Twirling a baseball bat by his side, gained from one of his more recent endeavours, his camping bag slung over his shoulder, Niso was a bit at a loss of what to do with his day today. He didn't have a strong whim to follow like he usually did and it was starting to eat away at him. He wasn't good when it came to sitting still, and mindlessly walking down the streets of the city really wasn't much better. His tatty attired and clear lack of self-care made people give him a wide birth, and he appreciated the peace and space in it's own way...but he needed something. Something to give him a little bit more to his existance this day. He stopped at a street corner, turned and rested his back into the wall, tapping the tip of the bat against the wall and rolling his eyes back with an idle hum, trying to figure out if there was just...something, anything he could find himself doing today. A few mild desires where there. Noise. Lights. Breaking stuff. Sadly clubs weren't so happy to let someone who looked like he couldn't pay for his drinks, or even legally buy them to begin with, into their establishments, and he wouldn't last long even if he could get in once he started smashing their stuff. It was just then when a passing rumor between two apparent co-workers caught his attention. He couldn't get the whole thing, but from the whispers of their passing words he managed to pick up that there was apparently an old Casino that had closed up shop recently in the district. They hadn't moved the machines yet but the owners weren't expecting much returns so they weren't bothering to put the metal shutters on the place. Now that was an interesting opportunity. Gear no one wanted, that produced noise and sound? Now that seemed to be just the ticket for his desires right now. Skipping off down the road as the sun began to dip over the horizon and the red light district came to life with it's artificial colors, Niso eagerly hopped off to what could be an odd, but delightful night for himself. Arriving at the old street Casion, even through the windows the amount of old slot machines was easily apparent and Niso had a wide grin ready on his lips. From what he could tell this entire section of the district must have been going under or something because the only people around were a few shady individuals. With a huge smirk, Niso dropped his campining bag with his traveling supplies in it, and twirled the baseball bat in his fee hand, starting to hum a song to himself, though it was far clearer in his head, winding a few shots against the glass of the window. The tip of his bat tapped the class, brought it to his shoulder, and slowly returned it to the glass about 3 times before he was assured, and finally delivered a firm swing into the shatterable surface, a wild grin on his lips as the ultimately satisfying sound of breaking glass rang through his ears and the sharpness came faling down over his hands. Without any hesitation beyond a light flinch from the pain of glass scraping against the surface of his hands, Niso stepped inside. He wasn't alone of course, a few of the other shady individuals, those who were homeless, suddenly saw an open windowed casino and hoped to scrape and scrounge anything that may be left in the machines. Niso was happy to let them. he wasn't here for the money afterall. Wandering into the one of the backrooms, he managed to find the breakers and flip everything into power, the lights of the Casino and the sounds of revived slot machines sounding out, muffled by the walls until Niso returned to the scene of the crime, rows of lit up machines with scrounging little strangers trying to physically claw what was left out of them. 『Allow me to help』 A firm slam of his bat to the face of one of the older slot machines was enough to eject what few coins remained in it's system. The strangers all clammored around the one machine but Niso wasn't done. Even above all the wild noises and lights he continued to hum his odd little song, swinging his bat from Machine to machine, just having the time of his odd little life as he went wild on the machines, the clatter of coins, the bings and bongs of machines, the flickering lights as their electronic components clung to life. Oh yeah, this was one way to spend an evening and he was absolutely loving it, chuckling away to himself as he blindly continued to destroy.

That would continue, until a shiny, liquid lookig dragonic claw gripped the baseball bat so hard the thing splintered around the three claws comprising the hand.
"So, mommy didn't tell you not to go places you ain't supposed to and break shit you ain't supposed to break?"
The dragon like claw and arm tapered down into a normal looking elbow, said elbow attached to a rather tall man, currently death staring the little runt. It had been a while since his time as a law enforcer, but Aiden still retained the cold and imposing stare of a Swat officer on the job. "On one hand, shame on my client not following my directions. On the other hand..." He mumbled, forcing the bat away from the machine with obviously quirk based strength. "I wouldn't mind breaking your legs in half, should you not be out of this place by the time I count to ten. One...two...three...four...five..."
Of all places, they had to assign him to that rundown house of the devil. He never liked casinos. It was all just a huge legalized frawd to take weak-willed people's money. Still, he had to watch over the establishment for the night and that he would do. This little unplanned vandalism threat posed by the boy in front of him was already making his blood boil. His body was aching to fight. That was his curse. It was like a drug. The more he used his quirk, the more ink his body craved and the more fighting he needed to do. He tried to keep himself under control, but right now, if that kid wasn't going running off he really would go to great length to break his legs.

