{ } The world was full of too many damned distractions, flirts, pizzas, alcohol and the list went on and on but he now only basically thought of other days, short days, beautiful days, he had to make do with what he had and what he could do in the twenty-four hours that a day had but he got distracted. Even better phrased: he knew he got distracted. Even if he now worked in a bar, hoping to hear the gossip and to see someone who looked remotely like him, because that's what his mother told him, it did not work like that. Faith was twisted and wrong, else he would not have been here, else he would not have the markings on his skin. Faith was cruel and he did not believe for a second that Tokyo was going to make it more easy for him. He looked upon the business card in his left hand, the street sign said the right name, all he had to do was find the right address as in the right house right now and get to that information guy. Who knew apparently all of Tokyo because of the hacking system, Akiva did not believe it for a second. Never were there big stories in the news about that, so why would he know where to find Ai. His brother must be laying low, not knowing what to do, not knowing where to start. If they were remotely the same, and he actually doubt they were, he would be okay with just doing whatever he liked. He finally found the number, 46, the illogical way of the housebuilding in Japan, it was wonderful but he lifted up his right hand and slammed his fist, not too friendly to the door. This suburb place for criminals in Kabukicho and the idea that someone would give him more information, yet the feeling in the pit of his stomach. No one would know. The redhead waited, he waited until the answers would show up, but maybe, maybe he should take more actions. MADE BY VEL OF GS

There was one thing that all cities had. A place that all cities kept under the rug and away from the eyes of the public. The place that event eh media refused to report on. It could have been out of fear or greed or indifference, but every city had one place that stood for its underbelly. And all cities attracted a certain type of individual to it. Ailxn was one of these individuals. Kabukicho was Tokyo's underbelly. After formalizing her stay in Musutafu, Ailxn returned to Tokyo to see just what kind of information she could dig up on the target she was looking for However, gathering those connections was pretty difficult. AIlxn had a nice lifeline into the criminal underworld. But using that line wasn't in Ailxn's best interest. She was trying to perform her search while alerting the Space Witch to what she was searching for. She wanted to come back with the prize as a surprise rather than having it expected of her. It was the best way to earn the attention of that particular woman. At least, that was what Ailxn hoped. That was her goal and she was absolutely going to see it through. So how did she find the location of this information broker? That was an adventure of its own. Ailxn's appearance on the Japanese scene was mostly undercover, so she was doing her best not to use her quirk. Fortunately, she had her looks and her sword with her to help out. And being a redhead beauty was a rare delicacy in Japan. It helped to loosen the lips of a few people around Kabukicho. Though, to do so she had to make some promises that she never intended to fulfill. Another problem she was just going to have to deal with later. But having obtained what she needed, Ailxn went right to whatever she needed to go, still dressed for the part. Her deep red blouse and black skirt had her playing the part of half a professional and in line with the district she was in, the girl had her cleavage out. It worked with who she was dealing with, so there was no need to change that just yet. Not until she got what she wanted. And it wasn't like she didn't like the attention. Ailxn thrived in it. The address she was told to go to was an odd one. She was still learning how Japanese cities were organized, but sure enough, she eventually found what she was looking for. She walked the sidewalk toward the building with a rather long briefcase in hand. Her eyes watched the area around her, but they focused once something out of place came into view. Another redhead that looked like he, too, was searching. It seemed an opportunity had presented itself and Ailxn was keen on using it to her advantage. It was how she had gotten this far after all. She so stopped part way to the front and put on a sweet smile. "Excuse me, sir?" She questioned, moving her long briefcase in front of her and holding the handle with both hands before bowing politely. "You wouldn't happen to know your way around the area, would you? I'm looking for number forty-six and I'm not great at reading Japanese." She explained, purposely messing up her Japanese a bit to really sell what she was going for. She did know where she was going, but playing the part would make things easier for her. - Akiva Xerxes

