He did it. He actually did it.
As he staggered through the maze that was the alleyways of Tokyo at midnight he found himself replaying the events that had just transpired within the realms of his mind. A normal person would probably think of that situation as something to be pushed to the dark recesses of their mind hopefully to never be called on again, but Matt was, for lack of a better word, almost proud of himself. Sure he didn't stand a chance and was left in a tattered state only after two real blows, but he stared down the Texas terror and lived to tell the tale. Perhaps this pride was born from the adrenaline, and after a night of sleep he'd awake to realize the damage he had pointlessly inflicted on himself but... Actually speaking of sleep... Where was he?
As he stumbled about with a slight hunch due to the current dead weight in the form of his broken arm, it donned on him he was completely lost. Worse yet his arm began to feel on fire from the pain, and he was beginning to feel drowsy causing him to clutch a nearby brick wall as he struggled to keep his balance. "Huh. That's a lot of blood." His gaze shifted to his defunct arm, which was now caked in blood, and realized that maybe, just maybe, he was not in the greatest of spots. Having forgotten his way back home and the pain of him using the wall as a crutch having turned excruciating, he collapsed face first into the ground.
Alone, in a dark alley way, next to a dumpster on the oddly wet ground with the only sounds being the buzz of flies and the sounds of cars speeding past. He wanted to get up, but as the adrenaline and endorphins wore off he just found it too painful, he did however manage to roll over with his face turned to the sky. Soon he found himself struggling to keep his eyes open before finally succumbing to his exhaustion.

Niso was having one hell of a month…or was it two months by now? His sense of time was never the strongest with how he lived his life. Some days he’d be up at night, sometimes up in the day, some days he wouldn’t sleep, some days he’d skip just from sleeping. A creature of whims like he was he didn’t tend to keep track of small, inconsequential things like that unless they were actually important, like meeting someone or the like. Regardless though his life of following every want and desire he had seemed to be turning out oddly well for him. He’d left the orphanage that made his childhood a haze of pain and abuse, he’d started living a somehow much more enticing life as a homeless person, and even then, that turned into having his own home! Slaughtering goons who double crossed him lead to him earning a cozy job and a home from the employer they’d been double crossing before him, he somehow managed to sell the hardrives they wouldn’t buy to another buyer who offered him MORE work disposing of people for her, and on top of that, almost bleeding out in an alleyway and his body playing dead lead to him meeting a crazy mad scientist who was more than willing to patch up his wounds in exchange for some muscle fibre he could easily grow back! This was all great!
He should have became a psychopath much sooner.
Right now he was enjoying some fresh air on the open streets, wandering the alleyways and unused paths he used to sleep in for the past who knows how long and even smirking as he recognized a little corner up against the side of a dumpster that he cuddled up into on the cold nights, or a leaky drainage pipe down from a roof that he’d knock just right to undo a constant clog so he could have a flash-shower in the dirty drainage water. Aaaah. It was nice having a real shower now but it was still kinda interesting and fun in it’s own way how he used to make do.
Picking up an idle bit of rusty piping that had been left in one of the dirtier alleyways, the young boy began to swing it about, just following the momentum of each swing and humming pleasantly to himself as he just enjoyed moving forward, stopping only when he caught something extra interesting out of the corner of his eye. A man in costume…at least he assumed, given the mask, with a torn up arm and messed hands…actually oddly enough he seemed to have no surface wounds. That was odd.
He walked over and crouched down, watching him as he seemed to be either heavily asleep or dead. His brow lifted with some surprise…judging by the mask he was a hero…but by the way it covered his face and the way he was left for dead in an alley made him seem more like a criminal who’d been double crossed. One with either an interesting quirk, or an interesting quirk used on him. Seemed to be body focused too which the good doctor always loved to see on his operating table…
“Well, this one’s a freebie. Usually I have to kill to get a pay day out of the doc…” Just to be safe though, and as you should always do with a dead body, Niso lifted his rust, sharp edged metal pipe, and started poking and prodding the man’s purple arm till he could confirm this was, indeed, a dead body like he suspected.