Niso paused as he felt a tug back on the next swing of his bat, his eyes widening as he turned his eyes over his shoulder, feeling a suddenl loss of weight to his grip as he watched the baseball bat shatter into shards, eyes growing even wider for a moment at the strength this creature displayed. Still, despite the clear fear in the room as a few of the strangers who followed him began to pour out of the doors, Niso met the gaze of the beast with a wide smile, fully expecting what was to come. He felt the bat removed from his hands entirely when the creature with the arm of a lizard tugged it away from him, spinning with the momentum and landing on his heels facing the other man, his hands resting behind his back as he absorbed the presnece of this new addition to this fun little night.
『Sorry mister I never knew my mommy~』He quickly chimed in with a chipper expression, flourishing his hand and bowing before the man with some odd liquid lizard quirk before raising back up to his full height. When he was presented the count to ten, Niso looked about, spotting most of the people who'd flowed in with him were pretty much gone, but Niso had no intentions of leaving, or retaliating for that matter. To him there was always an odd sense of satisfaction when the other person turned so quickly to violence and this odd man definitely seemed to be the kind. He leaned his back against the nearest casino machine and his hands in his pockets, tipping his head to the side as the count got higher and higher, pretending to check a watch he didn't have as it continued to rise and clearly just waiting for the magic number to arrive.
『So are you gonna punch me or do you need a written invitation?~』

The little brat. Whatever healing quirk thing he had that caused that kind of assholery, Aiden didn't care. As such the boy was promptly thrown out the window of the casino. They weren't in America, but boy was he going to give the guy a taste of how Swat handle things.
Tissue regeneration? Perhaps regrowth? Who knows. Fact is, he'd be a great punching bag. A super great punching bag. However, as much as his body needed to just snap the guy's legs over and over and over, he was on duty, technically. He shouldn't kinda do that stuff on duty. On his free time, oh man he could go nutso. But on duty? he should probably care a little more about all the Public Relation things. He never was into politics or anything like that, but keeping a good image of yourself is always something good. Well, to be honest, so was being feared...and man, was Deathclaw feared. He didn't even choose that name, which made it far, far more meaningful. For a moment there, Aiden wondered who should have thanked for bestowing him that amount of edge.
Slowly walking outside and stopping by the door, Aiden gave the guy a stern look. "Go home, kiddo. Or whatever you call home. I am not in the mood of babysitting."

Niso was thrown across the casino before he could even fully register. Sure, he was a scrawny punk, not too tall, and very malnourished, so he wasn’t the hardest thing to throw, but still it was a good display of just how strong this guy was. Apparently the windows weren’t too strong though as he ended up being flung through them with equal ease, shards of glass meeting him on his fall, most of them falling over him, but the few that hit the ground first forcing him to hiss as they cut across the exposed skin of his forearms and a few managed to scrape through his rough and worn clothes. Still, despite the utter agony he felt, he rolled onto his back, chuckling through it.
“WOO! What a ride that was! I’m pretty sure you dislocated my leg…here let’s check-!” With a smile still on his face despite the agony someone like him should be in after such a harsh throw, he rolled and pushed himself up to his feet, and while one leg seemed fine, the other clearly wasn’t doing what it should. Niso glanced down to, the knee bent at an odd angle, and generally, it just didn’t look like it was connected right to his hip, like an action figure who’s leg had been spun about one too many times and no longer fit right without a lot of fiddling with it. Heck it was almost like his good leg should be all that was supporting him, but from the only minorly lopsided nature of his stance, he was still clearly handling his own weight even on the dislocated limb…somehow.
“Oooo. You are a strong one, first throw and I’m already down a leg…here let me just-AAGH!” He hissed harshly, twisting his hip sharply, forcing the cells in his muscles to drag the bone back into place and shaking off the painful sensation to be right back in with a smile, dusting off his front and picking glass shards from his forearms. “There, all better!~ That all you got big guy or can I get back to smashing up the casino?~”