{ } What the hell? Why did no one open the door? He looked again at the note but he was sure it said number 46. The thing was that no one opened the door, what kind of business were you running as an informant? Did you not sell your information? Or was this some guy that said he would than asked ridiculous prices and thus someone killed him. The red-head considered breaking open the door but at this moment hesitated and that was good as someone else seemed to appear. He hunched his shoulders before, ready to just slam the door again and generally being agitated of the service of this... well person. He did not know who was inside, if anyone was inside or if he would find some drunk idiot in a minute who would come home at this time of hour with a beer bottle in hand and a piece of pizza or something. Maybe a spring roll if he was more Asian. He did lower his shoulders as he turned and looked at the young woman in front of him. You got to be kidding, who did they all let here in.. okay wait maybe she simply needed the informant as well or she was lost. "Yes?" He did not want to show his agitation to the girl, because well it wasn't her fault and he was showing his face so it better be a nice expression. She seemed to be polite and he wondered for a second time why she was in the dark alleys of Kabuchiko but obviously that was a question you did not ask. Don't ask questions and no one would ask such questions to you, a rule, a game, he did not know, up till now it had worked wonders. He took a step aside when she finished talking, moving his thumb up to the number on the house that he was standing in front of, he had not noticed before. "You found the place you have to be." He tried to give her a grin, buying information, depending of course on what kind of information, could not be a bad thing, did not make them criminals immediately. "The problem is that no one is opening up, you don't make appointments with the people in here, did you?" Because he did not, so hence why he thought of a drunk idiot or so. Maybe he should slam the door again, maybe knock nicer, maybe they were afraid he was some kind of big shot that would hurt them and did hesitate to open. Ha, funny, he was no one. "Let me try again." He told the girl and turned around again to knock, this time a bit softer, on the door. Hoping it would open now. Also to distract himself from looking up the person in front of him, nice eh... blouse? MADE BY VEL OF GS

Ailxn smiled politely as the man in front of her answered her questions and spoke. It seemed like she was in the right place. She knew that already, but some legitimate confirmation was nice as well. Of course, getting in was a different thing altogether. She needed to get inside and it seemed the man did as well. He was just knocking, which seemed like the obvious thing to do if this was a reputable establishment. Of course, however, this was the business place of an information dealer and such a person had to put in place a number of precautions to protect themselves and their clientele. The first thing one needed was an appointment, which was what Ailxn had achieved through proxy before coming here. In truth, she stole someone else's appoint in a way. She found someone that was looking to be a patron of the broker and offered to do so in his stead. There were perks of being a beautiful woman and some false promises could get her far. Of course, she was going to ask for her own leads on his dime. The problem of him finding out what she did afterward was what she needed this man for. It was nice how the universe offered them up on a platter for her. A sweet smile crossed her lips that were as crooked as it was nice. "Allow me." She spoke up after he knocked. She moved her briefcase so that she was holding it with one hand. It was long, so balanced it took a bit of effort. But since she was used to carrying it she was fine. She moved closer to the door and started to run her free hand along the right edge where it met the wall. She was feeling for something, something was that hidden from plain sight. A small button was hidden in the grooves of the shutters in the space between the wall and the door. It was here that she found the first step to entering the building. "Did they not tell you how to enter?" She asked as she tapped the button. From their point of view, nothing happened. But it was a signal and buzzer to let the broker and his employees know that be ready for the next step. "Follow me." She said, waving him toward her as she followed the wall away from the door and toward the corner of the building. She turned it and started to walk toward the back. There was a second door there on the side of the building where they were going to have to perform the second part of the entry process. One could never be too careful. As she made her way there, she would start to probe the man, trying to see if she could get some leverage of some kind on him. He was too useful to pass up considering the time restraints she was on. "I do...do you?" She questioned with a raised brow. "Or did you just show up and expect to be let in?"- Akiva Xerxes

{ } So knocking on the door did not work. What did they actually tell him was the right information because clearly there was no right information, he was so annoyed by the whole damn thing. It wasn't that he did not think women or ladies or whatever where capable it was just, he was a man, he should be capable too but the informants that gave him information to get here were apparently so lazy they forgot to tell him the secret door information or whatever way it worked. The lion was sure that he would find them again and boy they would not be happy when he would be done with them. He had to resist growling and was glad that the bandana covered his forehead so the girl would not see him frown. He did not per se try to hide his annoyance, she could understand well that he was annoyed and she would probably not even care, so what did it matter. He leaned with his body against the wall next to the doorpost, watching the girl every movement as he wanted to know what she was doing, she might be pulling a chain, push a hidden button, he would not be able to see but he did not actually care, if this person had information about Ai, he would not have to return anyway. The only thing that he hated about informants was that he would have to speak the surname that he hated. His own. As she asked if he was not told how to enter he shrugged, "Apparently they seem to have forgotten." Seriously, how could you forget such a trivial thing, would they inform him all later, or would they be here, whatever the case, it pissed him off. So he followed her as she beckoned him to come around the corner, with a frown still on his face but a casual attitude in the way he walked, he asked her if she had an appointment and she returned the favour. "I thought I did, now I am not so sure anymore." Considering that it would be weird, two people at the same time, he might have to leave, but he would not go without a next appointment or some more information, that was for sure. Did it even matter anymore? He rather turned his heel, find the other informants, snap their necks, was it necessary? Maybe not but at the moment he did not care. MADE BY VEL OF GS