Matthew would be stirred from his rest to see some kid crouched over him poking him with a strange object in some strange alleyway. "What th- Stop... Tha-" Just then on the right leg of Matthew's pants just below his knee a red stain would begin to form. "HMM.... S-stop. Please Stop." Oddly enough, this was neither the first time Matthew had fallen unconscious in an alleyway nor the first time he had been poked by what seemed to be a boy on his way to school. Normally however he'd simply pick himself up and give some villainous monologue before sprinting away, but would you look at it here his arm was basically a jigsaw puzzle with all the bits and pieces by this point. This wasn't good.
He tried to sit up and get a bearing on his surrounding, but now even the slightest movement in his arm sent such a shock-wave of undistilled pain that he couldn't even manage this. By this point he noticed something even more pressing than his injuries, his suit was ruined, the right sleeve was completely torn off and the rest was stained in blood and god knows what else. In his frustration and his observed audience he switched over to his "villain" voice. "Simply... Marvelous. My suit is ruined and I'm being jabbed by a child, what a perfect way to awake from a rest..." Hopefully this newcomer wouldn't realize his sudden posh accent... And spoke English...

Niso wondered why the sharp end of his little rod wasn't penetrating the very weak looking flesh, but his eyes eventually caught the red mark forming in his pants, his brow narrowing as he started to take it in...he gave the arm another jab and noticed the red stain started to grow bigger and much faster as it fully started to come together. This guy seemed to have messed up reaction ponts. If he poked his other arm would he bleed in his other leg? If he poked his leg would he bleed in his arm? Man this was so cooool. He was about to start poking him everywhere, and was eager to hand him over to the doctor, knowing he'd probably love a quirk like this, but regardless, it seemed they were indeed alive, and after one last poke Niso stopped, lowering his rusty metal, spiky rod and offering a detatched smile despite the fact he'd just been prodding this guy like he was a corpse in the alley.
Niso tipped his head to the side as he spoke english, quirking his brow. While, for his lifestyle, Niso was alarmingly eloquent. (though really he misused fancy words and terms half the time) he wasn't bi or multi lingual. He just sat there, crouched, quirking a brow as this corpse man spoke english, speaking in japanese himself. "Sorry, me no speak amaricano. You fancy speaking the local tongue or do I have to be assed to get a tour guide?" Despite his words he still maintained a peppy tone that created a disconnect between his tone and the words flowing from them, adding to a sense of unease anyone should get from him. "If you do speak-a the japaneasy howevs. My name's Niso and you're mr corpse man. Unless we're using fake names, in which case I'm Pinocchio, and you're still mr corpse man. HI!~"

Each stab got a grunt from Matthew who's body would soon tense up in response, what was wrong with this guy? He already saw that he was alive, why was he continuing to jab him!? Is he a murderer? Do they do this to people in Japan? If your unconscious in an alleyway do they just stab you until your finished off? Is he gonna try and harvest his kidney? How would that even work? Why him, Why! He'd always been an alright person, he just wanted to bring back honorable villainy. But now look at him! He's about harvested for the black market!!? Was he going to be eaten too!?! Matthew's mind was going wild.
At this point Matthew's heart began to thump so fast that he felt like his chest was about to implode. "Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. PLEASE STOP." Matthew's voice had an urgency that even without a language barrier one could understand. Matthew's anxiety was beginning to spike, caused by his growing paranoia that he may be tortured to death by a curious kid who has a penchant for poking people down on their luck or was a secret organ harvester for the blackmarket, the kids smile did little to help the situation. "Why don't you understand me?" He thought. It was then that it struck him as his... Assailant? Organ Surgeon? Whichever, as they spoke he remembered "Oh yea this is Japan."
Matthew laid still as he tried to sort through the kid's words in his head. It'd take him a bit to process it fully but after a few moments he began to respond, like most people new to a language he spoke it slowly and heavily accented, but he hoped it'd work. "I, am, legendary, villain, Recoil. I am hurt right now. Pinocchio? Is, that, a hero, or villain." Please understand, please please please please.