Yep, definitely a healing quirk. That or something similar. It would be the only real explanation for the guy's lack of self preservation instincts. As much as that seemed to not have the runt care about pain, like all quirks, there has to be a weakspot. Those small cuts would serve as the first indication of regeneration. Being able to heal those small wounds would indicate the guy did indeed have some crazy fast healing factor. Still, as his work experience taught him, if it bleeds you can kill it. You don't need to inflict lethal tissue trauma to drop a man and there is more than one way to kill.
Aiden stopped by the casino's door, folding his hands together. If the runt was smart, he'd get the message. The man in gray didn't have anything better to do anyway, he was being paid to guard that place too. If it were for him, he'd keep smacking the kiddo around all night and day. He'd get payed extra too. Even more if the guy in front of him started doing some weird shit like throwing bones at him or something. While technically he couldn't use his Black Ink to deal with stuff like that, he wasn't one to follow rules when it came to life and death situations.
"If getting smacked is all you have planned tonight, by all means, be my guest. I can use the practice."
Oh boy, his body was raring to go and drag that sorry boy's ass all over the damn casino. He really would need to keep himself in check or the thing that would cause the most damage to that decrepit place would be the very guard tasked to safekeep it.

“Well really my plan involved smashing up a run down casino just to get the pretty lights to go off, but judging from the fact you’re here, it seems you charge less than an insurance company.~” Niso gave a cheeky smirk as he hinted at the fact he was insulting how cheap a bodyguard…or building guard as the case may be, this person was. His body still ached though from smashing through the window, but he’d learned to ignore signs like that. Pain was a signal from the body to the mind that you were in danger, of losing blood, of being injured, of something snapping. For Niso, that didn’t matter. It still registered, it still hurt like fuck, but why bother listening to it when it didn’t matter? Everything would be healed in due time, that was all that was important. While none of his wounds yet were deep, the man before him may notice that the bleeding was alarmingly minimal, and some of his smallest scrapes were starting to close up, albeit slowly.
“Still, got some good muscles on ya there!~ If I didn’t fear red horn so much to test her limits I’d say you’ve got an arm like hers, but right now, I can’t honestly compare. At the very least you’re stronger than a normal human buuuut…” He reached down slowly, then darted forward at an almost abnormal pace for the position he’d been in prior, forcefully thrusting every cell in his body to move forward, twisting bout in an unnatural manner as he tried to bring a shard of sharpened glass down against the shoulder of the person guarding this building, grinning maliciously as he hoped to sink the sharp into their neck, not caring whatsoever for the bleeding it caused in their own hand which, again, was unnaturally little.
“I wonder how your reactions stack up!”

He had been assaulted a number of times. A kid wouldn't really make a difference. Aiden didn't even need to react, his muscles youst moved on their own. By now he was using nothing but muscle memory built up from training and actual field practice. back of your wrist on the outside of the arm, lock the hand under your armpit, and then plant feet on the ground and get your leverage going. Throwing that runt back on the ground wouldn't be an issue with his strenght.
"Are you done?" Aiden asked. "Red Horn is stronger than me, I can tell you that much. What she lacks is commitment. You don't get named "Deathclaw" if you're afraid to do the bu-bu to bad guys. Sure I could throw you down on this here ground and crack it. I could throw you down so hard you'd bounce off the ground. But I am not stupid, stuff like that you easily do not care about. That much I know just by how fast you got up after I defenestrated you."
Aiden folded his hands again, his clawed hand seemingly having spread further up his arm. "Final warning, kiddo. There are better ways to spend your life. Or hell, you can go jump off a bridge for all I care. If you come at me again, then I guess I'll see how your insides look like."
He wasn't lying. It was a miracle he was keeping himself under control. His body was craving that adrenaline rush from the fightflight response and it was absolutely yelling for more ink. "Doing stuff like this, you got nothing to gain from it."

