wanted, motioning to Miku and smiling.
"Order anything you want Miku, tonight is on me."
He assured her as he waited for her to order. If she went on his food recommendation, then they would both order their dishes then as well. It would soon leave the two at the table alone once more, and Hideki couldn't stop smiling at the beautiful girl across from him.
"So Miku, what do you do beyond training to be a Hero? Outside of school I mean?"
He asked in hopes of striking up more conversation, learning everything he could about the emerald eyed girl.

Hideki said that the lobster was his favorite. But Miku much prefered the chicken. But what the hell was cordon bleu? Soemthing blue? Welp. And iz didnt help that the menu had no pictures. Double boo. He did say that he is treating. Triple oof. She'd have to pay him back because he is spoiling her.
Once the waiter came to take their orders, Miku said her order. Of course she took the chicken, because she wasnt keen on anything that was from the sea. Once that was done they were alone, Hideki couldnt stop smiling and neither could she. Although, her smile was more on the shy and timid spectrum of things
Hideki asked Miku what does she do beyong UA and heroism
"Oh.. um.. I play music and I draw. I um... dont do much stuff since I dont have plenty of friends so I just do some solo activities. I'm just not really good at this and I tend to keep to myself..." she spoke, while looking down, because this was a bit weird and awkward to talk about. She didnt know what to say about herself, so she then tried to switch the question to him
"What do you do? I mean, I dunno much about you. Except that you're rich"

She went ahead with his suggestion on the Cordon Bleu, but still seemed so unsure as she gave her order to the waiter. Hideki would just chuckle gently at the look on miku's face, for even though she was smiling it was very uncertain. He shook his head gently, preparing to say something else when Miku said something pretty interesting. A couple of things actually. For starters, she drew? the real question was did she draw well or was she just a doodler? The real thing that stood out to him though was the fact that she didn't have many friends. That seemed so strange to him honestly... for the short time he'd known her, she was so unique and actually interesting, which was something considering she was raised by a commoner. It was a shame really, if she had stayed and been raised by Thundershock then she could have had everything...
"That strikes me as so strange, you are quite the belle of the ball in my eyes, how you haven't garnered yourself more attention is beyond me. I haven't known you long, but I'm glad to have met you. You're beautiful, talented and kind... honestly it's strange for me to meet someone like you, the girls I'm normally surrounded with are fake and pretty vicious behind closed doors. You're special, so to hell with those that don't befriend you, it just means I get you to myself more often~"
He said, unable to add the little tease at the end of his words. He sat back in his chair when the waiter brought them back their drinks, thanked him briefly before turning his attention back to Miku whenever she mentioned she knew nothing about him other than he was rich. This was true, he hadn't made much of an effort to tell her anything... He couldn't really get to know her, if she didn't get to know him too.
"Well, they aren't exactly my riches yet. My father is the CEO of Sphere Enix, and my mothers the head of advertising. As their eldest son i'm the first in line to inherit the company from my parents, so that means I spend a lot of time shadowing them to learn the ins and outs of the business. I also tend to do a lot of game testing before a game is to be released to the general public. Most of my time is spent learning whether it be at school or at home... but I suppose in terms of actual hobbies... erm... well honestly I'm not really sure. I take it a day at a time."
Hideki admitted to both of them... he realized he didn't have much in terms of hobbies... he did as he was told most of the time, manipulated the world around him to his benefit and... well did rich kid stuff, but none of that were hobbies right?