“Aaaah, look who caught on!” Niso mockingly applauded the man as he finally seemed to realize the fact that, indeed, he was speaking the wrong language. He fell back from his own crouch and now say with raised knees and flat feet as he looked up to the face of the heavily injured villain. He seemed to be trying to communicate but was definitely not used to the language. Niso rolled his eyes and, purposely mocking him, he started to speak slow in an almost tarzan like manner, even patting his chest like an ape when he referred to himself. “Me Niso. Me chaos. Villain. Some say, eeeeeevil. But me think. Chaos. Chaos no know bad or good. Chaos always impartial…”
He then shrugged and switched casually to normal talk. “But I do kill people sometimes so I guess you could call me a villain…speaking of which-“ He didn’t poke him again, but he did point the pointy tipped rod in his direction as he gestured over him. “Liiiittle tempted to do that to you right now. I know a guy who’d pay through the nose to examine your quirk…what is it exactly? I mean, you bled from a different place to where I poked you. That’s weird…”

"W-why. Are. You mocking me?" This whole situation was strange. On one hand, at least Matthew was around another villain, on another this villain seemed to be another "fake" villain with psychopathic urges and wanted to take him to some organ wizard. Seeing no other option; he forced himself to stand up despite the horrible pain, he needed to make sure to show he wasn't defenseless or else this guy might just kill him on principal. Still through, he was heavily injured and he wasn't sure if he could take on anybody in his current state, hell the pain even now was debilitating enough that his stance was wobbly and he couldn't even make a fist on either hand to top it all off.
He'd need the biggest aura he could muster right now to make himself not look like easy prey to the organ clan. So he took a deep breath, and spoke with the most stoic voice he could summon on short notice and in these poor conditions. Suddenly he took off the mask using his thumb and broken index finger to lift it off "I-I'll o-only tell you i-if you promise not to kill me.... Please..." He manage to stutter out.
'Why did I do that? Am I insane? I'm gonna die, WHAT'S WRONG WITH ME! I didn't sound villainous at all there! Now I look like a deer in the headlights...' He couldn't even maintain eye contact with the boy as he slid his mask back down over his mouth. He shouldn't have broken character, he shouldn't have even shown his face, what's wrong with him? The familiar feel of pins and needles assault him.

As Niso watched this man try to strike a bold and imposing figure before him, he remained sat on the floor, leaning back on his hands and just looking up to the rather wobbly figured villain before him. For just a moment he could hear a sense of demand, an ultimatum in his voice, but it became rapidly clear he knew he was in no position to be making demands here. Niso actually threw his head back and giggled a little. If he’d remained on the floor and pleaded, that’d be one thing, but trying to hold a sense of bravado in the face of him…well, Niso did not know what this man’s deal was, but something about that, his mask, his general candor…
“I like you.~” He chimed, working his way to his feet, throwing his wait back to his hands and literally kicking his weight into the air to land upon his feet. It wasn’t an unusual motion but something about how Niso performed it seemed more fluid than most, almost as if his body was weightless to his scrawny arms, which, given how scrawny they were, almost made his sense of self weight eerily…off. “Fine! We have a deal. I don’t kill my interesting new buddy, and he lets me know why he’s so interesting.~” He slowly lowered his head and bend his spine forward in a bow, a hand flourishing infront of his head in a flamboyant gesture before it offered itself as a handshake instead, the whole gesture a nonsensical combination of a bow and a shake on a deal that just made Niso smile to perform. “Should your quirk prove interesting, I’m sure I could even offer the location of a doctor for your nasty wounds.~”
His head slowly raised, his eyes sickeningly distant, as if staring through the other person while the sweet smile on his lips seemed as though it belonged to a separate face entirely. The cold eyes of a psychopath mingling with the almost genuine smile of a child.

Matthew was caught off guard by Niso's response. He gave an odd look before almost asking "W-what?" but he shook his head to cut himself off. He was better off just accepting the compliment than trying to probe the psychopath for questions. He took a step back as Niso launched himself into a standing position, with his hand placed around the elbow his out-of-order arm he began to take mental notes of this unknown person now that he was more up close. He clearly wasn't normal, rather that be told from his mannerisms, his body language, or the way he moved. In his head he entertained the idea of just trying to take him on, but this kid probably had a quirk and if he really is an organ ninja then its probably a strong one.
"Fine! We have a deal." 'Wait he accepted?! This has to be a trick.' but as he did a bow and offered his hand, he decided to take the risk and shake it. Not like he could do much, if this guy wanted to kill him he'd figure what his quirk was anyway and it didn't seem like he had a gun to shoot him and run off with... And if he's really telling the truth about the doctor- Actually wait a doctor? That's the organ wizard! He'd- Matthew looked again to his arm and fingers, he took in his full ragged attire, if this guy did know a doctor he'd need it. Matthew was always a bit too trusting, but being unable to pay his medical bills this would be his only way to get back to villainy in a timely manner.
After what Niso would notice as Matthew briefly become engulfed in his own thoughts before returning to reality, soon breaking the small silence.
"My quirk is... Kinetic Transference. I choose where all kinetic force my body makes contact with goes by thinking of an image in my head, for example your... Rod... Uh-Uh it went to right below my knee since I hurt it when I collapsed here... I can try and focus the energy to make a counter-attack but it hurts a lot, and more times then not it almost me more than the person I'm making the attack against. Whenever something hits me I have three seconds to decide where it goes before it defaults to whatever the last thing I thought about was... I- That's good enough right? I d-ddon't have a super interesting quirk." As he spoke he made sure to avoid all eye contact with Niso, instead focusing his sight to the ground where he was safe. Still his still working hand was clearly trembling as he spoke to a random kid on the street.