Feeling the hard grab on his arm, while Niso had a very unique style of movement thanks to his quirk he wasn’t trained in forms of combat beyond being self taught in using his body’s structure to get out of sticky situations, so being put into a hold like this didn’t leave him with much in the manner of fighting back. Human instincts still presided over the instincts of his quirk, and while his whole body went limp, far more than a natural body could, in order to best absorb the impact in a non-damaging way, he still ended up being thrown over the lizard man’s shoulder and slammed down onto the floor, giggling through the pain as his narrow eyes and curly smile looked back up to the person above him.
“Commitment? Have you seen that documentary they did about her work out routine?~ Girl benches shipping contaners!~” He continued to chuckle, though now it seemed more like he was laughing at the lizard man above him rather than laughing through his own pain, almost as if him having the audacity to think he had more commitment than red horn was the funniest thing in the world. “And you’ve seen what she does to villains right!?~ Unlike you if she was here I’d already be running for my life!~” He grinned wide, suddenly flipping his motions about, but rather than be an idiot and retaliate this time he rolled over, raised backwards onto his feet, body once again lifting from the ground as if tugged by strings, and backing off towards the shattered window of the casino.
“Loooook I’m sure whatever you’re getting paid it certainly can’t be enough to deal with my irritating voice, so why don’t you let me get back to what I was doing, and you go brood on some rooftop somewhere like the anti-hero you look like. Sound good?~”

Enough is enough.
He tried being reasonable and he tried holding back. If the little runt wanted to die, then so be it. In a matter of moments, Aiden's body buffed up in size several times as the "Ink Monster" was unleashed. He had already injected himself with all the ink he needed, he simply needed to stop trying to suppress his body from transforming.
What was just a claw spread to be a three meters tall lizard like creature, which didn't seem completely solid. It had scales and claws and fangs and everything, yet its hide shimmered as if liquid. As if made of ink.
Deathclaw tackled the boy to the ground, pushing down with all of his bodyweight as he roared right in Niso's face, spit and the acre smell of permanent ink from the dragon's breath included. Grabbing the guy by the face, the ink creature dragged the boy on the ground up a wall before throwing him into the few gambling machine that Niso had already destroyed. But boy was DClaw not done yet. Far from it. The beast barely had any self control, barely none when pissed...let alone when full out angered and high on adrenaline.
Yanking a claw into one of the run down machines, Deathclaw ripped the thing stright out of the ground and spun it around. Like a hammer the wailed the slot machine at Niso or whatever was still hanging around the other set of broken stuff. He didn't really care either way about the already damaged property. What he cared about was reacquiring his target after the beatdown and fling the boy into the back wall, using his tail to trap the guy's leg if he tried to escape. That was wat it mattered.
As soon as he was able to hold the guy upside down by his foot. The dragon would take just a moment to observe if his prey was still squirming. "So, this is what you wanted no? Now, what happens when I rip your head from your body, will another take its place?" Aiden snarled, baring his claws and fangs. "Or perhaps, I should start by opening you up to see how your intestine looks like."

Despite the sudden grab to his face, between the claws of this lizard man Niso was clearly still smiling, his expression present even in his eyes. He chuckled harshly through his palm as he felt his body dragged along the ground, giggling through the pain of the hard glass coated pavement scraping across his back. A toss through the air left him feeling weightless and his body purposely turned limp as he crashed into the casino machines, his body tumbling across the floor, his arms purposely dislocating so his instincts couldn't hold him back. Ironically, despite humans instincts to tighten and curl up when crashing, it was always far safe to ragdoll and let your body bounce as best it could, an instinct Niso had started building into himself after years of torment.
"OOoooo that's the stuff. Aren't you some great holier than thou?~" He snickered and chuckled, popping his limbs back into place and pathetically trying to force himself up to his feet before a casino machine came crashing down on him, a pained groan flowing through his lips when a tail wrapped around his leg, hoisted into the air upside down, blood felt like it was pooling under his skin but a quick bit of re-organizing of his internal veins made him feel a lot better as the bleeding stopped.
"I'm sorry did you say something?~ The blood pooling in my skull makes it a little hard to hear...~" He snickered and scoffed, still meeting the lizard with a smile. "Let's ask a question before you go again shall we? You're some two bit bodyguard for a rundown casino with a bloodlust..." He looked both ways as if about to share a secret before looking to the lizard again. "I dunno WHY the guy wants to guard this place, but something tells me he's not gonna be happy if he suddenly has a police inquiry asking why an eviscerated corpse is laying on his casino floor..."
He grinned extra wide, cockily speaking. "Your move~" He then raised a finger and continued. "Oh, and before you get the cheeky idea of taking me somewhere else, i should tell you, I'm not bleeding much right now because I don't want to. If I wanted, I could drench this place in blood, so much evidence not even a clean up crew could get rid of all of it....sooooo...your move lizard boy. Kill me and go to jail, or beat me within an inch of my life and let me crawl away.~"