The woman smiled as she waited for the next step of what they needed to get in. And stood beside the door so that she wasn't just standing directly in front of it. It was mostly a safety thing, but one she had to think about in a situation like this one. No one ever really knew what exactly they were getting themselves into after all. The perfect example was this guy over here. He spoke with her, but he wasn't forthcoming with a whole lot of information about himself. Admittedly Ailxn was the same, but that was deliberate. She was new in the country after all. And if it wasn't for the fact that she was trying to get some information of her own now, she would try to pry a little more out of him. What she was here for was far more important and she didn't want to waste time on him, not yet. She still needed to spot an in and she figured the time with the information broker would do just that. There was a set amount of time to pass before anything came to the door. It was completely intentional to make them wait. It was just long enough for any other person to assume they had done something wrong and try again, or just leave thinking no one was there. But that all on purpose to weed out those that didn't know the whole deal about how to enter the building and have a meeting. But after the more impatient would leave, a man came to the door and opened it up. It swung open very quickly as if he was attempting to hit a person with it. It made Ailxn's standing position warranted in the end. And without a word, he waved her in. But instead of doing so, she stepped back and nodded her head so that Akiva could enter first. he was here first after all. "You've got two of us today." She said pleasantly with a nice smile. The man looked up at her completely unimpressed. Of course, he knew that already, but he wasn't going to say anything. They were dealing with an information broker after all. It was completely possible he knew all about them already. So the two of them would enter and the group had to descend some stairs to get to the office of this information dealer. It was what one would expect of a dark and seedy place. it was poorly lit, cold and unwelcoming. There was a waiting room, which the pair were led to with a single door on the other end. They had to go in one at a time with their payment ready. The man didn't work for free after all. Ailxn walked over to a chair as soon as she was in the room and sat down. She placed her long briefcase at her feet and her hands in her lap. She was going to go second since she arrived second. She was showing good will because she wanted to use the man afterward. And this was a good way to seed the urge to return the favor. Of course, he could completely reject her attempts, but Ailxn was certain he could be convinced if necessary. So when Ailxn taking the second visit, the man stepped aside to allow Akiva to enter for the information he sought out. As for leaving? That was going to be done with an escort of course. The building locked no only on the outside, but the inside as well. They had to prevent those that refused to pay from escaping after all. - Akiva Xerxes

{ } Again the young man followed her example, standing behind her a little, leaning again against the wall and just waiting, she got the instructions, she would be fine and he would just enjoy that moment as long as he would get inside. He wasn't sure if he dared to share the information that he needed, the name on the tip of his tongue, it was his brother but what could the damage be of speaking that name. He did no longer carry the name Luo himself, but that did not matter. It took all quite a while before the door would be opened, it was that the girl remained standing here that Akiva did not move. He would wait, overthinking his issue right there, he has been trying to find Ai for a while but the effort to find him was on a low pit because he needed an income before he could afford shit like this, information but now it was within grasp, maybe they did not know him but they were trying and maybe they would know him in a few weeks, how much would he have to pay for that. He simply raised his eyebrow, albeit invisible when the door swung open, very tactical that they did not stand there, his eyes wandering over the girl in front of him, he had not talked to her, lost in thoughts, but of course, ladies first. He simply followed, the guy did not seem to be surprised to see him, surprisingly the one he paid for this information had made that appointment indeed. As the girl went to sit down, he simply followed the guy to the door, looking over his shoulder but she seemed to be content with taking the second time slot, so he went in. The informant broker did not seem to be entirely happy with him, saying he was using a fake name and that he could not find an Akiva Xerxes, "That's good because I did not came here for me, I don't care if you find information about me." He showed the payment that he got and asked for Ai Luo, knowing he betrayed his own surname, but again there was barely any information here in Japan, in China, that was different, he did not care if the man knew that, he was just as illegal, he might see it as a warning. "There is no Ai Luo is not here, there is no visa given, there is no passport or anything asked." That was not very helpful, so the man took off a few bills of the yen bunch that he bought, "You gave me not much new information." They had a short fight but he learned that Akiva meant it and did not claim back the money and let him go. He was definitely a very grumpy person right now. MADE BY VEL OF GS