Niso shook the hand of the other firmly, forgetting again how much that might hurt...or not, wherever he sent the sensation down along his body, not that Niso was actually aware that was how it worked yet...regardless, he lifted himself back up to a full stand and smiled wide as he waited for the explanation. This person certainly seemed odd and interesting and Niso was eager to see more of what he was capable of, both in his personality and in his quirk as a whole.
With the silence passing, a sensation Niso didn't really notice thanks to his more psychopathic nature, he leaned in as the words finally began to flow, his brow lifting as he clearly seemed interested in the actual explanation. "Oooooh. A kinetic quirk. Everyone seems to want one of those-" He rolled his eyes off to the side, completely aware of the trope that such quirks tended to be 3 steps too 'OP' in media, but hearing him explain how it worked he supposed his was actually fairly...'balanced' as it where. In fact he still had to take damage no matter what, guessing by the look of his body, though he had to chuckle a little as he realized.
"So...wait. I gotta assume those injuries you have happened because you took damage way too heavy to reflect right?" He scoffed a little and gestured to his hands, but then to his arm. "So the hands make sense but why did you direct damage to the arm?" He questioned, genuinely not able to follow this so easily, trying to further the explanation of his confusion as he spoke what he would have done. "I mean, I assume you diverted damage there for a reason...why not spread it over your entire body so it has less effect?" His head tilted off to the side, wondering if he'd just be told by this man his quirk didn't work like that, but, regardless of the answer-
"Well, since we're friends now-!" Recoil had made no such agreement. "I better get you to a doctor. I'll probably wanna steal some muscle tissue for his research but he'll patch you right up!" Niso grinned wide and gestured for Recoil to follow as he started to skip and bound along the alleyway. "He isn't far! I wouldn't have considered dragging your corpse off to him if he was more than a few streets away!"
(we can do a timeskip to them arriving at the doctors in your post if that feels natural)

Matthew in order to be polite allowed the force to remain in his hand, even through it caused him to release a painful cringe about three seconds after the handshake. This whole situation had already put Matthew on edge, not like a painful handshake could really make it worse.
"My quirk doesn't really reflect... It makes a counter-attack, I wish it reflected. Even if I attack the damage is just going off with whatever I'm attacking with, it's just going off in a useful way." As he gestured his gaze shifted towards his arm, which by now the hand had begun to have a slight uncontrollable twitch to it. He then let out an audible sigh. "T-that's my problem, I can't spread it. I could focus it b-but if I do it-it decreases the area but magnifies the damage. That's how I turn it into a counter-attack, but the problem here with my arm is... Well... I can only focus it so far depending on how great the impact of origin was... I had been training it for a few weeks to try and get better at it but it seems like I wasn't good enough. So when I fought the Red Horn she broke my arm with one pun-" Maaaaybe he should have left the Red Horn part out. Or was it better to leave it in? At this point he couldn't think straight, not like he ever could... Wait what?
"I better get you to a doctor." Did it work? Or was this a trick? Even if it wasn't the idea of his muscle tissue being harvested didn't sit well with him but... Either way not like he had much of an option left, when he saw Niso skipping he closed his eyes and let his head droop for a moment letting out a depressed sigh before beginning to limp behind at a slow pace. Because he was beginning to have trouble gripping his mask, and because by now he wanted to vomit from how much social interaction he just had, he re-equipped the ware as they walked... Well it was more of Niso skipping and Recoil on the verge of death limping toward what hopefully was a safe bastion. He'd try to keep as fast of a pace as he could, but in his state even the slightest movement of the arm was awful pain. Hopefully the doctor would be able to fix that... Hopefully...