"Killing? Who talks about killing?" The lizard replied. "You ain't taking the easy way out, Runt. I have no clue why I have to guard this god forsaken place but I ain't payed to ask questions. My bet? Some kind of secret money haul hidden around here. Stuff that makes runts like you would venture in rundown buildings smashing stuff to see if something pops out."
This was clearly not working. Usually any quirked thug would have been knocked out cold. Yet this guy still had it in him to tease. As much as he despised it, the boy had a point. He couldn't risk killing a guy on the job. Hell, technically he wasn't really allowed to use his Quirk as well. Of all the things that the world could spawn it just had to be a psychopath kid with complete lack of self preservation and a weird healing power.
Deathclaw considered his option. How would he go about incapacitating a guy that could simply shrug off any blunt trauma? All the stuff he was used to employ simply didn't have an effect on the guy.
"My bloodlust is none of your concern...I can't control it anyway. Although, I wouldn't mind option B." Aiden snarled, dropping his hold of the guy only to pin him to the ground by placing a foot onto Niso's chest. "But I ain't stupid. So how about we cut right to the part where you crawl away? By now I know for a fact beating you up is just a waste of effort on my end."

“The guy planning to rip my guts out?~” He held a cheeky, shit eating grin, always feeling he won over heros and do gooders when he brought up the line between himself and them, giggling a little despite the hold on his leg by the guys tail, lightly rolling his eyes as he got the feeling this guy suddenly decided he want to take the high ground. He couldn’t tell what was going through his head afterall, so to Niso his words had inspired a 180 in behaviour, leaving the dark haired criminal giggling to himself in a minor sense of victory against a much stronger opponent.
“OOoo. Secret money?~ Juicy! Help me rip out the walls and we’ll split it. 70-30! I get the bigger split of course for being the one smart enough to realize the hidden cash is probably way more than you’re getting paid to guard it.” His cheeky grin remained even in the face of this danger, but the offer seemed almost genuine. Sadly for Niso this guy seemed to take his job seriously, and he found himself on the ground with a foot weighing heavily on his chest, gasping a little as the wind was knocked out of him. He still chuckled however.
“Yeah but ya see I don’t waaaaant to. And You’re a Vigilante. And You won’t kill me. And I don’t care about pain. That all adds up to you being able to do jack shit.~” He smirked nice and wide. “I mean take me to the cops by all means, I’d be happy to watch them put you in handcuffs too for excessive force and using your quirk without a license. Despite some light blood stains on his white teeth, he was still smiling, knowing he had, in some sense, the ‘high ground’ of this situation and far more power in this situation out of the two of them, casually placing his hands behind his head and crossing one leg over the other as he lay on the floor rather relaxed. “You’re move bendy.~” He teased the lizard for t heir inky resemblance to a horror game mascot.