Miku felt a blush coming up as Hideki called Miku 'the belle of the ball'. But to avoid being red as a rose, she focused on the other part of Hideki's words. How she hasnt garnered attention to herself. But then the compliments came and Miku covered her cheeks with her hands to hide the blush as he spoke.
Once he was done, the waiter brought them their drinks, Miku thanked the waiter as well.
"Oh.. um... thank you" she said, there was supposed to be more but... those words didnt come. Instead the subject sort of drifted... Hideki said how he is the CEO of Sphere Enix, which was mindblowing to Miku. .... ok, he wasnt exactly the CEO, but his dad was, but to Miku that was the same thing. Same for the mother who is head of advertising. Hideki was part of Spehere Enix and that was WOW. She was speechless there
But in term of his actual hobbies, he takes it day at a time. Which was reasonable to Miku. She thought about it all a bit and spoke
"Well... it's not strange that I dont have much friends. I've always lived a bit like a hermit. I didnt socialize with people much. And well, whenever I tried, my dad would've just scared off anyone. His excuse was that 'no one was good enough for me'. So, I didnt have much.. well I didnt have any friends before coming to UA... At UA, I've gained this freedom and I could socialize as much as I want. But now that Im free, I know that have little to no social skills at all. People tend to keep to their dumb chatrooms whereas I want to actually meet someone. Hence why I went to the cooking and art club. I wanted to learn those skills sure, but I also wanted to socialize. But... I dont think Im good at it" she said and sigh as she thought about Rowan. Miku couldnt help but think that she failed Rowan as a friend and as a person
Hideki was nice, it was a shame he wasnt at UA. But then again, he seems too good for UA, not because he's rich, but because of his personality. UA attracted one too many racists and glory hogs. This person... he didnt need a Hero school to be a hero.
"And well... when it comes to that stuff you said about yourself.. well.. wow. Im speechless. I love Sphere Enix games and here I have someone from Sphere Enix talking to me. It sounds like a dream"

He listened to Miku's words closely as she seemed to open up that much more. It seemed she was a pretty big sucker for compliments, so Hideki didn't hold back on them. Not that they were misplaced or anything of the sort, but if it got her to open up more then that could only benefit him in the end. He was being forced into this, like it or not... so he was going to make the most of it, and turn it around to HIS advantage...
"Wow, well your dad sounds like a real hardass. I can see why though, If I were him I wouldn't let someone like you out of my sight. If you were born into any of the higher class families, they might have actually locked you away until you were of age to marry! Haha, honestly it's pretty intense. Although, I swear I won't let your father scare me away. Like it or not, Miku you're stuck with me~"
He assured her with the same kind smile as he reached over for his drink, taking a sip and then gently placing it back down on the table. He barely made a sound during the whole process, trained and raised to eat as quietly as possible so as to not be rude. He did continue to listen though, and it was really strange to hear about this whole other world, this whole different culture that he just wasn't accustomed to. They had school clubs as well, but nothing so... diverse as t hings like cooking and art. Those were beyond mundane skills to acquire, useless for the most part as they had cooks and artists to do these things for them.
"It seems no matter what walk of life you come from, chatrooms are a curse. It's much easier now a days to reach people, whether it be clients, friends, partners, via things like chats, texts and email rather than meeting people face to face. I agree it reposed the personal touch from absolutely everything. You can tell much more about a person by meeting them face to face."
He agreed with her as the food finally came some time into their conversation. The chicken dish was placed before Miku, while the lobster set before Hideki. He wouldn't touch his plate until miku picked up her own utensils, once more showing a level of politeness not taught to everyone.
"Well... maybe you will let me show you around the Sphere Enix Studio then for out next non-date?"
He asked with a light chuckle, finally bringing a morsel of the lobster leg to his lips.

I swear, somewhere at the back of his mind that WAS his idea" Miku thought to herself as she listened to Hideki speak She slowly and quietly ate her meal, she was extra careful to eat super politely and reach the high rich men standards. She was with someone from Sphere Enix after all! She had to be polite. She noticed then that Hideki actually waited for her to start first. Well, that just made her nervous again. After a bit of more talking, Hideki offered to show her around Sphere Enix studio. Miku was lucky she didnt have anything in her mouth at the moment, otherwise she'd choke. She instead just took a sip of her drink to hydrate her throat and to try to keep calm. After which she spoke "I woudnt mind if you... showed me around for our non date.""But this is pretty date-y now that I think about it? Oh, I need to talk to mom what to do about Akio" ...
"Oh and I should ask her if calling her mom is ok" Miku thought to herself