Alfonso had been working for most of the night, studying various types of organs he'd collected, and was currently washing his hands of the blood that had unfortunately seeped through the gloves onto his hands. In absent-minded thought, he began to wonder when the next body would be dragged in by Niso, he could work with a myriad of subjects but while his incessant behaviour drove him the wrong way sometimes, the boy was reliable to bring in good subjects. However, from his keen senses, it become apparent that Alfonso could be finding an easy catch right outside his office. The rumblings of footsteps outside his door reflected the thought of a drunken moron, wandering into the wrong side of town for a 'short way back home'. Seeing as it would be easier to coax them out as they were possibly intoxicated, Alfonso popped on his sunglasses and surgical mask, and moved out the door to see the commotion.
Unfortunately, he was only half-right. It was a loud, obnoxious moron: Niso, and apparently with him was some kind of masked man, clutching his arm in one position, and bleeding profusely. Perhaps he was some kind of street ruffian Niso had roughed up, and maybe taken him to Alfonso due to his quirk. Slightly excited, he felt his brain in gear once more, and beckoned them both inside, speaking in a hushed voice: “Quickly, g-get in here.” Once they were in, he'd ask Niso what the deal was with this piping hot dish of study material.

Niso was still listening even as they should start moving, hearing that the quirk allowed him to shrink down the damage location by emphasizing the damage, but couldn't stretch it out across his body. "Hm. You should see if youc an overcome that someday. Trust me, as someone who takes a lot of damage on a regular basis, being able to spread it across your entire body would be invaluable." He offered a warm smile and continued to trudge along at a peppy pace, eventually arriving at the doctor's place who seemed to hear them outside and beckon them in. He was at least aware enough to hold the door open for the injured recoil, following in behind and letting the doc look over the injured man until he was asked to give an explanation.
"So, the basic version is I found him and thought he was a corpse you'd like to have a look at. I even poked him with a sharp metal rod to make sure he was dead. Turns out not, BUT, he has a quirk I think you'd find very interesting!~" He then started to explain the quirk, Niso's writer glossing over this so she didn't repeat known information once again. "But, most importantly, the man survive a punch from red horn! Definitely sounds like someone we should keep alive don't you think doc?~"

Recoil remained silent as he walked in, as he entered the building he took it all in, a dark room with the only light from a surgical table, with a few small puddles of blood here or there and strange jars that'd only amplify his current morbid thoughts. As Niso spoke he turned his glare from his arm to the doctor before standing straight up with his arm motionlessly hanging to his side with the only movement being an occasional twitch, he held out the hand of his still working arm, the fingers of which were all purple and bent in ways they probably shouldn't be. "I'm the legendary villain Recoil, I fought the Red Horn and even managed to live to tell the tale! And I heard you might be interested in me, if you help me with my... Current situation I'd be willing to try and satisfy your curiosity to the best of my supreme capabilities." He spoke with bravado, he wanted to make himself seem a lot more confident then he was.
Truth was is that Matthew was scared shitless, which while nothing new, this was the first time in a while he'd been in actual mortal peril if he fucked up. Every other time the heroes would just beat him up and leave, but if he failed here he may be the organ slave of a limb wizard.

It had been a while since Alfonso got to speak in his native tongue again. Taking in both information from Niso and this 'Recoil', he spoke to the latter. "Hmm, a man of in-in-initiative I see! You seem very proud, Mr. Recoil, very proud indeed that you were reckless enough to take on a hero and live. Take a seat on the table and I'll make sure to patch you up, but I'm sure Niso here has told you what you'll be paying with? You seem like an interesting fellow with an interesting quirk, so it'd be best to not disappoint me." He ushered the masked man over to the table, and turned over to Niso, switching back to Japanese. "Is he actually worth keeping? What's his quirk like, you know I prefer mutations." he said, curious. If Niso was hyping this man's quirk up so much, it must be good for his research, otherwise Recoil would perhaps have trouble some bouncing back again, this time from the brink.
Alfonso turned once more, facing back to the proud villain. "So, if you'd let me have a look-see, I can hopefully try and solve whatever problem you might have. The pain seems to mostly be in your arms, correct? If you let me poke around in there for a nice piece of tissue, I'll perform an impromptu procedure for you. I can stop that bleeding easily, too."