"See...you can keep your grin up all you want, kiddo." The ink lizard hissed, squatting down and putting a little more weight on the guy's body. He didn't care he was staining the guy's clothes with ink, right now there were more pressing matters.
"If you didn't want to crawl away, you wouldn't have suggested it in the first place. That alone, kiddo, is enough to tell me that you'd give a fuck if I were to...well...gut you." By now the lizard was mere inches away from Niso. Face to face with the ink monster.
"See, I've met people like you. Thinking you're safe just because "we" don't kill. You don't understand the implication of this all, do you?
The fact that I can kill you makes a world of a difference. Because if I want, I can make your life a living nightmare. I can find ways to track you, find you and make sure your life is even more miserable than what little you have now. I could slaughter anyone you consider a friend. The fact that I can kill you means only one thing. Your life has no meaning beyond what I decide for it to mean. For it can all end by my own whims. You're a lucky one though. If I still were in my SWAT team, I would have shot you already. If I didn't snap out of my quirk's bloodlust, you'd be dead as well."
Aiden showed the guy one of his claws.
"You may not care about pain, but no quirk makes you immortal. My body might be somewhat resistant to ink, but I ain't immune to it. It also doesn't help that transforming sends me into a bloody rage until the adrenaline dies down. That's one of the reasons I don't even care about a hero licence. Or heroes in general. It's not a piece of paper that lets you save lives. It's training. Combat training, logistic training, cqc. Half the "heroes" out there are just pompous bitches with a huge ego. They care more about press and looking cool than saving people. Perhaps that's why you're so complacent. You didn't get punished hard enough for being naughty."
The ink dragon lowered his claw on Niso's shoulder. "You might not care about pain, but I don't need pain to have you on your knees. How about severe cramps, general inflammation, lack of oxigen? I could just stab you and let my ink do the work. Sure it can't kill you, but I wouldn't want to have this inside your blood."

Snickering a little, it was more the fact that this man was pulling a 180 on his plans that had Niso changing his mind and deciding to stay around a be a thorn in this guy’s side instead. “Yeeeeah but then you went and…nnngh…s-sorry little hard to respond when you’re crushing my lung!~” He giggled all the same at this whole thing, watching the lizard lear down over him, staring into the eyes of a beast with no sense of fear now that he’d seen an ‘inkling’ of his limits. “You’re not gonna gut me! I can tell! You’ve realized what the better option is for you, and now all your other options are worth jack! I can stay here and get beat up all night for all I care! You can’t kill me and you have no power to arrest me, so watcha gonna do big guy?~ Lecture me to death?~ Let me tell ya it all goes in one ear and right out the other!~”
Niso maintained a sly smile even through the lecture that he could be hunted down and his life made a living nightmare, chuckling at a few parts but ultimately letting him have his say. Niso’s dull eyes were intrigued but ultimately there was no fear in him. “I doubt you could track me.~” He smirked, knowing how unpredictable he could be. “I have no friends I care you could kill. If you could kill me, your words wouldn’t feel so hollow, and the same applies to you my lizard friend. The only difference is, unlike your whims which will keep me alive…”
His expression turned more shallow, still smiling, but rather than oblivious glee…it was deep seated sadism. “My whims would have you hung drawn and quartered the first chance I GET!~”
He let go of the foot he’d been pushing back against now that he’d had his say, falling back and giggling as he allowed the lizard to get in more words, seeming fairly relaxed despite the foot on him.
“No Quirk makes me immortal huh…?~” He chuckled at that…yeah, he wasn’t immortal yet…but he was convinced some day he would be and that was a delightful thought. Each time his quirk grew more powerful he was filled with utter delight and glee at the prospect of being one step closer to his goal.
“Immune to ink? How dangerous is ink?” He chuckled, mocking his resistance to such a pathetic resistance granted by his quirk. What sort of danger did ink pose that it was worth mentioning. “I also wouldn’t insult the heroes training too much. You’re gonna be on the receiving end of it one day when they lock you up~”
As he was told he wasn’t punished hard enough for being naughty however, his expression lost some of it’s smile, and he pushed up hard on his elbows, wincing as he pushed back against the inky talons hard enough that, due to him and not the force given by the lizard, the talons at the end of his foot began to pierce Niso’s skin, mixing red with the inky black. “Not punished enough for being naughty?~ Well I suppose you’re right, but when you’ve suffered such endless abuse like I have, to the point every year of your life up until the current year was nothing but a blur of anguish and pain…You stop caring about mear punishment…cause you can endure…so please, by all means, punish me big boy. It’s not gonna even register compared to what I’ve been through…!~”
“Do whatever you want.” He asserted. Grinning once again. “I’ll stop my oxygen intake so I pass out more comfortably. I’ll ignore my cramps, or better yet, just untangle the muscle fibres by will! I’ll excise the inflamated tissue and grow it back. As for your pathetic ink. I actively control every cell in my body. You think I can’t just say fuck you to a little invasion like that and spit it out?~ Do. Your. Worst…!”