He found himself enjoying this date with the girl, much more than he had originally thought he would... Whenever Thunder basically ordered him to take her out he honestly dreaded it to no end... what could a commoner girl have that could possibly interest him. Though the more he learned about her, the more intrigued he became. He realized he really didn't know that much at all about how commoners lived and acted and found himself completely sucked into this girl.
He would then continue to eat quietly, the conversation between them slowly dying down as they simply enjoyed their meals. It wasn't until both were nearly done that Hideki had offered Miku a tour of the studio. At first she didn't seem all that interested honestly, even her answer seemed to be a little half assed, and he took that as meaning she wasn't all that interested. Of course, the market wasn't really geared towards girls most times so it was no wonder she didn't seem all that interested.
"If it's not something that interests you, you don't need to accept. I'm sure there's plenty more non date things we can explore"
He stated with a light chuckle as he drank from his own cup once he was finished. It seemed once their meal was over, their date would be over and Hideki would need to see the girl home. It was getting dark after-all, and he wouldn't just let Miku walk home looking like a million bucks alone.

"N-no no! Its not that Im not interested. Im just... blown away by all of this. Its almost like a dream" Miku said, because indeed, who would've thought that coming for a delivery to pick up some plant seeds would lead her to get a fancy dinner in a fancy dress, with someone who is from Sphere Enix.
She sipped her drink and slowly ate. Although, perhaps silence is not the way to go. So, perhaps she should talk. But she isnt much of a talker while eating. So perhaps post meal it is.
Thus after the meal, Miku spoke
"Sorry, Im not much of a talker during meals. But umm... I guess its getting late. I should give this dress back too right? Its not mine" Miku said, remembering she couldnt go home like this. The dress did not belong to her, so she imagined she'd need to go back to the penthouse to change back to her regular clothes. So Miku waited for Hideki to give her his answer or to just take her to the penthouse so she can change back. She couldnt just march on ahead without him. Still though... she really wasnt good at these friendship meetings. Because yes, she still didnt consider this a date

Well that was good, if this date felt like a dream to her, then it meant that Hideki got to keep his head. He would internally breath a sigh of relief, though outwardly he would just smile at her and even chuckle softly, shaking his head when she mentioned she would need to return the dress before going home.
“Nonsense. Keep it. My sister’s probably forgotten it even exists, and besides it suits you so well I wouldn’t have it any other way. We can ask my driver to take you home though, you’re right it’s late and I’m not about to ask you to walk home in the dark alone.”
He would offer kindly as he stood up once the waiter came back over. He would reach into his back pocket and retrieve his wallet, paying the man for their meal in cash before putting his wallet away once more.
He would then walk over to Miku, offering her his hand to her to help her up to her feet, ready to escort her out of the restaurant and the park as a whole where his driver had no doubt been waiting for him for quite some time.

Well, he even allowed her to keep the dress. Oh my, her heart was beating like so uber fast and so much. She had no correct medical term for it. Heart rate, isnt it? Well if that is the word, it skyrocketed! It was a fancy dress that didnt belong to her, she didnt know if the sister would randomly remember it or want it back. Miku had to make sure to always keep it safe and tidy.
Once he offered his hand, she took it and got up.
"Ah! Thank you. I am staying at UA, it's dorms. So if you would not mind taking me there?" she asked
Thus after that, together the two would leave the restoraunt and thus the park. Miku in the distance saw the driver waiting for them. No doubt driving them first to UA and then where ever rich people live.
This experience today, it was unlike anything she felt and experienced. Still, it did make her think aboout Akio. She would need to ask Hana about some love advice regarding Akio. Not that Hideki is a romantic option or anything, they're just friends! It's just this park made her think about her first date with Akio.
Ah well... she cant let that show on her face, she needed to smile and be happy infront of Hideki
